"Didn't we tell you to leave her the fuck alone, did you forget who you were messing with?!"

"It's just you and her now. No Violet"

"Shut up! She got me suspended, and two of my team beat up, she has to pay for that shit! You deal with Lucy, or you're off the fucking team… I got the faggot!"

"Watch your damn mouth," Charlie yelled.

"Rerun, what are you running in here like that for," Peppermint Patty asked.

"They sent me with your wallet, Brittany and Heather are trying to beat up Marcie!"

"Thank you, Rerun," she took the wallet gently, handing them a twenty with fire in her eyes, "keep the change."

Marcie spots Peppermint Patty walking through the parking lot with Rerun, and tried to make a break for it, they gave chase, Brittany ran over a car, getting her first. Lucy cut through the cars after them.

"We're going to throw these hands on you, and Lucy, then have some pizza," Brittany smiled.

"You're going to hafta get through me, and Trish. You think Violet hurt you, she ain't got shit on me," Lucy growled

"That her girlfriend, we'll beat her ass when we're done with you two!"

"Oh really, how stupid are you," Peppermint Patty walked up behind her.

Brittany whipped around surprised, "guess you're her girlfriend… you don't look that tough."

"You are stupid, you don't know who I am, really?"

"Yeah, a nobody. Heather, snatch that bitch up," she threw a punch to Trish's jaw.

"Are you okay, Peppermint… I mean Trish," Rerun asked.

"I'm good, bro, about to be fun."

"Pep-peppermint Patty?!"

"One last warning; leave my girlfriend alone," she threw a punch.

Heather snatched up Marcie, Lucy pulled them apart, pushing Heather in to a car, wailing in to her face. Peppermint Patty gave Brittany a left and right hook, mule kicking her in the chest.

"Leave my girlfriend, and my friends alone," Peppermint Patty marched towards her.

Brittany screamed, rushing her, telegraphing punches, which Peppermint Patty blocked and dodged.

"Wow," Rerun gasped.

"Yeah… wooow," Charlie added.

Heather pushed Lucy off, running after her, tackling her, cursing at her, Lucy started socking her in the back, pulling her loose by her hair, punching the side of her head, shoving her to the ground, kicking her ribs. Peppermint Patty punched her in the mouth, picked Brittany up, slamming her on the ground, kicking her in the chest, as she tried to get back up, knocking her on her back.

"Leave my girl the fuck alone," she hollered.

"Stop fucking with my friends," Lucy growled.

"You okay, Baby girl," she hugged her.

"I'm fine, I promise."

Peppermint Patty looked up at Lucy walking over, giving her a hug, "thanks for sticking up for her."

"It's no problem, nobody is going to bully my friends."

"I guess we won't be eating here," Charlie walked up.

"You two were amazing, I wish I could fight like the both of you," Marcie said.

"I might show you a thing or two," Lucy grinned.

"We should probably go, Lu-Lu."

"He's right, Trish, we really should, before the cops come, or something," Marcie agreed.

Peppermint Patty and Marcie sped out of the parking lot with Charlie not too far behind.

"I'm sure if they're smart; this'll be end of it all," Charlie drove to another pizza place.

"If she knows what's good for her, it will be."

"Nobody messes with my sister," Rerun beamed.

"That's right, little brother."

"Good thing we didn't just sit at my place, you feeling okay, Lu-Lu?"

"Lu-Lu," Rerun snickered.

"I'm fine, pretty wired… my hands are a bit sore, but I'm okay."

"My dad has something for that, you can use. Sometimes his hands get sore, cutting hair all day."

She thought back to that day, when he ran up to her with a first aid kit, and she didn't let him, "can you… can you do it?"

"Yeah, I can do that, when we get back," he held her hand.

"Maybe yall can get your alone time, when we get back," Rerun said.

"Maybe, maybe not, not really worried about it, anymore. Let's just eat and have fun," Lucy replied.

"Okay… I don't think we have enemies here," he parked the car.

"Oh haha," she got out.

"What? What if I want to jaw jack somebody, too?"

"You're not a fighter," she rolled her eyes.

"Ehh, guess not, I'm more of a lover," he whispered in her ear.

Chills ran down her neck, "babe!"

Charlie held her hips from behind, whispering in her other ear, "yes, baby?"

"Sssstop."

They walk in, finding a corner booth waiting for the waitress to walk up, looking at the menu.

"What do you want, Rerun?"

"Why you asking me, Lucy?"

"If it's okay with Charlie, I figure you can pick the pizza."

"Fine with me."

"Hey, if you're… Charlie, is that you?"

"Do I know you," he looked at the girl.

"Duh! Damn blockhead."

Charlie eyed her up and down, from her undercut hair pulled in a ponytail, furrowed contoured thick eyebrows, slim top quickly spreading to wide hips and thighs.

"Fat Legs Volley," Lucy grinned, resting her chin on her hands.

"Oh, Molly, hey! You work here?"

She growled through her teeth at Lucy, "don't call me that. Duh, I work here, obviously. If you weren't cute, I'd stuff this order pad down your throat for being so dumb. That and I got one more strike, and I'm fired."

"Cute?"

"Uh-huh, and I know you got a thing for assertive women, judging by the company you keep."

"You're more attitude, than assertive, Molly," she sat up.

"Yeah… you'd know, you fussbudget. So, Charlie; wanna make some follies with Molly?"

"uh," he started.

"Yeah, no, that's my man, go find your own," she stated matter-of-factly.

"Really?!"

"Yep, sorry, not sorry, Lucy is my love."

Molly made an exasperated sigh, "fine, what do you want," she spoke through her teeth

"Rerun?"

"I want a peperoni and pineapple pizza!"

They all looked at him.

"And a Root beer," Charlie added.

"Sweet tea," Lucy said.

"Dr. Pepper."

"All right, it'll be about twenty minutes."

Molly froze for a moment, snapping her ink pen in her hand, hearing Rerun ask how she has all that ass and hips, but no tits, with Lucy laughing.

"That might be my new favorite pizza."

"I knew it'd be good, Charlie. Did you like it, Lucy?"

"It wasn't bad, honestly."

"I bet it'd make Sally mad, if you ordered it one day," Rerun laughed.

"Not a bad idea, sounds hilarious."

"Here's your bill," Molly approached with a huff.

Charlie handed her forty dollars," the rest is your tip."

"Whoa, I don't make a lot of tips," she smiled.

"Gee, I wonder why," Lucy muttered.

"You should smile more," he stood up, "be more chill."

"See ya, Fat Legs, Volley," Lucy teased.

Rerun laughed.

"Charlie, you're so kind," Molly whispered.

"Been a good night," Charlie pulled up to his house.

"I did have fun, just wish you didn't tip her so much, especially after she hit on you."

"I didn't do it because she hit on me, I did it because I know she probably needed it. You think she gets a lot of tips?"

"Well with her attitude, she doesn't deserve tips, until she can lighten up."

"Everybody could use a break now and again."

"You got a big break, Lucy, you were always angry."

"I'm just jealous… looks like Patty is finally gone," she got out, "so about that pain stuff?"

"Yeah, c'mon, it's this stuff he uses after long hours of cutting hair."

"Guess I'll see you later, Lucy?"

She gave him a smile.
