Evelyn: Thanks so much, I was worried I wouldn't be able to showcase Nina's grief and heartache here.
I was so happy when she thanked Steve for saving her. Nina is polite and does have manners after all. I was surprised to see the stark difference in how Jin treated Eddy and Nina. Nina defo got the special treatment from Jin. TTT2 netsu list even confirmed this. I felt bad for Eddy though. From that scene, it came across that Nina was often the mediator between them which is nice. Oh tell me about it, T7….I agree. The story was rushed. I don't think T8 is going to be better storywise and I feel Nina is not going to be in the main story for that at all which is a shame. I do feel it's a waste that lovely little moments between Jina were thrown away. Very dissapointing actually. They were the most interesting scenes in T6 and it felt so right, so natural even.

When he falls, the only thing on his mind is Nina. Images of Nina and their time together.
His heart pounds wildly. Air rushes into his mouth.
Down, down, down Jin goes.
Nina's blue eyes are captivating and encouraging. Giving him strength. She is his strength.
Jin utters her name softly, just knowing it would reach her somehow.
He is not going to give out. Once he and Azazel hit the ground, a battle ensues. Kicks, punches, throws and cracks against the stone. Somewhere in the battle he feels his coat and shirt rip away to shreds and his wings stretch out.
Jin doesn't remember anything else but darkness after that.
He's down in the pit below and his Nina is above, waiting for him to climb back up, for her Jin to come back to her.
He dreams of the moment they first hugged in the storm. In Brisbane. The first time they truly embraced each other. That moment, they both didn't feel so alone anymore.
There's sand around him and it cruelly itches his skin. He can feel himself being lifted and wrapped in something tight. It's so constricting that it feels like a second skin. The rattle of a chain around his throat hurts him as he's tugged and secured onto something.
Words are mumbled around Jin. Strange voices. Untrustworthy voices.
He longs for the beautiful moments with Nina.
His eyelids refuse to open and his body refuses to move. Another wave of darkness washes over him and the sound of a laser, hot red beam fills his ears again. The area on his arm where the tattoo was, now burns.
Just like the day it did when the Devil marked him.
Once again, he falls down below.
