Aang was reading a scroll when Toph plopped down on the couch, almost sitting on him. (He wasn't sure that she actually knew he was there.) "Well, hi there."
Toph hummed, stretching out and laying her head in his lap. "Play with my hair." She demanded.
He snorted, putting his reading to the side. "Of course, dear."
She wrinkled her nose at him for the pet name. Her face quickly relaxed as his fingers brushed through her raven hair.
Aang stared down at her peaceful face. She really was beautiful. His other hand stroked her cheek reverently. "You're very pretty, Toph."
Toph opened her eyes, looking directly at him. She frowned, "I wish I could see you."
She grinned before adding, "I don't even know if you're attractive!"
Aang laughed before grabbing her hand and guiding it to his cheek. "You can feel me."
Toph hummed before sitting up. Aang swallowed as she crawled into his lap, straddling him. Their groins pressed together, making him flush. He hesitantly rested his hands on her hips. She placed her hands on either side of his face.
Slowly, her fingertips moved over his face. Aang closed his eyes, letting her trace out his features. When she got to his lips, she leaned forward and kissed him softly.
Toph hummed lightly, prodding his lips open. She tilted his chin before sliding her hands around his head-
She pulled away with a gasp. She moved her hands frantically over his smooth head. "You don't have any hair?!"
Aang busted out laughing. "You didn't know that?!"
"How should I know? I can't see!" Toph spluttered. Had she really never touched his head before now? She had no idea he was bald.
"All air benders shave their heads."
Toph frowned, "All of them? Even the girls?"
He shrugged, "Okay not all. But yeah, even some of the women do. It helps sense air currents."
"That is… a little strange." Toph strained, her hand sliding along his head again.
Aang snorted. "Maybe I'll grow it out for you- just once."
Toph smiled at that and leaned down to kiss him again. Aang reciprocated for a moment before he drew away. "Oh, I also have tattoos."
"You have tattoos?! Why am I just now discovering all of this?"
He chuckled, "I guess I thought you knew. Another cultural thing. Air bending masters get arrow tattoos. I got mine when I was twelve." He bragged as she rolled her eyes.
"Hmm, that's an interesting tradition. Where are they?" Toph asked in curiosity.
"Oh, all over my body. They outline the pathway of chi."
Toph hummed in interest, "Can I feel?"
Aang sat up slightly. He guided her hand to his forehead. "There's an arrow here pointing to the third eye chakra, and the tattoo continues down my back." He let her hand trace over his head, awkwardly trying to guide her hand down his back.
She paused at the small of his back before smirking, "Does it go any further?"
He snorted, "No, it ends right there. Ya perv."
Toph laughed, her hand lingering a moment longer before she drew away. He then lifted his arm and guided her hand to just outside his armpit.
"This starts here and winds around my arms and- hey! Are you even listening?" He laughed as Toph squeezed his bicep.
"Of course I'm listening! I'm just also admiring my husband's body. What's wrong with that?"
He shook his head in amusement. "Anyways, the tattoo goes out and around like this," he traced her fingers over the blue tattoo down his forearm, "and ends in an arrow on my hand."
Toph nodded, "And that's how chi flows?"
"Yes." He answered, proud that she was actually paying attention to what he was saying.
Her hand rested on his other arm, "And it's over here too?"
She dragged her fingers down his arm as he answered affirmative. Then she placed both of her hands on his chest. "Any tattoos here?"
Toph slowly dragged her hands down his chest, making his breath hitch. He swallowed roughly, "Um… no not my chest. Just my legs."
Her eyes glittered deviously. "And… where on your legs? Show me?"
Aang groaned as she shuffled off of his thighs- although that was probably best as he was starting to have a certain growing problem in his pants. His pretty wife running her hands all over his body was definitely having that effect on him.
He bit his lip hard as Toph kneeled on the floor in front of him. He stared at her for a moment as his mind went blank with the… possibilities.
"Aang?" Her hands rested on his thighs teasingly.
"Uh! Right. Um, the arrows are on my feet and go up, just like on my arms."
Toph placed her hands on his feet, slowly trailing up his shin. She grinned, "And does it wrap around?"
"Y-yes."
Her hands gently dragged along his legs, and even through the fabric of his pants Aang felt like her touch was burning. She traced around the back of his thighs, going up.
Up and in and closer to-
Aang bit the inside of his cheek to not let out an embarrassing high-pitched whine as his knuckles went white gripping the couch cushions.
Toph's hands finally ceased their movement as she got to the top of his legs. If she moved her hand just a few inches over she would be touching his-
"Aang?"
"Yes?" He breathed. The tension in the air was thick, full of anticipation.
"I can't believe my parents let me marry a bald, tattooed man." She stood abruptly and started to walk away.
He threw his head back on the couch and groaned at her teasing. She'd been playing him like a fiddle.
"I resent that!" He called after her. The statement and the teasing!
