Hi again! I've returned to the desk once more!

I'm glad to see some positive feedback and helpful criticism in some of these reviews. It really helps me when I'm writing the story down.

The first three chapters have mainly been well-received, and I thank you all for taking the chance to read this story of mine. I hope you'll like these upcoming chapters as Sora's journey continues!

Now onto reviews!

erickh120124: Good point. Especially with how disappointed Sora looked. Starlight's Keyblade transformation is the same as the Kingdom Key's, so it would make sense. It's a good guess, and you'll find out what the real answer is soon.

Wizardwolf 1020: That's a great theory about Sora's remaining keychain. I actually didn't think about that when writing this story! Though all those points that you brought up I can totally get behind, if you stop to think about it, Sora having Nano Gear this early in the story would be WAY too broken for him if you combine that with his magic. But rest assured, I'm not planning to have Sora use only sword Formchanges in this story. And I completely understand your concern with pairing issues, and there's a reason why I don't have any pairs advertised in the summary of my story. There's a very low chance that Sora will be shipped with anybody here in the My Hero verse (In a way, he's already taken if KH3 means anything), but that doesn't mean that romance in general is out of this story. There's a difference between romantic love and platonic love, and that alone is pretty hard to see, especially in written stories. If my readers aren't satisfied with what I have planned, then I can only apologize to them, and if they leave this story behind, there's not much I can do about it. Like I said with Blazer's review, I'll try my best, since this is my first online story, so wish me luck.

Shadow Tiger24: I'm glad you're enjoying this story! I really hope I do the OMORI characters justice here and beyond. I'm still not proud of some of their Quirk names, like Mari's or Kel's. As for the changes in KH3, just wait and see.

Captain Imaginat: I'm sorry, Captain, but the ship has already left the dock, and it isn't changing course anytime soon. I wouldn't expect everything that you want to be on this story. But that doesn't mean there won't be any Disney influence/references. I mean, look back at Sora finding the book about Pooh in Faraway Library. If that's not enough or it doesn't satisfy you, I'm sorry. If you choose not to continue reading this story, I hope there's another story out there that meets your expectations. As for your other questions... I wouldn't say Hades is like Bakugo in any way (other than their short temper), and Izuku and Sora are similar, but they are not the same, despite being protagonists in their respective series.

jikker jak: Magic. Jokes aside, we don't actually see the gang in KH canon imply anything about a taking a shower, and nobody seems to complain about how much they smell despite wearing the same clothing for either 1 year (KH1 Sora), a whole decade (Ventus and Aqua), or the entire series (Donald and Goofy). I'd assume they take a shower and use magic to clean their clothes, but who knows. We did see Sora eat some actual food in the KH2 manga, though, so him starving isn't out of the question. Still, bad aroma and lack of food hasn't stopped Sora before (You can correct me if I'm wrong about that last part though).

Guest: Thanks for the compliment. I did what I could for the OMORI cast's Quirks to ensure their powers aren't super broken. And yes, you could say their reactions to that movie are a little reference (Though I'm sure others would disagree with how well the movie did). Stay safe out there!

Xerayn: Thank you! I'm glad you liked the little reference to Pooh, too, to show how Sora may not be able to visit it like before. Don't worry about Izuku and Sora meeting up. All will be revealed in due time.

CallofRanger13: Wow, that's some nice answers to jak's review. But keep in mind we only see Sora use his Munny with Moogles and shopkeepers in original Kingdom Hearts worlds. Then again, in KH3, Sora just whacks a cashier or a random item in either Toy Box, Monstropolis, or San Fransokyo and it pops out Munny, so you could have a point. As for the public baths, I agree Sora would have some knowledge due to spending time in San Fransokyo, but I'm unsure if he'll use them because you would still have to pay to take a bath there, if I did my research right (You can correct me if I'm wrong).

Now, then without further ado, let's get back into the action!

"Underline" is when a character is speaking Japanese, and a lack of one is when the character is speaking English.

I do not own Kingdom Hearts, My Hero Academia, OMORI, or any of its characters.

Chapter 4: Answer the Call

The closer you get to the light… the greater your shadow becomes…

(Play: KH 3 OST: Sky of Wonder)

It was morning.

Sora groaned as he stretched his legs and his arms. Another day had arrived, and another day meant another opportunity to explore this world.

Though, he did have a bit of trouble sleeping last night. He couldn't shake the feeling that there was something watching him from afar. He had looked around, used every sense he could to find something, anything, that could scream Heartless or a person. But he found nothing, and reluctantly, he went back to sleep.

Because of that rough night and the fact he hadn't eaten much these past few days other than the water fountains he found nearby and the popcorn and snacks from the other day, Sora couldn't move around as much as he could, so he decided to explore much less than before. He had noticed that the currency that the people here use in this world was far different than the Munny he had in his inventory, so he couldn't use that to buy any food. He was tired and a bit hungry, but that wasn't gonna stop him.

He rubbed his eyes, looking up to the sky, which was now blue with a couple of clouds. Sora smiled and jumped down from the tree, stretching his body and yawning. He felt a few people looking at him confused, before they went on their way. He was used to it now, and honestly didn't care. There were wackier things that had happened in Sora's life.

He didn't have much of an agenda today when it came to exploring. He had seen almost everything around the park he had crash landed in. He might as well explore in better detail, then.

Where to start… hmm…

(Play: KH Re:CoM OST: Destiny Islands)

Sora decided to check in on the beach he saw a couple days ago, and with a slower pace, he headed over there first. He had learned from Mari and Hero that it was known as Takoba Beach, and unfortunately had become more of a trash heap than a normal beach in later years. Sora was saddened by the state of the beach, once again imagining his beloved Destiny Islands potentially covered with trash. He hoped to the light of Kingdom Hearts that that day would never come to his home.

When he arrived, he noticed a few things: One, it seemed like the pile of trash on one side had grown slightly bigger and two, the trash that was on the sand was smaller in quantity, if only slightly.

It was almost as if someone was trying, little by little, to remove the trash on the beach.

At least Sora could see the horizon a bit better.

Whoever this person was, he was happy there was at least someone sensible enough to work on trying to clean the beach. He wanted to help whoever it was. Even if it was a little bit.

Sora saw a large, rusty, refrigerator on the edge of the beach, and walked towards it. He looked around to make sure nobody was looking, before placing his hands on the bottom of the refrigerator, and lifted it up. Surprisingly, it wasn't as heavy as he thought it would be, as he lifted it up with ease and positioned his hands on the bottom of it.

Heh. Can you see me now, Herc? Sora thought of his demigod friend back in Olympus, Maybe one day, I'll be just as strong as you!

Smiling to himself, he went over to the pile that was away from the sand, outside of the beach, and plopped his prize down next to it. One less thing for that person to worry about, Sora thought proudly. At least he knew that he hadn't lost all of his strength like before on his other adventures. Even though he was surprised at his own strength (since this was his first time carrying anything heavy in a while), he was happy that this particular cycle had been broken.

Thinking about it now, after that battle with Yozora, Sora never really had the chance to test his own strength, not that he really could anyway, as it would only arouse suspicion. As of now, he couldn't see anyone naturally able to lift objects up without their Quirk, unless they were crazy and worked out for a living.

It seems Sora was the only superhuman, and technically Quirkless, person out there who could do something like this. It would be really tough to explain to anyone here, especially the authorities.

He decided to think upon it later.

After ascending the stairs out of the beach, Sora looked back at it one final time before leaving it.

At least the waves sound the same… Sora thought solemnly.

(Silence)

Sora decided to walk past a couple of buildings, one of them being the mall he had passed on his first night on Earth. He looked at it, before entering the mall itself. He decided only to explore the place. It was big, so Sora decided to keep exploration at a minimum.

He walked inside a couple of stores, looking for nothing really in particular. Since his Munny wouldn't be effective in this world, Sora was technically broke, so he told the cashiers at the stores that he was simply there to look around. This was also why he never took anything out of Faraway Library or eaten at any restaurants, because he did not have the same currency.

All of the stores displayed various items, but none that Sora could see as pretty useful for a fight against. Then again, these stores didn't have a Moogle. He sighed, wondering if he would find a Moogle shop here in this world.

If he did, it most definitely wouldn't be here unless he was blind and couldn't see it.

Speaking of...

Sora rummaged through one of his pockets, smiling as he found what he was looking for. He pulled it out and examined it, seeing the words "M.O.G. Card" on the front. Unlike the wild card Luxord had given him, this card was similar to the Honorary Membership card for the Radiant Garden Security Committee. With this membership card granted by the Moogles to Sora, he could buy exclusive items from their shops if he so wished. A little something he received for apparently being the Moogles' Number One customer.

At least it was still in a good condition. He pocketed it again before looking around for any sign of a red antennae or any of their familiar mutterings, but saw and heard nothing of the sort.

The Keyblade wielder sighed, as he exited another store and walked towards the mall's exit. He'd been merely wandering today. Until the Entrance Exam started, he was gonna have to do something, and since there were no creatures of darkness, he couldn't do his duty as a Keyblade Wielder.

So what was he supposed to do now until the Entrance Exam, other than study for it?

He could try and apply for a job at Faraway Library… but that probably would be pretty boring. Sora's mind wandered, thinking about the small jobs he did in Twilight Town. Perhaps there were some like that in Mustafu.

Only one way to find-

(Play: MHA OST: I'll Become a Hero!)

"OOF!" Sora accidently bumped into someone, falling down on his bottom.

"Oh no!"

Sora noticed the person he bumped into had several of their items they shopped for sent into the air upon their collision. Quick to act, Sora leapt to his feet and grabbed the first two boxes before they fell in both hands, while catching a bag by the handle with an outstretched foot. The person who had them managed to grab one of their own bags, before they exchanged a glance with Sora. The two sighed in relief.

Suddenly, something hard hit his head, causing him to lose balance and fall flat on his face, the boxes in his hands nearly dropping to the ground had it not been for the person he bumped into, who grabbed one of them while the other hit the ground, though not super hard since Sora was already close to the ground.

"Mrphle…" Sora grumbled as he felt the box on his head being lifted up. He was seeing stars.

"I'm so sorry. Are you okay?" he heard a female voice say politely and apologetically. She was speaking Japanese. Sora shook his head and the stars disappeared from his vision. He was looking at a pair of shoes, which most likely belonged to a person.

"I-It's alright. I'm fine. I didn't see you there. I should be the one apologizing for bumping into you," Sora replied, looking up to see a hand extended to help him up. He took it and she lifted him up. When he looked up, he was a bit surprised at what he saw.

She seemed to be older than he was, and a lot more mature. It didn't help that she was taller than him, possessing an aura of confidence and elegance around her. She had long raven-black hair tied into a spiky ponytail (though said ponytail looked tame compared to Sora's wild spiky hair), and narrow, black eyes. She wore a white shirt and pink pants, and had a purse which hung around her right shoulder. Her right hand had a bag which had held the items she had shopped for, some of which had fallen due to their collision.

He picked up the fallen box and held it under his arm. She glanced between him and the box, and Sora gave her a reassuring nod that he wouldn't try and steal it.

He had to admit, though she appeared and sounded polite and elegant, the confident aura she gave out was… kind of intimidating.

Geez… why does her presence suddenly remind me of Aqua?

"Excuse me?"

"Huh?" Sora snapped out of his funk.

"Are you alright? Is something wrong?"

"Oh!" Sora coughed and hastily switched to Japanese, which did not go unnoticed by the girl, "Sorry. I was staring, wasn't I?"

"You were," she raised an eyebrow.

"Sorry about that. You reminded me of someone I knew," Sora apologized, bowing his head slightly. He had learned that bowing his head was a way to apologize, so he tried that out here. She seemed to ease up after that.

"Is your head okay?" she asked him.

"Yeah. It is. It's been through worse," Sora rubbed the spot on his head.

He moved past the aura she gave out, which had subsided a bit, and gave her a smile, "How about we start over? My name is Sora. Nice to meetcha." He extended his free hand. She looked slightly taken aback, before taking his hand in her own and shaking it.

"Yaoyorozu. Momo Yaoyorozu," she responded back, "Nice to meet you too, Sora-san."

"Momo Yaoyorozu…" Sora repeated slowly, putting a hand to his chin, before grinning and saying, "That's a mouthful!"

"A mouthful?" She raised her eyebrow again, making him a bit uncomfortable.

"Oh… did I say something wrong?" Sora asked her. In every other world, he would talk like he normally would, but here it was a bit more difficult, especially since he was speaking in a language he wasn't very familiar with. The strict, Aqua-like aura she was giving out was not helping his case, either.

"What did you mean by that?" she asked him.

"By…?" Sora cocked his head.

"You said my name, and then said, 'that's a mouthful.' What did you mean when you said that?"

"Oh!" Sora perked up, "I meant your name. It's pretty long and takes a bit of time and effort for me to say. That's what I meant by, 'that's a mouthful!'" he explained, pausing to take a breath. He wasn't lying. His friend, Neku, also has a name just as long that made it a mouthful to say as well.

He scratched the back of his head with an awkward smile, "I'm sorry if you thought it meant something else. I don't mean to be rude."

"...You're not good at speaking Japanese, are you?" She questioned him.

Sora stood there, before he looked down dejectedly in a comical fashion, "Was it that obvious?"

"A bit too obvious." Yaoyorozu replied. It was clear that she was a bit straightforward with her earlier statement. Sora sighed. He had been here for almost a week, and it had been a while since he last spoke said language. Nevertheless, he tried his best, but it was evident he still had a long way to go. Basic conversations could only get one so far.

"Sorry. Japanese isn't my first language," he said sheepishly, "It's still a work in progress,"

"No worries," she said politely, before putting a hand to her mouth and clearing her throat, before she asked in English, "Would you like it better if I spoke like this?"

"Whoa!" Sora looked surprised, "You can speak English, too?"

"Yes. My parents had me be taught that language as a requirement." Momo replied, "I'm actually fluent in 7 other languages as well."

"Oh… and here I am struggling with one," Sora sighed, "Great…"

"It's alright. Everyone who visits Japan has a hard time adjusting to the language. It's only right for natives like us here to learn English in case a situation like this happens," she reassured him, "Are you a tourist?"

"Me? Um…" Sora pondered that question, before answering, "I'm an islander. I came here cos I wanted to see the outside world."

"All by yourself?"

Sora looked uneasy, before saying, "Yeah. I'm 15."

Based on the look that was on her face, that didn't seem like a very valid reason, or she probably thought he was lying about his age. He did sound and act like a naive and innocent child at times, according to multiple people throughout his travels across the world. And the fact that he was shorter than her wasn't helping his case, either. The Guardian of Light sweat-dropped.

"So you left all by yourself? Without telling your parents?"

(Play: KH 2.5 OST: Missing You)

Sora froze. His parents...

"I…." Sora tried to say something, but nothing else came out of his mouth. How could he? He never ever talked about them since his adventures fighting against the darkness, and he had a good reason for that. Yaoyorozu quickly took notice of this, and looked at him suspiciously.

"Did you at least tell them where you were going?"

"...No." Sora relented.

"Why not?"

He sighed. He didn't want to lie, but he was hesitant on telling the truth as well. This was not a topic he liked to talk about much.

"Well?"

"Because they're gone." Sora finally said bluntly, deciding not to press the matter further and wanting to drop the topic right then and there, "Someone took them away from me when I was little. Satisfied?"

It was partially true. When he was young, his father lost his life in a storm off of Destiny Islands while fishing with his comrades. And when Sora got the Keyblade during the Heartless's destruction of his world, his mother was lost as well.

"Oh... Oh dear… I'm so sorry," Yaoyorozu looked at him, her expression changing from suspicion to sorrow. She had not expected him to give out an answer like that. "I didn't mean to bring up bad memories,"

Sora sighed, "It's alright. I know you meant well," He reassured her by giving her a warm smile. She relaxed again, before suggesting, "We should probably find a place to sit. We wouldn't want to be blocking the way of other people passing through,"

"Huh? Oh, right." Sora nodded, seeing that they were still in the middle of the sidewalk. Sora helped her grab the boxes and placed them in her now empty bag. The two began walking down the street. Sora put his hands on the back of his head as they walked, an action that perplexed Momo.

"So you live alone?" she asked him.

"I do. But I have friends back home I can visit, so my life's not all doom and gloom," Sora replied, a bit more cheerful, "I want to honor my parents' memory. They were also explorers at heart, even though they never left the islands. So now, I made the decision to go out and see what this world has to offer."

He had come up with that on the fly, and Sora hoped that this would be a valid reason for the raven-haired young woman. She definitely wasn't fooled easily.

"That's a good way to honor them," Momo smiled at him, stopping in her tracks, causing Sora to do so as well. Good. She bought it, Sora thought. She bowed in apology, "Again, I apologize if I was… aggressive. I didn't realize how sensitive a topic that was for you."

"And I'll say it again, It's alright." Sora returned it, now relaxing, "I've somewhat come to terms with their deaths, but it's still not a topic I'm comfortable talking about,"

(Silence)

"I see. Shall we change the subject, then?" Yaoyorozu suggested.

"I'd like that. Thanks, Momo," Sora nodded. The two began to walk again.

"So where do you plan on going next after Mustafu?" Yaoyorozu asked him.

The boy put a hand to his chin, deep in thought, before coming up with his answer.

"Actually… I really like it out here. I might stick around for a bit." Sora answered, "Besides, I'm kinda surprised that being a Hero's actually a job here."

"It is. I'm guessing this is something new for you, isn't it?"

"Uh-huh." Sora nodded, "When I was a kid, I always thought of heroes as people who would fight for what was right regardless of what the world thought of them,"

"That core concept is still true, in this age," Momo replied, "Though without a Hero License, people who would use their Quirks to do heroic acts would be called Vigilantes."

"Vigilantes?"

(Play: MHA OST: Lunch Hour)

She nodded, "They used to be larger in number in the past, before the Pro Hero system was made. Nowadays they aren't really around anymore."

"I see… and I'm guessing that based on the 'no Quirks in public' law here, being a vigilante would mean going against the law?" Sora asked.

If this were any other person, Momo would've thought she was talking to somebody who didn't bother reading up on Japanese government laws before coming here, but given that Sora was an islander who never truly saw the outside world, she let it slide. Sora seemed more of a genuinely curious type than a willfully ignorant person. "That is the case. In order to properly use your Quirk publicly to help others…"

"...You'll need a Hero's License, right?" Sora finished.

"Exactly." she nodded, snapping her fingers.

"And that's why people go to schools like U.A.?" Sora asked.

"So you've heard of it?" Yaoyorozu asked him.

"Yeah. I was wondering how that worked." Sora admitted, "Rather, the Entrance Exam and all."

The two eventually found themselves in a park. The very same one Sora crash landed into a few days ago. But Momo didn't need to know that. Nobody needed to, for now.

"Here's a bench." Sora said, plopping down on it. Momo followed suit, but sat down with more grace than Sora did, placing her bag next to her feet.

"So going back to my other question, Momo," Sora began, "How does the Entrance Exam work?"

Momo looked surprised at the question, before asking him, "Do you plan to attend U.A. as well?"

"I'm thinking about it." Sora admitted, scratching the back of his head, "Though I'm not entirely sure how that works. Our schools' requirements were a little different compared to what I've heard about here."

She hummed, before replying, "From what I've heard, it's a practical and a written examination."

"Practical?" he repeated.

"Yes."

Sora looked confused. What did she mean by practical?

He asked her that, and she responded, "It's basically a test of your physical performance, on how well you can use your Quirk,"

"Wow…" Sora thought, "Wonder how that'll work out."

"If you're planning to attend, I think I'll keep that a surprise."

"What? You know what to expect?" Sora asked dumbfounded.

"Yes. I am planning to attend U.A. High as well." she said proudly.

"Really?" Sora looked at her. From what he could see, she didn't appear to have any special powers. At least, not at first glance. Then again, Mari and her own friends seemed to appear like normal people, but they also had powerful Quirks of their own, so Sora assumed the same could be said for Yaoyorozu. Sora had learned time and again not to judge by appearance alone, thinking back to an embarrassing incident when he first met Mulan and figuring out she was a girl disguised as a boy.

"I dunno… Sora and his friends would fall for anything," Mushu's voice rang in Sora's head, and he frowned at said memory. He might not be the brightest light bulb of the bunch in terms of brains, but he's not completely stupid and gullible. Upon thinking of the little red dragon, he wondered how he and Mulan were doing. Last time he was there, it was obvious Mulan and Shang had a thing for each other. Though it would stink if he was wrong.

"Sora?" Momo's own voice knocked him out of his thoughts.

"Oh! Sorry about that," Sora hastily apologized.

"You certainly lose focus a lot," she noted.

"Heh heh… I'm that much of an airhead, huh?" Sora sheepishly scratched his cheek. Suddenly, a thought occurred to him, and he asked Momo a question.

"Say, do you live here?"

"In Mustafu? No," she confirmed, "I live farther west from here. Still in Japan, just not here."

"Oh! So then… What are you doing shopping at the mall?" Sora asked her.

"Since I'm applying to U.A., it's only natural that I learn more about the city it's located in so I don't get lost. We are going to be there for three years."

Sora hummed, "True enough."

(Silence)

"Well," Momo looked up to the sky, "It's almost time for me to go back home. Wouldn't want to keep my mother waiting," She got to her feet, and Sora followed suit.

"Really?" Sora asked, "Okay, then. I'm glad we talked."

"Likewise, Sora," she smiled, "And if you're planning on going to U.A., I suggest practicing your Japanese. You're going to need it,"

"Noted!" Sora laughed, "I'll see you there, then?"

"Indeed! Thanks for helping me with my bags." She bowed her head slightly to him, and Sora did the same.

"It's the least I could do." Sora grinned, before waving, "See you later, Momo!"

"...Key…"

Sora froze, his body tensing up from the distorted voice. Momo took notice of this.

"Sora?"

"Did you hear that?" Sora asked her, looking around.

"Hear what?"

"That voice." Sora said apprehensively. His eyes began to dart around as he felt a dark presence, a presence he had hoped wouldn't appear in a world like this. The way Sora looked around frantically was creeping the young woman next to him out.

"What voice? Sora, what are you talking about?" She asked him, concerned. She had no idea why Sora was reacting like this, but she suddenly felt the air grow a bit colder. During this time? she thought. Then it rang out, louder this time.

"Where... are you?"

"That one!" Sora exclaimed, and Yaoyorozu could hear it too this time.

"What is that?" she asked.

The two of them suddenly heard screams.

(Play: KH OST: No Time to Think)

"Help!"

"Monsters!"

"Where did they come from?!"

"Heroes! Come back!"

"Oh no…" Sora said aghast. No, no, no, of all the times! As much as Sora hated to admit it, he knew it would've been a matter of time before they would attack. It should be normal for Sora, but it seems these days of peace had dulled his senses.

Not good.

"Please don't tell me…" Sora muttered to himself, but knew it had to be true.

"There's people in trouble!" Momo replied, "Sora, come on! We need to go!"

"Go where?"

"We need to go assess the situation!" she explained, "What monsters are they talking about?"

She eventually got her answer as the two were suddenly surrounded by small, but creepy, little creatures with glowing yellow eyes and black antennae. They had creeped up on them when they had lost focus, and now made their presence known. They slowly started to advance on the duo, crouched and poised to strike.

(Play: KH 1.5 Remix OST: Night of Fate)

"What the-?" Momo was taken aback by their appearance as the two were now back to back.

"Heartless…" Sora growled.

"Huh? 'Heartless'? Are these…?" Momo asked him.

"No time to explain," the boy said as he summoned the Kingdom Key in his right hand, "Do you have a weapon you can use?"

"Hold on." Yaoyorozu composed herself with a deep breath and stretched out her hand. To Sora's surprise, an iron staff materialized from her hand in a sparkle of light. She placed both hands on it and got into a stance. "Get ready. Here they come!"

Sora was surprised. Had she conjured that out of thin air? It must have been her Quirk.

He had no time to think as a Shadow suddenly pounced towards him. Reacting quickly, Sora swiped at it and defeated it in one blow.

"Careful!" he told his companion behind him, "They're dangerous in a swarm. Don't let them get near your heart!"

"Okay!" Yaoyorozu blocked a swipe from another Shadow before whacking it to the floor with her staff. She ducked as another lunged at her, missing and swiping at nothing but thin air. Sora sliced two more in half, before turning around and knocking the Shadow that had jumped over Momo off balance, before whacking it into a wall with his Keyblade.

I'm a bit rusty, but I've still got the basics, Sora thought in relief, I wonder what else I can still do.

He never got the chance. Seeing their other fellows easily dispatched by the duo, the remaining Shadows literally disappeared into the shadows.

"What were those creatures?" Yaoyorozu asked Sora. He could tell that she was shaken up by the sudden ambush. Anybody would be, considering the nature of these black monsters of darkness. "Sora… have you seen these things before?"

"Like I said," Sora replied with a serious tone, "They're Heartless… creatures created from the darkness of people's hearts."

"Hearts… like in the physical hearts that pump blood through our body?" Momo asked confused, glancing towards Sora's Keyblade, "That doesn't make any-"

"Not the physical heart." Sora corrected, "I mean like our essence. It's a manifestation of what makes us who we are… an inner self…? Sorry, it's hard to explain…". Sora had a hard time explaining it to her. She herself was confused even more by his explanation, but it was slightly reduced by what he said next, "Think of it like our emotions. When I mean darkness, I mean our negative emotions, like anger and hate, or sadness. It's connected to our emotions, basically. I dunno how else to explain it."

"Tell me later, then. We need to go and find help." Yaoyorozu replied, "There's got to be Heroes nearby. Maybe we can-"

"No." Sora interrupted her, "I'm going to go and fight those things."

"But Sora, you can't! Using our Quirks in public is against the rules!"

"You don't understand." he replied, gripping the Keyblade firmly, "These monsters are dangerous! I've seen what they can do… Their sole drive is to take the hearts of other people, and when they do, those people will lose their hearts, and become one of them! I saw it happen before on my island, I can't let that happen here! Not while I have the power to help!"

Momo was surprised by Sora's conviction and drive, more so by the fact that Sora had seen these things before and knew what they could do. "I'm going to do what I can." Sora said, snapping her out of her thoughts, "Go and get other Heroes if you have to."

"No." her response surprised the hero of light, as she continued, "I know it's wrong to use our Quirks for heroic actions without a license, but the least I can do is help keep people away from the danger without the need to use my Quirk. I may end up regretting this, but I'm coming too."

Sora had to blink frequently to process her words, then nodded. She was training to be a Hero, after all. "Okay. Let's go and do what we can, then." He turned and was about to run towards the screams for help, before Momo stopped him.

"Sora… regarding the Heartless…" Momo looked uncomfortable as she was saying this, "Are they…?". Sora looked down, understanding what she was asking, and nodded silently. "I see…" Yaoyorozu sighed, confirming her suspicions, "Let's go."

"Right." Sora nodded again, before the two rushed towards the screams.

It was already a harrowing sight, with some fires burning along several buildings. To make matters worse, more of those shadowy monsters were attacking other people trying to run away from them. A few unlucky victims had those shadows rip into their chest and pull out a glowing red heart, shattering it and causing the victims' forms to fade, distort, and eventually reform into more Heartless that began to scurry around.

"So… this is what you meant…" Momo replied in horror as she saw a Soldier Heartless rip out the heart of another victim.

Sora could see that the sight creeped his new friend out, and he put a hand on her shoulder, despite him being shorter, to reassure her. "It's okay. I was afraid too the first time I saw them appear on the island. Let's focus on saving these people. I'll divert the Heartless's attention away from the civilians. You get them to safety while I keep them distracted. If they come after you, then make sure they don't get your heart."

"It's right here, correct?" Momo asked, pointing to her chest, "That's where they'll aim for?"

"Yeah. Keep them away from the others, too, at least until the Pros arrive."

"Understood." She said as Sora crouched down, concentrated, and summoned blue energy around his body. Looking relieved for a second, Sora then blitzed towards the Heartless with Keyblade in hand.

"Leave them alone!" Sora cried out, kicking a Soldier Heartless off another civilian. He turned towards the citizen who looked at him with surprise. "Go, go! Get going!" Sora called to him, and the citizen nodded before running off. Sora looked at the number of Heartless on the field, and was relieved to find only Soldier and Shadow Heartless.

Good. They haven't gotten a true foothold on this place yet, Sora thought, But regardless, I need to draw their attention and take them out fast! Without hesitation, Sora pointed the Keyblade to the sky, allowing it to glow to get the Heartless's attention.

It worked. The Heartless's eyes flashed a dangerous yellow upon seeing the one weapon they feared, and lost interest in the other citizens. They started to advance onto the boy wielding the weapon, and Sora did the one thing he could do.

He ran towards them, ready for battle.

As Sora clashed with the Heartless, Yaoyorozu and several other civilians were helping others who had been injured by the Heartless out of the fighting and destruction.

"Are you alright?" Yaoyorozu approached an injured woman, looking at the claw marks on her side. They appeared to be pretty deep cuts, and Momo winced as she saw the blood. "Can you move?"

"No… I can't. It hurts too much…" the woman grimaced in pain.

"Hang on!" Yaoyorozu looked to where another young man with brown hair was running towards them. He looked older and taller than Momo herself.

"Is she okay?" he asked her.

"No. She's hurt pretty bad,"

"Give me a second." the boy put a hand on the wound, and a green aura came from his hand, making the wounds disappear. The woman and Momo looked at him surprised.

"Thank you…" the woman whispered.

"No worries," the man coughed. Yaoyorozu looked at him concerned, but he waved it off. "I'll be fine. Let's get her to safety."

"Got it. I'll cover you," Momo looked to where a Soldier Heartless was running towards them. At least they were larger than those little shadow bugs. She delivered a kick to the Soldier to push it back while the young man helped the woman to safety. The Soldier tumbled a bit, before getting back up. It then spun around claws outstretched to throw Yaoyorozu off balance, but she narrowly dodged the attack before hitting it on the head with her rod and sending it careening into a wall of a store, where it dissipated.

She noticed that when it did, a pink heart floated out of its remains. A heart very similar to the ones the Heartless had pulled out of their victims.

Oh no… was that a person? she thought horrified. She brushed her thoughts aside as she heard someone tell her to duck. And duck she did, avoiding another Soldier that had targeted her. Before she or it could do anything, it went out in a blaze of glory, turning to dust and releasing the heart within.

Shocked, she turned to see that Sora was the culprit, having cast Fire on the Soldier Heartless to keep it away from his friend.

"Get going!" he called out to her and the others in Japanese.

"We're not leaving you to fight these things by yourself, Sora!" the young man shouted back in English.

"Hero, I don't have much of a choice. I've got their attention, so I'll do my best to hold out as long as I can!" Sora retorted, dodging another Soldier and slicing it in half, "Are the others okay?"

"Everyone but Mari and Sunny. They're still trapped in the Library! They need help!" Hero shouted.

"Of all the stars…!" Sora cursed. If Mari and Sunny were trapped, then there was only a matter of time before the Heartless consumed them, "Stupid Heartless… Get out of the way!"

Sora decided to throw everything he knew about the world order and Quirk laws out the window. The Heartless were never subtle, so he wouldn't be either. With a yell, Sora slammed his Keyblade to the ground and released an explosion of light, obliterating the surrounding Heartless. He panted, exhausted, before looking in the direction of Faraway Library. He then looked back to Hero and Momo, who looked at him in shock. He had no time to explain anything.

He had to do his part, and he would do all he could to ensure it was done.

"Was there anyone else you saw?" Sora asked Hero.

"Not that I could see, but-"

"That's enough for me." Sora then looked back to where Faraway Library was, just several blocks away, "I'm going to go see if there's anyone else in trouble, and get them, Mari, and Sunny back here. You can tend to the wounded, right, Hero?"

"I'll do what I can, but it won't be as easy without the proper aid,"

"It's enough," Sora nodded, "Momo, stay back and help him out."

"What about you?" Hero asked him, "You're going by yourself?"

"I don't have much of a choice. The Heartless's eyes are on me now. And in this way, they won't focus as much on you guys," he replied, glancing towards his Keyblade, before his face lit back up with determination, "If they show up again, tell the civilians to take cover and hold them off for as long as you can until the Pro Heroes arrive. I'll come back as soon as I have Mari and Sunny."

"I'm holding you to that, Sora." Hero said urgently.

"Sora… are you sure about this?" Momo asked him, "Shouldn't one of us go with you?"

"I get it. I understand that two heads are better than one… but you, along with Hero, are the only ones in proper fighting shape to protect the civilians from the Heartless while I'm looking for Sunny and Mari. I can't leave Hero there by himself, so I want you to back him up, okay?" Sora said with a smile, "I trust that you'll do that… so trust me in getting back with them safely."

"...You won't be persuaded otherwise, huh?" she sighed, and the hero of light shook his head. "Okay… Then I won't stop you. Good luck, Sora."

"Get them back for us safe and sound." Hero requested, "I'll call Kel to see if he and the others are okay on their end."

"Got it!" Sora saluted, before covering himself with blue energy and rushing off towards the library. He prayed that he wasn't too late.

As he ran, he saw more Heartless running about and causing trouble. There weren't many other people around running or being attacked, but the Heartless were still there, scavenging for survivors. Not only that, but Sora's earlier perception of the Heartless's hold on Mustafu was wrong: There appeared to be slightly stronger Heartless, like Neoshadows, Air, and High Soldiers roaming about. Not good.

Upon noticing the Keyblade, the Heartless stopped their search, and hissed at Sora and the Keyblade, before lunging towards the swordsman. Without hesitation, Sora cut through them as quickly as he could, his thoughts on trying to save Mari and Sunny. As he cut through a High Soldier, he noticed that his movements appeared to be slower than they normally would be.

So I'm not at full strength… he concluded, I know that I haven't actually had any time to train or test my abilities due to these Quirk laws, not to mention I haven't had a decent meal besides water from those fountains… but am I really this rusty?

He decided to dwell on the subject later, as he leapt over a Large Body and threw his Keyblade at its back, knocking it down. Time to practice my spells! Start with something small, 1st tier magic! Sora drew his left arm back, red flames erupting from his hand. "Fire!" He launched a small fireball from his hand at the Large Body, finishing it off.

Okay! I can still cast Fire! What else? Sora thought, seeing a Neoshadow zip its way towards him. Sora then summoned his Keyblade, dodging a swipe from it and attempting to swing at it, but it disappeared into the ground. Sora's head tingled and he ducked on instinct, dodging a swipe from a Soldier. He reacted fast and took it down in one strike.

He turned around to face a High Soldier and an Air Soldier. Sora struck the High Soldier three times and finished it off with a thrust of his blade. He rolled away from the Air Soldier that was diving towards him, before concentrating power to his left hand, imagining it freezing, before a light blue aura conjured from his hand.

"Freeze!" he called out, launching an ice crystal from his hand. The Air Soldier tried to fly away, but it was too late as the shard of ice exploded into a larger ice crystal, freezing the Air Soldier in place before the crystal shattered. Sora used the opportunity to dispel the frozen Heartless with his blade, before landing on the ground.

Then, he felt something grab his leg, pinning him. Looking down, he saw the Neoshadow from earlier had grabbed his ankle! He heard something rolling towards him, and he turned to see a Large Body sliding on its stomach towards him. Crap! Sora thought, and raised his Keyblade to brace himself.

(Play: MHA OST - I've Come!)

"TEXAS…. SMASH!" a powerful voice shouted out. A gust of wind nearly knocked Sora off his own two feet as he saw the Large Body get sent sailing into the sky before dissipating into dark wisps. Sora felt the Neoshadow's grip on him release, and he staggered at the effect of the wind. He turned to see a surprising sight.

"Fear not, young man… you're safe now… because I AM HERE!" the booming voice replied to him, which was revealed to belong to a large, bulky, but smiling man that was way taller than Sora thought he was. He was wearing a costume of red, white, yellow and blue, and had golden hair with two tufts sticking above his head. His eyes were barely visible, but the most noticeable trait was his smile, which was big and wide and pretty contagious. Sora himself found that he was also smiling as well.

At his presence, the Heartless scattered and scurried away, which surprised Sora.

"Who-?" Sora was about to ask, before the large man beat him to it.

"I take it you are Young Sora, Am I right?" the man asked him in perfect English.

"Uh… yeah? Who told you that?"

"Young Yaoyorozu and Young Diaz filled me in on the details." the man explained, "They told me you were heading over to Faraway Library to help the two young Hidakas, correct?" Sora was about to interject, but the man answered the question he was about to ask, "And in case you were wondering, they also told me you were better versed in English, which is why I'm talking to you like this now, young Sora."

"Y-Yeah. I'm glad to hear that. Who are you, though?" Sora asked perplexed. The man stared at him with surprise, before laughing boisterously.

"Who am I, you ask?" The man repeated, before doing a pose, "I… am the Symbol of Peace and Justice. I… am All Might!". Sora could've sworn he saw the man glowing with power just now, and he figured this must be a Pro Hero. Whoever he was, he was really passionate about his duties as a hero, and very important in Hero Society as well to proclaim himself as the "Symbol of Peace and Justice".

"Oh! You're a Pro?" Sora asked.

"Questions for later, Young Sora. Both Young Hidakas need our help!" All Might said, looking towards the direction of the library, "We must take these monsters down to ensure that peace is secured!"

"Oh, right!" Sora said, before turning back to All Might, "But… Are you sure about this?"

"About letting you use your Quirk to fight these monsters? From what I've seen, yes. You have my permission." All Might said sincerely, "According to Young Yaoyorozu, you're the only one in this vicinity who knows what we're dealing with and what to do about it. Having you out here in the field is arguably a better option than having you out on the sidelines."

But will I get arrested for that? Sora thought in his head, but dismissed the thought. Mari and Sunny were still in trouble. The questions had to wait.

"Come now, young Sora! There are citizens who need assistance! ONWARDS!" All Might told him, before rushing towards the library in a burst of speed! "WHOA! Wait up!" Sora called out, using his Flowmotion to try and keep pace with the Symbol of Peace, and he barely did, before the two stopped several yards close to their destination.

Either he's too fast or I've gotten slower… Sora thought.

What stopped them were the Heartless, who had surrounded the Library. Large Bodies, Neoshadows, and High Soldiers galore. As they watched, some of them began to rush into the library.

"Oh no!" Sora cried out, "Mari! Sunny!"

"Leave this to me!" All Might replied, winding his fist up, "DETROIT…." he then punched the air in front of him, "SMAAASH!" releasing a gust of wind that sent the majority of the Heartless flying away.

What power! Sora was genuinely impressed. It was one thing to be able to go toe to toe with Heartless, but it was on another level to send a swarm of them flying away in a group. All Might was clearly reminding him of his demigod friend Hercules. The two of them would clearly get along, hero to hero, given the chance.

You would've loved this place, Herc. Sora thought.

(Silence)

But now isn't the time to meddle on small things. Sora looked to the library, where his friends were trapped. For some reason, it was silent.

"Mari! Sunny! I'm coming!" Sora shouted, rushing towards the entrance.

"Young Sora, wait!" All Might reached a hand out to the boy, but he was already inside. "Dammit… kids these days…" Just as the No. 1 Hero was about to follow, something unexpected happened.

Several enlarged red hands appeared from inside and shattered the windows of the glass, with some of them squeezing Heartless to death. And, just as quickly as they appeared, they slithered back to where it originated from.

What the heck was that? All Might thought, dumbfounded by the size of the red hands. He coughed a few times, before running inside to assist Sora.

10 seconds earlier, Sora had already rushed into the entrance, feeling the Heartless's presence near a corner of the Library, and ran there. It was already a horrendous sight. There were no fires in the library, but books were scattered, bookshelves toppled over, and even worse, there was blood. Sora knew he had no time to lose, following the trail.

As he turned the corner of the front desk, he saw the same red hands that All Might had seen, ripping through a Soldier Heartless and squeezing a couple of Neoshadow to bits. Sora was stunned, before he ran towards the source of those hands.

(Play: FF7 OST Music Remake: Who… Are You?)

What he saw was a very bizarre, but concerning, sight. He saw Mari, unconscious with blood dripping from her head; Sunny, who was also unconscious, but relatively unharmed; and another individual, who was in the dark and unseen, examining Mari before Sora's sudden appearance.

"Who… who are you?" Sora asked them, "Were those red hands your doing?"

The figure looked at him silently, before speaking softly in Japanese, "So you're the one…"

"Huh?" Sora looked confused.

The figure moved out of the shadows, revealing himself to be a man with a black trenchcoat which hid his features and a hat for his face. Sora could've sworn he saw red skin, but it disappeared just as quickly as it appeared, revealing only pale skin. He looked older than Mari, based on his height and voice.

"Take good care of these two. I'll deal with those shadows." the man replied, walking past Sora without saying anything else, and was about to jump out the window before Sora stopped him. "Wait!" Sora called out in Japanese, causing the man to pause, before looking back at Sora. "You helped them back there, didn't you? Do you… know them?"

The young man looked back at the two, with an almost longing look that Sora was familiar with. "Once…" the individual replied solemnly, before rushing out the window and into the alleyways, perhaps facing off against the Heartless. Sora did not stop him, considering that the person was responsible for the red hands and for saving Mari and Sunny. Perhaps that was his Quirk.

Whatever it was, it proved to be very effective against the Heartless.

(Silence)

"Young Sora!" Sora heard All Might behind him and turned to greet the Symbol of Peace. "What happened? Where are the Young Hidakas?"

"There!" Sora remembered, running towards Mari and inspecting her head injury. It wasn't too deep, but she was still losing blood. "Sunny may be fine, but Mari's not doing good. She'll be lost if we don't do something."

"He's fainted from shock." All Might deduced, upon inspecting Sunny's unconscious body, before lifting it up gently, "Come, Young Sora. We must bring your friends to safety."

"Right. Hold on," Sora said, before pulling out a small jar with a mysterious substance, opening it, and pouring it into Mari's open mouth. "Open up, Mari. Down you go, bit by bit," Sora encouraged as the liquid went into her mouth. A few seconds later, the wound on her head closed in sparkles of light, and she started to cough, before slowly opening her eyes.

"Sora?" Mari asked quietly. Her voice was barely discernible.

"Hey, Mari. We're gonna get you out of here." Sora smiled at her, "It's gonna be alright."

"Where's… where's Sunny? Is he okay?"

"He's fine, Young Mari." All Might replied, making her turn her head to him.

"All Might…" she said in wonder, "Thank you. Thank you both…"

"No problem." Sora smiled again, "Get some rest. We'll make sure you get back safely. Hero's worried sick."

"Okay…" Mari said weakly before closing her eyes and letting her body relax. Sora picked her up bridal style and nodded to All Might, who had Sunny over his shoulder. The Symbol of Peace nodded back, before the two slowly exited the library. Once outside, they ran as quickly as they could back to where the other civilians were. Sora noticed there were also Heroes there as well, three of them he had already seen before.

Upon seeing them, Hero, along with Aubrey, Basil, and Kel, ran up to the four of them.

(Play: MHA OST - Hero's Shadow)

"Sora!" Kel shouted.

"Guys!" Sora greeted them, running over to them in kind.

"How's Mari? Is she okay?" Hero asked, wincing as he saw the blood on her face.

"She's fine now. She got hurt pretty bad, but I helped her." Sora placed her onto Hero's hands, "I know you'll be able to take care of her, Hero."

"Sora!" Sora turned to see Momo walking up to him, "So you were successful?"

"For now… but the threat isn't gone yet." Sora replied, "Their leader's still around."

"The Heartless have a leader?"

"Yes. They might be mindless creatures of darkness, but they do have a unified goal: devour the hearts of people and multiply. Normally a large one leads a swarm of these Heartless. Take it out, and the rest of the Heartless should follow suit." Sora told them, "We need to find the leader before the Heartless multiply even more than they should."

"Where can we find it, Young Sora?" All Might asked him.

"That's the problem." Sora sighed in frustration, "It could be anywhere…". Normally, the leader would be searching for the world's Keyhole, and Sora had no idea where that could be. Given that this world was larger than most, it could take years to properly find it.

"Then I'll have our numbers split up and search the city. You should take a breather, now, Young Sora. Thank you. You've given us all the information we need," All Might said, noticing the ruffled clothes Sora had on. He turned around and spoke in Japanese, "Mt. Lady! Kamui Woods. Death Arms! There is something we need to discuss!" The Number 1 Hero ran towards the other heroes grouped there. As he left, Sora looked to his friends.

"I'm sorry…" Sora sighed, "I hoped that none of you would've had to witness this…"

"So you've dealt with them before?" Aubrey asked him.

"Yes…" Sora sighed, "But it's not really something I like talking about."

"So what now?" Basil asked timidly. Sora looked to the sky, clearly concerned.

"The Heartless aren't gonna stop attacking like this until the leader's down and out. We need to find it first,"

"...Do you... seek me out… Key Bearer...?"

Sora froze again, hearing the distorted voice yet again.

"'Key Bearer'?" Aubrey asked. Apparently Sora's new friends had heard the voice as well. Sora looked shocked, before it was replaced with determination. "Sora… are they talking about you? You have a key-shaped sword."

Sora sighed. "I think they are…" He summoned out his Keyblade again, "It's because of this."

"How?"

"Like I said, It's hard to explain in detail…" Sora sighed, knowing that playing dumb wasn't going to work here, "Long story short, a mad scientist from my island made the Heartless a long time ago; I got my Quirk because of them; and I helped stop said scientist from spreading them to everywhere else.

"I thought they had disappeared… but somehow, they made it here… and not only are they after the hearts of the citizens of this city… they're also after me because of this weapon… they fear it because it's the only thing that can truly destroy them."

Seeing their confused looks, Sora explained, "The Heartless are very resilient, and since there's darkness — evil, negativity, call it whatever — in every heart, defeating them by normal means can only destroy them temporarily. Given enough time, they'll eventually appear somewhere else. This," Sora pointed to the Keyblade, "Is currently the only thing that can truly take them down. Again, long story, and we don't have time. I need to go and face the leader, and then the smaller Heartless would be no trouble at all."

If this were any other person, the others would've thought that he was crazy and speaking nonsense. But based on the fact that he was dead serious about the danger, having spoken about just how dangerous these monsters were and after witnessing it themselves, they were inclined to believe him.

Sora was thankful the only people who were listening were Aubrey, Hero, Basil, Kel, and Momo. They were already confused, but Basil spoke up, "Even if that is true, Sora, you're putting yourself in danger. If these Heartless are as dangerous as you say, you'll need help taking them down. We should let All Might and the other Heroes know."

"Yeah! Let us come with you!" Kel said, determined.

(Play: KH 2.5 Remix OST - Sora)

"I'm sorry, Basil… And thanks for the offer, Kel," Sora replied sadly, "But it's because they're so dangerous that I need to face it myself. I know and have seen what they can do… and I don't want you guys to go through what happened to me… I need to do this. The Heartless are my problem. This is something my heart is telling me to do. Please… let me do what it says,"

It was clear his friends were still concerned for his well-being, but Sora smiled to reassure them, "It's gonna be alright. I've faced them before. I can do it again. If there are any other Heartless that appear while I'm facing the big bad, I'm trusting you guys to take care of them."

"Sora…" Hero said cautiously, "Are you absolutely sure about this?"

"I am."

"...Okay." Hero relented, surprising everyone. "If this is what you want to do, then I won't stop you. Just… promise you'll come back to us safely. Who are Sunny and Mari gonna thank if you don't make it back?" He smiled despite the odds stacked against his new friend.

"Yeah. I will. Thanks, Hero." Sora returned it.

Sora looked to his new friends, "Well… wish me luck."

"Sora…" Kel started, "I'm…"

"No… I'm sorry." Sora said solemnly, "Nobody could've predicted the Heartless would come here. But because they are, I need to finish the job. If I don't, who knows what could happen to this city."

Kel looked at his friend concerned, before giving Sora a hug, "Come back to us in one piece, kay?"

"It's a promise." Sora smiled as he hugged Kel back. He looked to Aubrey, who gave him a reassuring nod. Sora then looked to Momo. "Heh heh… not the best way to say hello to someone you've met, right?" Sora said sheepishly.

Momo gave a chuckle, "It has been… an experience… but it honestly wasn't… boring." She smiled, though it was clear to Sora that it was forced. He was grateful that she was also concerned as well. Another friend to add to his list in this world, "I wish you luck, Sora."

"Thanks for that, Momo. See you in the Hero Course. Assuming I don't get arrested after this," Sora grinned, earning another light-hearted chuckle from the raven-haired girl. He took a deep breath, before looking in a specific direction, "Here goes."

"But do you know where it is?" Basil asked him.

Sora answered, "It's closer than you think. Make sure everyone gets out of here safely."

"Got it." Kel saluted, "Give the boss our regards."

"Will do. And kick some Heartless butt if they ever do come back here." Sora grinned, before rushing off towards where the dark presence was. His friends all watched him with apprehension, but their eyes displayed hope for their mystery friend.

Sora ran to where he knew the leader was. He didn't show it back there, but he was honestly pretty worried about what was happening. He had never heard Heartless talk before, if that was what the voice was. Heartless never spoke… until now.

Something told him that this wasn't going to be an easy fight.

(Silence)

Meanwhile, a figure looked down at the boy wielding the Keyblade as he ran towards his destination. He simply smirked underneath his hood. "That's right… keep that up, kiddo. Go on and do your thing." he laughed, "I'll be watching you and gauging just how strong you've become…

"Do us proud… Hero of Light."

And there we have it! With Chapter 4 complete, we're getting deeper into the well of this little story!

In this chapter, we're getting actual action and some characters from MHA coming in and meeting Sora for the first time, and it seems Momo and All Might are the lucky winners here! I really hope I did their characters as close to accurate as possible. Just a heads up though, I wouldn't expect a first meeting to be "love at first sight" in terms of Sora meeting Momo. Like I said when responding to Wizard Wolf's review, Sora is most likely not gonna be shipped with anybody in this world. His priority is befriending people at the moment and getting accustomed to this world since he's stranded.

For those who are confused as to why Sora can casually carry a fridge, remember KH2? At his best in that game, he's launched BUILDINGS as projectiles against Xemnas, though gravity could've been a factor as well. It shouldn't be out of the question for him to carry a refrigerator with ease, even in a weakened state.

With that in mind, we've got a little preview of how much power Sora still has. It looks like he can still cast magic, but only at the basic level, and though he can still utilize Flowmotion, he seems slower and weaker than before. That's not a good sign, especially with these stronger Heartless we've seen surrounding Faraway Library moments before.

Speaking of the little devils, the Heartless have finally decided to show their faces in this world too. Unless Sora finds their leader, things aren't gonna end well. Not to mention, we have two mysterious figures that have appeared in this chapter, and one apparently has a connection to Sunny and Mari, if his words are anything to go by, and the other knows Sora's true identity. Take any guesses as to who these guys may be. You might figure it out (the latter more so for KH fans).

I hope you guys enjoyed this action-packed chapter. I'm sorry if this story isn't meeting your expectations, and if you choose to stop reading it, I hope you'll find a story that does meet your expectations.

Thanks again for reading, and until our paths cross again.
