Third Person Point Of View

The green haired teen looked at the man in front of him, the man who stood proud and strong disappeared leaving behind a scrawny man. The males hair which was pointed sagged in his face, almost covering the blue eyes. The teen shocked his head slightly as if to make sense of the situation, or to try and see if the person in front of him would disappear. Nothing happened, so the teen couldn't blame what was happening on imagination. The man in front of him was the symbol of peace not even a second ago, Izuku couldn't believe that the scrawny man was actually All Might. Everyone knew All Might was a tall and lucky man but the dude in front of Izuku was anything but.

Izuku took a step back and then another, he slowly stepped back until he was at the door. He thought the man in front of him wasn't All Might; it obviously had to be some imposter. He shook his head again, no that wasn't possible and he knew that, so it means that the man in front of him must have been the real deal. The blonde in front of him coughed harshly, spewing blood from his mouth. He stood up and sighed, this isn't how he wanted his secret to be revealed to a child nonetheless. All Might saged slightly then looked at the green haired kid. "Look…" He started out but the teen reached for the door handle. "I know you have questions, none of which I am willing to answer. So if you would please move away from the door I need to go hand in the villain." The symbol of peace was slightly agitated by the teen, he didn't seem to be budging.

Izuku sighed but held his place. "Y-You can leave as soon as you answer just one question.." He said to the man. All Might groaned and pinched the bridge of his nose. "Whatever one question and then I'm leaving."Izuku nodded to the terms and asked his question. "Do you think a quirkless nobody like me could hope to achieve being a hero like you?" Izuku was hoping for the answer to be a yes, but he knows luck and hope are never going to be one his side. All Might looked at him and sighed. "I can't simply say someone without a quirk can be a hero, it's too dangerous for someone with a quirk just think of the risk of someone without a quirk trying." He cleaned his throat and continued. "It's nice to have dreams but try to be more realistic, without a quirk you can't become a hero."

Izuku moved away from the door, letting the man through. He should have now the answer was going to be no, all he is is a worthless nobody. Of course someone like him could never be a hero. He sat down and tucked his knees to his chest. He buried his head and cried slightly, he didn't sob. Having to hide your pain makes it easy to be quiet, he knew that way too well. He continued to cry not caring about the world behind him, he slowly escaped more into his thoughts. Which honestly is more deadly than he could have realized. He kept thinking about what All Might had said, sure he knew the chance of getting a yes from the man was slim, but he wished i wasn't the answer.

He was still turning over the words in his head when a phrase from earlier in the day made its way into his thoughts. "Take a swan dive off the roof of the school and hope for a quirk in your next life!" Izuku reeled back at that, he knew Katsuki didn't mention it at the time, but as Izuku turned the words over in his head he didn't think it was that bad of an idea. Izuku slowly stood up and walked across the roof towards the railing. He smiled a slight smile, if he did this everyone else would be so much better off at least that's what he thought.

He thought his mom might be sad, but she soon will get over it. After all, it would be more money for her to spend, since she wouldn't need to waste money for extra clothes or notebooks, and she wouldn't have to waste food on him. He walked closer to the railing and put a hand on the safety guard. He thought how Katsuki would be so much better off not needing to worry about beating Izuku down. His teacher's wouldn't have to worry about him being a waste of resources and there would be no need to dock his grades.

Both legs were in front of the railing now, the boy reached down towards his shoes. Slowly one by one he took off his red shoes. He stood back up again and looked out over the railing. The sun was setting slowly, laying a golden light on the surroundings. There were no clouds, it was such a beautiful day and Izuku was about to spoil it with a dark and messy act. He let out a sharp breath, the tears on his face never slowing down. He set his shoes off to the side, his backpack laying somewhere on the roof.

He swung his legs over the railing almost sitting on it. He took another breath and turned around, his back to the sun. "I'm sorry…" He said his voice soft on the wind, after that he let go. His body fell back against gravity and he was falling.
