Description of Incident: Officer Mikan Asahi brought his son, seventeen year-old Mikan Saburo and his friend, sixteen year-old Amaki Ren with him on the count of the recent investigations behind the murders of two women. The two teenaged boys are both students at Tokyo Metropolitan Koichi High School. Officer Mikan only intended for the boys to go along and show them how the police occupation works. However, the three of them were attacked by serial killer, Nakazawa Inejiro, who had murdered a total of five women around Maruyamacho, Shibuya City. The attack resulted in the death of Amaki, Officer Mikan incapacitated the perpetrator, and Nakazawa was arrested shortly after the incident had taken place. Amaki has died as a result of severe blood loss as officers had found that the student lost over 2 Litres of his blood at the scene.

Was The Individual Injured?: Amaki Ren died of severe blood loss as a result of Nakazawa Inejiro throwing a large, sharp knife into his torso. Nakazawa's knife deeply buried itself into Amaki's kidney, causing a large tear in the kidney tissue. The tear lead to severe blood loss, in addition to the leaking of urine into the abdominal cavity. The injury lead to the death of Amaki Ren within a matter of three minutes upon receiving the injury.
