"No... it isn't over..." I said as I looked at the patch work book, made of two grimoires, one white with gem designs and the other orange and gold flame borders.

The water surged up as a massive formation of minerals shined above me. "HELEN!" Asta yelled as he leaped forward slicing it in half with his blade but the two halves went to either sides of us, more minerals growing.

"NOOO!" Yuno shouted as the attack trapped us, the stones cutting deep into my skin and I felt my ribs break.

I screamed a wordless scream as the minerals pulled away, I fell to my knees and slumped over.

"NO! EARTH CREATION MAGIC: GOLLUM!" Above us a being made of stone with Sol riding on it's head crashed into the Diamond Mages mineral beast that encased him, flames healing his wounds.

"I'll kill you all! I LIVE TO DESTROY THE WEAK!"

Chapter 22: The Dungeon; Hidden Powers

I watched as Sol's earth creation smashed it's mighty fists against the Diamond mage's mineral encasement. "I LIVE TO DESTROY! THE WEAK MUST PERISH! I LIVE TO DESTROY THE WEAK MUST PERISH!" He chanted over and over, the look of pained insanity in his eyes.

'What... the hell is wrong with this guy?' I thought as I was pulled out of the way by luck, lightning crackling.

I sat up as I watched Asta stand off against him with Sol behind him. "I will be the WIZARD KING AND DEFEND MY FRIENDS!" Asta swung his blade with all his might slashing through the mineral defense as Sol was locked in a test of strength. Asta lobbed off one of the mineral arms allowing Yuno to blast the construct with wind magic. I got to my feet.

"I can fight." I gritted my teeth taking a step forward. "I'M NOT DONE YET!"

In the recesses of my mind came a voice, 'You aren't done yet? Don't make me laugh.' It was so familiar.

I gritted my teeth as I lunged, the stones paving the ground shattering as I rushed the battle. I leaped up through the air and slammed my fist into the side of the creation knocking it to the side and making it stumble long enough for Asta to jump up and slam his blade down on the mage knocking him out.

I fell to the ground screaming in pain, that attack had stripped my knuckles of skin and my wrist was twisted in and unnatural way, my whole body was racked with pain. "Helen!" I looked up as Mimosa ran to me, I could barely make out her spell as a cloak of plants and flowers covered her arms and chest. It felt like a warmth flowed through me. My wounds slowly healed as my wrist was fixed.

"Just... get me standing." I said as the green magic power healed me. I watched as Klaus picked up the man's patch work grimoire. "Well... that... wasn't fun."

"Did you expect it to be fun?" He asked.

I just shrugged. "I wasn't expecting to fight a Shining General and a madman." I said. "Evanora, she ran off before I beat her."

Klaus pushed his glasses up. "I see, she is known for being more cautious then the rest of the generals." He said as Noelle and Mimosa helped me up.

"Hey we won didn't we?" Asta asked, "So how do we get into treasure vault?" we looked up at the massive set of doors.

Luck walked up to them and placed his hand on them. "Good news, they are magic constructs so your sword should be able to cut right through it." He said to Asta.

Yuno took me from the two royals. "HAAAH!" With two slashes Asta slashed through the thick magic doors and inside...

"Oh..." The gold shined in the magic the permeated the air. Hundreds of thousands of coins filled the chamber. Artifacts, weapons, tomes and magic items. "I've never seen so much gold..." I walked up to a table and picked up a necklace, the flawless gemstones reflecting the light from their silver fittings. I set it down and looked around.

Asta's eyes were stars, Luck was riffling through items, I turned around and saw so many things. The magic centralized in this chamber was amazing. "Hey newbie." I looked at Sol. "I know, it's a lot to take in." She smiled.

"How are we supposed to move all of this?" I asked her.

"That's the problem with places like this." She said.

Klaus just spoke up. "Enough with playing with the artifacts!" He shouted just before a bright green light came from where Yuno was. We ran over to him. "What was that Yuno?"

"I... don't know." He said as he set down a scroll and looked in his grimoire, I couldn't read the writing appearing on the page.

I just closed my eyes before turning around and something caught my eye, a hole was busted through the roof shining day light down into the chamber I walked around the piles of gold and in the middle of a crater of gold coins was... "What the... come look at this!" I called out. Noelle, Sol and Klaus came to where I was, in the center of the gold crater was a metal sphere with a open hatch with a red glass port and seat inside of it, lights and dials glowed dimly inside it. Just outside the pod was a book with no writing inside it. But what was on the side of the pod... "It's the same symbol." My tail placed my grimoire in my hands and I held it up.

"It's... one to one." Klaus said. There was a strange sound and on the other side of the craft was a small device, and a few shattered pieces of glass, it was sparking and making a strange scratchy sound. It was clearly broken.

I placed my hand on the side of the... thing... "What is this?" I asked. I slid my hand down the metal and picked up the tome. There was no clue as to what was once held in the book, as all the writing and illustrations were gone and there was no magic in it.

I reached down and picked up the device, the shattered red glass one the end end of a short arm. It sparked and exploded in my hand. "Helen... do you think... this has something to do with you?" Yuno asked.

"I... no. That's impossible." I didn't know if I wanted to believe what I said.

Then there was a thunderous footstep, we all turned around as the diamond mage was on his feet again, magic fire healing his wounds. "I live to destroy!" His grimoire flew from Klaus' grip. Small mineral blades flew at us, sending coins scattering on the ground. I hit the ground rolling, a explosion went off. I looked over as the strange pod was shredded to pieces. One last surge of power ran through it before it exploded.

I covered my face as debris rained down on me. "What is with this guy!?" I shouted Asta leaped at him, but a barrage of that same attack was to fast for him to block with his Anti Magic blade, I watched as he was flung through the air and crashed through the back wall.

"Earth Creation Magic: Sturdy... AAAH!" Sol was swatted to the side,

"AAAHH!" Noelle tried attacking with her water but was bashed to the side as well, blood soaking her clothes as she hit the ground.

"NOELLE!" Mimosa yelled.

"STEEL CREATION MAGIC; SPIRAL LANCE!" Klaus yelled as spinning spears sparked off the mages minerals but before Klaus was attacked a gust of wind saved him. But now the diamond mage toward over me.

"YOUR WEAK! THE WEAK DIE!"

'That's how it is, the weak die, but my daughter, the weak can become strong.' Two voices filled my head, like a long lost memory coming back to me. 'Try again...'

It was like my body was moving on it's own as the diamond mage created an even larger version of the mineral blade that he had used before. In the instant that it was swung down I felt a gust of wind shatter it and Asta lunged at the man, a smaller blade in his hand, cutting away the magic flames.

My hands fell to my hips as a purple aura surrounded me. 'It's our families attack, our birthright.'

"GALICK GUN! FIRE!" I screamed, the strange power overflowed from me, my hands thrusting from my hips upwards the purple beam hitting and slamming the diamond mage into the ceiling. But that wasn't it, the attack expanded further and further engulfing the room.

When the light subsided, the room was open to the air, and the diamond mage was nowhere to be seen. I fell to my knees drained.

In the distance was a bolt of smoke with the glint of gold on it.

My face hit the ground and I passed out.

On a car made of smoke filled with gold and mages a man and woman looked at their heavily injured ally. "What... was that?" Evanora asked.

"I don't know, but to do this to Mars... we have to report this back as soon as possible." Lotus said. "What... terrifying power."

"Do... you think they'll send that child after us?" Evanora.

"I hope not."

Deep in space the ship of the Saiyan Malok sparked to life. Inside the Saiyan was furious. "HER SHIP WAS DESTROYED!" He forced the throttle to it's max. "I'LL KILL THEM!" He shouted.

He had the coordinates to his daughters ship, a last set of SOS signals sent out on a secure frequency.

"Who ever harmed my daughter will pay." He growled.

Well. Hey.
