Mipha was fast asleep in her bedroll by the time Urbosa made it back to camp, Zelda and Impa watching her with wide eyes from pretty much the same place Urbosa had left them earlier. Daruk also watched the Zora Champion. Though he seemed to have calmed, his normally clear face was still far more clouded that was normal for him. Link had apparently started a fire, and something to cook over it, though he was currently examining Zelda's ankle while she continued to fret over Mipha. The Hylian Champion did not look pleased with any part of their current situation.

He looked up briefly as Urbosa arrived, then jerked his head sharply in Mipha's direction. Urbosa turned to look, and realized another bedroll had been laid out, this one Revali's. Gratefully the Gerudo made her way over, kneeling as carefully as she could and doing her best as she laid the Rito down not to cause him any more pain than necessary.

He had not regained consciousness, though he shivered slightly as she moved her arm from under his shoulders. Urbosa watched him for a moment, unsure what to do next.

"Let him rest."

She turned abruptly as Link spoke for the second time that day. The Hylian was wrapping Zelda's ankle as if he had been treating injuries all his life. Perhaps, he had. Urbosa knew little enough about their resident Hylian knight and Champion without taking into account a past that he seemed no more inclined to talk about than anything else.

"Will she ever walk again, do you think?" The Gerudo asked, nodding toward Zelda. She was rewarded-and surprised-when Link almost smirked at her before shaking his head.

"She'll live," he said, his voice dry. Standing, he paused to wipe the dust off of his tunic before making his way across the camp. He paused once more to look Mipha over, then knelt beside Revali's still form.

Urbosa watched Link check for a pulse, then lean forward as if listening for something. After a moment he straightened back up, satisfied by whatever he had heard. Reaching forward, he adjusted the Rito's blanket, straightening it almost gently. The action surprised Urbosa.

"He's not in any danger, but there's nothing anyone can do for him until Mipha recovers her strength. Until then it's better if he can sleep-or at least stay still." Link sounded doubtful of Revali's ability to do just that, and Urbosa could not say she blamed him.

"How bad was it?" she asked, lowering her voice, wondering if he would answer. If he felt he had said enough, would he simply stop talking, whether she still had questions or not?

Link grimaced. "I wasn't sure he was still alive when I found him. Then I wasn't sure he'd survive long enough for Mipha to reach us." The Hylian stared down at their quiet companion, his eyes unfocused as he remembered. "He was afraid, and he knew I saw it. He may hate me after this."

Urbosa sighed. "I wish the two of you could get along," she admitted. Link shrugged.

"I'll feel better keeping an eye on him, but I won't wake him up." The Gerudo added, turning her gaze on the other sleeping figure. "How is she?"

"She overreached herself." Link's face twisted, briefly, with anger. "I told her to stop. He tried to tell her to stop." He sighed. "She'll likely sleep through the night. By morning she'll be insisting she can finish healing him. Mipha has little regard for her own needs when those around her are suffering."

"So she'll need more time." Urbosa prodded gently.

"And food and water." Link agreed. "I would prefer her not to try again until tomorrow evening. She'll be less likely to collapse again. It will also make it easier for her to heal him if she's more rested. Less strain on her, less strain on him." He fell silent for a moment, thinking. "I can brew something to help Revali rest, if the pain becomes too much."

"I can probably bully him into taking it if it comes to that." Urbosa admitted. "Though I don't know how much strength he has for arguing."

"I could rest just fine without a potion, if the two of you would only shut up." Revali's voice growled up at them, though it lacked any real venom.

"And here I thought you were dead to the world," Urbosa looked down at him critically. Though he had spoken, he had not moved, and his eyes remained closed.

"You said my name," the Rito grumbled, as if that explained everything. "And I kept hearing a voice I couldn't place. Apparently the Hylian can talk after all."

Link snorted. Rising to his feet, he left without another word. Urbosa watched him return to whatever was cooking over the fire before turning her attention back to Revali.

"How are you?" she asked. Revali sighed.

"Not great," he admitted. "Everything hurts, and it's hard to stay awake."

"Then don't. Mipha's resting. You should too."

"She okay?"

"Link says she'll probably sleep through the night. He doesn't want her to try healing you for another day."

"She needs to regain her strength." Revali grunted, his voice softer than it had been.

"And you need to conserve yours. Now rest, unless you want me to ask Link about some sort of potion after all."

Revali gave in with little fuss, which worried the Gerudo. Still, there was not much more she could do than keep watch. Urbosa settled down to keep any eye on both him and Mipha, hoping that nothing else went wrong.
