Detective Jake Peralta was watching iCarly on his computer at his desk at the NYPD's 99th Precinct in Brooklyn. He is a fan and is officially the first NYPD officer to become a fan of iCarly. He was watching a webisode where Carly, Sam and Freddie were showing their drawings of a bunny.

"Hey Jake, what are you watching? Shouldn't you be completing any paperwork?" His partner, Detective Charles Boyle asked him when he realizes Jake is watching something not related to work.

"Oh, I am watching iCarly and by the way I finished the paperwork of a case already." Jake answered his question, pointing to paperwork that has been finished on his desk.

"i-what?" Charles asked Jake.

"iCarly. It is a popular web-show hosted by a group of teenagers in which they do stuff that also features talent contests, recipes, problem-solving, and random dancing – garners international accolades." Jake answered his question.

"I've heard of that show too. There was a music video of some singer called Wade Collins on the internet and the guy that directed it, Freddie Benson, is also the producer of that web-show." Jake's wife, Sergeant Amy Santiago said in which she remembered.

"Yeah, they exposed a video of him being rude on one of their webisodes in which he says 'hobnockers' most of the time." Jake said in which he remembers.

"Yeah, except I arrested that guy for saying it when he was here in New York." Their fellow colleague, Detective Rosa Diaz surprised them.

"Really, when?" Charles asked her.

Flashback-5 days after the iRockedTheVote episode

Wade Collins was ordering a sandwich at a Subway restaurant in Brooklyn. He got the wrong order and demanded an explanation for his order. He shouted 'hobnocker' to the staff member that got the order wrong, unfortunately he said it in the restaurant where Detective Rosa Diaz who just finished ordering her sandwich heard it and approached him.

"Excuse me sir, what is going on here?!" Detective Diaz asked Wade Collins when she approached him.

"This person has my order wrong and all he did was apologized to me and told me that he was kinda new here and that he called the manager to explain to me but I forgive the manager and called that new guy a 'hobnocker' because of my order." Wade Collins told Detective Rosa Diaz.

"Okay sir, what is your name and what did you said to that employee?" Detective Rosa asked Wade Collins.

"It's Wade Collins, you HOBNOCKER!" Wade Collins said to Detective Diaz in which she bent his arm and took out her handcuffs.

"Ouch…what's your problem, you bloody 'hobnocker'?!" Wade demanded in which Detective Rosa Diaz flashes her badge.

"Listen to me 'hobnocker', I am a police detective! I am placing you under arrest for that word you said and threatening a civilian employee." Detective Rosa Diaz said to him as she handcuffed Wade Collins behind his back and escorting him outside the restaurant, the crowd cheered at Detective Rosa as she brings him outside.

Flashback ends

"Whoa, what happened to that hobnocker anyway?" Jake asked her.

"Eh, I found out he is an Australian and unfortunately because he committed a crime here in America, he is now in jail while the Australian Embassy is negotiating the commissioner for his release." Diaz revealed to them while two people emerged from the Captain's Office and went straight to Detective Jake.

"Peralta, since you are a fan of iCarly, it seems that you are needed at the briefing room along with everyone else right now." Raymond Holt, the 99th Precinct's Captain, told Jake in which he is confused along with Sergeant Amy, Detective Boyle, Detective Diaz, Gina Lenetti, the 99th Precinct's sardonic and egomaniacal civilian administrator and Holt's assistant along with Detectives Michael Hitchcock and Norm Scully.

"Wait sir, what is going on?" Sergeant Amy asked Captain Holt.

That is when Sergeant Terry Jeffords, the supervisor of the 99th Precinct's detective squad, told them what is going on. "We just received a case from the commissioner, and you are not gonna believe this, it has something to do with iCarly."

"OMG! Come on guys, if it has something to do with my favorite web show, then you all need to be in this briefing anyway!" Jake exclaimed to the rest in which they all relented and went into the briefing room.

"So, what is this case that has something to do with my favorite web show, iCarly? Do we need to watch that Samantha Puckett girl?" Jake asked Captain Holt as the rest settled down in which he replied, "No".

Sergeant Terry Jeffords then took over and explained what the case is.

"Actually, the iCarly gang is here in New York City today for the annual Webicon which is an awards show for websites and other things on the internet. It ended three days ago and they are going around for an official tour of New York. But unfortunately, they are also being threatened by someone who is an obsessive fan of iCarly unlike Detective Peralta here." He told them in which he pointed at Jake.

"Who is this obsessive fan anyway?" Detective Boyle asked and Sergeant Jeffords flashes the mugshot of a crazy woman on the screen.

"This fan is Nora Dershlit." Sergeant Jeffords explained to them. "She is a psychotic and lonely social outcast who is a crazy fan of iCarly and has no friends except for her chicken Maurice and her equally psychotic parents leaving her to her own devices."

"Wait, her pet is a chicken named Maurice?" Detective Rosa Diaz asked Sergeant Jeffords.

"Yes, it is." Jeffords answered her.

"Creepy and Weird." Detective Rosa said.

Sergeant Jeffords then continues. "Anyways, she kidnaps Carly, Sam, and Freddie some time back after they helped her become popular with the children at her school. After a lengthy fight with their friend Gibby while his brother Guppy frees the iCarly gang, Nora is knocked out by Sam pressing a pressure point in her shoulder and is arrested soon after."

Captain Holt took over and explained more about Nora.

"Unfortunately, she been paroled from the past incident and seemingly a normal person now. However, it was a ruse to trap the iCarly gang, with her parents helping her take Spencer hostage so they can endlessly repeat her 16th birthday party. However, Freddie Benson's mother, Mrs. Benson and their fellow friend, T-Bo came to the rescue with Nora again arrested for her parole violation, along with her parents as co-conspirators." Captain Holt explained to them in detail. "The parents were transferred to the Albion Correctional Facility in Orleans County where they are sentenced to life imprisonment while Nora was sent to the Nork Correctional Institution in Connecticut where she is also sentenced to life imprisonment."

"And what is this had to do with iCarly?" Detective Jake asked as Captain Holt cleared his throat.

"She unfortunately broke out of the Nork Correctional Institution 10 days ago and is seeking revenge on iCarly. The FBI received word that she knew about iCarly being here in New York City and is plotting revenge on them, as a matter of fact they decided to pass this case to us because we are one of the best precincts in the NYPD and also, they knew about a NYPD officer who is an iCarly fan." Captain Holt explained to them in which he pointed to Detective Jake who is a fan of iCarly. "They want us to arrest Nora Dershlit before she gets to the iCarly gang."

"Anyways, tomorrow the iCarly gang are doing a tour of Brooklyn and the FBI received word that Nora could be trying to trap them here in Brooklyn so be on the lookout for her. If you see her, you are to arrest her immediately before she gets to the gang." Sergeant Jeffords said in which Detective Jake is excited that the iCarly gang is coming to visit Brooklyn.

"Well guys, looks like we are going to arrest that Nora Dershilt wacko girl before she harms my favorite idols, the iCarly gang. Let's go Nine-Nine!" Jake shouted at the briefing room. All of them realized that Jake is by-far the number-one NYPD fan of iCarly.
