The Murder of Mrs Elaine Peacock:

On the road of Carvery Court stood Mansfield Gardens which was owned by retired vicar Father Tony Green.

The next day dawned Mrs Gwyneth Black the housekeeper found Mrs Elaine Peacock lying lifeless in the lounge. She'd been murdered!
Gwyneth immediately went to Father Green and told him about her discovery. Private detectives Hermione Pivotson and Jack Marvilleston arrived on the scene. Gwyneth described to them what she'd found. Hermione and Jack decided to inspect Mansfield Gardens for themselves.
After conducting an examinatoion on Mrs Elaine Peacock's body. It was concluded that she'd been strangled.

The residents of Mansfield Gardens who included Major Sebastian Scarlet, Professor Len Plum , Mrs Roberta White, Dr Freya Orchid, and Reverend Barry Mustard were all interviewed. Once they'd all been quizzed by the detectives they had suspicions on Reverend Barry Mustard as the other residents had told them that they'd noticed friction between him and Mrs Elaine Peacock.

That same afternoon in Father Tony Green's office a row between him and Reverend Mustard rang out across the house.
" How could you abuse your position!" roared Father Tony Green.
"There's nothing you can do old man as you're now retired!" Reverend Barry Mustard answered back in reply.
When all of a sudden Hermione and Jack entered the office.
"Father Green may not be able to do anything but we can!" said Jack.
Hermione turned to Reverend Barry Mustard.
"So it was you who murdered Mrs Elaine Peacock!" Hermione said.

Barry nodded. He was then arrested and taken to Somerset police station where he was interviewed and was going to go on trial for the crime that he'd committed.
