Betrayal. The truth hurt. Like rubbing salty lemon juice on a fresh paper cut. They needed to know the truth about their deaths. She was there for them when they needed her most.. Now it was their turn.

" The time of the Jedi are over", one said but the others favored against her.

" We must help! Our padawans and younglings are still down there! We can't just stand idly by while the Sith are going to strike any day now", said a female Jedi master. Her name was Shaak TiShan, her padawan and daughter Shaak Ti. "Many Jedi will fall, but we can't let them go down without a fighting support. I won't let my daughter get slaughtered!"

"SILENCE TiShan!", bellowed a different Jedi, Master Cin Draling, " You went against the code to have your child! Therefore you are ruled against as a Jedi!".

"It is because I am a mother that I care about these incidents! I don't want to have these children suffer because we failed to clear their paths of the thorns and needles we created! They're children for Force's sake! Don't you even care about your own younglings!", she argued back, her fists knotting in anger.

" Of course I care! But we can't just pop up alive again!", he said trying to reason with the angry mother.

" I'll do it", whispered a young girl in the middle of the crowd of several thousand Jedi from millenniums past. " I'll do it", she announced again as everyone turned to look at her.

" Who' re you?", asked some of the Jedi who peered at her closely. She was a haunting beauty to them, a strange and eerily quiet girl with spiraling black hair or it seemed to be as another girl appeared to surface from a small, round mirror with intricate designs on it that she held to her chest.

The other girl, or other half of her soul as she put it, had beautiful long straight brown hair at the same length as the other girl did, pointy ears, and moody eyes similar to her other significant. Unlike the brown haired girl, the black haired one showed only one different thing- she had small sharp fangs unnoticeable only to the untrained eye. She was also cloaked in a Jedi robe similar to theirs but made of a special woven material of her people, the elven lords of Iego.

The Jedi gasped. This was the hooded girl that helped them through their death cycle. Bowing to her, they accepted her choice of going in their stead. Her weapon of choice was a twin bladed purple lightsaber that was presented immediately for her.

"May the Force and gods be with you young padawan", said Cin Draling as he bowed again. Shaak TiShan moved to kneel beside her. " Tell my daughter when you see her- you'll know- that I'll be coming soon. Just wait for me", she whispered with tears as the girl bowed politely before disappearing like a mirage.

Soon. Soon the time of the Jedi would come again and the universe safe. All they had to do was bide their time.
