They left her alone.
That boy, dark and alone, masking sorrow with anger, and she loved him. She did. She did. But he left them. Left her. She promised- to fight, to die, to live and to love!
A meaningless "Thank you."
That boy, dark and alone, masking sorrow with joy, and he loved her. Loved, and she scorned. Fought for, and she ignored. She was wrong, and it is too late.
A meaningless smile.
An empty promise. A death wish.
That man, dark and alone, masking sorrow with indifference, for those he loved are long since gone. And he favored the traitor, taught him regrettable things. Saw strength in the demon, didn't teach him enough. Overlooked the girl, so normal, so plain; didn't teach her a thing.
When the traitor and the demon left for strength he couldn't give, he forgot her again, and retreated in a cloud of smoke.
Liar.
Teamwork doesn't mean so much.
It used to hurt when she thought of him, throat tight, jaw clenched, heart broken and bleeding. She loved him too much.
But it hurt worse when she thought of him, because she didn't.
However.
Absence does not make the heart grow fonder.
Love grew into hate; hate into resentment.
She found her own strength. Love, she does not need.
They left her alone. She does not need them anymore.

Um. Yes.
XD
I was bored. And madly in love with Naruto fandom. And, yeah . . . I'm not really sure what this is, but take of it what you will. :P
And, yes, I AM AWARE that I have not updated my other fanfiction in probably A YEAR, but I honestly don't care. I can only write when I am moved to, and I am soooo not moved.
Plus, it all sucks, and I have to rewrite it anyway.
