Chapter 3
Chief Tui and Sina sat in the main village, eyes towards their daughter's hut.
Sina could see the look of uncertainty but also happiness in her lover's eyes. "What is it, Tui?"
Tui took a drink of the coconut water he had in his hand, gazing at his partner. "Well... I am happy for our daughter."
"But?" Sina probed.
"Well... She's going to become an immortal? What if her children won't be? She'd have to say goodbye to them?"
Sina understood her husband's worries, she knew that the gods worked in mysterious ways and knew that by their only child becoming a demi-god that would open the way to monsters attacking them. "We have to believe in her, Tui. She is strong and very strong-willed. She could lead out people for eternity!"
Tui nodded, pursing his lip as he took another sip. "What about when we pass? Will we take the form of the great manta ray, like my mother? Or will we be invisible to her altogether?"
Sina gently rubbed his back, doing her best to soothe her husband's worries.
"You think I was too forward yesterday?"
Sina giggled, "Well, I'd say it is a smidge too early to mention grandchildren. Though I'm sure it did not bother them much. I'm sure it will happen one day. Though, no need to rush it. They are so passionate for each other, you can see that when you look in their eyes when they look at one another. If they consummate their relationship, then it will be viewed as their union as a pairing."
Tui shivered at the idea, "No father really wants to hear about their daughter consummating that."
Sina rolled her eyes, gently swatting her husband's shoulder. "Do not think of it. We will await their rising and have a decent meal before she joins him on a trip to the mother island." Sina smirked when she could hear the near-silent grunting from her daughter's hut. Moana was now a bride, and she felt at peace.
The sun shined in past the fabric covering the windows, waking Maui as he heard the commotion from the village outside.
Groaning, he stretched his arms high above his head.
The sound of a gentle sleepy groan alerted him as he looked down to his side. Gazing down, he saw Moana's long and thick hair, as she snuggled in closer to him, the warmth between the two was like the hearth.
Moana's hair fanned around her like feathers gracefully laid in a fan shape. She was beautiful.
Maui could recall their night before, how they moved together and how their passion was both emotional and physical. He could remember how it felt to have her gripping him, to feel her soft fingers on his skin. The way she smiled at him as he held her, as he kissed her, as he caressed her with all the love he could muster. He was been a demi-god for centuries, but never in all his time did he think he could possibly feel a joy so deep within him for another, especially a mortal.
He could feel a squeezing sensation on his bicep. Looking over, he saw little Maui who was gesturing to their sleeping mate and held a thumbs up to Maui.
Chuckling, he rolled his eyes. "Pervert."
Smirking, he gently moved a strand of hair out of the way of her face.
To him, Moana was more than beautiful. She was strong, ambitious, and headstrong. She was to be treated with the utmost love and respect.
Unable to help it, he thought about what her father had said about grandchildren. Maui sighed happily at the idea, imagining Moana holding a newborn created by their love. He could hold them both as she rested and fed their child. The idea of having little demi-gods of their own excited him, but he knew that this was way too early to even consider it.
If they consummate their relationship, then it will be viewed as their union as a pairing.
Tui shivered at the idea, "No father really wants to hear about their daughter consummating that."
He could hear as Moana's mother and father walked by the hut. His eyes widened, so in her parent's eyes, they were betrothed? For some reason unknown to him, it made his heart warm up, in fact, his whole body got warmer. Hearing the bustling village outside, Maui could not help but feel distracted. He wanted to stay beside her until she woke from her slumber. Laying back down and pulling her closer, he gently smoothed her hair with his large hand, loving just being as close as he could be to her.
He chuckled to himself when he remembered when he was so self-centered when they first met. He was going to leave her in that cave, stranded... shaking his head, finding himself glad that she had leaped off that island to sail with him.
When Moana released a gentle waking groan, Maui could not help but find it cute.
He watched as she opened her eyes and gently stretched her arms above her head, feeling her body stretching against him. He chuckled, admittedly having her so close made him want to go another round, but he knew that he had to wait for her to be ready again for that. "Morning Chieftess."
She smirked, "Good Morning." She sat up, the fur falling from her, revealing her chest. It took every fiber within him to not touch her. Though Moana seemed to notice she was nude within seconds of the fur falling, her skin showing pink. She turned her head towards their front door, "The village is crazy today."
Maui nodded, "Yes, they have been at their work since dawn. I have not looked yet." He gently rubbed a hand up her arm. "I've been distracted, admittedly." He said, blushing.
He noticed a look in her eyes as she smirked and was suddenly straddling him. "Mo?"
She smiled as she was naked on top of him, moving down to kiss him hungrily.
He was shocked, but definitely was not going to complain. Unable to help himself, he wrapped his arms around her. He gasped when he felt wetness against his lower stomach, only to notice it was her, was she excited for him as he had been for her? His question was answered when he felt her sink down onto him. It took everything in him to not groan out loud. He loved the way she felt on the outside, but on the inside, it was so hot and so tight. Like being caressed by a sensual flame. "M-Mo?" He stuttered for a moment, watching as she struggled for a moment, her body accommodating for his large size. The size was one benefit of being a god, though he felt bad when he knew that it could be hurting her.
She smiled and placed his hands on her hips as she, to his surprise, began to ride him.
He could not express the excitement and happiness he felt was incomprehensible. "Mo, are you alright?" He asked.
In response to him, she let out a gentle but very aroused moan. She was quiet enough for it to not be heard outside the hut, but loud enough that it excited Maui. He wanted to pleasure her, so he wrapped his arms around her and flipped them over before gently working his way back into her, this time her moans were a little louder, so he let her bury her face him the nap of his neck. He was prepared for kisses there, but he was not prepared when Moana began licking and suckling on the skin there, moaning out loud like a wild animal in heat.
It was not long before the two flew over peaks that could rival the mother island herself. Though Maui was not prepared for the sheer amount of love and adoration he felt for her that had increased in gigantic proportions.
Moana laid there, her womb full of her lover's seed and her heart full of love. She gazed at Maui as he peppered her chest with kisses. "I'm sorry Maui... I... I could not help myself."
Maui chuckled, shaking his head. "No, truth be told I was feeling just was insatiable. Probably good we got this done now rather than near Te Fiti, she would never look at me the same."
The two laughed as they dressed, Moana wearing a red chest wrap and a soft bamboo skirt.
"Let us greet the village. I'm curious to see what all the ruckus was from."
Maui and Moana walked out, seeing baskets upon baskets of flowers outside the door, so many that Moana almost tripped on her way out.
Moana waved down Hahona, the healer of their tribe. "Hahona, what are all these flowers for?"
The elderly woman smiled kindly at Moana, "They were placed by your hut in request by your mother. She said the village should bless your... union."
Moana blushed, thanking the woman timidly before walking to find her mother.
"Mother!" She yelled out.
Sina turned around to see her daughter's blushing face. She smirked, "Oh good morning, dear."
Moana glared at her, "Bless our union..." Moana whispered, "Did you..."
Sina nodded, "I could hear it. It wasn't disrespectfully loud, but I definitely know what I heard. This is okay. Your grandmother did the same thing to your father and me." She glanced to see Maui, looking around the village. "He's a good man, good looking too. Be happy, my daughter is a bride, and who knows what will come next. Please, get Maui and join the village in the common area for breakfast before Maui and you make your voyage.
Moana walked over to Maui, taking his big hand in hers when they were given flower crowns to wear. She knew what this meant, that despite their courtship being just yesterday, that her mother acknowledging their union to the village, meant that the village saw them as a betrothed couple. She was not upset about this, though she knew it was early. She looked to Maui who seemed to be glowing in happiness. "Sorry about them seeing this as a marriage so soon."
Maui shook his head, "I'm happy. I'm happy to have you. Trust me, Mo."
Without another complaint from her, they sat at the table, with her family and the village where salmon, rice, and coconut water waited for them.
The meal was peaceful, the wonderful scent of cooked food, and the feeling of love through the village.
Moana gazed towards the end of the table, there the two boys who were trying to be her suitor sat. They seemed upset with themselves for not asking before, but not upset with her. She was thankful for that, not that their confessions would have made her want them regardless.
"So, Maui, how long does the trip take from Montunui to Te Fiti?" Sina wondered, sipping at her coconut water.
"Well, by boat, it would take ten days time there and ten days time back, though If I fly it will be five days there and five days back."
Chief Tui nodded, snapping his fingers at Laka the crafter of our boats, "Can we please get food prepared for the newlyweds for their five-day venture?"
Moana blushed darkly. Maui noticed this and gently patted her hand to comfort her.
As Moana finished her filet of Salmon, she was offered another by Hanoha, "You'll need as much energy as you can get."
Moana graciously accepted and watched as Maui also accepted the additional filet. Were her parents trying to delay the trip as much as possible? She smirked to herself as she ate, her mother continuing the conversation.
"So, as we talked about yesterday, will there be any differences in Moana when you return? Any bodily functions that won't work as they did before?"
Maui cleared his throat with some coconut water as he spoke. "Well, she will appear more ethereal... her body and appearance will appear as a goddess would, elegant. Though, as for bodily functions, everything aside from aging and getting eternal life, nothing will change. She will be the same Mo." He said, gently holding her hand as they both finished their last filet.
Looking towards the sun, the two knew they needed to start their trip.
Getting up, the two bowed.
Moana stood high and tall as she spoke. "I, Moana of Motunui want to thank the village for their grace and the blessings you have bestowed upon myself and my husband Maui. We will be grateful and we will do our best to support the village. We will be gone for ten days time. We will try to bring back treasures we find along the way. Please be well until our return."
The two bowed to her parents as they began to trek towards the oceanside.
"Wait! Wait!" Laka shouted, followed by Moana's mother and father.
"Is everything okay?" Maui asked, concerned.
Laka nodded, "Just you two forgot your meal kit for the trip. Can not have Chieftess Moana and her husband go hungry, can we?"
Maui smiled gratefully. "I'll see if I can find a gift for you from the mother island on our return."
Laka smiled happily as he nodded a thank you before running back to help build more of the canoes.
Tui and Sina smiled at the two before Sina pulled Moana into a tight hug, kissing her cheek. "Please you two, be safe."
Moana giggled, "I will, mom."
"If only you two could have seen her as she walked in the path of Te Ka in a molten rage... she's got courage. We will return soon!" Maui said as she used his hook to transform into the hawk, bowing down to have Moana climb on.
As the two soared high, Moana felt a sense of freedom, a sense of happiness, and a sense of passion for the god that she rode on. Their future was bright, likely to have complications along the way, but she knew they could do anything, especially while the ocean still called her.
