Hi all, so this is the chapter you have probably been waiting for, well apart from Haley and Jax finally getting together : )

Well I hope I have done this scene justice for you all.

Tacoma

Sam sat in the clubhouse nursing a beer. When Chrissie had first asked to speak to him he thought it was just going to turn into another row with her moaning at him for something he had done wrong. Since he had come back from Charming they had grown even more distant and all they seemed to do was argue.

The cracks in their marriage were all on him though and he knew that he was being a bad husband but seeing Haley, kissing her, even though she pushed him away, he had felt it but he could tell that she wasn't ready and he knew it was because he had hurt her when he left and they led to him resenting Chrissie more and more.

When he had heard about the fire and her Dad he wanted to go back to Charming but Lee denied his request. He understood, he was still a Prospect there was work for him to do. So he had messaged her a few times and he was happy when she replied. It gave him hope that she still cared. But then Chrissie had showed him the photo.

He was so angry.

So he had escaped to the clubhouse but that was when he heard that his brother was on his way and Sam wondered why he was coming, there was no need for him to be coming here unless this was about Haley and that thought just made his blood boil as his mind flashed back to the photo, so when he heard the door open and saw his brother his anger took over that and before he knew it he was on his feet, the chair hitting the floor, and he was lunging at his brother.

He threw the first punch and although he felt hands on him and heard Jax calling his name all Sam could see was red and with that he landed another punch. But before he could throw a third he was pulled back to his feet. He fought against them but watching Jax get to his feet all he wanted was the truth.

"YOU KISSED HER!"

"WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?" Jax questioned matching his brothers anger.

"ARE YOU FUCKING HER?"

Jax watched as his brothers exchanged looks and Jax knew that they were thinking that this was about Chrissie but something told Jax this was not about her and more about the girl back in Charming and with that thought Jax's anger eased but he wasn't doing this conversation in front of his other brothers.

"Outside. NOW..." Jax moved forward and grabbed hold of Sam before shoving him out of the clubhouse and down the steps. This was not how he wanted to have this conversation, but it's looks like they were having it this way.

"Why Haley?"

"Look Sammy..."

"NO. DONT SAMMY ME!" Sam shouted getting into Jax's face.

"You need to calm down."

"I knew you always wanted her." Sam seethed his breathing getting heavy.

"Sam..."

"So how how'd you do it huh? How'd you get her into bed...you get her drunk, prey on her?"

Jax shoved his brother back pointing a finger at him. "Watch it Sammy."

"Why? I mean you are fucking her right?" Sam watched as his brother looked down at his feet for the smallest moment and Sam felt like the wind had just been knocked out of him. He really hoped that it was just a kiss a one off but now he knew it was more than that, but this was Haley, his Haley. This wasn't right. "You son of a bitch."

"Watch it Sammy." Jax warned seeing his brothers anger grow.

"No..." Sam shook his head this something didn't add up. "I know Haley. You took advantage of her..."

"I SAID WATCH IT SAMMY." Jax's own anger started to grow with his brothers accusations. And not wanting this to get out of control as they were both angry, so being the bigger brother Jax decided to take the high road and started to walk away but it seemed that Sam wasn't finished.

"FUCK YOU JAX."

"What did you just say to me?" Jax spat turning back to look at Sam.

"You heard me."

"I know you're pissed but you need to remember who you are talking to."

"Oh I know who I'm talking to, and I know you Jax and you'll just end up treating Haley like a whore. " And with that last comment Jax lost it.

"Here."

"Thanks."

Jax took the ice pack that Opie was offering him and placed it on his knuckles before he took a swig of his beer. He then rested the cold beer against his throbbing cheek.

After he heard the words Haley and whore in the same sentence Jax had lost it. Both he and Sam were throwing punches and they didn't stop until they were pulled apart. Lee demanding Sam to go home and Jax to go to the clubhouse.

"So I take it the talk didn't go well?" Opie asked taking a seat on the stool. Jax just shook his head. "Guessing he was talking bout Haley." This time Jax nodded. "How did he find out?"

"We didn't exactly get to that bit." This time Opie nodded before taking a swig of his own beer. "What we're they saying?"

"Well they think that the girl in question is Chrissie,"

"And?"

"And I didn't tell them otherwise." And for that Jax was grateful. Although he knew it wouldn't look good to his brothers them thinking the Jax was messing with his brothers wife but he just didn't want Haley's name being discussed between his brothers.

"Thanks man."

"Look why don't you get your head down. We both need the sleep."

"Yeah." Jax grabbed another beer and the icepack, clapped a hand on Opies shoulder before heading to the dorm that had been allocated to him.

Chrissie was sat on the sofa in the same spot she had been sat since Sam had stormed out. She played nervously with the tissue in her hand, it was damp with her tears, when she showed him the picture she never expected him to walk out. Grabbing her cell she went to try his cell again but stopped when she heard the sound of his bike approaching him.

"Sam..." Chrissie got to her feet when the door opened but instead of answering her she watched as Sam walked passed her to the kitchen. Chrissie quickly followed. She watched him pull open the fridge, grabbing a beer she presumed. "Sam where have you been...Oh my god what happened?"

Sam had been avoiding coming home. After Lee ordered him from the clubhouse to cool off Sam tried to do that. He had been riding around for hours trying to get his head straight and when he finally did he headed home knowing what he had to do.

"What do you think happened?" Sam snapped opening his beer. Sensing that Chrissie was at a loss Sam answered his own question. "Jax is here, guessing he came to tell me about Haley of course he didn't realise that you'd already done that."

"Sam..." She went to approach him but Sam just pushed past her, and Chrissie knew that he was mad. "Sam...wait..." Chrissie already emotional felt more tears burn in her eyes. "Sam please talk to me." She watched as Sam stopped at the bottle of the stairs before turning back and looking at her. He looked so angry.

"WHAT..." Sam rubbed at his forehead. "What do you want me to say Chrissie, that your plan worked? Because it didn't." He stepped closer to her. "You showed me that picture because you wanted me to hate her."

"I just want you to know what she was really like." Chrissie emotions were quickly changing to anger. How was Haley still coming out of this better than her. "She's kissed your brother Sam, and judging by your face I would say it was a whole lot more than just a kiss between them..."

"I DON'T CARE..." Sam took a threatening step closer to her. "I know you're loving this. You always hated Haley but this was low even for you. I'm done."

"Sam please..." Chrissie rushed up the stairs after him. "Don't do this...I love you." She stopped when Sam came to a stop. He turned back to look at her and took a step down towards her.

"But I don't love you...I never have." Sam spat turning his back on her once again as he continued upstairs.

Chrissie stood there for a moment, stunned by his words. She didn't believe it, she couldn't. She was carrying his child, she loved him, they were meant to be and Chrissie wasn't going to let him just walk away from her.

"Sam you don't mean that...you love me." Chrissie reached out and grabbed his arm.

Still reeling from his fight with Jax, Sam was on edge so when he heard her words and then felt a hand on his arm Sam's instincts took over and before he knew what he was doing he roughly pushed the hand off him, but when he heard her scream, he turned around and went to grab her but before he could she was tumbling down the stairs.

"Chrissie..."

Jax stirred, feeling groggy and sore from the booze and the fight. As he became more awake he realised that it was his phone that was buzzing. Leaning over he grabbed cell he expected to Haley's number but he was surprised by the number he actually saw.

"Sammy?"

"I need you Jax..."

Jax made his way down the halls of Tacoma general frantically looking for the room that the receptionist had directed him to. When he came across the room it looked like he arrived just in time, as his brother was being pinned against a wall.

Jax burst in and pulled the man off of Sam. "Get off him." Jax shouted pushing the man he now recognised as Chrissie's father, away from Sam as he came to stand in front of Sam.

"Jackson Teller." Martin Charmichael shook his head in disgust. "I want both of you out of here now." He seethed before turning his back on them.

"Mr Carmichael, I'm not going anywhere till I know Chrissie and the baby are okay." Sam countered causing Mr Carmichael to turn back and face them.

"I don't know what happened tonight but I just know that you had something to do with this. So no you don't get to know if they are okay. My daughter is done with you. And if I have my way you'll have nothing to do with this baby."

Knowing that the situation was about to get out of control Jax grabbed hold of his brothers arm. "Come on Sammy..."

"No I'm not leaving."

"I'm calling security."

"No Mr Carmichael we're leaving." Despite the pleads from Sam Jax forced his brother out of the room and out of the hospital.

As they got outside Sam struggling out of his hold Jax watched as his brother took a seat on the curb. He brother looked so distraught so with a sigh he walked over and took a seat next to his brother. He pulled out a pack of smoke offering one to Sam which he accepted.

"So what happened?" Jax asked taking a draw on his cigarette.

"We were arguing, we were on the stairs she grabbed me and next thing I know she's falling down the stairs." Sam turned to look at Jax. "I didn't mean for her to fall Jax."

"I know." And Jax really did. Tellers didn't hurt women.

"What happens if she loses the baby."

"Don't think about that okay. The Doctors will be doing everything they can." Sam just nodded wiping at his eyes. He felt guilty about what happened but the words he had spoken to Chrissie were the truth.

They sat in silence for a while until Sam spoke again. "I still love her Jax."

"Yeah I know." Jax flicked the ash from his cigarette. Seeing Sam's reaction today and hearing his words confirmed Jax's worst fear because according to Clay he needed Sam's approval and if he loved her he knew he was never getting that. "But I love her too."

"So what do we do now?"

"I don't know."
