Hi all, as I have been a little quiet recently I decided to give you a little bonus chapter. I will try and post again next week.
Thank you for your continued support.
Accusation
Jax stormed home and started packing up his things he wasn't staying in this house anymore, he couldn't. Throwing his bag over his shoulder he stalked down the hall before coming to an abrupt halt with the sound of her voice.
"What you doing baby?"
Jax dropped the bag and turned to face his mother. "You told her to pick."
"She told you." Gemma spoke with spite.
"Yeah she told me. What the hell were you thinking."
"Jackson..."
"No Mom. I told you once just leave her alone." Jax turned back around and bent down to pick up his bag but when he did this time he was met with Sam. He continued down the hall when Gemma spoke again.
"Where are you going?"
"I'm moving to the clubhouse." He spoke in answer to his mothers question but his eyes remained fixed on Sam. He edged closer to his younger brother until he was standing beside him. "I know what you did today. You better stay out of my face."
Without a second glance at his mother or brother Jax stormed out of the house.
One Week Later
Daniel watched as his daughter pushed around the food on her plate. She had been like this for the past week ever since she had come home in tears. He had been furious at Jax but if he was honest he was more furious at himself for allowing this to happen to her again.
He needed to protect his daughter.
"You finished?" He asked pointing to her plate. She nodded. "Haley you've barely touched anything." He was already noticing even after a week the difference in her weight.
"I'm not hungry."
He sighed and picked up both of there plates taking them over to the sink. He was sure now that this was the right decision even though he was sure that she wasn't going to like it.
"Haley sweetheart you need to pack your things." When he never received a reply he looked over to his daughter who was just sat there staring into space. This was another things that she had been doing recently. He walked over to her and placed his hand on her shoulder causing her to jump.
"Sorry." She spoke almost at a whisper.
"Did you hear what I said?"
"Sorry I..I wasn't..." Daniel took a seat next to her, his hand holding hers.
"I've been speaking to your Grandma, we're going to visit."
"Okay, at the weekend?" Haley asked. It had been such a long time since she had seen her grandma, a weekend away would actually be quite nice.
"No, not for the weekend. Haley I have spoken to your grandma and she has agreed that you can stay with her permanently, until you start college."
Haley pulled her hand away from her Dad's. "No."
"Haley you need to get away from those Teller boys, look what they are doing to you. You don't eat, you don't sleep." Haley shook her head as she got to her feet moving away from the table.
"Dad I'm fine."
"No you're not sweetheart."
Haley wanted to disagree with him but the more she thought about it the more but she couldn't because she was not okay. She was heartbroken. Jax had been trying everyday to contact her, he even tried to come to the house but her Dad wouldn't let him past the steps. So he shouted his apologises just in the hope that she would hear him and she did.
But he wasn't the only one trying to contact her Sam had too. He wasn't being pushy, there were no apologises just messages from him asking if she was okay. She hadn't responded.
So yes a break would be nice but that wasn't what her Dad was proposing.
"I have my jobs Dad I can't leave them."
"You don't need them plus your Grandma has already lined up a job for you."
"You planned this. Without even speaking to me."
"Haley you are my daughter it's my job..."
"Well I'm not going. I'm not leaving here and you can't make me."
"Actually I can. Your 17 so until you turn 18 you will abide my rules."
"DAD."
"You leave in two days."
"No...I'm not going" Haley argued
"This isn't up for discussion." Daniel snapped banging his fist on the table, causing Haley to jump. "You need to be away from them Haley so they don't hurt you any more."
Haley was about to argue again when there was a knock on the door interrupting both of them.
"I was using that." Jax snapped in brothers direction.
"It was on the side." Sam snapped back with the same attitude.
"Well I need it now."
"Well you'll just have to wait till I'm done." Sam went to turn his back on his brother but Jax grabbed his arm pushing him against the truck that he was working and reaching for the screwdriver out of his hand.
As Jax turned his back on him Sam went to go and lunge at him but only stopped when he heard Clay voice.
"ENOUGH."
Clay along with his brothers had watched the tension building between these two all week and it was really starting to piss Clay off.
This shit with Haley was spilling into the club and Clay wouldn't stand for that. So when he had heard the raised voices and saw that a fight was about to start he knew that he finally had to get involved.
"Both of you clubhouse now." Neither argued with their president. Instead they fell in line behind him.
Gemma parked her car in her usual spot just in time to see Clay, Jax and Sam disappear inside the clubhouse. She got out the car and walked over to the garage where Tig was standing.
"What's going on?" Tig sensed her concern but Clay was going to do what was needed.
"This shits been building Gem. This needs to happen." Gemma looked at Tig. His answer was vague but Gemma was club so she knew what he meant and she hated the thought of her son's going head to head over this.
"This shit has got to stop." Clay ordered as he sat at the table, a stepson on either side of him. "I don't like get involved in my brothers personal life but this shit is starting to bleed all over the club. Now you know I love that girl, she's family but you need to quash this shit." Clay looked to Sam. "I know you went there first but she wasn't your old lady, there was no ink." He looked to Jax. "You've placed no ink on her either."
Clay lent back so he could observe them both. They were just staring at one another. Originally he thought this would blow over. Sam was married he was in Tacoma, so Jax hooking up with Haley would be okay but as always his queen had been right. Haley meant trouble. And if there was one thing that Clay would not stand for is a bit of pussy coming between his sons, his club. He liked Haley, loved her even but this had to end.
"So as she is no ones Old Lady this shit doesn't bleed into my club. So I want you to take to the ring. You get everything you need out in there and then this is done. I don't want to hear Haley Parkers name mentioned again. If not..." He looked to Sam. "You never patch in." Clay then looked at Jax. "And I'll take your patch. Understood?"
Clay looked between Sam and Jax who both nodded at the suggestion. "Good. Lets go."
As they departed from the chapel Clay was not surprised to see his wife there, nor was he surprised to see the rest of his brothers. They all knew that it would come to this.
"What's going on baby?" Gemma asked stopping Clay as she watched Sam and Jax continue outside.
"Brotherly love."
"You pitting my sons against one another?"
"Nah darlin' they did that themselves, I'm just starting the healin' process." Clay lent down and kissed his wife before walking outside.
Jax looked over his shoulder at Sam. While Bobby was standing in front of him wrapping his hands, Tig was doing the same to Sam.
Jax didn't agree with everything that Clay said but he was right that they needed to sort this shit out because Jax couldn't get past his anger that Sam had kissed Haley and he was pretty sure that Sam couldn't get passed the fact that Jax had sex with Haley.
Tacoma Jax had tried to restrain himself but this time he would be fighting back.
Both shirtless and their hands strapped the headed to the ring. They were just starting to dance around the ring when Jax noticed the police car pull into the lot.
Noticing that his brother was distracted Sam threw the first punch which landed square onto Jax's jaw. The impact causing him to stumble back and bring his attention back into the ring. Jax wasted no time throwing and landing a shot to Sam's ribs.
Wayne Unser climbed out of his car. The sons were all gathered around the ring and that was when he noticed that it was Jax and Sam fighting. Frowning he walked over to where Gemma and Clay were standing.
"Sorry to interrupt." Wayne said announcing his presence.
"Then don't." Clay spoke taking a hit on his cigar and he watched the fight before him.
"I need to speak to Jax" This caught both Clay and Gemma's attention.
"You here on official police business?" Gemma asked with her hands on her hips.
"Can you just stop this fight."
Clay was reluctant but Wayne looked serious so he looked back at the ring and motioned for Bobby to stop the fight.
Bobby threw the towel into the ring but neither Teller took notice so Opie, Tig and Chibs all stepped into the ring pulling the brothers apart.
"What are you doing?" Sam panted trying to shrug out of the hold Tig had on him.
But before either brother could get an explanation they both turned to look at Clay when they heard him shout Jax's name. Clay motioned him over.
Grabbing a towel Jax made his way over to Unser followed by the rest of the of his brothers. Surprisingly Sam by his side.
"What is it?"
"Jax I'm gonna need you to come to the station, answer some questions."
"Why?"
"An allegation has been made?"
"What sort of allegation?" Unser spared a look at Gemma and to the rest of the surrounding Sons before focusing back on Jax.
"Rape, Statutory Rape."
Unser expected an uproar from them but instead all he saw were looks being exchanged well it was until Gemma spoke.
"That bitch."
"Mom, Haley didn't do this." Jax knew where his mothers mind was going but Jax knew that Haley would not do this.
Wayne scratched his head the way everyone reacted, the words exchanged between Gemma and Jax, he suddenly realised that this allegation had some truth behind it.
"I don't need to be hearing this. Jax I suggest you get your lawyer and come down the station with me."
"He under arrest?" Clay asked.
"No but if this allegation has any truth behind it I suggest you need that lawyer."
Daniel opened the door and was surprised to see two officers standing on his doorstep. His first thought was the Tellers. What had they done now.
"Mr Parker?"
"Yes, can I help you?"
"Is Miss Parker at home?"
"My daughter, yes she is. Can I ask what this is about?"
"Dad?" The officers and Daniel all turned their attention to Haley who was shifting uncomfortably under their gaze.
"Sir I'm going to need both of you to come to the station."
"What is this about?" Haley asked from behind her Dad.
"Miss please if you just come with us to the station."
"I'm not going till I know what this is about." She watched as the officers exchanged looks before the woman officer spoke again.
"There has been an allegation of statutory rape towards you. So please Miss Parker we need you to come with us.
"Dad."
Daniel walked over to his daughter grabbing there jackets on the way. "It's going to be okay." He whispered dropping a kiss on the top of her head.
