Questions

"Mr Teller can you please describe your relationship with Miss Parker?"

"Are you in a sexual relationship with Miss Parker?"

"Shelly."

Officer Shelley Harris turned to look at Wayne Unser. She had only allowed him in this interview because he insisted and he out ranked her but when this fell onto her desk Shelley knew that this could be a way for her to make her name.

Growing up in Charming Shelley was no stranger to the Sons of Anarchy. But unlike most in Charming including Sheriff Wayne Unser, Shelley did not understand the need for this gang in the town. They were criminals but everyone just always seemed to look the other way but not her, especially not on this, especially when the details became clear. Shelley Harris hated men who took advantage on young women, and that was exactly what Jackson Teller was doing.

"How old are you Mr Teller?"

"No comment." Jax sighed again. Ally Lowen the new clubs lawyer had advised him to not answer any questions. He wasn't officially under arrest and Ally feared any answer could lead to admittance of guilt. When Clay had called her he demanded that she stopped this going to charges because without vocalising it Ally knew that there was truth behind these allegations.

"According to your record your 21. I would ask you if that's correct but something tells me the answer will be no comment." Shelly gave a smug smile before continuing. "Miss Parker." Shelly noted how he shifted in his seat at the mention of her name. "She's 17. Do you know that it's illegal to have sex with a minor, consensual or not it, it's classified as rape."

"I've never raped anyone."

"Jax!"

Jax spare a look to Ally. He had tried to control himself but the more questions she kept asking the more angry he was growing. Yes he knew the law and he knew that sleeping with Haley was wrong in the eyes of that law. But there was no rape and hearing those words related to Haley made him want to cross the table and wipe that smirk off officer Shelley Harris' face.

"So what happened Mr Teller? Grew tired of those women who hang around the club so you set your sights on an innocent young girl?"

Jax shook his head as he shifted in his seat again. His patience was wearing thin with her questioning but with the stern look from Ally he knew he needed to remain silent.

"Of course."

"Are we done here or do you want to continue to try and badger my client?" Ally Lowen asked knowing that Jax was starting to lose control and that was exactly what Shelley wanted.

Shelly spared a look to Ally before looking back at Jax. She smiled a smug smile before gathering the folders in front of her. "No we're done here." Shelly got to her feet. "Besides I need to speak to Miss Parker."

"She's here?"

"Are you concerned that maybe Miss Parker will tell me the real truth Mr Teller? The truth of how you forced yourself upon her." Jax shot to his feet. Many would be scared but not her infact she smiled at him before leaning closer to him. "Now you don't want to add assault of an officer to your rap sheet." She watched as his eyes narrowed on her but she didn't care. She knew that she was getting him which is exactly what she wanted.

Daniel looked at his daughter, she looked pale, and her hands were shaking. Seeing her like this he had to swallow back his anger. His little girl was hurting and he had allowed it to happen. Again.

He reached out and grabbed her shaking hand squeezing it tight. She looked at him and all he saw was his 5 year old daughter. "Haley."

"Can you get me some water please."

"Haley."

"Please Dad."

Daniel sighed, he knew that she was trying to avoid talking about this situation. But he didn't need her to he knew just by looking when the officer said the crime that this allegation as true.

"Okay sweetheart. Don't speak to anyone till I get back."

With a nod from Haley Daniel left the room. He lent back against the door he had just closed and took a moment and that was when he noticed them.

"This has to be her." Gemma seethed in hushed tones pacing back and forth.

"Mom!" Both Clay and Gemma looked at Sam who was sat in the plastic chair.

Sam had been quiet ever since Wayne had taken Jax away. When he had heard the word rape even statutory rape he knew that his brother was not capable of that especially to Haley. He hated the thought of the two of them but neither of them would hurt each other. The three of them had been friends since they were children. So he really believed that this was not on Haley.

"Haley wouldn't do this."

"Did you?" Clay didn't think this was Haley but he had seen the rage in Sam's eyes so he had to ask the question.

"Clay!" Gemma snapped pissed that Clay suggested that but she found herself looking at her Son waiting for his answer.

Sam shook his head getting to his feet, "No I didn't do this." Sam swallowed hard because the next words out of his mouth were something he never thought that he would say. "She loves him. She wouldn't do this either."

Silence fell between the three of them his words hanging heavy, until Gemma spoke.

"Well if she didn't do it who did?"

"I don't know Mom but all we need to do find out who's said it and get them to just say they made it up, they lied."

"But they didn't lie." All three of them turned around to face the new voice. It was Daniel Parker and he was pissed. "Your Son had sex with my daughter." His words were spat in Gemmas direction before Clay positioned himself in front of her.

"Was this you?" Clay asked steeping towards Daniel.

"No." Daniel spoke matching Clays stance. "But I will make damn sure that your family stops hurting my daughter."

"You threatening us?" Clay asked closing the remaining space between him and Daniel.

"No threat. I'm just protecting my daughter, which I should have done a long time ago."

"Clay." All attention moved to the new voice.

Daniel found himself just staring at Jax, there was so much that he wanted to say to him but Daniel found that he could barely look at him let alone speak to him.

"Mr Parker look..."

"Stay away from my daughter." He managed to mumble. "All of you."

Daniel looked across at his daughter. During the interview she had said nothing apart from that she wasn't sleeping with Jax. No one believed her and Daniel was annoyed that his daughter was protecting him. But she kept saying the same thing so out of frustration Officer Harris let them go.

Pulling up outside the house Haley darted out of the car before it had even stopped. Daniel shook his head and quickly followed her into the house.

"Haley..." Daniel managed to stop her from heading upstairs by catching hold of her hand. "We need to talk about this."

"What do you want me to say Dad."

"Sit." He motioned for her to take a seat on the stairs and he was happy when she took the seat. He sat beside her. "I wanted you to be safe sweetheart. I went against my better judgement that night when he came here." Daniel cleared his throat before he asked the next question. "Haley did he force himself on..."

"NO." Haley shouted getting to her feet. "No..." She wiped at her tears. She never thought that she would have this conversation with her farther but she couldn't let this happen to Jax. "I...I was the one, I wanted to be with him, I initiated it, I wanted to be with him Dad."

Daniel ran a hand over his face hearing his daughters words. "Haley I told you he was older. You may have thought this was what you wanted..."

"I'm not a kid!" Haley shouted. "I stopped being a kid when Mom died." Haley ran her fingers through her hair. "I have always tried to do everything right to make you and Mom proud of me..."

"I am proud of you sweetheart." Daniel came to stand in front of his daughter his hands coming to rest on either arm.

"But I have to be able to live my own life Dad and I know you wont understand but Jax is that. I can't let this happen to him, he did nothing wrong."

"But he did, he knew how young you were Haley, he crossed the line."

"He didn't cross any line that I didn't want him to." Haley turned on her heels and headed for the door.

"Haley you are not going to see him." Daniel snapped

"I have to. Please Dad." She noticed his hesitation. "I promise I will leave Charming but I need to see him. I need to fix this."

"You can't fix this Haley."

"I have to try." And with that she grabbed the keys off the side and stormed out ignoring her Dad as he called her name.

Jax lay on his bed. His mind heavy. When they had left the station of course his mother took the opportunity to lay down her own law as well as telling him I told you so.

"We need to get ahead of this Jax. I'll talk to her make sure she doesn't say anything."

"Mom..."

"No Jax we need to make sure she remembers which side..."

"MOM." Jax shouted his frustration taking over.

Gemma sighed. "Sorry baby." Gemma pulled into Teller/Morrow parking the car in her usual bay. She looked at her son. "I just...I told you this was going to get complicated. You could go inside for this."

"I know." He took his mothers hand in his. "But this isn't her fault."

"You know you need to stay away from her Jackson, if that detective bitch sees you together..."

"I know."

He left the car giving his mother a kiss. His brothers welcomed him back with open arms but Jax needed to be alone, which is how he found himself lying on his bed, contemplating the shit he was in, until he was distributed by his door opening.

Haley parked up her dads truck. She saw Jax's bike parked in the line up so she presumed that he was here. Getting out of the truck she immediately headed to the clubhouse but that was when Clay stepped into her path.

"Sweatheart you can't be here." Haley looked around at the surrounding sons who quickly gathered around Clay. She felt uneasy under their gaze.

"I didn't do this Clay. I promise."

"I know." And Clay really did believe that. He had seen the love that this girl had for both of his sons, she wouldn't hurt them. "But you still can't be here." Clay moved forward. "I'll follow you home." Clay reached out and placed his hand on her arm. He tried to guide her back to her truck but Haley pulled away from him.

"No I'm not leaving until I see him."

"Haley I can't allow that. Come on let me take you home." He grabbed her again but this time a bit more forcibly and started pushing her back to her Dads truck until a new voice stopped them both.

Sam had been sat on the roof a cigarette and beer in hand. Today had not been the day he expected. The fight between him and Jax had been brewing and Sam would be lying if he didn't feel some satisfaction when he landed blows on Jax today but then the police came to an end when they took him away. Took him away for rape.

Sam hated the thought of Haley and Jax but rape never crossed his mind and he knew Haley better than anyone and she would not have slept with Jax unless she really wanted to. Which led him to finally confess to himself that Haley loved Jax.

He inhaled deeply on his cigarette and that was when he saw her Dads truck pulling into the lot. At first he thought it was Daniel, Sam had seen the rage in his eyes at the station but as the truck pulled up he saw the mass of blonde hair and knew it was her and he knew that she was here to see Jax.

"Clay." Both Haley and Clay turned to look at Sam as he climbed down the ladder.. "Let her go she needs to see him."

Clay nodded and released his hold on Haley, "10 minutes."

Haley quickly nodded and rushed towards the clubhouse stopping only for a second to spare a smile to Sam as a silent thank you.

As Haley reached his door she didn't even knock instead barging straight in. She watched as Jax shot up with her arrival.

"Hales..."

"I didn't say anything. I didn't do this Jax." Haley spoke with a sob.

Jax got to his feet and went to her. She was shaking. He hated seeing her like this, upset, it was his job to protect her he always protected her even when they kids but recently he had been fucking that up.

"I know..." He pulled her against him as her sobs got louder. He ran his hand over her hair before pulling back so he could look at her.

"I'm sorry." Jax shook his head.

"You have nothing to be sorry for Hales" Jax rubbed his thumb over her cheek catching her tears.

"Jax you could get years for this, she said like 8 years."

"Doesn't matter."

"What?"

"I wouldn't change this Hales. Being with you it's the best thing that's ever happened to me."

"I'm going to fix this." Jax had no answer for her because he knew that she couldn't fix this. So he kissed her and Haley immediately returned the kiss.

"I love you." Haley breathlessly whispered against his lips.

"I love you too."
