"I mean, I don't get it. Does he just like been a puppet to a narcissistic closeted angry gay?"

"I dunno, pal. That's rough, I know that seeing Dave must have been awful." Ris said, walking hand in hand with Klaus.

"Yeah…"Klaus drawled, sticking his tongue out at Five behind Ris's back, when he noticed the younger older look back at the duo for the ninth time.

"How's Benny-Boo and his book-wormed lover?" Ris teased lightly, winking at Ben. Making him chuckle from next to her. "She's wonderful, I just wish I could talk to her, just as me." Ben said quietly, brushing some hair out of his eyes.

Ris squeezed his hand (well technically she squeezed air) "I wish you could, one day." Ris said gently.

Five pushing the door to Elliott's shop open. "Is anyone here? Allison called out, looking around the store. "Hello?"

"Le petit mort, le petit mort." Klaus mumbled. "What? You don't speak French." Allison laughed lightly. "I taught him." Ris giggled. "It's 'the little death.'"

"Oh, wow. Look at this old stuff." Klaus said, looking around the store. Ris and Five sharing looks. Five suddenly throwing his arm over her shoulder, pulling her into a half armed hug.

"Oh, wow." Klaus said, looking up at the rest of them. Luther, Vanya, Diego and Elliott leaning over looking down at them.

"I know this is impossible," Klaus said, pulling of his sunglasses. "But...did we all get sexier?" he said, the early morning sun shining down on them.

"Vanya." Allison breathed out, her eyes locked onto Vanya. Ris's heart couldn't help, but glow at that. Allison, Vanya and her, had been though a lot together. It was nice to see the two sisters together and not trying to kill each other.

"I can't believe I have a sister." Vanya said, walking down at Allison. Diego and Luther going to Klaus.

"I missed you."
"Thank God someone did."
"Oh, you are drunk."
"Yeah. No, just a little... just a few..."

"Oh, that's so sweet." Klaus said, turning around to Allison and Vanya, who were hugging each other tightly, running over hugging the two of them, giving Vanya a small kiss on her forehead, much like he had down to her earlier.

"Klaus. Is Ben here?" Five asked, when the three broke off, slowly. "Oh, uh... no. No, unfortunately, ghosts can't time travel." Klaus lied.

"Are you kidding me?" Ben cried from his chair. "He's here." Ris said, earning a chorus of 'Hi, Ben's' from the Academy.

Ben giving Klaus the finger from his chair, before blowing a kiss at Ris, who giggled a light blush forming on her cheeks.

"All right, then. Let's get down to business." Five said walking up the steps. Ris walking to Allison who gave her another squeeze.

"I missed you." Ris purred, leaning into her. "Me too." Allison said, leaning back into her small embrace.

"I have been around too much boyshit." Allison laughed, ruffling her hair glancing over at Diego. "Hey, Diego." Allison said cheekily. "Can't say hi to nobody?"

"Hi, Allison." Diego grumbled.

"What was that?"
"Hi, Allison!"
"Thank you!"

"All right. First off, I wanna say I'm sorry. I know I really screwed the pooch on this whole going-back-in-time-and-getting-stuck thing. But the real kick in the pants here is we brought the end of the world back here with us." Five started.

"Oh, my God, again?" Klaus cried, turning around his strange concoction of juice and alcohol sloshing in his glass. "All of you knew? Why am I always the last one to find out about the end of the...Oh, my God! My cult is gonna be so pissed. Five! I told them we had until 2019."

"Least they might figure out you're a fake deity if we all die on Monday." Ris said dryly, leaning back on the couch Allison playing with her hair.

"Monday?" Klaus cried. "We have six days." Five said simply.

"Is it Vanya?"
"Klaus."
"What? It's usually Vanya."

"Do you have any leads, Five?" Vanya asked quietly. "Yeah, we have one." Five said. Diego handing Five there photo of Reginald on the grassy knoll. "Holy shit, is that Dad?" Allison cried, looking down at the photo.

"Yeah."
"That's him?"

"Standing on the grassy knoll." Diego said venomously. "Diego, Ris and I have been trying to talk to Dad about what exactly this means." Five continued. "So far, we've got nothing."

"Not nothing. We know he's planning to kill Kennedy." Diego said instantly.

Ris groaned. "Diego, shut up about Kennedy."

"Maybe." Five said, trying to keep an all-out war from breaking out between Ris and Diego on Kennedy again. "But we don't know who or what sets doomsday in motion. Could be Kennedy, could be something entirely independent. But if we know something changes the timeline, we have to make it right."

"Yeah, but how we're supposed to fix it, if we don't know what's broken?" Allison asked.

"That's the million dollar question." Ris said, setting the picture onto the coffee table.

"Come on. Do the math. We know Dad's having shady-ass meetings with some shady-ass people. We know he's on the grassy knoll in three days to kill the president. So I think we all know what we have to do." Diego said.

Five nodded in agreement. "Find Dad."
"Kill Dad."

"Those are two very conflicted ideas." Ris said, sitting up straighter.

"None of us are supposed to be here, right?" Vanya asked suddenly. "I mean, what if it's us? Has anyone here done anything to screw up the timeline?"

The room fell into silence, Klaus leaned back shaking his head. Ris licked her lips. Allison pouring herself a large glass of water. Diego just staring at the floor.

Five glanced between all of them.

Luther played with his hand. "Diego's been stalking Lee Harvey Oswald." he said suddenly. "And you're working for Jack Ruby!" Diego shouted.

"Allison has been very involved in local politics." Klaus said from the chair. "Okay, you started a cult." Allison cried back. "Thank you!" Ben said from across the room. "Ben had a point." Ris agreed.

"Ris's a cat burglar and stalking her grandfather." Klaus cried, making a face. "Snitch!" Ris shouted. Klaus hissing and pawing like a cat.

"I'm... I'm just a... a nanny on a farm." Vanya said confused. "I don't have anything to do with all of that."

"Well, maybe you do, we just don't know it yet." Allison theorised.

Diego whistled sharply, silencing them all. "Listen to yourselves. Everything in our new lives is connected to Kennedy. That can't be a coincidence. Luther works for Ruby, Allison is protesting the government, Dad is on the grassy knoll, Klaus and Ris they're...doing something weird, illegal and pervy but probably related. See, clearly, we were all sent back here for one special reason: saving John Fitzgerald Kennedy."

"Diego no." Ris cried, a huge argument breaking out between all of them.

"This is bigger than all of us." -"Doomsday!"-Don't be an-"—"What the hell"—"I never"-"Well"-"A"—"nfn"-

The voices joining together creating a mush of voices. Five shut his eyes, the words washing over him.

Ris appearing out of nowhere, grabbing him by the end if his jacket. She was in full black, hair full of dirt, grime and blood. She was beautiful. "R-

"No time." Ris said sharply, checking her watch. Her voice was different, harder than usual.

"Rissa, what the hell's going on?" he asked, staring at her gripping her arm tightly. He didn't want to let her go, he had so many times before. How could he let her go? How could he fail her again?

"You need to fix this, you can't do that here." Ris said gently. "Not again…" Five mumbled under his breath. Not again, not again. He left Ris, he left his family. Not again.

"Guys, you all die." Five said suddenly, the room falling quite.

"I was there. I saw it. And I wanna forget it, but I can't. I saw Russian nukes vaporize the world with all of you in it...in a war that never happened until we brought it here. And Hazel gave his life to save us, so you may need to shut up and just listen to me."

"I don't know if the things we've experienced here are all connected. I don't know if there's a reason for everything. But Dad will. We need to talk to him before everyone and everything we know is dead." Five said quietly.

"Okay, I'm out." Luther said, jumping up walking to the stairs. "Did you even hear me, Luther?" Five asked, turning to him.

"Yeah. Yeah, I did." Luther said, staring at him. "I heard a 58-year-old man who still wants his daddy to come and fix everything. Well, you can count me out. It's time we all grew the hell up."

"Luther!" Allison and Vanya cried. "What the shit Luther?" Ris snapped.

"Luther!"
"Come back."
"Where you going?"
"Save it, Diego."

Five sighed, shaking his head spatial jumping away. "Five." Ris said jumping up, running to the steps. Five reappeared in front of Luther. "No one leaves until we figure this out." he said.

Luther sighed. Grabbing Five and throwing him off the stairs.

"Five!" Ris shouted, Five spatial jumping away at the last minutes. Ris sighed, leaning against the rails, glancing at Luther. "Come on, man." she grumbled.

Luther and Diego walking out the door, leaving her, Allison, Klaus and Vanya. Ris sighed, collapsing back onto the couch, between Allison and Vanya.

"You know, I could really go for some tacos right now. Allison? Tacos?" Klaus asked after about 15 minutes. "Shouldn't we wait?" Allison asked, gesturing to the door.

"You know those guys. I mean, it could take forever for them to bro it out." Klaus said lightly. "Ris tacos?"

Ris shrugged. "I could eat."

"Vanya, tacos?"

"Is there any way that tacos are gonna cause the end of the world?" Vanya asked, glancing at Ris.

"It's highly unlikely." Ris answered. Allison grabbing her purse. Klaus smirked, snapping his fingers. "I mean, there's only one way to find out, right?"

"Sure is." Allison agreed.

"Let's go!" Ris giggled, Klaus taking her hand, twirling her to the staircase.

"Oh! The nerve of that man. I mean, one thing goes wrong, and he's on a warpath. I mean, doesn't know who I am? No, no. No, Ray, you know exactly who I am. You just can't handle it." Allison ranted, turning Ris over in the hairdressing chair, before grabbing another bottle and comb, now starting to do Klaus's.

"I'm protecting him." she said, slapping Klaus's fingers away from his hair. "Ow. From what?"

"The end of the world, for one."

"Is the world really gonna end in six days?" Vanya asked, turning around facing them.

"Yep." Ris said popping the 'p'. "In a nice little mushroom cloud apparently, have to admit it is a better way than the fricken moon smashing into us."

"Yeah," Allison added. "As Ris said, it did last time, and we did everything Five and Ris could think of to stop it."

"Hey, wouldn't it be weird if Five grew up all hot?" Klaus asked suddenly, jumping up. "Wouldn't that be weird? Rissie? Did Five get hot?"

"What? I mean..." Ris stammered.
"Eww." Allison squealed.

"Oh! Oh, eww! Eww! 'Please, Miss "Luther was my lover.'" Klaus replied, making kissing noises.

"We have never even kissed." Allison said. "That does not help your case." Ris giggled, Allison lightly smacking her with the comb.

"Yeah, but you guys were making little sick moon-dog eyes at each other all through puberty and breakfasts and all that." Klaus continued.

"Aren't we all brothers and sisters, or...?" Vanya asked, looking quite lost. Klaus snorting, trying to supress his laughter.

"Well... technically, it..."

"Technically? If you have to word...use the word "technically," you're already in trouble." Klaus sassed. Ris bursting into laughter. "He's got you there." she giggled, taking a sip from her mug.

"Okay, can... can we focus?" Allison said. "I mean, clearly we're not saving the world tonight, but maybe, maybe, we could at least try to save my marriage."

"No!" Klaus cried. "No, because that's like...that's like asking a nun how to hump someone's leg."

"What?"

"I mean, who in this room knows shit about relationships? This one?" Klaus said gesturing to Vanya. "In secret love with some farm Frau."

"Her name's Sissy." Vanya added. "That's really pretty." Ris said. Vanya smiling, a light blush on her cheeks.

"Which is an improvement on her previous love interest, the serial killer." Klaus continued.

"What?"
"Later." Allison whispered, Ris scrunching her nose, in reembrace of that douchebag.

"Meanwhile, I'm carrying a torch...For a soldier I haven't technically met yet, and Luther is in love with his sister."

"Okay, again, we are not biological." Allison put in.

"The lethal lovers, Ris and Five are helplessly pining for each other for god's knows how long -"

"What! No!" Ris cried, her cheeks starting to turn red. "Wait, you and Five aren't together?" Vanya asked, sitting up straighter in her chair.

"No, we are just very good friends." Ris said quickly. Desperately turning to return her face to its normal colour not noticing, Klaus mouthing 'Bullshit' behind her back making Vanya and Allison smirk.

"Okay, okay, then. 'Friend's'" Klaus said, using air quotes. Ris rolled her eyes, leaning back in her chair.

"Then face it, the healthiest long-term romantic relationship in this family was when Five was banging that mannequin."

"That is sadly true." Ris said, taking another swing.

"The only thing the Umbrella Academy knows about love...is how to screw it up."

"Cheers."
"Cheers."
"Cheers." Allison, Ris and Vanya said raising there various, flasks, bottles, mugs and glasses.

"How do you guys deal with this?" Vanya asked glumly. "What?" Allison asked.

"I mean, all of it. The time travel, seeing the dead, the end of the world." Vanya listed. Ris shrugged.

Klaus sitting down. "Well, I get really high. Allison...Allison..." Klaus said dropping his voice to a whisper. "...lies to herself." Klaus said. Allison kicking a chair in his direction. "Ris, Ris she's can be really stabby, reckless and in denial." Klaus continued, dropping his voice to a whisper again. "She also has some co-dependency issues."

"Hey!"

"And you suppress all your emotions deep, deep down until you... you blow shit up."

"Yeah, I'd really like to not do that anymore." Vanya added. "It's okay, no one really blames you for that." Ris replied.

"Well, you've got six days, missy." Klaus said lightly, taking a puff of his cigarette. "What the hell are we supposed to do with six days?" Allison grumbled.

"Cry?"
"Party?" Ris and Klaus suggested. "Both."

"I'm gonna tell Sissy that I love her." Vanya said, taking a deep breath. "I don't want any secrets."

"Yeah."
"Yeah."

"Yeah, yeah, you're right." Allison said, jumping up, walking around the room. "Yes, 'cause, you know, if...if it's all gonna go tits-up, the least I could do is be honest with my husband."

"Oh... does that mean…I have to face my cult?" Klaus whined. "I just hate group breakups. It's why I stopped dating twins."

Ris snorted, the three turning to her. "What?" Ris asked. "You need to tell Five, you love him." Vanya said simply. "Mmmhhh."

"No, way. That is not happening. It is too weird, for one and for two, I mean…I don't really, I don't…I-I don't really know what love feels like…" Ris mumbled. "It wasn't something I was exposed too and…"

"Oh, sweetie." Allison said, grabbing her hands pulling her up. "You know, what love feels like."

"I do?" Ris said doubtfully. Vanya, Klaus and Allison nodding. "Yeah, you know how we know?" Klaus asked. Ris shaking her head. "It's the way you look at each other," Vanya said, getting up.

"It's the warm, safe feeling you have," Allison said, swaying her back at forth. "The moments you have."

"It's when they everything and you'd do anything. Love, is everything and more." Klaus finished.

Ris pausing contemplating there words. "I…" she starting, smiling. "This family's amazing, you know you guys are amazing right?"

Klaus cackled. "Yeah, sure."

"Okay, let's not get ahead of ourselves." Allison laughed, she and Klaus pulling Ris into a hug. "Come here, Vanya."

"Come on. Get over here."

"Come on Vans." Ris giggled. Vanya jumping off her chair, bouncing into the hug. The four laughed, swaying together. "I love you guys." Klaus said, squeezing them tightly.

Allison laughing, suddenly gasping. "Oh! You guys! I love this song!" she cried.

Ris running to the radio, turning up the music.

As the four started dancing.

"You know what?" Ris said, the four lying on the floor next to each other in a tangle of arms and legs, flushing and happy. "I love you guys." she said softly, glancing at Allison, Vanya and Klaus.

"We love you Ris!" The three shouted dramatically, making them all collapse into giggles.
