Kim Possible: Invisible

"We're going to need food, some basic supplies, and… Everything, really," Shego said as they moved through the dusty, dimly lit corridors of the old, simpler lair.
"I'll wait for dark. We can take Annie out someplace random, and then I'll jump using my portal. If they are somehow tracking me now, it'll drive them mad not being able to find a set pattern. I do know Du. He has no imagination. He'll never figure it out," she smirked at her ploy.
"Granted, but anyone can get lucky, Princess. I'm going with you this time. Just in case."
"You sure? Technically, you haven't done anything illegal as yet."
"Beyond harboring a fugitive," Kim asked blandly.
"Technically, you're not even a fugitive, since we both know those wannabe cops likely haven't gotten around to actually naming you on any official warrants yet," Shego told her. "We both know it's just their way of making themselves look good. Grabbing someone before anyone else knew they were wanted, and then filling in the paperwork after."
"Yeah. Even I should have figured that one out sooner. Even Wade never…."
"Never learned? Or didn't care?"
"I'd better not ask," Kim said, still using her hard-light mask just then. "I might crush him if he says the wrong thing."
"Or even the right thing," Shego smirked knowingly.
"There is that. I'm still pretty mad at him."
"You trapped him the size of a bug for life. I'm pretty sure he knows."
"I wonder if GJ found them? Can you imagine their faces if they try to restore anyone…. If they even can."
"I doubt they have the kind of toys you and the boys like to play with, Kimmie. That, and I wager their own scientists are the type to want to play with the….little people if they found them," she added with a chortle.
"They do like to play with lives, don't they," she said quietly.
"What are you thinking?"
"Maybe my next target should be GJ itself," she said so quietly that Shego suspected she was serious.
"Didn't you try that?"
"Oh, no. That was a prank. If I was serious? Their HQ would have been a smoldering hole in the ground. Maybe I should be getting serious," she said and looked off thoughtfully.
"Let's just focus on our needs first, and make sure the poster boy for OCD can't find us."
"Right," Kim nodded. "Got any preferences? I figure, fly out to the middle of nowhere and then jump to wherever we want to shop. Grab our necessities, and…."
"Leave William scratching his head when he can't find a link to where we were or are."
"Sounds like a plan," Kim smiled.

"Good morning, Kim," Tim said, sitting at the table when she came into the dining room, a huge, rocky chamber lined with tables for Henches who were no longer present.
She had followed the smell of coffee and food and finding Shego already up, guessed she was cooking breakfast in spite of their late night. Only even she was surprised to find Tim.
"Jim?"
"Still going over a few things back home."
"How did you find us," she demanded as Shego came out of the industrial-sized kitchen, and set a mug of coffee and a full plate before her.
"Thanks, gorgeous," she smiled at the green-skinned woman.
"We do know how you think. Both of you. And the most obvious hiding place is right here."
"Most obvious," Shego asked.
"Well, to us. Your old friends likely still won't get around to guessing the truth for….ages. You should hear their latest theory."
"Tell her," Shego nodded at the young, lanky teen as she sat down with her own refreshed coffee, having already eaten earlier.
"They've decided all those portals they detected and are tracking are from you landing anywhere you flew. They don't realize you're using dimensional gates yet. Even Stein didn't get around to realizing that one. They thought it was your power interacting every place you stopped."
"You're kidding," Kim frowned.
Tim shook his head.
"They are 2D in their thinking. I'm starting to think it is closer to 1D, though. By the way, no, they didn't find your farm."
"Imagine if they had," Kim snorted. "I don't care. I washed my hands of them."
"That said, me and Jim were thinking."
"You couldn't have just called….?"
"Even GJ's people aren't all idiots," Tim told her. "There was too much of a risk an open frequency might be tapped or discovered if we were to contact you in so confined a region. Better not to risk it."
"Smart," Shego nodded. "Doc never get that one. He was always making stupid calls, and leaving signs that betrayed us."
"So, what's your plan?"
"Use your power to find a hospitable world out there….wherever. Even if they can track you, in the end, they can't reach you. We're putting together a survival pack for you that will let you live without issues wherever you go, and whatever the state of the world you find."
Kim eyed him, and set her mug down, and watched it reappear before her after she released it.
"More coffee," Shego asked quietly as Kim sat watching the mug.
"Please," she nodded.
Kim watched Shego leave and then eyed Tim.
"You guys really think this is necessary?"
"Let's face it, Du is repressed, obsessed, and a dick," he said bluntly, "But he's not as incompetent as some might think. Only he's also ready and eager to use lethal means without Dr. Director to reign him in the way she did. We don't think it will take long for his hunts to escalate, and even if he can't touch you, someone around you might get hit," Tim told her.
"Like Shego?"
"You have to know Du is one of those that still argued against her and Lipski's pardon. He'd probably pull the trigger on her on general principles, and swear he was justified."
"Get the pack ready. I'll start….looking around."
"Do it discreetly. You don't want to lead him to you too soon," Tim told her. "Just…be careful. We're trying to help you, Kim. Not drive you off to an early death."
"I don't think I'm going down that easily," Kim huffed.
"And don't think you're taking off alone," Shego said as she came back with fresh coffee to refill their mugs. "I'm with you every step of the way, Princess. Wherever you go. This time, I have your back," she smiled as she sit down with them again.
"Even if it means you can never come home," Kim asked her.
"This was never home to me, Kimmie. Let's face it, I have no place in this world anyway. Tell me one place this green freak would be welcome. Just one," Shego challenged.
Kim eyed her and slowly smiled.
"But I don't see a green freak," she said quietly. "I see a friend."
Shego smiled back.
"That's sweet, but I think you know what I mean. I'm going with you, and don't you even think of ditching me."
"We'll have that kit ready for you within the week," Tim assured her. "Try to stay low and keep quiet until then," he suggested.
Kim only smirked at him.
"You know me," Kim declared as Tim rose to leave.
"Oy," he said, and walked out of the mess hall.
Behind him, the two women eyed one another and burst into laughter.

Will drummed his fingers as he eyed the global map, and considered all the tracks yet to lead to a secondary hideout.
"Someone is helping her. Only who," he murmured.
"Stoppable," Agent Crash asked as his team were out in the field just then, still hunting more clues.
Du eyed the former member of Team Impossible and said, "We never did find Yamanouchi. Yet if our theory is correct, we haven't found any track that touched Japanese territories as yet. That suggests he's not involved. Yet," Will pointed out.
"What about her own family?"
"I have a full strike team watching Middleton now. Especially her family. Which we should have had from the start," he added in disgust.
"We've had no activity around her apartment," another agent remarked. "Maybe a friend or acquaintance," they asked. "She did have a lot of people that still trade favors with her."
"Don't remind me," Will Du grumbled. "Still, if we don't find a track soon we may have to go public with the threat Kim Possible now represents if only to undermine any foolish sympathies that might rise for her."
"We don't already have a want on her," Crash asked incredulously.
"Dr. Director felt it unnecessary at the time," Will said somberly. "I believe you know where her thinking cost her in the end. We can't even be sure she's even still alive."
"No one has seen Jack Hench, or several other major felons of late. At least a half dozen have vanished without explanation," Agent Dunne remarked as he studied communications before him.
Will nodded.
"Of course. Of course. That is why she hasn't landed yet. She's taking out anyone that ever defied her, and I wager if we shadow some of those other felons she was known to face, we might just find her before she can escape. Put out warnings now. I want teams on every major felon Kim Possible ever faced. If they detect activity from her….lethal means are authorized."
"What," Agent Fyne asked incredulously.
"Consider, Agent Fyne," he told the man. "We may need lethal means just to slow the woman down."
No one argued.
