"Hey, Death Boy." Will grinned as he poked his head inside Nico's dorm.

Nico was still lying on the bed. Though he hadn't been sleeping at all, he looked like someone who'd just got out of bed after a rough night; with dark circles under his eyes and his messy black hair all over his face.

"Finally..." The boy sat up, looking up at him as he approached to his bunk bed.

"Missed me?" Will grinned brightly.

"Meh..." Nico glanced around. "I'm gonna die of boredom if I don't get out of here..."

"Well, you won't." Nico hated his enthusiasm sometimes, specially when he used it to deny him stuff. "We can do something here if you want, though." The blonde added as the other let out a groan.

"Something like what, doctor?" Nico said the last word with so much sarcasm, he gained a glare from the son of Apollo.

"I don't know..." He thought for a moment. "A board game, perhaps?" He suggested. "We have cards, do you wanna play go fish? Or Monopoly... or Battleship...?"

Nico sighed. It wasn't like he had anything better to do. "I have played Monopoly before. Boring." He murmured the last part. "I'd like to try Battleship out, though..."

"Wait, you've never played Battleship?" Will wasn't able to hide his surprise.

Nico shook his head.

"Oh..." Will nodded, probably remembering the fact Nico had been raised in the 1940's. "Anyway, I can teach you how to play... if you'd like." His expression lighted up a little as the other nodded with his head. "Okay! I'll go get the game. Be right back. And don't get off that bed while I'm gone." He warned before heading out of the room.

Nico rolled his eyes and watching him leave. He then stood, ignoring completely the other boy's warning, and walked to the wardrobe, looking for some clothes so he could get changed. He took a black hoodie and a pair of jeans and headed to the bathroom.

Before he could even place a foot out of the bathroom, he found himself being carried like a child back to the bed.

"What did I say about not getting up?" Will scowled at him. "Now what would have happened if you got dizzy and blacked out again?!"

Oh, right. Nico had blacked out after breaking his wrist the day before. It hadn't been for pain, though. It has been for exhaustion, after shadow traveling multiple times around the forest in the capture the flag game.

"Will," Nico used a calm voice as he said this. "I'm fine. Really." He raised his palms up in surrender. "I just went to get changed... Calm down, please..."

As he saw Will letting out a sigh, he relaxed. Nico's hand went to the back of his neck, and massaged it briefly. It had been hurting from the night before.

"See? You're hurt." Will insisted. He went over to him and inspected his neck carefully, gently touching his skin to see if he could find any source of injury, which made Nico shiver at the touch.

"I'm fine..." He murmured, as he shook his hand away.

"No, you're not..." Will began giving a neck massage, which Nico found completely unnecessary... And relaxing. No, not relaxing, unnecessary.

"Probably just- bad posture..." The son of Apollo concluded after a couple minutes, patting his shoulder.

"Told ya." Nico mumbled, letting out a sigh.

"Anyway..." Will ignored his comment. "Do you still want to play? Or are you tired?"

"I'm not tired." Was his way to say 'yes' to the game.

Nico caught glimpse of a smile from the other guy as he got up to get the game he had brought earlier. He put it in between the two as he sat down on the bed across from him.

"So," Will began explaining the rules of the game as he set up both boards for them. He told Nico the purpose of the different sizes of ships and colors of pins, explained how you could sink said ships and basically everything you needed to know to win the game.

And so they played until the horn for lunch boomed through the whole camp, as the morning turned into afternoon. Will ended up winning most of the times, but Nico did manage to win some as well.
