Note: Happy New Year, everybody! I hope that this year turns out better than the last one. Anyway, here's another parody of a fairy tale. Enjoy!
Chapter 47: Lucy Hare and the Three Foxes
Lucy Hare as Goldilocks
Fox McCloud as Papa Bear
Krystal as Mama Bear
Marcus McCloud as Baby Bear
Once upon a time, there was a young hare named Lucy who lived with her father in a cabin. The two had lived there after Lucy's mother had died, but they managed to get by everyday. One day, Lucy decided to take a walk in the woods. Before she left, her father warned her about three foxes who lived in another cabin. Lucy always assumed they were lonely, seeing as they were her neighbors. The doe decided that, while on her walk, she would visit them.
The three foxes were sitting at the table, eating porridge. That was until the Tod, an orange fox, decided to take his wife and son on a walk. The three left their porridge on the table as they left, with the Vixen reminding the Tod to lock the door. The Tod did so, putting the house key under the welcome mat. The family then walked off, going on their walk.
As Lucy walked through the forest, she came across a cabin that was by itself. She knew that the cabin belonged to the foxes that were her neighbors. When she knocked on the door, she got no response. Upon turning the doorknob, the doe discovered that it was locked. However, she found the house key under the welcome mat.
"I'm sure that they won't mind if I come in." Lucy said as she unlocked the door.
Upon entering the house, Lucy saw that there were three bowls of porridge that were left out. She tried to sit at the Tod's chair, but it was too big. Next was the Pup's chair, but it was too small. Only the Vixen's chair was left, and it was a nice fit for Lucy. The doe sighed in relief, looking down on the table. Now that she was seated, she decided to give the porridge a taste.
The first bowl of porridge that Lucy ate out of was the Tod's. However, the porridge in the Tod's bowl was scalding. Desperate to cool her tongue down, the young hare moved on to the Vixen's bowl, but it was ice cold. The only bowl left was the Pup's bowl. After eating the porridge out of the Pup's bowl, Lucy discovered that it was just right. She ate all of the porridge in the bowl, leaving nothing left.
After that, Lucy went upstairs and found a bedroom with three beds in it. The first bed the doe lie down in was the Pup's bed, but it was too small. The next bed was the Vixen's, but it was too big. The final bed was the Tod's, and it was perfect. Lucy fell asleep, getting under the covers. Unbeknownst to her, those who lived in the house would be back.
Once they got home, the three foxes discovered that someone had entered the home while they were gone. They decided to catch the intruder, entering the cabin. The moment they got in, the family saw that the intruder made themselves comfortable.
"Someone sat in my chair!" The Tod said.
"Mine too!" The Pup cried.
"The intruder sat in my chair for a while!" The Vixen stated.
The three then looked down at their bowls of porridge.
"The intruder tried to eat my porridge!" The Tod said.
"Mine too!" The Vixen said.
"They ate all of mine!" The Pup stated.
That was when they heard snoring coming from upstairs. The three foxes walked up to their bedroom, where the intruder was at. Inside their bedroom, the family could see that the intruder had already been in their beds.
"The intruder was in my bed!" The Vixen said.
"Mine too!" The Pup stated.
"Whoever they are, they're in my bed!" The Tod barked as he lifted the covers.
When the covers were lifted, Lucy opened her eyes and saw the three foxes glaring at her.
"Uh oh!" She cried as she tried to run, the Tod grabbing her arm.
"You need a punishment, you intruder!" He said as he took the doe across his knee, spanking her.
"Stop!" Lucy shrieked.
"Not until my hand gets sore!" The Tod barked.
Lucy began crying as he spanked her harder. The Vixen and the Pup watched as the Tod did so, his hand hitting the hare's behind.
"Please stop!" The doe wailed, "I'm sorry! I won't do this again, I swear I won't! Please, you're hurting me!"
The Tod stopped punishing Lucy, standing her up.
"Promise?" The Vixen looked at her.
"Promise!" The hare whimpered.
"Alright then," the Tod stated, "leave for now. As soon as you get home, write an apology letter to us. If you don't, I'll have my little one belt you. Understand?"
Lucy nodded before walking downstairs. After that, she decided to go home, intent on writing her apology letter in order to avoid getting taken across the Pup's knee.
A week later, and Lucy had been working at the three foxes' cabin. Despite her written apology, the hare's father had punished her by making her work for the family. However, she didn't mind, as the Pup liked it when she came. The Tod and the Vixen were weary of her, mainly due to the incident from a week ago. Despite that, Lucy would continue to visit their house. They all lived together in harmony for the rest of their lives.
Note: I know what all of you are thinking, "Why Lucy and not her daughter?" Well, I couldn't decide on who to make Goldilocks, so I chose Peppy's daughter. This isn't the final fairy tale parody I'll do, as there will be more in the future. What did you guys think about this chapter? Let me know when you leave a review or give a constructive criticism stating what you like and what you don't like. Until next time guys, peace!
