Note: I'm sad right now. I apologize if this story isn't satisfactory, but I just didn't feel like doing anything big.

Chapter 77: Words of Wisdom

Hey everyone, how are you doing? If you're doing well, I hope that you're having a better day than I am. In fact, my dog had to be euthanized today. He had suffered with bone cancer for a few months, and it was hard to take. The poor creature was in constant agony, in spite of the medicine we had been giving him, and we wound up calling the vet to come and end his life. My older dog will be missed.

However, we have all had pets die on us. As such, this is my message to those who have owned pets in the past and had been with said pets until their death: don't fear death. Death is what gives life its meaning. It lets us know that our days are numbered, so that we can do what we need to before our time comes. I never let the death in the family impede my will to live, and I hope that a death in the family doesn't impede your will to live either. Our deceased family members are in a better place, but don't worry about the afterlife. Don't let the need to chase after death take over in your life.

If you feel sad, talk to someone about how you feel. If you feel like you have no purpose in life, find your purpose. Life is not meaningless and worthless, as you'll find it meaningful and worthwhile when you find out for yourself. These are words of wisdom which are, admittedly, not my own. I hope that all of you are doing well and that you're having a better day than I am. This goes out to not only former pet owners, but also those who have felt sad. I'm sorry if you've all been plagued with misfortune in your lives, I really am.

Note: That's the chapter of the week. Until next time guys, this is Newcomer24, signing off. Peace!
