Chapter 3

(I can't believe it's only been 3 chapters! crazy!)

Annabeth's POV

"I-" I stood there frozen, gapping at the gender swapped version of Percy (she had gray eyes though). Then it came to me. She was my daughter.

"Bianca?" I said

"That's my name. Now answer the question. Why do Charlie and I have the same birthday? Why did my dad call you Wise Girl?" she pulled the picture in the seashell frame out of her pocket,it had the seven, plus Nico and Reyna. "This picture, you look like you're in a relationship. A romantic one. Nico called you Percabeth, says you broke up 12 years ago. I was born 12 years ago. I want an answer." Bianca said. She had clearly thought this through and had a valad accusation. I just stood there, unable to speak. I glanced at Percy and he was looking at me with a thousand accusations in his eyes, he looked disappointed. I was in shock, Percy had never, ever been disappointed in me. He was always kind and encouraging. His expression felt like a stab to the heart.

"Um-yes" I squeaked out

"Of course. Now in case you have anything to say that can make up for not being here, and abandoning my dad, then were done here. I'm done here. I didn't need you then, and I don't need you now. At least you have the decency to look ashamed." her words were a thousand times more painful than anything i've ever experienced, even Tartarus. An eerie calm smile came over her. Her gray eyes were like mini hurricanes, ripping apart anything in its path. She stormed out of the house.

"I'm appalled at your behaviour." Charlotte said, as she left me at the mercy of Percy, Nico, and another young girl who I assumed was Bianca's friend. Charlotte followed after Bianca.

"Should I go after them?" I asked

"No, Bianca's probably gone to go help Dad, or Leo and Calypso, anyhow, I think you've done enough." A pretty asian girl with straight black hair and almond shaped bottle-green eyes.

"I'm so sorry Percy." I said, another tear dripped down my cheek, making me shiver.

"Why didn't you tell me?" he asked calmly, his disappointed eyes boring into mine.

" I don't know! I just thought you would hate me!" I said, tears make the collar of my shirt damp.

"Why would I hate you Annabeth? I'm the one who did something stupid!" Percy protested, just making me cry harder.

"I just, I didn't tell you because I was mad, then I never did because I thought you would hate me!"I said through tears

"I'm going to leave...and go find Bianca, bye everyone!" The asian girl said, shadow traveling out.

"Um...me too, I think Will is calling. Should I call someone or-you know what, i'll just leave!" Nico said, leaving and looking relieved. Percy stifled a laugh at his friend's awkward behavior then turned back to me.

"Looks like you scared off Nico and Marie." Percy said

"Who's Marie?" I asked quietly, inside, I was panicking, and Percy got married?

"That's Nico's daughter, she's in my class." He explained

"Class?" I questioned

"My Accel 7th math class." He told me. I was stunted, Percy. Seaweed brain Percy, was a math teacher?!

"Oh" I managed to spit out

"Annabeth, I think you need to talk with Charlie and Bianca." He told me.

"Okay" I said, I was once again miserable. "Also, why do you call Charlotte, Charlie?" I asked him. I knew it was a dumb question, but I still wondered.

"Ummm, you know… maybe I should let Charlie tell you that too." He said, in a 'don't-ask-me-again-please' tone.

"Fine"

Sorry it's short, I couldn't think of anything good.
