Nobody's Point of View

As Goku was celebrating his victory, Kachoba was undergoing a frightening transformation.

The young boy sat up as his muscles grew bigger and bigger until his gi was ripped apart. His eyes were now completely red. His size was growing as well. The crowd noticed this and became silent. Bulma, Yamcha, Puar, and Oolong looked on in horror and then realization.

The boy had a tail like Goku and looked at the full moon. Kachoba was snarling as he grew brown fur all over his body except for his hands, feet, which became that of an ape's, and his face, which was forming a snout. His nails turned black.

Goku, wondering what everyone was looking at, turned his head to the left.

"O-oh my! Kachoba has transformed into a gigantic ape! He has to be at least 50 feet tall!"

Everyone ran away, except for the announcer, Goku's friends, and Kachoba's father.

Goku looked at the Great Ape in horror. Thoughts were racing through his mind but one was prevalent. "Grandpa!" he shouted.

Was his friend Kachoba really the monster who came out during nights of the full moon and slaughtered all in it's way?

Like Gohan?

"You're gonna pay for what you did to my Grandpa, monster!" the boy shouted, getting the attention of Kachoba, who roared.
Before the boy turned monster could squash Goku, Jackie Chun tackled him out of harm's way.

"Goku! You need to safety! I'll handle Kachoba!" he instructed the boy.

"But Jackie-"

"Now!" Jackie interrupted him.

As Goku headed for cover, the old master began charging ki into his hands. Green electricity was crackling, as he thrusted his palms forward.

"Lightning Shock Surprise!"

The giant ape is assaulted and immobilized by 20,000 volts of electricity! But it wasn't enough.

Kachoba powered through the technique with little difficulty!

"B-b-but that attack was supposed to be unbeatable! Only Gohan was able to escape it!"

The ape roared in anger.

Deciding to get serious, Roshi rips off his black shirt and after several seconds of concentrating ki, he bulks up his muscles to a great degree!

He cups his hands to his side and charges the Kamehameha.

"Don't kill him!" Chips yells.

Roshi fires his iconic technique that took him 50 years to develop at the boy turned monster?

KABOOM!

A blinding light can be seen.

It dims down to reveal... no giant monster!

Goku's friends look on in shock and then sorrow as they realize that Jackie Chun might have killed a little boy.

Chips looked heartbroken...

Then came the tears.

Jackie's muscles receded down to normal size.

"Don't cry. Kachoba wasn't my target. That was." He said as he pointed to the sky.

Everyone looked up to see... nothing!?

"The moon!? I-it's gone!" the announcer shouted.

"W-w-what!?" everyone yelled.

"Look over there!" Krillin called out.

A nude boy was lying on his stomach, his tail was laying on the ground.

"Kachoba!" Chips yelled out as he ran to his son in all but blood.

Kachoba's Point of View

What happened? My head... I feel someone holding me.

I open my eyes to see a red-eyed, bearded man with blonde hair crying.

"Son!" He hugs me tight.

"Dad? Where are my clothes? What happened to the arena?"

"You don't remember? You turned into some kind of monkey-like monster and went on a rampage!"

Of course! My blunder! Does this mean Goku will hate me?

"Kachoba!" I hear voices call out.

"Alright mister! Why did you kill my grandpa!?" Goku questioned as he approached.

"What? Grandpa?" I said in response.

"Answer me!"

"Goku?" Bulma gets his attention.

"We have something to tell you..." Yamcha started to explain.

"You remember when we were captured by Pilaf, you looked at the moon and blacked out?"

"Yeah..." the confused boy said.

"You didn't just black out, you turned into giant ape! Like Kachoba!" Puar interjected.

"What?" Goku said in disbelief. Then he looked like he has seen a ghost.

"I-I was naked... when I woke up... I couldn't find Grandpa... He told me not to look at the moon... I looked... T-then... It was me! I KILLED GRANDPA!

Goku dropped down to his knees sobbing.

I remember this event. But to think he would learn the truth this early in the timeline...

"Goku... You killed your grandfather, yes. But did you want to do it?" I spoke softly.

"N-no..."-

"Then you shouldn't worry about it! You didn't mean to kill him. The way I see it, nobody is in the wrong."

"He is right" Oolong said.

"Guys... we should give him some time to think. Dad... Take me to Kame House. I'm done with the tournament." I say with a somber tone.

Meanwhile

We arrive at Kame House at nighttime where Launch and the Saibamen greet me. Good thing dad had some clothes on standby.

Launch in her blonde form, told me that I did great for a runt. And it was my first tournament too.

We ate dinner as we waited for Goku, Krillin, and Master Roshi to arrive.

Goku apologized to me for accusing me of killing Grandpa Gohan. I accepted.

Roshi told us that Goku lost against Jackie Chun, thanks to the Thunder Shock Surprise.

Master tells me that he'll have another gi ready for me in a few days.

Meanwhile

Time passes by, as it is now the 9th of May. This is the day that Mercenary Tao defeats Goku.

I learned how to harness ki under Master Roshi during the leadup to today. By channeling my life energy to reinforce my strikes and body, I can defend against stronger threats.

I even fulfill my childhood fantasies by firing my first Kamehameha (which took five hours to get it right) at the ocean, much to Roshi's surprise.

I summon my ki, letting it flow throughout my body. I cup my hands to my left side. "Ka..." Ki begins to pool inbetween the cupped hands. "me..." I aim toward the ocean with a straight path. "ha... me..." With the energy concentrated into one point, I thrust my hands forward, finishing the iconic chant. "Ha!"
A beam of blue ki shoots out parting the ocean's surface! The beam had to have been active for about 5 seconds before I stop channeling ki. The beam goes farther away before dissipating out of my range of vision. The parted sea surface begin to close.

I pant in slight exhaustion, and look behind to see a stunned Master Roshi who had his sunglasses in an uneven position.

"Ever since I learned about this ability, I have tried to copy it countless times. You have no idea how happy I am master!" I grin.

"Ye-eah... You learned it almost as easily as Goku did!" This causes me to laugh in pride.

After practicing the Kamehameha for almost two days, I convince the Turtle Hermit to teach me the Sleepy Boy and Thunder Shock Surprise techniques which take me some time to master.

Days later, Goku gets his rematch against Tao and defeats him, and destroys the Red Ribbon Army. The Fortune Teller Baba saga ends with the gang finding the last dragon ball, Goku losing his tail, and his reunion with Grandpa Gohan. Shenron is summoned to revive a boy named Upa's father who was murdered by Tao.

Goku and Krillin have been making some gains as well, as three years pass.

The 22nd World Martial Arts tournament begins where I get to enjoy it... as a spectator with my pa.

I made some adjustments to the process of learning Dragon Ball's most iconic techinque. I will work on making the flow of these stories better. I will try not to skip so much time. I really want to get to Z and so on, but OG Dragon Ball still has great stories and techniques. All my SI characters are based on OCs I have made and I do want to make them strong and win a lot, though winning all the time with no explanation or just plain constant success will make the characters and stories become bland... If you guys have any suggestions, leave 'em in the reviews or PMs.

Also please message me on joining my forum(if you want to) and vote on my current poll:"Necromancer SI- Which world should it be?". Keep in mind that I have to watch or rewatch some episodes or gameplays to know what goes on in what order.
