Chapter 9
Late night Talk

~*Back in the cave*~

Ahsoka slept right through Kix's whole shift, he woke Dogma up so he could get some rest. Telling Dogma to wake him if there were any problems during the night. Kix also told him that if the commander did wake up that it was okay, just make sure she doesn't move around too much. During Dogma's shift Ahsoka started to wake up again but he hadn't noticed her right away because he was at the cave entrance looking out.

Ahsoka noticed everyone was asleep except Dogma. She tried to get up without disturbing anyone but once she turned on her side, she had to hold back her cries of pain. Dogma however heard the noise turning to see her still trying to get up. He dashed back inside trying to stop her from getting up any farther so she didn't hurt herself anymore.

"Commander? Kix said you shouldn't move around too much," he gently grabbed her shoulder trying to get her to lay back down not wanting her to injure herself more.

"I just wanted to sit for a bit, Dogma."

Dogma still didn't like the idea but caved, "alright but if we get in trouble, I'm blaming this on you," he said with a smile.

She chuckled at that, "I can live with that."

He smiled and with his good arm, helped her rest against the cave wall. He backed away, as she readjusts herself a little, clenching her teeth in the process. "Are you okay? Do you need anything? Do I need to get Kix?"

"No, no Dogma thank you, I'm okay, nothing to wake Kix over."

"Are you sure? I know he wouldn't mind."

"I'm sure," she couldn't help but smile over his worry.

"Alright just let me know if you need anything."

She smiled, "I wouldn't mind some company, if you wanted"

"Alright but only for a little bit Commander."

"Dogma there's no need for titles" she patted the spot beside her, "you can relax too."

"No commander that's alright, I'm on guard-" he was cut short when he saw her looking at him with a cold stare. He soon realized why, "oh right sorry Ahsoka, it's alright I'm on guard."

She smiled with a small chuckle "Good thing you changed that or else I could have made it an order if you wanted to use titles." She couldn't help but smile the whole time, until she saw his face looking like he took her seriously and was going to do it. "I'm only kidding Dogma, you don't have to if you don't want to; I know you have a job to do," she laughed lightly, hitting him in the arm.

"I knew that," he blushed from embarrassment of not realizing it was a joke.

She laughed even more, until it got caught in her throat and she started coughing. Dogma lost the smile on his face and got very serious. "Comman.. Ahsoka are you alright?"

Once she stopped coughing she nodded, "I'm fine Dogma."

We talked and laughed for what felt like hours, eventually we both ended up leaning against the cave wall. I'm not sure how I ended up there, I was only going to talk to her for a bit then go back to the entrance. I knew that I was supposed to wake up Fives at some point a while ago, so he could stand guard but Ahsoka wanted some company. I figured that after the day that we had had, I didn't see any harm in giving her this small bit of happiness.

Ahsoka started feeling tired, as she yawned she started to lean against Dogma's bad arm, falling asleep. She quickly realized what she was doing, "Oh I'm sorry Dogma, your arm" she moved her head off of him. He would be lying if he didn't say he wasn't surprised that she was falling asleep but was surprised that she was leaning on him; since he was a clone and in full armour but he didn't mind "It's alright."

She didn't quite hear what he had said as a few minutes later she yawned again. A little later her head rested against him again, this time resting for a few minutes before she realized. "I did it again, I'm so sorry" she shot her head up a little too fast, her head was spinning and she had to hold her head for a moment.

"I said it's alright Ahsoka," he saw her holding her head. "Are you alright?" His eye brows made a frowning expression as he leaned down towards her.

"Ya, ya I just moved a little too fast that's all."

"Are you sure I can get Kix if you need?"

"No, no I'll be alright," she said as she leaned back on the wall.

Dogma leaned back too after throwing a rock over at Fives, who woke up, turning around to see who threw it, to see a smiling Dogma. "It's your turn to be on watch."

"There are easier not to mention nicer ways to wake someone you know."

"Ya but that doesn't mean I have too," Dogma laughed.

"Laugh all you want," Fives looked at the time. "I thought, my shift.. weren't we going every two hours, till shift change. It's been almost two hours since I was supposed to be awake. Did someone else take my shift?"

"Yup the Commander did," as he points to her sleeping against the cave wall.

"Alright so why are you still up?" Fives asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Because the commander can't move, and I can barely shoot," he pointed to his arm.

"Mhmm alright" he walks towards Echo "Wake up Echo" and then Fives walks to the entrance.

Dogma followed him "what Fives, don't you believe me?"

"I never said that, all I'm saying is you're not telling the whole story that's all." Argued for a bit.

I lay on the cave floor, hoping that Dogma would go to sleep soon so that I could have some peace and silence. I then noticed Ahsoka stirring and sweating in her sleep, she opened her eyes but before I could get a word out she shot up quickly running leaving her lightsabers on the cave floor.

~*Ahsoka*~

I was sleeping then I could sense something big, something familiar running through the forest, I could sense it was coming straight for us. I knew this thing from somewhere, as it raced towards us I knew the village was in danger and I needed to protect them. I know what that is, an Akul this is my chance, I need to take it down to prove myself. I opened my eyes, shooting up, running past all the other sleeping Togrutas.

PS. Sorry it took so long I have no reason other then I just didn't feel like writing, again I'm sorry If you waited for it and it's not that great.
