"Haruno-sensei, there is a patient in room 301, that I think you should look at." The nurse gave her message before turning away with a mischievous grin.
Sakura sighed setting her papers to the side, why out of all days did someone have to interrupt her schedule. All she wanted was to finish up work and go home to cuddle her boyfriend on his rare day off.
With quick precision, Sakura took the patient clipboard out of the bin on the door.
A broken arm...
Okay, something's weird here, so one of her most trustworthy nurses told her their was a patient that needed her attention, however it's only a simple broken humerus, and weirdest of all is that the patients name is redacted.
The hospital policy states that ANBU operatives will have their names redacted, however the ANBU can only be placed an the fifth floor.
"Haruno-sensei?" A nurse walking by called out to the respected woman in concern, seeing as she had been staring at the clipboard for a few minutes.
Sakura jolted minutely turning to smile at the nurse. The pink haired medic breathed out a sigh of relief when the nurse nodded their head and continued walking.
Shaking her head, Sakura decided to just get it over with and pushed open the door.
"Uchiha Obito! You better tell me why you have a broken arm on your day off!" His lovely girlfriend stormed into the room before standing at the foot of his bed with her arms crossed.
"Babe! I have a completely valid reason and I know your gonna find it funny." Obito scampered back on his bed with his one good arm in front of him in defense.
Sakura raised a manicured brow, and at that moment Obito began to sweat.
"I was at your house and I knew you were gonna be at work most of the day, so I decided I was going to clean for you."
The pink haired woman shifted "that's sweet but that doesn't explain how you broke your freaking arm."
Obito scratched the back of his head "well, I got most of the basic chores done and the only thing left to do was the laundry. So I grab all of the dirty clothes from upstairs and started to head for the laundry room, y'know. Downstairs."
Sakura huffed out an exasperated laugh "you fell down the stairs, didn't you?"
Obito confirmed with an embarrassed nod all the while chuckling nervously. The medic massaged her head, feeling a headache coming on.
"You are such a doofus, your lucky I love you enough to heal this injury." Sakura started healing his arm, not noticing the goofy smile on his face.
"I am lucky, aren't I?"
And with a kiss to the forehead Sakura left with a fond grin on her face.
