Chapter 2! I'm so glad you guys like this idea! Thanks for all of the favourites, follows, and reviews.

Seleine16: I'm glad you like this. I hope that this AU is one you really enjoy! Thanks for the feedback!

Apple-Apple (Guest): Thanks for the review! It's interesting how the Author's note confused you...I was putting it there to avoid confusion! LOL. Anyways, I'm glad you're understanding it, it's definitely a bit confusing. As for your question...I would say Sensei Dolion's team progresses a bit faster physically, like with weapons and physical attacks, but not as fast elementally(like with Spinjitzu, Airjitzu, etcetera) . I will definitely use your idea in the future! I'm glad you like the story so far!

CaptainSteve1: Thanks for the review, once again, I'm so glad you like it. I was so excited when I thought of this idea, but I knew it was going to be a bit complicated. I don't think there is a major pairing...yet. I like the connection you made to the Elemental Alliance, it's really interesting how the two are related.

Now, onto the story!

Cole POV

I was confused. Not by the two's angry words against us, as we got hate mail a lot, but with the boy. He looked scared, no, terrified, when Kai attacked him, unlike his friend, the pretty white haired girl. Which he should've been. But, in his eyes, I saw more than fear. I saw recognition right before all of the power went out. Then they ran off. I tried to get them to stop, but I guess they didn't hear me.

"Forget it, Cole. They're a bunch of wannabes." Kai said beside me as we walked back to base, the Fire Ninja noticing my confusion. I shook my head.

"No, Kai, I won't forget. Did you notice how the boy got scared, right before the power went out? Do you think the two occurrences are related?"

"I doubt it. It was probably a faulty wire." He responded as we walked into base. I found Nya and Lloyd playing video games, while Zane sat at the computer, a map of Ninjago City displayed. Sensei Wu was nowhere to be seen. He was probably meditating or something.

"This is why I don't play video games!" Nya said, her character on screen falling off the edge, killing her. She slammed the control on the coffee table nearby, looking up to see Kai and I entering.

"Oh, you're back. Mind trading off? I'm done."

"Quiter." Lloyd muttered. Nya hit him in the head with a pillow, and got off the couch, Kai sliding into her previous spot.

"Were you two near where the power outage happened? It swept over ten blocks." Zane asked. That got my attention. More than ten blocks? That was not a faulty wire. Could it be that that kid had knocked out the power himself? Could he have an element? No, he couldn't. If he did, they would have seen him at Chen's Island, or he would be on their team himself.

" Uh, yea, we were in the middle of it. How do you figure it happened, Zane?" I asked, observing the computer screen. None of it made sense to be, though.

"I don't know. It's like a strong electrical signal, sort of like an EMP, turned off all of the power. I don't see how that's possible. No EMP is that strong. Or, that I know of. And, I know a lot."

"Nothing happened around us." Kai said, his hand flying over the controller. " We just ran into a couple of jerks."

Nya's eyes widened. She was still sort of new to being a ninja, so she hadn't read all of the hate mail we had received. "Really? What did they do?

" They said mean things, pushed us around a bit. I scared one of them real bad, though. Pulled out my FIREEEEEE" Kai finished, making a flame appear in his palm. I rolled my eyes.

"Is that why you have ice cream on your shirt, Cole?"Lloyd asked. Oh, right. I forgot about that. I rolled my eyes once more.

"No, Lloyd, I was saving it for later."

"The look suits you, Cole." A wise voice said. I looked over at Sensei Wu, who had entered the room. He was smiling, seemingly enjoying seeing Cole with the remains of his treat on his shirt.

"Umm...thanks?" Sensei Wu snickered at my response, and walked over to the tea cabinet neary. I had to ask him. The boy getting scared and then the power going out was not a coincidence.

"Quick question, Master Wu. Are there other people with elements that did not enter the Tournament of Elements? That we haven't met?" Wu froze, his hand hovering over the teapot. Soon, he composed himself, grabbing the teapot and filling it with water.

"No, Cole, there is no one else." I knew better. I may not be a Nindroid, but I knew he was lying. I think everyone else did, too, their looks of confusion spoke loudly.

"You're lying. Tell us the truth." Sensei Wu sighed when he noticed I was onto him.

"Cole, why do you know another elementalist?"

"One of the people that was bothering us, a male about my age, got scared when Kai shot fire at him. I saw, in his eyes, fear, but soon recognition, and then a wave of something hit us, knocking us to the ground. Then the power went out." Sensei's mouth widened slightly, but he continued looking at me, silently urging me to continue.

"Zane said that there is no power in over ten blocks of Ninjago City. That no EMP is that powerful. How likely is it that, when that boy got scared, the power went off instantly after. I think he has an element. That was not a coincidence. I know that."

"Pay attention, students. Cole is right. There is much I haven't told you." Sensei Wu started, sitting down on another couch after grabbing something from under a floorboard, completely forgetting about the tea. I sat beside him. Once everybody was seated, Wu showed the students what was hiding in the floor, a folder.

"Cole, Kai," He said, opening it, soon showing them an image of the boy who they had encountered. "Is this the person you ran into?"

I studied it. Wavy, brown hair? Sapphire blue eyes? I nodded. That was definitely him. Nya held her hand out, so I gave the photo to her. She took it, and silently gasped.

"Do you know him too, Nya?" Kai asked.

'No..I..I just…" She stuttered, turning beat red. " I just think he's a bit cute." Lloyd and I laughed as Kai groaned. Sensei Wu cleared his throat, turning our attention to him once again.

"There is another Ninja team."

"Wait, WHAT?" Lloyd said, shooting out of his seat. " What do you mean?"

"Lloyd, sit down. I will explain everything." His uncle said, and the Green Ninja unwillingly sat back down.

"I used to have a friend, his name was Dolion. His father was a friend of my father's, we trained together. When my father told us what to do about training another ninja team, he desired us to train you all together. One Ninja team, many students, and two Sensei's.

"We did not want this. Though we had known each other for forever, we were, are, much different."

"What is he like, Sensei?" Zane asked, trying to understand.

"He desires to have power, not caring what, or who, suffers to get it. Instead of a safe Ninjago, he wants a high status in society. He wants to be in control. He's the type of man who would not fight Garmadon, but team up with him, if it meant he would get power and control."

"So, not very nice." Kai butted in.

"No. Not one bit."

"So, if you did not want to work together, what did you two do?" I asked, rubbing my arm. Something about this scared me.

"We decided to have two ninja teams. Never interacting, but still doing my father wanted us too. I would be the sensei of one, he would be the sensei of the other. To find out who we would train, we raced to meet you all and convince you to join our team before the other managed too."

"When you met me, if I had pushed you away, would he have come for me?" Kai asked, probably recalling how he had met Sensei Wu. I was too, being honest.

"Yes, Kai. He was interested in having you on his team. Luckly, I got to you first."

"How did you decide who to get? Why us?" Nya asked.

" I chose the people who I thought would work well as a team. I didn't really care which elements I got, I only truly cared about the people. I was fortunate to get the core elements, and the Green ninja. I chose you all for who you were. I chose Kai, for his passion and drive to do good. I chose Zane, for his calm and logical mind. Cole, for his mental and physical strength, the strong glue sticking the team together. Nya, for her determination and loyalty to what is good. And Lloyd, for his leadership and selflessness.

"But Dolion, he only cares about the elements. He wanted the most powerful, the most deadly of them all. That is why he went after Kai, Fire is very powerful. He didn't want him for his passion. He also wanted Earth, the element, not the strength Cole possessed as a person. I am thankful I got to you two before he did." Sensei Wu finished.

"Did you get everyone you wanted, Master Wu?" Zane said carefully, not wanting to sadden our Sensei.

" No, sadly, I did not. This boy," Master Wu responded, looking at the photo of the person Kai and I had encountered with sorrow on his face, "...was one I wanted on this team, badly. He would have fit perfectly with us."

"But you didn't reach him in time." I muttered, finally realizing it. Wu nodded.

Soon, I felt anger burst within me. That kid, I would have known him. We would have been friends! Then that man enrolled him for his powers, not who he really was!

Nya must've noticed my anger, because she spoke up. " But, it's just another team. Nothing is wrong with it, right?"

"No. I imagine that Dolion is abusive to his students, wanting them to be a well-oiled team, powerful. I don't know what he does to them, but the boy that was rude to you two," At this he looked over to Kai and I, "...is not like that at all. He has the kindest heart I have ever seen. He would never be rude to anyone without good reason. I believe that Dolion told him to do those things to you."

" I...I didn't know…." Kai said, putting his face in his hands. I think he felt bad for throwing Fire at him, to be honest, I felt horrible for even snapping back at him. He was probably just obeying orders. That's why he looked so scared. He didn't want to pick a fight.

"What about the girl? The girl that was with him?" Kai soon asked, lifting his head after a moment. Snesie Wu handed him the folder.

"This is all the information I know of his team. She may be in there." With that said, he left the room, leaving the rest of us contemplating what was said.

"So, there are two ninja teams. Sensei Wu's and Dolion's. Dolion only cares about power, and chose his team based on that. He's probably abusive to his students, he only cares about their elements, not them as people. That boy was supposed to be on our team. Is there anything I'm missing?" Lloyd said, recapping so he himself understood. I nodded.

"I think so. Man, I feel horrible."

"Jay Walker." Kai suddenly said, searching through the file.

Nya looked at him in confusion. " What?"

" That's his name, the guy that was supposed to be with us. Jay Walker, Master of Lightning. He's our age, Cole."

I nodded. I was about to get up when Zane asked a question, a question that was on my mind.

"What should we do? We have to do something!"

"I don't see what we can do." Nya said sadly.

I agreed with her, What could we do?

What could we do for Jay Walker?

Okay. So I know that that may have been way too much information, I'm sorry. I struggle with that. I will do a recap at the beginning of the next chapter as an AN, and the things spoke of in this chapter will be further explained and touched on in future chapters. I hope it makes some sense.

Stay tuned and review!
