Clark P.O.V.
When I saw Percy in that man's arms, with a gun to his head, my heart stopped. I couldn't breathe. I couldn't move. My son is in harm's way! I wanted to tear these thieves apart who had dared to lay a finger on my family. Fury ran through my veins, but I reigned it back in with much difficulty. I couldn't lose control.
And Percy, oh Percy, he was not in good shape, I had to get him to a hospital as soon as possible. After I break a few of those thieves' bones. What was Percy even doing here? Lois was supposed to have picked the boys up after school. I had called her after General Lane alerted me to a tsunami in Japan, and then an earthquake in Haiti. I knew the boys would be disappointed when I didn't show up to take them for their "surprise" and Lois told me as much. She said that she'd take care of it. So why isn't Percy home?
Wait. Isn't this the corner where Julius is usually at? I scanned the scene for him and using my x-ray vision, I saw him half-buried under the rubble with rebar piercing through his stomach and chest, no heartbeat. I winced slightly, that's going to destroy Percy. He had become close with the man, and Julius took Percy under his wing, taught him Spanish, and gave him tips for performing.
But Percy's strong, with Lois and I helping him through it, he'll be ok.
While these thoughts were freaking out around the back of my head, the rest of me tried to stay calm and rational. I checked Percy over for any serious injuries. He had a broken leg and a serious head injury. A subdural hematoma maybe? Definitely a concussion at least.
I have to get him to a hospital NOW. I get ready to just charge in and grab him and get him to the nearest one. But before I can, Percy does something, so… so… I don't even know. Something just so Percy. I can see it happening almost in slow motion. He reaches up, grabs the gun that is currently aimed at his head, yanks down, and bites the thief's hand so hard he drops the gun.
And for a few seconds, nothing happens. Just silence, as we all just try to process what just happened and whether to laugh or shoot.
I decide for everyone and shoot forward as fast as I can. I grab Percy and shove the man holding him back and he flies down half a city block into a van. Picking Percy up bridal style taking extra care with his head I fly him down to Met Gen hospital. Running into the hospital I bellowed: "I need a doctor here NOW!"
Several come running to me with a stretcher. I lay him down carefully and watch feeling completely helpless as they rush down the hallway into surgery.

I was dreaming. There was a woman. She had kind eyes, a small mischievous smile like she was telling me 'I know what you're doing but I'll pretend that I don't.'
I knew her. I don't know how but I did.
"Perseus." She whispered in an ethereal voice. "You must learn to control them. Your emotions. Your abilities. They will only grow with time." Her voice started to fade out. "Control…"
Ok y'all, now we are on the show's timeline. I really hope this turns at least semi-good. Enjoy.

"Ok, I can do this. We can do this. I got this." I am really nervous. This isn't my first time out trying to help people. But this is my first big, public hero kinda thing. Kinda like a debut. I can't screw this up. Dad's gonna be there too. Well, not 'dad', but Superman. I have to do good. I grab my backpack before running down the stairs from my room. "I'm going out with some friends, be back soon!" I tell mom running out the door before she can ask any questions. Walking down the street I turn right into a dark alley and pull out a black sweatshirt with a pull up face covering and a hoody, leaving only my eyes partially showing. Quickly checking the location of the nuclear plant, I concentrate really hard (since I haven't actually perfected this technique) and disappear into a flurry of mist.
I as soon as I landed on the waterfront I turned on my wolf hearing.
"His cold breath isn't going to fix it!" Guess dad's already here.
"We need water back in the reactor vessel, or we're gonna have a meltdown the size of Fukushima."
"It's out of water!" "Tanks"
I smirked. Water? I could do water.

The reactor needs to cool down. I know exactly what to do. I fly up ready to head to the water and freeze it, but what I see stops me in my tracks.
Water is coming out of the harbor. Straight up like a wall. It suddenly seperates from the ocean and is now just floating in midair. Using my enhanced vision I locate the person controlling it. A man is standing facing the plant, feet shoulder width apart and hands straight up underneath the blob of water. He slowly moves his hands down straight out in front of him and the water reacted according to his movements moving toward the nuclear reactor. I moved out of its way as it stopped right above the reactor. I watched on in awe as the water froze and began to lower itself slowly and cooled down the reactor. I looked at the man just in time to see him relinquish control of the water and fall to his knees in exhaustion. The workers began to clap and cheer for him as I flew to him.
" I appreciate the help." I told him as I helped him up. "That was pretty amazing."
"Really?!" he exclaimed, letting his excitement get the better of him. "I-I mean, thank you."
Then before I knew what was happening he jumped into the harbor. "Wait!" I yelled out to him. But he just shot out like a bullet underneath the water. I tried to follow him but somewhere along the way he just disappeared.
Heey, sorry for the long wait. I have decided to rewrite the story. Don't kill me. It might take a little while.
