Without thinking, Luffy went straight to Vivi.
"Have you found the bomb yet?" Luffy asked Vivi.
Feeling someone had asked Vivi looked back and shook his head in response.
"I went straight here. I don't have much choice. But I already told the others." Vivi said explaining.
"What bomb?" Cobra asked in shock. Luffy turned his head to him.
"Crocodile put a bomb in the clockwork tower. It should explode soon." Answered Luffy.
Cobra along with the guards looked shocked at Luffy's answer.
"I have also informed the marines." Luffy added. "But I don't believe them, so-" added Luffy interrupted.
"I will go to the clock tower, then." Pell was telling from behind them. Luffy turned and nodded.
Luffy then looked at the king, who answered with a nod. Then Pell simply shrugged his shoulders and nodded too.
"Luffy-san! You can't believe her!" Vivi shouted when she realized that Robin was beside Luffy.
Luffy shook his head.
"She's not going to betray me, like she did to Crocodile." Luffy said firmly.
Hearing that, Vivi looked at him in surprise.
"You don't seem to understand, she was the one who planned our meeting in order to stop the tyranny of Croocodile.
I'll explain to you that if you don't meet me, maybe now Crocodile has succeeded in realizing his wish." Luffy said, silencing Vivi.
Then Luffy turned around and walked towards the location that would soon become a battlefield.
"But there's no time to dwell on all that, there's bigger things to worry about. Luffy said firmly.
Luffy pointed in the direction of the city, where the rebel soldiers were quickly moving.
'Rain will come in handy now.' Luffy thought in thought. Then Luffy sensed someone approaching.
"Oh yeah I forgot to tell you that Crocodile planned all this, but he doesn't want this country." Obviously Luffy endured.
Everyone looked at him in confusion.
"WHAT!!! SO WHY HE DOES ALL OF THIS?" Vivi shouted in surprise.
Luffy looked at her.
"He wants an ancient weapon, Pluton." Luffy informed them.
He turned to the king, who was staring at him, shocked. "You know that stupid weapon, don't you?" continued Luffy asked.
Cobra nodded.
"The location should be written on the poneglyph below the palace. It is the one the royal family protects." Cobra informed them. Luffy nodded.
"Ms. AllSunday was looking for that stone too, but for a different reason. That's why she helped her." Luffy told them all.
Then he walked past them and picked up Crocodile's corpse again.
"Let's go and stop the war." Invite Luffy
Kohza looked towards Luffy.
"Excuse me, but who are you?" He asked. Luffy turned his head to him.
"I'm Monkey D Luffy, a pirate," answered Luffy.
Everyone (except Vivi and Robin) was shocked to hear that.
"A pirate? What are the pirates doing here?" Ask kohza
"I brought Vivi back to Arabasta and I was the one who killed Crocodile." Luffy informed him. Koza turned to Vivi
"Is that true?" he asked Vivi. Vivi smiled and nodded.
"Let's leave now." Luffy interrupted them. "The more time we waste, the more people will die."
They quickly nodded and followed Luffy. Luffy, Robin, Vivi, Cobra and Kohza all walk down the stairs that lead to the palace.
"FLY THE FLAG
"That's Kohza! What did the rebel leader do with them?" a royal soldier asked with surprise.
"LISTEN TO THEM!" Kohza shouted.
"WE NO LONGER WANT VICTORY OR WAR! THIS WAR MUST BE ENDED!" He continued explaining
The soldiers looked at him in shock, very surprised by his words.
"I WOULD TELL THE REBEL TROOP THAT THIS WAR IS NOTHING! THE WHOLE THING, CAUSED BY THIS MAN!" Kohza shouted and pointed at the corpse of Crocodile.
Luffy lifted the corpse of the Shichibukai so that the corpse was standing.
"Crocodiles?" they whispered.
"PLEASE FLY THE WHITE FLAG!" Kohza once again shouted.
"I ASK!" Kohza continued to shout.
The royal soldiers finally did as he said and raised the white flag in front of the rebels.
The approaching rebel army stopped after seeing that.
The rebel leader Kohza also took one flag and stepped forward.
The other four people were behind the royal army.
"THIS WAR IS END!" Kohza announced at the front. "REBEL, COOL YOUR ANGRY AND DISPOSE OF YOUR WEAPONS! THE KINGDOM'S ARMY DOESN'T WANT TO WAR!" Shout kohza
"Is that true?" asked one of the rebel soldiers on the front line. he was one of the people who took the lead.
"Yes." Kohza confirm.
Then Luffy came down from the platform where Kohza and he were standing.
He stepped in the middle between the two armies while dragging Crocodile's corpse on the ground.
He turned to the side, so that the royal army was on his right and the rebels on his left.
"Who's that?" a few voices asked from both sides.
"I'M MONKEY D LUFFY!" he announced. "I brought princess Vivi back to her country and I'm here to stop this war." Luffy's Declaration.
"Luffy-san..." whispered Vivi with eyes in her eyes. the King looked at Vivi and grabbed her arm and smiled at her.
"You've found a great friend." Cobra told her. Vivi nodded and smiled.
"This guy!" Luffy continued and pointed at Crocodile's Corpse which he was now trampling under his feet.
"The Royal Shichibukai, Sir Crocodile, was the one who caused this war." Luffy explained.
This statement caused an uproar among the soldiers. They were in disbelief.
"But Crocodile-san..."
"...Hero of this country..."
"...Our savior! ..."
"... Impossible ..."
"SHUT UP!" Luffy screamed and interrupted them. They all turned their attention back to him.
"He used dance powder to dry the country!"
Many eyes widen upon hearing this.
"He and his group of Baroque Works are the reason this war happened. It was their plan all along to make the country go to war, but I defeated him and my crew defeated his agents." Said Luffy serious.
Everyone started to whisper among themselves.
"If anyone is still continuing the battle..." Luffy voiced and drew his sword.
"Go on!!!! I'll be happy to serve you all!" Luffy declared while putting on his stoic face.
The soldiers looked at him in disbelief, so did Kohza, Cobra and Vivi (despite knowing that Luffy was very strong).
They can't believe what their eyes see and hear.
"Luffy-san…" Vivi thought to herself as she looked at Luffy, being in between the two armies.
"If not, lower your weapons! This stupid war is over." Said Luffy calmly.
The soldiers looked at each other and after a while began to drop their weapons.
Luffy could see that even those Baroque agents at work were also starting to drop their weapons, not daring to go up against the man they knew had killed their Boss.
Then Luffy sensed another presence in the crowd.
Luffy sees vice captain Tashigi and two other marines trying to get past the rebel army.
"He's yours." Luffy told him. Tashigi turned his attention to Luffy right now.
"Devil strawhat Monkey D Luffy! You are also a pirate, but you have saved this country, so I thank you for your service." said Tashigi formally.
Tashigi bowed her head. This action took everyone by surprise, seeing that Luffy was a pirate and because of his love for shipping to non-Shichibukai pirates.
"Have you handled the bomb?" Luffy asks her.
Then Luffy nodded his head.
"Then I should also say thank you." Said Luffy bowing his head while crossing his right arm across his chest. Tashigi looked at him in complete surprise, and blushed a little.
Not long after that it started raining again.
After a while, Igaram also arrives, bringing the child survivor Nanohana, who confirms everything Luffy and Kohza said.

Later that night, Nefeltari Cobra invited the future Pirate King to his private room to discuss important matters with him. Luffy has just entered a large noble's room.

"Sit down." Cobra said, pointing to a brown leather chair. "I called you here to talk to you about various things," Cobra added.
"As?" asked Luffy.
"First, I want to thank you with all my heart that you have saved our country. Your actions mean a lot to us and our people." Cobra said.
"Oh, that's nice. You don't have to thank me for that." Luffy replied calmly.
Cobra's face turned serious, just like his own. "Secondly, why did you decide to invite Nico Robin into your crew?"
This caught Strawhat's interest. "Nico Robin?" Luffy asked quietly.
"Yes, Miss. All-Sunday, Devil Ohara. Why did you make her join you?" Ask Cobra again.
"She's not what the rumors call her. she's innocent, she's a victim of selfishness in the name of justice!" Luffy replied a little emotional.
"And why did I invite her to join? It was my decision and no one can intrude my decision!!" added Luffy seriously.
"Oh, I see.", the King muttered. "If he's not evil, that's probably the reason he lied to Crocodile about the Poneglyph content."
"He's lying?" Luffy asked casually.
"Have you heard of Pluton?" Cobra asked again.
"Yes, but only once. It's said to be a very terrible warship, isn't it?" Luffy asked back.
"Yes, a warship capable of destroying an island," Cobra confirmed.
"When I was in the ruins, he claimed that Pluton wasn't even mentioned once in the Poneglyph, but in fact this Poneglyph tells the exact location of Pluton.
I really don't know why she's lying…" Cobra said.
