Set years after Omniverse, Ben kills Vilgax in one final battle, though at the cost of everyone he holds dear. He tries to end himself, but instead goes through a portal to a different dimension, where the Faro Plague ravages the world. Due to bad circumstances, Ben gets Elisabet Sobeck Pregnant. Now having a child, Both Ben and Elisabet must protect their child no matter the cost.

2. Chapter 2: Shocking Revelations: Part 1

Ok, I am glad to see the first chapter of Horizon 10 has already caught the eye of a couple of people and I thank you for your kind reviews. So we start with chapter 2. Where we last saw our characters, Ben is secretly helping fight the Faro Plague in Asia, while Elisabet just found out she was pregnant, and she obviously knows who the father is. But she does not know what Ben looks like and to make matters worse, she has to find out how to deal with this pregnancy on her own, especially since Zero Dawn members have to be sterilized to prevent this kind of thing. While she knows the protocol, she cannot bring herself to do it. She worked her whole life to save lives, not end them, especially her own child's! But before she can figure out what to do, she is called by the joint chiefs, and it turns out word has been leaked!, even to the public! The joint chiefs know about her child!, and now she is being isolated by most people, even her fellow alphas. Her only allies now are Margo Shen, the only alpha to stick by her side, and the chairman of the joint chiefs of staff, General Aaron Herres. How will things go for the genius and the hero, especially when word reaches Ben during his fight! Find out now, in this two parter, where we first look at Ben's perspective, as I feel we can do with a little action, then part 2 will show what Elisabet is doing at this time.

December 20th, 2064, Taiwan

Ben's POV.

I jumped, ducked, and dodged as I fought against the Faro Robots. I was still Ultimate Swampfire, shooting down as many bots as I could. Two Scarabs came from my left, going to stab me with their stinger appendages. I jumped up top dodge, and landed on one of the scarabs. I grabbed it's stinger hard and turned it to face the other scarab, and with a hard thrust, I stabbed the other scarab with its comrades stinger, stabbing right through its body and it fell limp. I jumped off when two more scarabs appeared, dodging their stabs as I landed a few feet away. I heard a loud bang and I turned and quickly saw a kopesh shoot two missiles at me. I reacted quickly, and using this forms incredible strength, catched one in each hand, and threw one back at the kospesh, and then the other at the advancing scarabs. Both missiles go off with a BOOM! Destroying both targets in flaming balls of fire. Once I recovered from that, I suddenly had to dodge as a large tentacle appendage came crashing down in front of me. I looked up and saw a large behemoth of a machine. I knew what this machine was. This was known as the BOR-7 Horus, the Titan class of the swarm, that was responsible for the creation of new units in the field. I could only get annoyed seeing this

''Ok Octo-bot, let's see what you got!'' I yell out as I dodged several appendages being whipped my way, I dodged while shooting balls of fire. The flames scorched the machine a little bit, but not much else. The Horus had impressive shielding. Since it was designed to dig deep into the earth's crust, it was made to withstand great degrees of heat, and was able to adapt as it was exposed to hotter temperatures. As I've been fighting for weeks, they have been adapting to fighting my aliens. Realizing I am not making progress by just shooting flames, I decided on a different approach. I looked at the tentacles and realized something that could work

''That just might work, combine my strength with the flames, and this might just do the job'' I said to myself. I channeled my energy, but instead focused it around my arm instead. It took a minute and required a lot of focus to channel the energy, but I did it. Around my arm was a sharpened energy of blue fire. I pretty much turned my arm into a flaming sword. I smiled as I charged the Horus and dodged a few swipes, and once the first tentacle came into view, I swiped as hard as I could, and with my incredible strength behind it, I sliced the appendage clean off. I smiled as I continued on my, jumping tentacle to tentacle, cutting them off from the beast, leaving nothing but a limbless husk on the ground. I smiled seeing my work done. I then remembered that I could not just leave it, as units could arrive and repair it. I went up to its ''mouth'' where the foundry was inside. I stuck out both hands, and charged my fire to full power, unleashing everything I have, over heating it from the inside out, and a minute later, It exploded in a big blast, sending me flying backwards into a tree. I crashed hard and landed on my ass. I groaned as I got up, a little hurt. I looked around at my handy work and smiled.

'' Ben 1, Robo-Pus 0'' I stated in glee. This area was clear….for now. I was trying to figure out my next objective , when I heard a loud scream. I turned to the west, and heard one scream, two screams, a dozen, a hundred! I was hearing a bunch of screams and gunshots. People were in trouble ! I was about to run off but then stopped myself.

''I can't run over there, This is not my world they probably haven't ever seen an alien before, and seeing me might cause more problems than good'' I told myself . It was hard, I was a hero! I was supposed to save people but, I could not do that. I was about to run off, figuring the soldiers could handle it. That is when I heard the scream of a child. I could hardly ignore the screams, but there is no way I could ignore the screams of a child. I changed my mind, and just wordlessly changed into Fasttrack.

''Fuck It! I am a hero, I'm not going to let anyone die, especially not a child!'' I said, as I raced off in the direction of the combat.

A minute later

I ran off and stopped when I saw what was going on. It appeared to be an evacuation site that was being attacked. I saw soldiers holding a defensive line, shooting at bots. I saw civilians behind them, backing up as a horde of Kopesh and Scarabs approached. The soldiers started falling back also, throwing grenades while falling back. A female commander started to call the soldiers back

''FALL BACK! FALL BACK TO DEFENSE LINE BETA!'' The commander shouted. The soldiers listened and the civilians fell back with them, running away in fear. I was shocked when I saw in the confusion a little girl, around the age of 10-12, get knocked over in the confusion. She fell on the ground with a grunt. A lady, who appeared to be in her 30's turned around, and shouted out.

''ANNA!'' the woman shouted. The little girl looked behind her, and saw the machines getting closer behind her. Her face showed immediate fear and distress. She called out for the woman, while trying to get away, but she couldn't as she looked and saw her foot was stuck in a branch. She started to cry, reaching out for the woman

''MOMMY!'' the girl shouted. The woman, who is now identified as the girl's mother, tried running forward to get her daughter but a soldier grabbed her and stopped her in her tracks. The woman started to fight against the soldier, thrashing to no avail. She was trying so hard break free, tears streaming down her face, begging for the soldier to let her save her daughter. The soldier restraining her however showed no sympathy or emotion. The woman continues to struggle, begging to be let go to save her child.

''Let me go! I need to save my daughter, please!'' the woman pleaded to the soldiers. They refused to listen and continued to drag her away. The commander looked at her and just told her

''Sorry Ms, but you should have kept a better eye on your child. It is sad she must suffer a fate against the bots but we do not have time to rescue her, I cannot risk any of my soldiers being devoured by those things'' the woman said, showing absolutely no emotion at all. The mother was crying, her child was crying also. The other civilians seeing this tried to step forward and help, but some of the soldiers turned their guns on them, stopping them in their tracks. The commander sneers at them.

''I'm not about to have my mission ruined by some foolish sentimental fuckers and a useless bitch of a mother who couldn't keep an eye on her child! Now stand down citizens, and as for you lady, you want to stay with your daughter so bad, THEN FINE JOIN HER!'' The commander yelled, throwing the mother next to her child, with the faro bots only about 30 feet away. I was shocked and appalled at this inhumane act by this lady. The other citizens were shocked, but they could not do anything at all, as the soldiers prevented them from running to their aid. They could only watch in horror, as the commander told them to go.

''Turn around citizens, nothing to watch, MARCH!'' she yelled at both her soldiers and the citizens, who proceeded to start walking in the opposite direction. I was shocked, but I was pulled out in my thoughts when I saw the mother and her child being set upon by the bots. A kopesh was on top of them, and started to begin the biomass conversion process via its nanohaze. Time seemed to move slowly for me, as I watched this mother, with her child clutched in her arms, preparing for death. I thought back to my family and friends and losing them to Vilgax. That is when I'm hearing the child scream, I just panicked and ran for it, I will not fail again!

''NO!'' I shouted, as I ran to them, grabbed them and got them out of there, and I zoomed forward until I was passed the soldiers and civilians. The sudden rush caused them all to stop. They turned around

''What the hell was that?!'' a soldier yelled, raising his rifle in the direction of the bots. Other soldiers did the same, wondering what the hell is going on. The soldiers are panicking, and the citizens were worried about what was going on. I just stood there looking at these idiots, standing behind them. That is when I heard a shocked gasp. I looked down and I saw the little girl looking up at me, a look of surprise and shock on her face. Her mom opened up her eyes also, and realized she was alive and so was her daughter. She was smiling, but when she looked up and saw me, and her look went into one of shock and horror. She started shaking, obviously afraid of me, wondering if I was some sort of monster. I decided to gently put her and her daughter down. Once on the ground, she grabbed her daughter and backed up a few feet, and asked me, in a shaking voice

''Wh-o a-re y-ou, wh-a-t a-re –ou, - wh-at –d-o y-ou wa-nt'' she asked me. I raised up my arms, telling her to relax.

''It's ok, I'm not going to hurt you, I'm Fasttrack, I saved you and your daughter from those bots back there. I saw what happened with that horrible commander, and decided to help you guys out. Are you ok?'' I asked them. The woman seemed hesitate still, but after looking at me and seeing I am genuine, she calms down and relaxes.

''Sorry, I just wasn't expecting a … creature like you to appear, but I do want to say… THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE HELP! YOU SAVED MY DAUGHTER AND MINES LIVES, THANK YOU!'' She screamed, as she suddenly pulled me in for a hug, and even gave me a kiss on the cheek. I blushed a little, and I felt a hug around my waste. I looked down and saw the little girl, Anna, was crying while smiling.

''Thank you, you saved us, you're a hero'' she said as she and her mom continued to hug me. I smiled at that, as it reminded me of all the good I have done as a hero. This moment however couldn't last, I heard a yell and the sound of guns cocking, as well as gasps

''WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT THING'' I heard someone shout. I let go of Anna and her mother, and turned around and saw everyone who was behind us, had turned around and saw us. They must have heard Anna's mom shout out at me when thanking me. The soldiers had their guns pointed at me, getting ready to shoot if I made any sudden movements. The civilians are both shocked and talking amongst themselves, clearly surprised by my presence. The commander stepped forward and started to yell at me.

''Attention strange creature! Step away from the child and her mother, and step forward with your hands up! This is your first and only warning, ignore this and you will be shot!'' the commander lady started to yell at me. I looked at her in contempt. She has the audacity to treat me as a threat, when she not only was the one to leave a child behind to die, but she also threw the girl's mother to the ground, telling her to join her in death! I straightened up and started to step forward slowly. I felt someone grip my hand, and I turned and saw Anna looking at me, with a scared look on her face.

''Please Mr. Fasttrack, don't go, that lady is mean, don't go to her. She will hurt you'' she said to me, tears in her eyes. I smiled softly at her, and patted her head reassuringly

''It's ok, I can take care of myself. Just stay by your mom and stay safe, I want to have a few words with the commander'' I said, very serious now. I started to walk forward, with the civilians backing up slightly, not sure of my intentions. The soldiers were holding the line, though some were obviously shaking in their boots, having never dealt with something like me before. I stop before them, looking hard at the commander.

''Ok, I am here so what now?'' I said kind of snarky, not in the mood to deal with this lady's bullshit. The commander seemed to notice my attitude, as she glared at me, very pissed off.

''Don't get snarky with me freak, I don't know what your purpose is here, but it isn't anything good I'm sure of that. You probably wanted to eat that mother and her child, you monster!'' she yelled at me. This just set me off, and faster than the blink of an eye, I dashed past all the soldiers, knocking them down, and grabbed the commander by the collar of her shirt. I looked her dead in the face, and her confident demeanor shifted to one of panic and fear.

''Hey, let me down you bastard, you freak of nature!'' shouting insults at me, squirming in my arms. I was just not in the mood, so I just get up in her face and started yelling

''Funny, you call me a freak? A monster? That is funny, as if anyone is the monster here, it's YOU!'' I screamed at her, making her quake in her boots further.

''That child was knocked over, and instead of trying to help her or let her mother save her, YOU WERE GOING TO LEAVE HER BEHIND!'' screaming loudly at her, unloading all my anger and aggression out onto her. I then sealed the nail in the coffin by mentioning the act that REALLY PISSED ME OFF!

''And to top it all off, you threw that mother at her child, telling her to go die with her, and were going to leave them behind to be food for those robots. YOU WERE ABOUT TO COMMITT MURDER, SO IF I'M A MONSTER ,WHO SAVED THEM BY THE WAY, WHAT DOES THAT MAKE YOU!'' I yelled at her. Her eyes widened in fear, scared of what I was going to do to her. I saw a scarab approaching, and I decided on something dark

''You know, maybe we should see how you would like it'' I told her. She looked at me, confused

''What do you mean?'' she asked me, her voice quivering a little.

''Let's see how you like being on death's door'' I told her. I started to walk over to the scarab. She looks and sees what I am doing. She looks over and sees her soldiers getting up from the ground. She screams out to them

''What are you waiting for?! Shoot him!'' She screamed out to them. They took aim and started to unleash a barrage of bullets at me, and using my superior speed, I just side stepped all the shots. Once I was a few feet from the Scarab, which was slowly munching on some plant life. I slowly held her out in front of the scarab, who hasn't noticed yet. She started to panic and beg for her life, which I found very cowardly.

''Ple-a-se, I-I-I'm beg-g-in-g you, Don't do this, I have a husband and two children, They need me, PLEASE HAVE MERCY!'' she screamed, going from just scared to tears in her eyes balling like a baby. That is when I started to laugh, which scared her, the civilians, soldiers, and even Anna and her mother a little bit. I stopped and looked her in the eyes

'' Why should I show someone like you mercy, showing mercy has done nothing good for me. I showed mercy to all my enemies, hoping they would learn and change. Especially my worst life long enemy, who I have fought for nearly two decades. I showed him mercy countless times, yet he never learned. IT COST ME EVERYTHING, MY PARENTS, GRANDPA, COUSIN, MY TWO BEST FRIENDS, AND THAT IS ONLY WHEN I FINALLY DID WHAT HAD TO BE DONE! I SHOULD HAVE ENDED HIM LONG AGO, BUT NO I WAS THE HERO! THE GOOD GUY! I HAD TO HAVE MY MORALS, BE BETTER THAN THE PEOPLE I FOUGHT! BUT LOOK WHAT IT GOT ME, NO FRIENDS AND FAMILY, AND NOTHING BUT PAIN! MAYBE I SHOULD NOT HOLD BACK ANYMORE, AND JUST TAKE CARE OF THREATS BEFORE THEY CAN BECOME WORSE!'' I screamed in her face, letting out all my hurt feelings and anger. She looked at me shocked, and looking around so did the civilians and soldiers. The civilians shocked faces slowly shifted to ones of sympathy for me and they looked at me with sadness in their eyes. The soldiers are just shocked and still have their guns in their hands, though not having them aimed at me. I looked back at the woman, and still glared at her. I was considering what to do to her. It was dark I know, but I feel like I should end her considering what she was about to do. Turning around once more, I see Anna and her mother looking at me. Her mom was looking at me with a sympathetic look, but clearly didn't want me to do what I wanted to do. Anna was even worse, she was giving me puppy dog eyes, wanting me to let the woman go. I realized it, what was I doing. I am the hero! I do not kill, unless it was absolutely the last resort. I realized as much of an ass this woman was, she was still human and had a family herself, who would probably wonder why their mommy didn't come home. I smiled at Anna and her mom, who in turn smiled back at me. That is when I heard the woman in my arms scream, and I turned and looked. The scarab was now next to us, and was beginning to release the nanohaze. Reacting quickly, I pulled her away and threw her back. I sped out of the way, and rebounded and charged the scarab, and with the force behind my speed, I sent the scarab flying into the distance. Once that one was flown back, I saw the horde of the machines had caught up. I turned and looked at the soldiers and civilians. The commander got up and saw what was coming. She got up and told her soldiers

''What are you gawking at? Reload and fire!'' she screamed. The soldiers reloaded and started to fire rounds at the bots. A few were decimated but the bulk kept coming. I saw they needed help, so I charged forward and started to run and punch as fast as I could. While I was knocking them down and back, they just kept getting back up. I realized I was not going to make a dent while as Fasttrack. Fasttrack, while fast and somewhat strong, was not strong enough to put down a bot due to their tough armored skeletons. While trying to figure out what to do, I heard a beeping sound. I looked down and saw the omntirx symbol on my chest was blinking green. This meant I was low on power, and I only had time for one more transformation before turning back into human. I was afraid to transform in front of them, as this would reveal more of my powers, but I realized I had no choice but to change. I went to slam the dial and said

''Come on Omnitrix, only enough power for one more transformation, make it count!'' I shout as I slammed the dial down, engulfing me in a bright flash of light. I crowd covered their eyes. The commander screamed

''What the hell is that thing doing?!'' she screamed as she was blinded by the light. I started to feel my DNA change. I started to get smaller, I grew four arms, four eyes, my jaw shape changed a little, and I grew a tail and fur across my body. When the transformation ended, the flash died down and I shouted out the name

''SPIDERMONKEY!'' I shouted. I looked down at myself, and was a little disappointed but not totally, as this was still a decent form

'' Spidermonkey? Not really what I was going for, but I can make this work'' I said to myself . I heard gasps, and I turned and saw the crowd was shocked by my sudden transformation. Anna and her mom were shocked, but then Anna started to smile and cheer

''That i-s SO COOL! HOW DID YOU DO THAT?!'' she screamed at me. I blushed a little, but I regained my focus. I looked to the commander, who was shocked by the change

''Mind helping a little, Commander? or do I need to steal the glory for myself?'' I quipped at her. She went from shocked to annoyed, and turned to her troops

''Troops, fire at those bots and assist that monkey, NOW!'' she screamed. The soldiers, broken out of their stupor for the tenth time that day, reloaded their weapons and began to fire. The commander then looked at me, sharply

''I guess I was wrong about you'' she said to me. I smiled smugly at her, but then she continued

''However, Once this is done, I want to know who and what you are, and how you change into different creatures, you got that?'' she said to me. I smiled at her, as If I was going to let that happen, however I just decide to play along.

''Of course I will, you have my work Mrs…..'' I asked her, wanting to know her properly. She stops, seemingly contemplating telling me her name, but then seems to concede and say

''Commander Ashley Devine, 1st commander of the second divison of the United States Armed Forces, 2044-2055, reinstated this year just last month'' She told me. I was impressed. She then asked

''And you are, Mr…. '' She asked me. I just decided to give her my name, well this forms name, you know what I mean

''SpiderMonkey, I am an alien known as an Arachnachimp'' I told her. She seemed surprised that I said I was an alien.

''An Alien? That does make sense, you are a talking blue monkey, though that does not explain the form you took before?'' she questions me. I just cut her off, as we do not have time for this

''Look you can grill me later about that, we have to deal with this first'' I told her, pointing to the horde of bots that her soldiers were holding her off. She looked at me, then at the bots and nodded and ran back to join her soldiers. I then turned and jumped at the bots, the first in the way being a kopesh, which fired a laser at me. Using my enhanced agility, I dodged the shot, and landed on top of the kopesh, and started to pound all four of my fists on top of it. Even with all my strength, I was just denting the machine, which didn't do much. I barley dodged when I saw a Scarab slash its tail at me. I jumped back, and that when another scarab appeared and whipped its tail at me, smacking me into a tree hard. I groaned as I got up and saw the bots advancing on me. I dodged another barrage of lasers from the kopesh, and started swinging from the nearby trees using my tail, shooting web after web to avoid them.

''I really wish I had turned into Chromastone for this, then I could easily tank those lasers and fire back at them'' I said to myself . I kept swinging around and once hanging on a tree, I shot streams at the bots, covering them in large webs. I smiled at my handy work, and this allowed the soldiers to take down some of the bots quickly with no resistance. I gave them a thumbs up and Commander Ashley kept her stern expression, but gave me a salute. I realized that is the best in thanks I was going to get from her. I then heard a noise and turned around and saw something I didn't want to see. The bots were breaking free, the scarabs with their sharp legs and tails, and the kopesh with energy blades they popped out the side of them. And then saw them consume my webbing for fuel. I looked back at Commander Ashley and she looked like she wanted to kill me. I was now thinking on what to do. I didn't have much time to decide as the bots continued to attack, and the ones that were damaged were being repaired, restoring their numbers. I jumped and started randomly firing webbing trying to capture them and slow them down. But as with before, they just break free and consume. I then fire a web line and hit one of the scarabs, and using my strength, swung them around, crashing them into the other bots. I let go and set it flying crashing into another tree. I heard a scream behind me, and saw a kopesh got around the line, and fired four missiles at the crowd of soldiers and civilians. I reacted quickly and fired a large web in front of the people, and it blocked the missiles path and caught them safely, saving the crowd. The crowd cheered for me saving them, but then that is when the kopesh turned to me, seeing me as the threat. I saw it quickly prepare to fire another missile, but I fired a web balled, covering the weapons barrel. When it fired the missile, it just exploded in the chamber, and explodes the side of the kopesh, causing it to fall lopsided on the ground, sparking and damaged. Seeing this finally gave me the idea of what I needed to do. I called to the commander

''Commander I have an idea, but question do you have any rocket launchers?'' I yelled towards her. She turned to me surprised, but then ran over to their weapons cache and looked at it. She ran back and dropped a few on the ground.

''A few, with only one missile each'' She shouted over to me. I looked over the bots and realized something. The Scarabs all travelled in the groups, with a few Kopesh located nearby as guards. Looking back over at the damage Kopesh from before, I had a full proof plan. I just shouted over to the commander,

''Commander, I have a plan, just follow my lead and I'll give you the signal when ready'' I told her, swinging off before she could question me. I quickly put my plan into action. I grouped up the scarabs as close as possible in separate groups, and fired my webbing around their tails, and tied them together, and because of this, they couldn't cut themselves free with their tails, and they also couldn't reach with their biomass conversion to absorb it for fuel. I then turned my attention to the Kopesh units. I dodged all rockets and lasers sent my way, and as I did, I shot webs balls at the barrels of the weapons on all the Kopesh units. I stop and look and see all Kopesh units covered and all scarabs tied together. I yell at the commander

''Aim now, but wait for my signal!'' I yelled at her. She nodded and commanded her soldiers to aim. I turned back to the Kopesh and was waiting.

''Come on, Come on just a few more seconds'' I said to myself , and when I saw all the Kopesh units barrels turn red ready to fire, That is when I turn to the soldiers and shout

''NOW!'' I screamed, as I started to swing away. The soldiers fired their shots, and just as they made contact, the Kopesh units fired their weapons,and both went off in a large explosion of fire, both explosions combining to create a big fireball. I was still swinging away when I was caught in the blast and sent flying hard into the ground. A blast of wind got sent in the direction of the crowd, nearly knocking them down. When the noise stopped and the dust settled, we looked over to the area and what everyone saw made them cheer and jump up in excitement. The bots were literally nothing but tiny metal pieces of scrap, with no way to come back with no new units too repair them. I got up, groaning slightly, as I smiled and walked forward. When the crowd saw me, soldiers and citizens alike, ran towards me and crowded me, cheering for me and thanking me

''Thank you, Monkey guy, you are a hero!'' a man says

''You may be kinda freaky, but you saved our asses, thanks '' a soldier said.

''You are so adorable, thanks for saving us!'' a teenage girl said. I was getting praises all around, and I was enjoying it so much. It reminded me of my days as a hero back home, as people thanked me for saving them. This is why I love being a hero, saving people and doing the right thing. That is when I saw Anna and her Mom run up to me. Anna ran up and hugged me

''Thank you, that was so amazing. You saved us, all of us! She screamed, hugging me tightly. Her mom appeared next to her, and put a hand on my shoulder. I looked up at her and she smiled at me

''Thank you a lot, you saved me and my daughter, and even all these people here, you are a hero'' she told me. I smiled and everyone just cheered, celebrating me as their hero. That is when I looked and saw Commander Ashley approach me. She looked at me with a hard glare, but then softens. Anna clung to her mom, and her mom glared at the commander. The commander looked at them, and then towards me. She bent down, and looked at my face and just said two words

''Good job'' she says, with no emotion. I just smiled at her. However she continued and said,

'' Now that this situation is done, I believe you said you would explain who and what you are?'' she told me. I frowned and was trying to think how to get out of this.

''Look my identity is a sec-'' but I could not continue, as I dropped, the adrenaline leaving me. All the fighting and beating I took from this caused me to drop to the ground. I then heard a sound I didn't want to hear

Beep….Beep…Beep

''Oh man'' I muttered to myself. Anna looked at me in concern

''Are you ok?!'' she asked me in concern. Commander Ashley seemed more worried about my Omntirx beeping and aimed a weapon at me , fearing it was a bomb

'' Your about to get your answers, Commander'' I said before dropping to the ground fully. She lowered her weapon, confused by my statement. But in a flash of green light, I detransformed and was human once again. Once the light died down, everyone was shocked when they saw what I really was. People started mummering

''He is a human?! How?'' someone asked.

'' Who cares, he saved our lives'' someone else shouted in response

''he doesn't even look to be close to 30, why is such a nice young man putting himself in danger like this?'' an old lady, appearing to be 60 asked.

I just looked up at Anna and her mom were just as surprised, but not horrified at all. They just smiled even more after, grateful still for all that I have done. I then looked at Commander Ashley. I could feel myself passing out from both my injuries and exhaustion. Commander Ashley, seeing I was injured, called for medical attention, but knelt down and asked me one question

''What is your name?, Your real name?'' she asked, deadly serious. I was passing out but I had time to tell her before the darkness consumed me

''B-en – Ten-ny-s-on'' I weekly muttered to her, then the collapsed letting the darkness take me.

A couple hours later….

I shifted, getting up, groaning and groggy. I waited for my vision to clear up and when I looked around I saw I was in some kind of medical facility, a hospital maybe? That is when I remembered what happened and that my secret got revealed

''Oh great! My secret is out. I'm probably is some government facility, where they are going to cut me open and figure out how I work'' I said to myself, partially joking, partially not. I was trying to figure out what I was going to do next when I saw the door open. I tensed up, going for the watch preparing to transform to defend myself. I relaxed when I realized it wasn't a military person or scientists but a doctor. I relaxed a bit at this. The doctor appeared to be a man in his 50's with balding hair. His name tag said ''Dr. Smith''

''Ahh, I see you are awake Mr. Tennyson, how are you feeling'' He asked me. I wondered how he knew my name when I remembered I gave it to the commander before I passed out.

''I am feeling Doc, just tired and a bit bruised'' I told him, laughing lightly. He laughed a bit to.

''That is good to here, hopefully we can release you soon'' he said. I was happy on this front, but had to ask where I was

'' Hey, where am I?'' I asked him

''Your in a hospital ward at a military base here in Taiwan'' He told me. I nodded my head, glad to know I wasn't transported somewhere far. He continued,

''Commander Ashley bought you here, after you were injured in the battle, thanks by the way you saved us all'' he said. I smiled but then realized, he knew my secret.

''What are you talking about, I 'm not a soldier'' I said, trying to lie and play it off. He laughed and looked at me.

''Mr Tennyson , There is no need to lie, everyone knows. I was told by Commander Ashley, and I am grateful for what you did'' he said, smiling. That made me happy,

''Well thanks for the compliment'' Then I realized, he said everyone knows?

''Hey, you said everyone knows? What do you mean everyone, on the base you mean'' That was bad. I did not want my secret out to that many people. His face then morphed into a frown, and regretful

''I'm sorry Mr. Tennyson, It is worse than that'' he said to me. I was scared at this point, what did he mean by worse than that? How many people knew?!

''How bad is it, the whole country?'' I asked, joking to lighten the mood. He looked even more serious and just grabbed a remote for the T.V.

''It is best you just see for yourself '' he says regretful about what he had to tell. He turns on the T.V. and I saw what was on screen. It was a news report and what it was reporting on made my blood turn into ice that was colder than even Big Chill.

I was broken ,I didn't even know what to say. The doc looked and me and put a hand on my shoulder and smiled sadly at me.

''I'm so sorry, I'll leave you with time to process this information'' he said, as he left the room.

I could not believe this, my secret was out again, and this time in a world that had no impression of aliens before! I was wondering what was going to happen next. I thought nothing could be worse than this. But I was proven wrong. When I went to turn off the channel, I saw the screen with another story on it and it made my blood run even colder, and was probably even worse than my secret being out.I read the headline.

The reason I was so shocked was it showed a photo of the woman on screen and I realized who it was

''That is the woman I woke up in bed with and she is… pre-gan-n-n-n- PREGNANT!'' I screamed. I collected myself and now knew things were going to be more complicated than before

''Oh Man'' I said to myself.

Well everyone, there is the second chapter of Horizon 10: Child of the Genius and the Hero. Now a few things:

Now we are getting into the juicy stuff, Ben's secret has been revealed and now knows he has a baby on the way! Boy our hero cannot get a break.

For the OC's I made, let me know if you would like to see more of them. I would like to bring Anna and her mom back, as well as Commander Ashley. Let me know if you would like me to see them again and I shall incorporate them into the main story regularly.

Also as for Ben timing out, Here is how the omnitrix works for Ben in this story:

Ben was given the master control a few years after Omniverse, and he has unlimited transformation time. He only changes back now if he is injured, like during his fight with Vilgax. However, the reason the battery drained in this fight was due to one reason: the evolutionary function. In this story, Ben begged azmuth to readd the evolutionary function to the new omntirx, and after years, azmuth relented, adding it for Ben's 25th birthday. But being the ''First Thinker'' and busy, Azmuth didn't want to fully waste time merging the function with the omnitrix, so he just uploaded it and told Ben it will fully meld with the watch in time, but until then a side effect is that using the ultimate forms resets the time out function back on temporarily, and until Ben changes back to human form, the function will remain on. Azmuth says it will go away in time, how much he does not this way… at least for a while, Ben is nerfed.

One final thing to ask is… Would you also like the inclusion of fusion aliens, like With Ben 10K with his Biomnitrix in Omniverse. If so, I'll add that and maybe we could even have….. ULTIMATE FUSIONS!

Also to the reviewer on the child having alien powers due to the omnitrix, that is an interesting idea! I may look at that, and as for jumping into Aloy's time, I am considering going that route, and if so, I will DEFINITELY use your idea of organic creatures in the future mixed with machines.
