Authors Note: Wow you guys work fast, I love the feedback I am getting and all the follows and likes this story is getting. Now this is going to be a brief note to answer a few things and at the end, ask one question for you all that I would love your feedback on.

Firstly, I am glad to see some people like the idea of a fusions, especially ultimate fusions, so they will be added in to the story! That wil be a while away, though when we get to that point I am sure things will get crazy, and I will get a lot of ideas for fusion alien, just think of the possibilities. GooFire?, Heatstone? Clock X? so many possibilities it makes the head spin.

Now I am sure some wonder, why cant Ben just shutdown the bots either with Grey Matter or Brainstorm, or use Upgrade and hack them by merging with them. Wellwhile smart, we do not know much about the encryption protocol that the swarm uses, other than it takes around 50 years just to generate a portion of the codes to shut them down. The name of them, ''Polyphasic Entangled Wave Forms'' seems to imply a software that is ever changing, and probably is never the same twice. With this even for someone like Ben with his smart aliens, It could still take longer for him than the 15 months Operation Enduring Victory has to shut down the swarm. As for upgrade, since he is techno organic, while he cannot be hijacked, The swarm could adapt a measure to prevent hostile takeover in the form of something like that, and boot Ben out. So these are just not possible for Ben.

Also while far off, IF I go into the future with Aloy… which I probably will, She will be a little different. She will be the genetic copy of both Elisabet AND Ben! Now that will be interesting.

mad thought- I agree with you, Techno city states will exist and Aloy's world will not look the same as it does in the canon story. So much will be different, while some will remain the same. I mean Ted can purge Apollo, but not a watch that carries genetic DNA and could maybe even hold an archive of Apollo. Maybe Ben could even offer to copy the DNA from the Omntirix to create the universes species to help the humans of the future, such as the galvans to teach humans all about different types of science and culture, etc. Maybe share Plumber specs to show plumber technology and how it is produced and start the plumbers up in the horizon universe.

Now for the final thing, the question I have wanted to ask you, How would you like Ben and Elisabet's relationship to work. I know I said their realationship would develop, but how would you like it to go.

For example:

Should I have Ben and Elisabet get married early on like at the start, mostly as a cover story for the news, and like Ben is he will feel like he has an obligation to her to do it, or should that wait until they actually fall in love.

How do you think they should work off each other? Like Ben will want to fight the bots, and save people but Elisabet would obviously want Ben around to help while she is pregnant. This can cause some tension. Also there is their personalities. Elisabet cares about life and humanity, however she is a very stern individual who takes no shit from anyone, and has no time for anyones crap. Ben, while having matured, is still goofy and prone to being brash and taking headstrong action, especially since as the hero he feels like he has to do what he thinks is best despite how brash it maybe. And should I add some interesting things, like since she has Ben's baby inside her, the omntirx recognizes it as part of Ben and allows her access to the omnitrix, and she can have control over the watch if she feels Ben does something reckless, such as she thinks Ben picks the wrong alien for the job, so she uses voice command to switch him to a different form she thinks is more suitable.
