April was reading the script for tonight's news to make sure she knew it well when four of the people working on the set walked into the lounge chatting away.
"No, blue is my favorite color." The first one said while sitting down and taking in a few breaths to calm herself after the rigorous run-through. "I mean, what's more beautiful and calming than the color of the sky?"
"The sky can be red too you know, when the sun sets." She explained as she took out a chocolate bar from the vending machine. When it doesn't fall as it was supposed to she kicked it... hard and it came tumbling down. Smirking she said "and it's soooo passionate. MMM... when I think of red..."
"What are you talking about?" Sighed exasperatedly the third while searching for her sandwich in the fridge and taking out the biggest one there. "Orange is soo funky and cool. That's my favorite color!"
"No I prefer purple." Interjected the fourth while pouring herself a large cup of coffee. "I mean it's a mix of the calm blue and passionate red to make just the right blend." Finally noticing April, they turned her and noticed an unusual smirk on her face. "Hey April, you got a favorite color?" She smiled and said, "If I do, I'm not saying!" With that she turned and walked out.
