Note: Again, if you support Dillon/Summer over Scott/Summer, then you can just skip over those scenes and pretend that Dillon and Summer are still together, if you really want to. It doesn't matter to me, because that's not really the main focus of the team-up.

RPM Dimension, The Wastelands

Flynn was driving himself, Dillon, Mike, and Emily in his van out to the Wastelands. Dillon was holding a small GPS device that was telling Flynn where to go.

"So, what exactly are you tracking?" Mike asked, looking over Dillon's shoulder at the GPS, a yellow dot blinking repeatedly and a red dot (them) slowly moving toward the yellow dot.

"My sister and I let Doctor K keep our pocketwatch," Dillon explained. "The pocketwatch was created with an alloy that's not made anymore."

"Ah," Mike understood. "But how do you know she currently has the watch on her body?"

"We don't, but we're way ahead of you," Flynn replied. "That's where Emily comes in."

Emily sent Mike a reassuring smile, "Don't worry. The closer K's soul and body get to each other, the stronger the pull she'll feel to put herself back together, like a magnet. And whatever she feels, I do too."

The GPS in Dillon's hand started beeping. "We're here."

Flynn stopped the van, allowing the four to step out and take a look at their surroundings. The coordinates had landed them in a familiar-looking quarry.

"This is ruins of Omega City," Flynn noted, the four standing on the short cliff, with the mention ruins down in the valley below.

"Yeah," Dillon said, quietly, before turning to Emily, "Is this a trap? Do you know if we're about to be ambushed?"

Emily just shook her head, "I don't know, but K does feel the pull here. She says her body is somewhere down in the city."

Flynn and Dillon both sighed, as Flynn commented, "Of course it is."

"Let's go," Emily ordered, and the three guys were quick to follow her.

Down in the city, the four were searching. No enemies had shown up yet, which was freaking them out.

"This city was the first one that was evacuated?" Mike asked. He knew from Scott already that Venjix had caused the apocalypse in this dimension, but actually seeing it first hand was...rather traumatizing. "Just...wow. Our dimension is so green and filled with life. This one is..."

"Being rebuilt," Flynn replied, choosing to be optimistic. "Seeing or even thinking about the carnage and destruction Venjix wrought still shakes us up at times, but the important thing is that there only has to be one spark of hope to create a chain of goodness and positivity."

Emily smiled, before turning to Dillon, "Do you really not have any memories?" It was something Lee wanted to know.

"I only remember Tenaya being my sister, and us trying to escape from Venjix and failing," Dillon solemnly answered. "To be honest, we're still not sure if Dillon and Tenaya are even our real names."

"Do you ever wish you could get those memories back?" the blonde asked the one question Lee wanted answering.

Dillon paused for a moment, before softly saying, "There are times, yes, where I want to know what my real name is, what I was like as a child, who my parents were, where I came from, but there are times where I don't, like all the experiments Venjix performed on me. I don't want to remember those memories at all." Emily nodded in understanding. "There was one Attack Bot that was storing all my lost memories, but due to all the destruction it was doing, we had to destroy it." He immediately took notice of Emily's sympathetic look. "But that's okay, but I have new memories, a new family." And he was relieved when this brought a smile back to her face. "That's why my greatest fear is finding out one day that everything, memories old and new, was all a lie."

He was deathly afraid of discovering that he was a cyborg sleeper agent constructed to serve as Venjix's final vessel and that all of his memories (including those of Tenaya being his sister) were, in fact, fiction created by Venjix. He was deathly afraid that Venjix would take possession of him, forcing the other Rangers to kill him in order to defeat Venjix once and for all.

Flynn was quiet as Dillon spoke, but he spoke up, "Your friendship with us, Dillon, will never be a lie. The same goes for Tenaya too."

Dillon let slip a smile.

And Lee, within Emily's heart, felt content.

"Subject D-44," suddenly came a robotic female voice that made all four Ranger jump. "We were waiting for you."

They turned to see a Tenaya standing there, a large group (almost an army) of Grinders behind her. She must've been the Tenaya 15 clone K was talking about.

In that moment, Emily felt the same magnetic pull K was feeling. "We need to get past the Grinders," she immediately told the the others. "K's body is right on the other side."

"Right!"

"Silly humans," the Tenaya 15 clone chuckled, and it was obvious in that moment that she was being controlled by Venjix, "always so foolish. Optimism is useless. Hope is illogical. Your Doctor K created me in one of her simple attempts to go outside and it caused an apocalypse. Even her and her Rangers' pathetic attempt to stop me didn't work, since I'm still here. She is a failure and always will be. Face it, Rangers. Robots are the superior race!"

'They lied to me,' K told Emily, as the blonde was suddenly hit with various images of K's dark past. 'They told me I was allergic to sunlight. I just wanted to go outside...'

The Rangers were quiet, not sure how to counter that, but Emily was the one who answered, "How is K a failure?" That immediately shut the Tenaya 15 clone up. Mike noticed some unshed tears in Emily's eyes. "How are robots the superior species? Doctor K is a human, and all humans have flaws. No one is perfect, but if everyone was perfect, then no one would learn anything. K made a mistake that caused the apocalypse, yes, but it's not entirely her fault. Why don't you point fingers at the government people who kidnapped her as a child and lied to her about being allergic to sunlight?! And all K's done since then is making up for her mistakes this entire time!"

K remembered saying once, 'I've made errors. But I've also learned that even the most flawed human is better than the most perfect machine.'

Mike stepped up next to her, before both Samurai summoned their Spin Swords, "Now give K back to us!"

The Tenaya 15 clone smirked, "Or what?"

Dillon (beside Emily) and Flynn (beside Mike) lowered themselves into fighting stances. "Or pay the price for underestimating humanity!" Flynn said.

Tenaya 15 motioned the Grinders to charge, and the four Rangers did the same, without morphing.

Dillon took the Tenaya 15 clone on directly, while Emily tried her best to run directly through the army of Grinders in order to get to K's body, Mike and Flynn covering her and fighting off any Grinder that tried to get in the blonde's way.

During the fight, Flynn's Morpher went off. The Scot let Mike step in to cover for him as he picked up, "What's up?"

It was Summer on the other end of the line, "We've figured out how to open the portal, and it works. Gem's team has also fixed the Zords thanks to Antonio's technical skills. How are you guys doing?"

"We could use help here!" Flynn called back.

"Don't worry, Flynn," Summer replied. "we're all on our way. Just hang on for a couple more minutes."

"We'll try to save some for you guys, but no promises!" Flynn playfully shot back. "These Grinders are going down!" He then hung up and resumed fighting.

Samurai Dimension, Ridge Mountains

Jayden stared directly at Scott's Blaster in his face, as the Grinders and Marauders around them stood around the two in a circle, waiting. "Scott, don't be an idiot. You can't do this alone."

"Yes, I can!" Scott shot back. "And I'll prove it!"

"Yes!" Venjix celebrated. "We actually get to watch!"

"This is what you were waiting for?" Tread asked, taking Venjix' joy and excitement as his answer. "I wish I brought some popcorn."

Ji could only shake his head, Tread's wheel pointed his neck. All he could do was watch.

Scott took the first shot, which Jayden blocked with his Sword before ducking to avoid the rest. He then began to run, weaving in and out of the Grinders and Marauders surrounding them, letting Scott's lasers take them out as he followed Jayden around the battlefield.

Jayden took cover behind a Grinder before sending it flying towards Scott, who blasted it several times before swatting it away with a kick. Immediately after, Spin Sword met Nitro Sword, clashing several times.

The two Reds got farther apart thanks to the Marauders and Grinders, causing the two Rangers to take them all out so no one else would be in their way.

The two ran up a nearby hill. Scott swung at Jayden, who leapt back, landing on the smooth ground below. Scott swung again, and Jayden leapt back again to avoid it.

Jayden then kicked Scott back, the latter of whom managed to roll away to avoid Jayden's attack before getting back to his feet, tripping Jayden on the way.

He blocked Scott's next strike, before getting his knees and getting a strike on Scott's right shoulder.

He got to his feet as Scott tried to recover from the sudden hit. After a moment, Jayden charged in, but Scott sent him flying back with a kick to his chest.

Ji watched as Jayden struggled to get back his feet. No...there was no way in either dimension that Jayden would allow himself to be this easily defeated. Would he?

Scott charged in while Jayden was still on his knees, who blocked by positioning his Sword at his back before turning back around and getting another hit on Scott's chest, making him stumble to the ground.

Both were on their knees now, tired, exhausted from fighting each other so hard, both weapons pointed at each other.

Ji felt deep in his gut that this was it. Either Scott would lose, or Jayden would, or they probably both would (seeing as how the two were equally matched, which was impressive, Ji had to admit). He could only watch as the two Rangers slowly got back on their feet.

Jayden didn't want to do this. Fighting Scott like this was hurting him, both physically and mentally. He never liked hurting an ally, but this was unavoidable.

"Come on, Ranger Red!" Venjix was urging. "Fire your weapon! Once you do that, I know you'll completely be under my control!"

Scott fired a single shot, but the other easily blocked in with his sword. Scott fired one more shot as Jayden kicked his sword and sent it flying to Scott. The two got hit at exact the same time, at the exact velocity, the exact same pain, and this pain caused them both to collapse on the hard ground, de-morphed.

Venjix laughed out loud, "Mission accomplished!", before he and Tread led the remaining foot soldiers to the fallen Reds, leaving one lone Marauder to look after their hostage.

Ji, on the other hand, felt unshed tears well up in his eyes. He bowed his head, preparing himself for a long period of mourning, but he stopped when he saw it.

The Lion Zord was chewing off the ropes tying Ji up.

Ji glanced up in time to see Scott stand up, impossibly unharmed and unscathed. "Ha! Not a scratch!"

Jayden was the same way, and he seemed way to cheerful after a battle like that. He chuckled, "You could've turned that laser down a notch, you know." He pulled out a necklace (with Scott's Ranger emblem as the charm) out from under his shirt. It was warped and twisted, a deep divot where the bullet clearly was, and it was smoking. "But the shield you gave me worked great."

"So did your Symbol Power," Scott smiled back, reaching into his leather jacket and pulling out a small piece of paper, on which was the kanji for 'protect', and it was just barely visible underneath the large burn mark. "We make a pretty good team, don't we? The plan worked perfectly!"

Jayden simply nodded, "Yep."

"Nice to see you again, Venjix," Scott called out as he and Jayden both turned to Venjix, Tread, and all their foot soldiers. "Oh, and thanks for teaching the fake-out trick to me."

"WHAT?!" Venjix yelled in shock. "It was all an act?!"

"It sure was," Scott said, motioning Venjix to look behind him, just in time to see Ji use an impressive martial arts move to take out the one Marauder guardian him.

As Ji managed to escape to the sidelines, Jayden explained, "When we got back to the House last night, I ran some tests on Scott's morpher, and we realized that's how were you infecting Scott as well as how you planned to escape in case things went wrong today. The process to take him over was still incomplete. That's why you told us to wait until morning, so it would buy you time. So I used the kanji for 'sever ties' in order to break that connection."

Scott continued, his elbow resting on Jayden's shoulder, "Once I was freed, we knew we had to turn the tables on you in order to free Ji." He turned to the old man here, a sincerely sad look on his and Jayden's faces. "Sorry we scared you, Ji, but it was the only way to create a hole in the trap long enough for you to escape."

Ji only shook his head smiling, "You both did well, and I'm glad you two are alright." The two Reds returned his smile before turning back to Venjix.

"NO!" Venjix cried. "I refuse to believe mere humans can beat me like this!"

"Believe it," Jayden calmly shot back, a glare across his face. "It's because we're humans that you failed. You can't reprogram our motors that easily."

"But thanks for letting us ride right onto your doorstep," Scott finished.

"This is the last time you make a fool out of me," Venjix growled. "What can you two Reds do all by yourselves?"

"Who said we were by ourselves?" Scott asked. "Poor Venjix, you can never understand the significance of faith and hope. It doesn't matter if you disposed of the others. We know they'll find a way to come back!"

"All of them," Jayden added. "Both Scott's team and mine."

It was almost as if it was a cue. Before Venjix or Tread could respond, the sky above them began to shimmer and shake before a red swirling vortex was formed and out came all of the RPM team's Zords.

They all gathered behind the unmorphed Reds, pausing for a moment, before they all drove off. Venjix and Tread saw, when the dust cleared, the rest of the unmorphed RPM and Samurai Rangers together, all mingled together, so it was impossible to tell who belonged to which team.

Almost as if they all considered both teams to be one.

Ji watched with pride as they all walked forward, stopping when they were all side by side with Scott and Jayden.

Summer turned to Scott with a smile, "Sorry to keep you waiting."

Scott smiled back, "I knew you'd come."

Meanwhile, Jayden turned to Emily, "Anybody hurt?"

Emily shook her head with a smile of her own, "Nope. We're all fine." She then turned to Dillon and Flynn, who separated, revealing a revived K, back in her own body and holding a laptop under her arm.

K stepped forward, "Scott, I'm sorry I didn't tell you about Venjix hiding within your morpher before."

Scott's smile never faded, "It's alright, Doctor K. We trust you. Now, it's your turn to trust us."

K, for the first time in a while, let slip a smile, content and happy.

"Now, go finish that anti-virus, K," Ziggy told her. "We'll hold him off."

K nodded before running to the sidelines where Ji was, tightly clutching her laptop.

All thirteen Rangers produced their respective Morphers after rearranging their formation (Antonio, Mia, Mike, Jayden, Kevin, Emily, Ziggy, Flynn, Scott, Summer, Dillon, Gem, and Gemma).

Scott pulled out his Engine Cell from his pendant, as he turned to his team and asked, "Ready?"

The other six held their Engine Cells up too, a determined smile on each of their faces, "Ready."

Scott then turned to the Samurai, all six of whom were holding up their Samuraizers, "Ready."

Scott then turned to Venjix, smirking, "This is the last time you'll ever hear these words, Venjix!"

"RPM: Get in Gear!"

"Go, Go, Samurai!"

In a bright flash of multi-colored light, all thirteen Rangers stood there, completely morphed.

"Ready!"

"You Rangers shall fall here and now!" Venjix swore. "Grinders!"

"Marauders!" Tread added.

"Charge!" Both leaders ordered, and the numerous foot soldiers behind them rushed forward to fight the Rangers.

"Go!" Scott gave the order, and all thirteen Rangers charged forward as well, their weapons in hand.

They all charged in as one team, but quickly found themselves splitting up into the groups they were in hours before.

Antonio and Mia glanced up in time to see Gem and Gemma fly through the air, taking out the group surrounding the two Samurai on the way. When the twins landed, Mia and Antonio quickly joined them.

"That was awesome!" Antonio told Gemma. "You guys were flying!"

But the four quickly stood at attention when they saw more foot soldiers running towards them. The four Rangers charged forward.

Meanwhile, Mike, Emily, Flynn, and Dillon were fighting another group on top of some scaffolding. Some Grinders shot their blasters at them, but the four were hardly fazed, and only charged forward when the bullets were done firing, Mike and Emily on one side and Flynn and Dillon on the other.

A few feet away, Ziggy used a rope to swing across the air, before it was cut by a laser, causing him to fall. Fortunately, he landed in a soft pile of dirt and quickly recovered, using his Nitro Sword to fight back.

Summer was fighting her own group on top of a ledge before jumping down and landing next to Ziggy. "Where's Kevin?"

Ziggy shrugged, before Kevin announced his prescence, "Up here!"

Summer and Ziggy glanced way up high, where they saw Kevin standing on some scaffolding on top of a nearby silo.

Kevin glanced down, readying himself, "Here I go!", before jumping down, landing on top of a pile of dirt and sliding down safely, landing next to the other two.

Summer and Ziggy lent him their hands to help him back to his feet, which he gratefully took.

"Now, let's go!" Kevin said, before the trio charged into the fight.

Meanwhile, Sergeant Tread came upon the two Reds fighting another group a ways from the others.

"You two Reds will pay for ruining our plans!" he muttered. "Riders, ready!"

Five grinders morphed into motorcycles (except for one), and the five Marauders behind them each got on one (the one who didn't transform just carried his Marauder on his back instead).

The duos charged first (the one who failed to transform lagging behind) while Sergeant Tread used his two wheels to follow up.

By now, the group the two Reds were fighting was gone, but they were immediately ambushed by Tread and the five duos (actually four).

"Woah!" Scott cried out. "Now I know why they say 'don't play in traffic'!"

Jayden managed to dodge Tread and all the duos, but one sent Scott flying. Jayden saw this and drew the kanji for 'car'.

"Symbol Power: Red Pony!"

Scott landed perfectly in the driver's seat of the red Mustang convertible Jayden had created. "Now that's more like it!" he said as Jayden hopped into the back seat, standing, his Spin Sword at the ready. "Let's do this!"

Scott revved the engine up and soon after, the two Reds drove after the enemies that had nearly run them over.

The one who failed the transformation still lagged behind.

Ji took down a Marauder that dared to get close just as K (sitting on a boulder, her laptop resting on her knees) pressed the 'Enter' key on her laptop.

"The anti-virus is almost done," K told him. "I just need to find a way to distribute it and format it to that method so that it won't backfire."

"Cog and Venjix are one and the same, correct?" Ji asked (mainly himself), before addressing the young woman beside him. "My Rangers have the Samurai Battle Cannon, but it takes up too much energy, so they can only use it once per battle."

"It's perfect," K replied. "Do you have the schematics for it?"

Ji pulled out his own Samuraizer (useless when it came to morphing, so it was really just a phone) and pulled up what she requested.

Kevin, Summer, and Ziggy were still fighting their group of foot soldiers.

"Let's finish this!" Summer said, before charging in and batting a Marauder with her Nitro Sword.

Ziggy twirled his Sword around before lunging in. He got a punch it as Kevin swung his Spin Sword left and right.

Mike and Emily slid down a dirt hill, taking out Grinders and Foot Soldiers on the way, as Dillon and Flynn slid down ropes hanging from the scaffolding, firing their Nitro Blasters into the crowd of Foot Soldiers below.

The group Mia, Gem, Gemma, and Antonio were fighting retreated and hid behind a couple of Spitfangs, who fired a couple of firedballs at the four. But the four ran right through the explosion that followed, before jumping into the air.

"Spin Sword!"

"Barracuda Blade!"

"Cloud Hatchet!"

The four stood with their backs to the resulting explosion.

Emily (holding her Earth Slicer), Mike (holding his Forest Spear), Flynn (holding his Turbo Cannon), and Dillon (holding his Nitro and Rocket Blasters) turned away from the explosion that signaled the end of their group.

A few feet away, Kevin, Summer, and Ziggy did the same.

Back in the car, Jayden took down the five Marauder/Grinder duos, counting them as he went. He took down two, before leaping out of the car and flipping in the air and taking out two more on the way. When he landed, he paused.

Weren't there five? He was missing one...

He then turned around and saw the fifth duo (that had finally caught up with the others) and immediately struck them down.

Jayden turned around when he heard tires screeching, and he went on the defensive, seeing Tread quickly moving torwards him.

Scott, however, was faster. He drove the car next to Jayden, holding his hand out for the Red Samurai to take.

Jayden took Scott's hand and let himself be pulled back into the car's back seat. He took behind them as Tread chased them, and he was grateful that Scott knew how to drive when he successfully weaved to avoid Tread's laser eye beams.

Scott then turned the car around suddenly, causing Tread to run into the side of the mountain that used to be in front of them, before aiming the front towards Tread and handing Jayden his Blaster. "Take it! Time to pop his tires!"

Jayden aimed the Blaster at one of Tread's tires, waiting until Scott got close enough to ensure that Jayden wouldn't miss.

The second before they passed each other, Jayden pulled the trigger, disabling Tread's right tire, causing the Nighlock to crash and fall to the ground.

Jayden and Scott were out of the car now, and the two were about to charge at Tread, when they heard Venjix behind them, "You'll pay, Red Rangers!"

They turned around just in time to be meet with Venjix's Electro Cannon. The two managed to avoid the bullets by rolling out of the way.

Now on their knees, Jayden threw Scott a crimson-colored Power Disk, "Here, Scott. One time use only."

"Cool," Scott said as he caught it. "What is it?"

"The Dino Bite Disk," Jayden answered. "Hook it up to your sword."

"Alright," Scott said before throwing the Disk into the air and letting it hand around the hilt of his Nitro Sword. In a flash of red, he had gained a red coat over his suit. "Dino Rage Series Red! Full Fury!"

Jayden activated the Black Box, "Super Samurai Mode!"

Jayden and Scott charged at Venjix once more, who attacked them with his "Electro Turbines!"

The Reds' new powers allowed them to easily block the energy turbines fired at them, before they both leapt up to avoid Venjix's attack, landing behind him, and then striking at him again from behind.

Venjix landed next to a now-recovered Tread, who faced forward at the two Reds as they were now joined by the other eleven Rangers (with the five Samurai in their respective Havoc Modes).

Jayden and Scott stood in the middle, with Flynn, Dillon, Gemma, Emily, Mia, and Antonio on Jayden's side, and Summer, Ziggy, Gem, Mike, and Kevin on Scott's side.

Summer turned to Scott, checking out his new red-colored robe, "Nice look, Scott! It really suits you!"

"Of course! You know I can make anything look good!" Scott replied, before Jayden grabbed him by the collar and turned him forward.

"Focus," Jayden said, before turning to the others, "Everybody, get ready!"

"Right!"

Emily hooked up the Tiger Disk to her Spin Sword, Mia the Octo Disk, Mike the Beetle Disk, Kevin the Swordfish Disk, and Antonio hooked the Bull Disk to his Barracuda Blade.

Meanwhile, the RPM Rangers warmed up their respective Blasters, searching and finding their footing.

"Now!" Jayden called, and the six Samurai Rangers and Scott charged forward.

The six RPM Rangers fired their Blasters as the other seven charged, all of them choosing to attack Tread first before doing the same to Venjix. "Spin Sword: Six-Element Strike!" Jayden and Scott both attacked last, and all together, both teams smiled and cheered with victory (Scott and Summer shared a high five) as Venjix and Sergeant Tread exploded in a cloud of fire.

When the explosion cleared, Venjix was still there, still alive, "I'm not beaten yet!" Beside him, Tread grew into his giant form. "At least I know my partner is reliable," he commented, before crying out, "Begin the download!"

All thirteen Rangers stumbled back when Venjix also grew to giant form next to Tread.

"This is where my agreement with Master Xandred becomes useful!" Venjix's booming voice said from above. "With the power of the Sanzu River, I shall polute both dimensions and keep them under my rule forever!"

Venjix then blasted them, resulting in an explosion that threw the Rangers back. Venjix had taken this time to escape, because when they regained their composure, both enemies were gone.

"Where'd he go?" Kevin asked.

"It's obvious," Gem said.

"To where his plant is," Gemma finished.

"We have to chase him," Mike said.

"But we don't know where it is," Summer reminded them.

The lack of response of Ji or K from the sidelines nearby or on the phone told them that they didn't know either.

Meanwhile, Antonio got an idea and pulled out his Morpher and pressed a few buttons. Flynn noticed.

"Aye, what are you doing there?" the Blue RPM Ranger asked.

"Triangulating the nearest source of Sanzu River water," Antonio explained. "If we find it, Venjix will be there too." His Morpher beeped. "Got it! It's...huh?" He sounded supremely confused.

"Where is he, Antonio?" Jayden asked.

Antonio pointed at the moon in the day sky above them. "He's up there."

Outer Space, The Moon

Venjix was flying himself and Tread up to the moon, where his plant was storing the Sanzu River Water Xandred had kindly given to him.

"Those Rangers are still so foolish," Venjix chuckled. "I'll polute my dimension first, before I come back for this one."

"Sounds like a plan," Tread said, looking behind (and below) him. "But first, we might want to take care of them."

Venjix followed Tread's gaze and saw all of the Zords of both the RPM Rangers and the Samurai Rangers hot on their tail.

"We won't let you get away with this!" Gem said.

"You will be brought to justice!" Gemma said.

"All together now!" Scott said.

"Symbol Power Cannonball!" All the Zords attacked at the same time.

Venjix let Tread take the hit from their group surge. "Damn you, Venjix..." were Tread's last words before his second life ended.

"Thank you for being my shield," Venjix said. "You were useful, after all."

Meanwhile, the Rangers were repulsed by what they just saw.

"How cruel," Flynn muttered. "He didn't even care!"

"He used his own comrade as a shield," Summer growled out.

Kevin (Jayden was in Shogun Mode, while Kevin and the others were support this time) merely scoffed, "What a dirty thing to do!" He then addressed his leader, "Jayden, we need to form the Ultrazord!"

"Right!" Jayden placed the respective Disk into the Black Box. "Scott, let's go!"

"Roger that!" Scott replied before typing in the correct code. "Activate Ultrazord!"

"RPM Ultrazord, Ready!"

"Ultimate Samurai Combination! Samurai Ultrazord, We Are United!"

Venjix stepped in front of his plant. "You foolish humans don't know when to quit."

"Just give up!" Mike said.

"It's over!" Ziggy added.

"You're right," Venjix said. "It is over, but not for me!" He then allowed some wires from the plant to attach themselves to him. "It's over for you!"

"What? He merged with his plant?!" Flynn asked.

Venjix then fired his Electro Cannon at them, repeatedly, before the Rangers made the two Ultrazords move forward.

RPM's Ultrazord aimed a punch at Venjix, but it was easily intercepted. It fell backwards, before Venjix continued to fire his Electro Cannon.

"What do we do?" Mia asked, once the two cockpits were done trembling with the blasts.

"We have to keep fighting!" Emily pressured, before everyone's Morphers went off.

"Rangers," it was K. "The anti-virus is finished, but it can only be fired through the Samurai Rangers' Battle Cannon, and it can only be fired once."

"Got it. Send it over," Scott told her.

After a couple seconds of silence, their Megazords beeped this time. "Download complete. Good luck."

And K hung up.

"I have an idea," Kevin said before whispering it into Jayden's ear (covered by his helmet, which was connected to everyone else's comm systems).

"Whatever you're whispering about," Venjix said, "it won't work! Your downfall is inevitable!"

Once Kevin was done, Jayden said, "Alright, let's go for it!"

"Lead us in, Samurai Rangers," Dillon said.

"Right!" Jayden said. "Focus your Symbol Power. Remember, we can only do this once."

After a moment of silence, the thirteen Rangers called out, "Activate Samurai-RPM Formation!"

In a bright flash of yellow light, Venjix saw an entire cast of Megazords there (Samurai Megazord, Claw Battlezord, SkyRev Megazord, Bull Megazord, and Paleomax Megazord), all surrounding the Battle Cannon.

Meanwhile, the RPM Rangers joined the Samurai Rangers in their cockpit and were instantly greeted by the other team.

"Let's go," Jayden gave the order once the Black Box indicated that the anti-virus was inside the Cannon, and everyone held their respective weapons out in front of them, as the screen in front of them searched for, found, and locked onto their target.

"Katana Power: Battle Cannon Blast!"

The resulting blasts destroy Venjix and his factory for good, and the Zords morphed back into the Ultrazords.

Still in the Samurai cockpit, the Rangers celebrated.

Junk Ship, Sanzu River, Netherworld

"DON'T BOTHER ME RIGHT NOW!" Xandred yelled, and Serrator and Octoroo both winces when he slammed his cabin door shut, with him inside.

"That temper's going to last for the next few weeks," Octoroo muttered. "He'll never forget Cog's failure."

"With good reason," Serrator answered. "We lost a significant portion of the River thanks to his failed scheme."

Both Nighlock sighed, ready to weather the upcoming storm that was Xandred's temper.

Ridge Mountains, Outskirts, Panorama City, California

It was time to part ways now. They didn't want to, since they had all become rather close friends, but they belonged to separate dimensions, so the RPM team had to go home.

"I want to apologize for causing you all so much trouble," K said. "And thank you, Samurai Rangers, for aiding us. You didn't have to get involved, but you chose to anyway. And we deeply appreciate it."

"It's not in our nature to ignore fellow Rangers in trouble," Jayden repeated. "We're always happy to help. If the Nighlock ever find their way into your dimension, all you have to do is ask."

"And if Venjix ever attacks this dimension," Scott shot back, smiling, "then you know who to call."

Jayden returned Scott's smile, chuckling.

"You mean Venjix is not gone?" Antonio asked.

"No, far from it," Gemma replied.

"But the hardest part is over," Gem finished.

K was quiet before she spoke up next, "I believe I've found a name."

"Really?" Gemma asked.

"What is it?" Gem followed.

"Kaylee." Emily immediately smiled at K's response, understanding why she chose it.

Because Lee was the one who convinceed K to keep going, to keep moving forward.

"That's a very pretty name," Emily replied, and K bashfully averted her eyes at this (no one had ever called her pretty before).

"Yeah," Ziggy said, before saying, "Kaylee Grover, huh? I like the sound of that."

"Ziggy," K (or rather, Kaylee) said, "if that is your attempt at proposing to me, I highly suggest you find a different way."

It was funny how red Ziggy immediately got, "W-What? I-I'm not, I promise! I-I was just-!"

Fortunately, Ziggy was saved by Dillon's light chuckle and hand on the smaller male's shoulder. The Green Ranger glanced back at K/Kaylee and was surprised to see her smiling.

"But I like the sound of that name too," she added.

Ziggy smiled back at her before swining his arm around her shoulder.

The Samurai Rangers and Ji chuckled at this exchange, before Dillon pulled out his Morpher and called his sister, "Tenaya, we're ready to go home."

"Right," came Tenaya's voice. "Opening vortex now."

As the sky above the RPM Rangers shimmered and turned red before the vortex managed to open, Scott turned to Summer, remembering Emily's words the other day.

"Hey, Summer," he stuttered. "I know you don't want to talk about what happened between you and Dillon, but I just want you to know that if you do want to talk about it, I'm here for you."

Summer smiled at him, "I know, and I appreciate it. You're my best friend, Scott, and I wouldn't change that for the world. We just need some time to figure things out, whether the feelings we have for each other are genuine or if they were caused by adrenaline."

"Well, you two have more than enough time to think about it," Scott replied.

Summer and Scott threw their arms around each others' shoulders before turning back giving a wave goodbye to Jayden and Emily, who waved back.

The RPM Rangers (and K/Kaylee) got into their Zords and flew into the portal. After the portal closed behind them.

"Come on," Emily said, taking Jayden's hand, "let's get some ice cream to celebrate our victory."

Jayden smiled, "Alright. Lead us there, Em."

As Emily led the way to the ice cream parlor (with Ji joining them), they all heard Mike asked, "Now, Kevin, will you actually get ice cream this time?"

Jayden only rolled his eyes and shook his head.

Dillon's greatest fear I mentioned is a reference to the widely-rumored (but not officially confirmed) alternate ending of RPM. Speaking of RPM's ending, the Venjix cliffhanger was amazing, and I appreciate it, because it gave me the idea for this crossover, but a lot of the characters' arcs (like Alphabet Soup) didn't get resolved. That's why this crossover mainly focused on K.

No rollcall, because the RPM Rangers don't have one, and no Starforce appearance because the timeline doesn't add up. And the fact that Venjix survives allows Beast Morphers (which takes place in the near future in this universe) to stay the same while still making sense, because (aside from the Dino team-up) I don't see any reason to rewrite it (because Jesus Christ, Evox being Venjix was an epic twist that I loved!). Also, the RPM and Samurai teams will meet again in my Gokaiger adaptation (Legacy Keepers), so don't shed too many tears.

The next chapter will be back on track with the actual season.
