Blaise Zabini looked over at the Gryffindor table. He saw Potter with Weasley and Granger. Blaise then looked at Draco. Blaise still didn't understand why Draco hated Potter. Potter seemed kind and nice.
"Draco, why do you hate Potter?" Blaise asked Draco. Draco looked at him like he was crazy.
"He refused to be my friend."
"That's a horrible reason why."
Draco scowled at him.
"Blaise, it's a perfectly good reason why."
"No it isn't. It is a very childish reason why."
Draco crossed his arms and glared at Blaise. Blaise just rolled his eyes. Blaise turned his attention back to Harry. Harry glared at Weasley for some reason.
Blaise decided to go over to Harry. He got up and walked over to him. Blaise tapped on Harry's shoulder. Harry looked up at Blaise with bright green eyes.
" Hello Potter. I was wondering if you want to talk sometime?"
Potter looked shocked.
"Uh-Um- sure. That sounds brilliant."
Potter smiled at him. Blaise grinned back.
"Harry surely you didn't just make plans with a slimy snake?!" The Weasley yelled
"Mr Weasley, that will be enough!"
Blaise looked over and saw Professor McGonagall walking over to them.
"That will be 20 points from Gryffindor. And that will be 30 points to Gryffindor for being open minded to another house, Mr Potter. To you Mr Zabini, 35 points to Slytherin for wanting to start a friendship with another house."
Blaise raised an eyebrow. Usually she doesn't give points for that. Blaise saw Weasley face start to get red. Blaise felt bad that Harry had to deal with this. Professor McGonagall went back to the head table.
"THIS US ALL YOUR FAULT ZABINI! I WOULDVE NEVER LOST POINTS IF YOU DIDN'T SLIME YOUR WAY OVER HERE!"
Blaise rolled his eyes. He heard a slap echo throughout the Great Hall. He would've thought it had been Granger. But to not just his, but to everyone's surprise, it had been Harry who slapped Weasley.
"RON! I AM DOME WITH YOU! YOU HAVE GOT TO STOP! WE ARE DONE!" After that outburst, Harry walked out of the Great Hall. Blaise was impressed.
