"Miku?"
Miku glanced at her foster older sister as they sat together in the kitchen for breakfast.
"Yes, Mei-chan?" Miku smiled.
"Do you think it's a good idea if I choose to avoid that guy when I saw him again?" Meiko asked.
"Eh? Why do you want to avoid him?" Miku was curious.
"Miku, do you know that my mind can't stop thinking about him since that festival night?" Meiko blushed a bit. "I'm even started fantasising that I'm dating with him"
"Mei-chan, I don't think you should do that" Miku giggled. "He seems like a nice guy for me"
"Or did you have already shipping me with him in secret?" Meiko's eyebrows arched.
Miku was startled out of sudden.
"What!? Of course not!" Miku awkwardly shooked her head.
Meiko rolled her eyes away.
"Mei-chan, I know it's very hard for you but I think I must tell you about this" Miku said.
"What's it?" Meiko asked.
"Mei-chan, you can't keep your feelings to yourself forever" Miku gave her opinion. "There will comes a time when you'll express what has grown inside your heart someday"
"What has grown inside my heart?" Meiko wondered.
Who knows if Meiko and Kaito are going to meet each other again?
...
"What's the price of this vase?"
Meiko pointed her index finger towards the blue vase with white floral patterns. The shamaness was currently in a ceramic shop somewhere in Market District as she wanted to buy a new vase as a house decoration.
"That'll cost you 150 gold coins!" Kiyoko, the shop owner said. She's a young girl in early twenties and has a long black hair.
"150 gold coins? Hmmm..."
150 gold coins seemed too expensive for her. Meiko need to look for the cheaper ones.
"Good morning, Kiyoko-chan!"
As Meiko quietly inspected the other vases, Kiyoko just greeted by an another customer.
However, Meiko noticed that customer's voice sounded very familiar. She was froze in shock.
"Ah! Morning, Kaito! Thank you for coming to my shop! Do you want to buy any ceramic products too?"
"Yes, I'm looking for some nice bowls"
"Then you're coming to the right place!"
Meiko was too embarrassed to turn behind. She felt like she actually came to this shop in the wrong time.
And as for Kaito, he noticed Meiko stood not far from them. Gladly for him, the sorcerer finally found her.
"Mei...Meiko?"
An embarrassment moment for her, how did he know about her name?
Wait a minute, Meiko just suspected something. Did Miku met this guy yesterday?
"Eh? Did you and her are friends?" Kiyoko asked in curiosity.
"Ah!?"
Meiko quickly turned behind as she was facing them.
"No, no, no! I just...met him during the festival night! We're not friends" Meiko denied awkwardly.
"I see" Kiyoko said. "It's a coincidence, right?"
"Yeah..." both of them replied in unison.
Meiko's heart was in the great state of panic right now. What should she do?
...
"Miku, why did you tell him!?" Meiko felt annoyed by Miku's antics.
The noon was around the corner as the girls sat together on the bed inside Meiko's bedroom.
"Ahahahahaha!" Miku only responded with a laugh.
"Is that even funny to you?" Meiko narrowed her eyes.
"Are you really mad about that?" Miku asked in playful manner.
"Of course I'm!" Meiko showed a miffed expression.
While Miku resumed her laugh, Meiko just replied with a not so serious glare.
"Have you ever wondered if you got the chance to go out for a date with him, Mei-chan?" Miku asked.
"A date?" Meiko raised her eyebrows.
"Yeah! Who knows if he'll bring you to the most romantic place in the world?" Miku said.
"You're talking about a date already?" Meiko pouted.
"Mei-chan, I don't have any problem if you want to go for a date with him" Miku smiled. "I'll be happy if my sister have a boyfriend!"
"Whatever" Meiko rolled her eyes. Miku however started laughing again.
But still, it sounds nice for Meiko if she wants to know more about Kaito.
To be continued...
