With not much to go on for the Hazbin stuff, be prepared for a lot of OC appearances for our loveable demons. I'm going on based on what their beginning personalities look like according to Viziepop, so like always, take everything with a grain of salt. Not everyone enjoyed the fact that a certain magma bastard is in heaven, but there's a reason for that. Let's just say that clash at the beginning story between Michael and Whitebeard wasn't forgotten by the Archangel.

Pentagram, year 2020

"What do you mean Valentino and Vox are out?" Newgate asked his board, looking at the table. He was sitting with his board of directors, several of them reporting from hologram due to not having free travel between the circles like he had.

A hyena-like demon spoke up. "It's true Mister Newgate. They've gone into business by themselves. XXX Porn Studios is owned by them alongside Overlord Velvet."

Newgate cupped his chin softly, "What about the others?" "Mistress Rosie is still in business, the latest extermination getting rid of her business partner Franklin."

A knock was heard on the door. "Mistah Newgate! A delivery for ya!" A southern voice rang out from the other side. Newgate narrowed his eyes. "I'll continue this at another day." The holograms all faded before the door opened.

"Savannah, I wasn't expecting a package." Out revealed a melted body as Newgate's eyes narrowed more as gasps could be heard from the others that were in attendance. "This… this is not a delivery, it's a message." He grumbled before he took the message from the serpent demon.

"It's a shame you weren't out and about during this year's extermination. I would've ended you like I did all those years ago at you-know-where." Newgate crumpled up the paper in anger and rage. "AKAINU!" He roared out, causing the very building to shake from his rage.

"Someone get Lucifer on the phone now!" He growled out as the board members fled out of the room as Courtney stayed. He took the phone from her as he calmed himself down. "Lucifer, we have a problem."

Later that day

Newgate fixed his suit as he was outside channel 666 news, watching as his adoptive niece going through her papers as her girlfriend tried to calm her nerves. "Oy, Charlie, Vagatha. It's nothing, just calm yourselves." He said softly as he placed a comforting hand on Charlie's shoulder.

"Just calmly explain what your hotel idea is, and how it'll benefit everyone. If Killjoy causes issues, just namedrop me. I know you want people to think it's well known with the inclusion of Angel Dust, but not everyone will think that way." He said with a soft and caring smile as Charlie nodded.

Not long after that there was a tremor felt within the building itself as he stepped in, heading up to the news channel room as he heard arguing. He groaned softly, pinching his nose. "ENOUGH!" He roared, causing Charlie and Killjoy to drop their "weapons", mostly Charlie dropping Killjoy's pen and Killjoy's eyes to widen.

"E-E-E-Emperor Newgate!" She exclaimed as Newgate's eyes narrowed. "You think it's funny to laugh at a young woman's dream? At least she's fighting for it! I see a bunch of you here and wonder if you'll even survive the next extermination." His harsh tone made a lot of people flinch. "You think it's a joke, yet here I am, the second strongest power in Hell, not laughing at Charlotte's idea. I know it can be done because Charlotte knows it can be done. She has got my full endorsement for such a project, and if you have an issue with it…." He smirked, "You can take it up with me." He left the newsroom, leaving a lot of people's mouths open.

"Alastor, to what do I owe the displeasure?" He asked as he walked outside of the building as the radio demon materialized. "Oh nothing much old nemesis of mine! I just happened to see that little feed of the Charming Demon Belle and your endorsement! It should provide suitable entertainment, to see if she can truly succeed or not!"

Newgate's eyes narrowed dangerously, a slight red crossing his sclera. "The last time you found suitable entertainment, I left you in a coma for a decade." Alastor waved his hand, chuckling nervously. "W-water under the bridge my dear Emperor. I will not do actively do anything to purposely sabotage the princess's dream. But I do know someone who will…."

Newgate nodded his head, "Valentino. Angel Dust is his number one seller, so if he gets redeemed, it's a lot of money out of his pocket. If you become an endorser of the hotel, Vox will come after the place more actively as well, just to stick it to you."

"I'll do what I can from time to time, but I have a lot of businesses under my empire. You may have to call upon a few favors yourself Alastor." Newgate said, frowning softly at the smiling radio demon.

They both left each other as Newgate noticed explosions starting up again and didn't want to be involved in another meaningless turf war. 'That damn magma brat, sending me that threat. To think that he's in heaven, I would've grounded his head into the ground down here before I even thought of dealing with Linlin or Kaido.'

He felt his phone buzz before answering it. "Emperor Newgate speaking, what is it Blitz? Oh Loona, why do you have Blitz's phone?" He sighed deeply, pinching the bridge of his nose. "What did he do this time?"

Minutes later, in Imp City

It was about noon time and Newgate pulled up from his limo, drinking a coffee. 'Kinda glad Monica recommended this coffee to me, it packs quite a punch to keep you awake.' (1) He saw the building on fire and sighed. He pulled out his phone and made a few calls for his best repairmen to come down and fix up the building as he walked up to the IMP crew. "Blitz!" He said calmly, but assertively.

The taller imp tripped and faceplanted into the ground before looking at his "boss", honestly Newgate let him go his own way as long as it didn't bring attention of Hell and demons to the mortal realm. "U-uh Mister Newgate! I can assure you this wasn't my fault! This time at least!"

Newgate nodded slightly, "So the eels weren't yours?" Blitz gripped the collar of his shirt nervously. "W-well I didn't say that…." Newgate waved his hand slightly. "I'm not mad about the building, just do be careful okay? Your actions indirectly reflect my own, as well as Stolas since he's loaning you out that book." Newgate said before grumbling, "Still don't know how he won that damn book from me, thieving owl bastard."

Newgate looked at the other two imps and smiled. "Moxxie, Millie. How are you two?" Millie's eyes widened as she started fangirling and promptly passed out in excitement. Moxxie in the meanwhile gulped. "I-it's been going well Mr. Newgate."

"How are those hand-to-hand combat classes going for you? I know it's not your strong point, but you never know when you'll be put in a disadvantageous fight and you'll have to use everything you can to survive." Moxxie gulped again before shakily raising a thumbs up. "T-they're doing alright, M-Millie's really been enjoying them."

Newgate nodded with a faint smile before looking over at Loona, on her phone. "Loona, you've grown quite a lot since I last saw you." Loona's eyes widened as she pocketed her phone, blushing slightly. "Y-you think so?"

Newgate laughed heartily. "Of course my dear! Looking like a real hellhound now! I remember you were just a little pup when Blitz adopted you. You and I need to share a drink in a few days, you know? Just for your birthday." Loona's tail wagged in excitement. "S-sure!"

"Oy Blitz!" Newgate shouted, making the tall imp jump. "Christ man I'm right here! You don't have to fucking yell!" Newgate only smirked and pulled him in close. "I know you've been struggling with her, so how about this birthday present?" He discreetly pocketed a vial into Blitz's pocket who only stared at him confusion.

"You're not trying to drug me like Stolas does every now and then?" Newgate stared at him. "That's a cure for syphilis, for her. I go through Voxtagram every now and then and saw that she had it. It'd mean the world to her if you gave it to her for her birthday." Blitz's eyes widened and nodded.

"It may help bring the two of you closer together as adoptive father and daughter." Newgate said with a soft smile before it turned into a grin. "Oh and Justice says hello." Blitz grumbled, "Oh what does that blind bitch want now?"

Newgate laughed, "Gurararara, she just misses sparing with you that's all!" "More like beating the shit out of me." Blitz grumbled. Newgate pat his back, "Don't you have a job to do? I wouldn't want to have to bother Henroin and send one of his boys on this job would I?" Blitz perked up before nodding. "M&M let's go!"

Newgate laughed again before they opened a portal and jumped in, Moxxie tripping into it. Left alone with Loona, he looked at the young lady. "I know you and he don't get along, Loona, but he really does care for you. He's honestly more scared of losing you than anything else that I or Stolas could do to him. I think, if given the ultimatum, if he had to fight me or lose you, he'd pick fighting me so he wouldn't lose you."

Loona whimpered and looked down. "I-I didn't think of it like that. I-it's just that I fucking hate when he babies me! I'm an adult now, and he still treats me like I'm a defenseless seven-year-old!"

Newgate frowned softly and placed a comforting hand on her shoulder. "When he comes back, and after the whole schbang with the job completion, just do your best to be his daughter okay? He's terrified, more so than you think. Ask him about his first girlfriend, you'll understand then why he's so protective and scared."

Loona looked up and nodded. Newgate smiled softly. "I'm a family man myself Loona, I see all of my employees as my sons and daughters, even ones who try to distance themselves to make it on their own." He got in the limo and left, leaving Loona to her thoughts.

A day later

Newgate was being driven to the location of Charlie's hotel as he was making calls to contractors and contacts, in order to keep this place up and running. As much as he liked to believe that Alastor had changed and respected the deer-like radio demon in the power grab he made, he didn't trust him to use Charlie in some way against him and Lucifer. The less control of the hotel that Alastor had, the better he had thought.

He opened the door and a flash of a camera made him growl, realizing the news was here. He raised his voice only slightly. "Move out of my way, please." The news people cowered slightly and did so, in fear of the emperor. Newgate got out of the limo and walked to the entrance. "There is no need for questions at this point, get lost!"

The news crews all left in a hurry as Charlie's limo soon pulled up. Newgate sighed softly, fixing his cuffs slightly. He raised an eyebrow as Vaggie dragged Angel Dust out of the limo by his ear with him repeatedly saying "ow" as Charlie walked out.

"You found him I see. Grabbing him by the ear and dragging him along like you're his mother Vaggie won't make him want to stay and try to redeem himself, despite the free boarding Charlie is offering." Newgate said softly but carrying a bit of weight.

Vaggie grumbled softly but let go of Angel's ear. "Yeesh, about pulled my fucking ear off there Vags." Newgate glared at him softly, causing the spider demon to shrink slightly. "Erm… sorry about the whole going off into a gang war thing though, needed to help out a friend."

Newgate's glare lessened, "Just be sure to tell them instead of just running off. Trust can go far Angel Dust; you should know that due to your father." Angel flinched, rubbing one of his arms. "Y-yeah…. I know…"

Newgate looked up and saw a blimp flying overhead before it started to fly off. He raised an eyebrow, but shook it off, somewhat used to Sir Pentious's antics. "Let's get this place suited up and ready for business alright kids?"

They went in before finding a certain radio demon in the lobby. Newgate chuckled softly at seeing Vaggie's distrust of the overlord. 'Glad someone's got a good head on their shoulders.'

"Weapon down Vagatha, Alastor is going to be one of the sponsors here and is helping by providing some staff. Isn't that right, Alastor?" Alastor grinned, "But of course wonderous emperor! Personally I think it's impossible, after all you're sent down here for a reason, but it should be good entertainment to see if someone will be redeemed!"

Charlie had a nervous smile on her face as Vaggie's eyes narrowed. "He won't cause any problems. Vox might, but he knows what I'll do if he starts anything."

Vaggie sighed softly. "Fine. I still don't trust him though." Newgate laughed, "You don't have to, I'll be keeping an eye on here. Alastor knows how well my eyes work." The threat was given as Alastor chuckled nervously.

Newgate checked his watch. "I've got to go. Charlie, some of my men will be down to work on refurbishing and redecorating the place, as well as ensuring that your hotel is fully stocked. If there are any troubles that you can't deal with, let me know okay?"

Charlie nodded her head before she and Vaggie both caught a phone from him. "Untraceable phones, I don't trust Vox to not listen in on conversations. Call me from these if something arises."

Angel Dust scowled slightly, "What, don't I get one?" Newgate laughed a bit, "You work for Valentino, do you think he's going to approve of you getting a new phone that his…. Partner….. can't track or trace?" Newgate internally shivered, not knowing how that partnership worked. Even Velvet was at a loss for it.

Angel nodded after a minute of thinking, "Oh right….. yeah boss would hate that….."

Newgate shook his head in amusement. 'Good lord, it's like dealing with Ace again.' He left the hotel, waving them goodbye. 'Ace….. five hundred years since then…. My children, how are you all doing…..' He thought sadly before walking to his limo.

Meanwhile, in Heaven

Michael was reading through the contents of the message that was brought to him, narrowing his eyes. 'Lucifer's daughter thinks that the sinners can be redeemed? Preposterous! We'd have a grand scale of warfare that hasn't been seen for millennia.'

He stood up and flew to the angelic council chambers, summoning forth his brethren, as well making a discreet summons for Akainu to arrive. Soon arriving were Gabriel, Raphael, Uriel, Sariel, Raguel and Remiel, as well as the understudies who would take up their positions: Tyrael under Raguel and Auriel under Remiel.

"What has been brought to your attention brother?" A soft voice from Sariel spoke. His appearance was that of a child; light blue hair, four wings of which two were smaller than the other two, and a coat-like robe.

Michael frowned softly, "The betrayer's daughter has started to try and redeem some of the sinners that were sent down to Hell, and the Extermination Squads haven't been performing as adequately as we had hoped. We're possibly looking at a full-blown war between Heaven and Hell, the likes of what would make the Dark Days of old seem like children fighting over a toy."

All of the archangels were concerned over the thought of war. Uriel, a tan skinned angel with silvery hair and full armor, frowned. "It would be devastating, and with no contact with the Four to prevent this war, it would be costly to us."

Raguel, a fair-skinned angel with long blonde and wavey hair, felt a heavy weight bear under her shoulders. "There would be no justice in fighting them. So many innocent lives would be caught in the crossfire, here in heaven, down in Hell, and on Earth as well."

Remiel sighed softly, also feeling the burden fall onto him, as the archangel of hope. "There must be a solution, war has to be the final path we seek. Could we not speak to Lucifer, ask him if there's another option?"

Raphael, also donned in holy armor, slammed his fist on the table. "There is no other option! My extermination angels are capable of dealing with any threat down there except for Lucifer, their High Prosecutor, and the other six sins. Who the hell is fighting back against my forces?!"

Gabriel, who had been silent throughout the proceedings, spoke up as he felt Michael's uncertainty to tell them the information. "You know of him, don't you Michael?"

The notetaker, a man with an afro and glasses, looked up in curiosity. Michael sighed softly, "I do, I clashed against him in purgatory many years ago." He looked at the council. "Edward Newgate, formerly known as Whitebeard. He's their strongest fighter, and his company of New World Enterprises has begun expansion into Earth."

The notetaker's eyes widened behind his glasses before writing down what was still being said. Raguel looked away with tears in her eyes as Remiel gasped, covering his mouth. "The final emperor. We heard reports of Charlotte Linlin and Beast Kaido down there, and then they all of a sudden disappeared. Red-Haired Shanks himself is here in heaven."

Uriel's eyes narrowed, "How great of a threat is he Michael?" Michael's eyes grew dark. "To put it this way, War easily fought against you many years ago before you ascended to Archangel. Newgate could defeat all four of the Horsemen without much trouble."

Raphael scowled. "So if a war were to come with Hell again, he would need to die first for us to even have a chance. Fan-fucking-tastic." "Language brother." Raguel reprimanded him.

Michael stood from his seat. "I called you all here to determine a solution. Will we go to war with Hell?"

They all frowned softly, taking in what was told. Raphael and Uriel both spoke at the same time. "Aye." Uriel stood up. "We all know what happened when Heaven and Hell clashed, the Earth was very nearly destroyed. We didn't do anything to prevent the Chosen from rising, as well as Straga and the Destroyer from ravaging Earth."

She hid back a tear, remembering that the Destroyer had actually been Abaddon, the former leader of the Hellguard, before turning serious. "If we do nothing to stop this new generation of Hell's hierarchy, the results will be the same."

Remiel sat back in his chair, deeply concerned but deeply pondering. After a few minutes, he made his decision. "No. There is always hope that war can be prevented. Newgate has made no notions of wanting to rule over everything, neither has Lucifer."

Raguel sighed heavily. "I have always stood on the path of justice, protecting the innocent and upholding the holy laws. If you go to war, this conflict will spiral out of our control, and it goes against our very laws. Hell has always made the first move in our conflicts, and we have reacted accordingly. I say no."

Akainu's eyes narrowed dangerously in the shadows. 'This bitch, thinking she knows what Justice is. We go to war and we prevent those innocents from dying!'

Michael looked at Sariel, who shook his head. "I have faith in our abilities, but I feel as if Newgate is too strong for us to fight. I say no."

Michael sighed softly and looked at Gabriel. "It's your say brother. Your decision determines if we move against Hell, or let it overrun us."

Gabriel hummed softly, taking in all the responses. Both sides had made good points after all, and it was tied, 3 to 3. "If we go to war, brother, can you promise me that any innocents that do not participate, in both heaven and Earth, will survive and not suffer?"

Michael nodded his head as Gabriel stood up. "I watched over the events, both of Newgate's life, and of the First Apocalypse. The Apocalypse was a horrid nightmare that we could've prevented. Edward Newgate was a man of principle, sacrificing his own salvation to be with us in Heaven to save a son and a father that we had doomed to damnation. That very man is now doomed for all eternity, no hopes of redemption because of you Michael."

He stared sternly at Michael, who stared back. After a while, Gabriel nodded his head. "Do it; but be cautious so that we do not repeat our mistakes." Michael nodded before smiling. "Thank you brother."

Akainu stepped out of the shadows as Raguel glared at him. "What is that monster doing here?! He's supposed to be in Hell for his crimes!" Michael smirked and snapped his fingers. The three who voted no were surrounded by Michael's personal Heavensguard, as was Gabriel.

"It is all for the necessity of war." Akainu said, crossing his arms. "If it did not draw suspicion, I would've killed you myself, Archangel of Justice." He spat out the last bit.

Gabriel's eyes widened, seeing the other three and the understudies escorted out, as well as the notetaker. "Brother, what have you done?" Michael put his hand on Gabriel's shoulder. "What I had to." They escorted him out.

"Send out messages throughout heaven, tell them that the Archangels of Hope, Justice and Salvation have betrayed the High Heavens. Tell them that the demons are rising once more." Uriel barked out orders. "Assemble the Hellguard, the Extermination Squads and up their training. We are not going to have a repeat of the First Apocalypse!"

In Hell, a few days later

Newgate stood at the same height as Lucifer, both men looking from the top of Newgate's business tower in the Pride Ring up to the air. "Something bad is happening." Newgate said softly, to which Lucifer nodded. "I have never known what Father's plans are, but I feel as if this is not by his design. This Akainu fellow you told me about…."

Newgate growled softly, "A madman. He should've been here, and I would've taken him down like I did with Garp, Linlin, Kaido, Teach." Lucifer cupped his chin. "Seems like he struck a deal, a holy deal, but with whom?"

Newgate narrowed his eyes. "That Archangel fellow I fought at Purgatory." Lucifer looked a bit surprised but chuckled. "Michael? He's always been a boy scout; he wouldn't make a deal like that. The only one I could possibly think of would be Uriel, the poor girl."

He looked somberly at the mention of his former sister, which Newgate caught. "She was around during the First Apocalypse, many years ago before I started to try and keep a firm grip on Hell. Back when Satan still had absolute control, he lead the forces of Hell against the forces of Heaven, before finally being beaten back from the combined strength of me, Father, Michael, and the Riders. She has never been the same, always looking for ways to entirely exterminate Hell, she's the one response for the Extermination squads."

Newgate looked up, his arms crossed. "I'm worried though. If they are planning something, should we not try to increase the security around here?"

Lucifer shook it off. "An ideal concern, but do you think anyone would want to see any type of law enforcement down here? The Overlords are the major powers here, besides me and the others, and yourself of course. If something screws with their shit, rest assured they'll take care of it."

Newgate's eyes went to the Porn Studios to the left. "And that jackass? I still don't trust him, especially since Charlotte's trying to redeem his top…. Seller." Lucifer chuckled, "Ahh it'll be fine old chap. He won't try anything against you or her. If he does, let's just say he'll wish that you'd dealt with him than me."

Newgate chuckled softly before turning serious. "Akainu will be pushing to make moves. He already has enough influence to send me a message; whose to say he won't send you or the other Ring leaders a message either? He tried to turn one of my own sons against me, as well as taunting Ace enough to execute him himself."

"That's why I'm having your company and Vagatha keep her safe." Lucifer explained. "Down here in Hell, I can only trust you, my family, and my High Prosecutor to keep the order." Lucifer shifted forms to that of a white-haired woman with a headband keeping it out of her face, a slight mole on her face, as well as a business attire.

"Believe me when I say this, trust is not found down here. There's a reason as to why Hell is the home of sin." Newgate frowned softly, but nodded, looking at the now woman. "Will you quit doing that? I thought you had that shapeshifting crap under control?"

Lucifer giggled before reverting back to normal. "Oh I do, I just like to mess with others with it! That Vanripper fella who made the game "Helltaker" gave me a few ideas with it!" He cupped his chin, "Though I wonder how the hell he found out that Cerberus could do that with her form, as well as the knowledge of the others."

Newgate shrugged softly, before sighing. "Courtney's probably going insane from all the calls she's taking while I'm away. I better be head back." Lucifer smiled before the two shook hands.
