TW: DEATH, PEOPLE EATING, A SCENE THAT SEEMS TO GET SUGGESTIVE BUT QUICKLY ENDS IN DEATH BEFORE IT CAN GO ANYWHERE

PS I havent even gotten to v3 yet soooo :.3

The sun shone brighter than ever today.

The seashore reflected the sunlight very well.

Every one of the students at Hope's Peak Academy had anticipated the field trip to Jabberwock Island. They actually smiled at the feeling of the hot sand touching their feet. They felt at ease hearing the ocean's gentle waves.

Nobody, however, was more excited for it than Sayaka Maizono, the Ultimate Pop Sensation, Ibuki Mioda, Ultimate Musician, and Kaede Akamatsu, Ultimate Pianist.

They all managed to set their things up in their assigned cabins and did their own thing.

After Sayaka had her cabin room all set, she decided to put on her best swimsuit and meet up with Kaede and Ibuki.

And as such, the three musical specialists gathered together by the seaside.

"Feels so good to be here again!" Sayaka smiled.

"Yep yep!" Ibuki agreed excitedly and energetically. Typical for the Ultimate Musician.

"Could not agree more!" Kaede responded.

"Let me tell you, I can NOT wait for what we plan this week!"

"Me either!"

"It's gonna be great!"

The girls then decided to meet up with the other students.

"Oh! Hey girls!" said Makoto

"Hiya!"

"How are you liking this so far?"

"I'm already enjoying it! The views are wonderful as always!"

"Agreed!" Ibuki smiled and winked, insinuating something with her often lewd sense of humor.

"ANYWAY we heard that tonight there's already going to be a bonfire! Is that true?"

"Yeah! I overheard the teachers talking about it!"

"Awesome! We'll all be there!"

"Yep yep!"

"Indeed!"

"Great! Can't wait!"

Eventually, the day turned to night after the students hung out with one another. A bonfire was set on the beach, and nobody seemed to notice a boarded up area near the more lush forested area.

"Alright, I think I got something…" Nagito Komeada said

"Ooooh?"

"Who here has heard of the Inky Lagoon monsters?"

"Uhhh…" Shuichi, the Ultimate Detective (well, one of the two) thought

"No. Not really" Said Hajime

"Thought so… basically they are strange hostile creatures that were said to lurk in the abandoned Inky Lagoon of this very island…"

The others listened closely.

"…They lure unsuspecting people in a false state of serenity with their voices…letting you get into the water…and then grab you and tear you apart until your blood turns the water pink"

Kazuichi turned pale at the thought.

"Heheheh…At least they're not real, right?" Aoi Asahina, the Ultimate Swimming Pro, said while getting nervous

"Maybe… maybe not… after all… they're said to be why the lagoon can no longer be visited in the first place."

Nagito said as he looked at the boarded up area. The boards had several warnings as well upon them, reinforcing the thought.

"Damn…" Mondo looked on in shock.

"W-what would even think of that?!" Ibuki said shocked

"Who or what knows?"

Sayaka looked pale from the story. She was shivering from worry, causing Kaede to put an arm around her

"Don't worry. If the Inky Lagoon monsters were real…they'd be on the news already…and the teachers would've known!"

"Y-you're right!" The Ultimate Pop Sensation said.

"If you say so…" Nagito smirked.

"Anyway, you all have a good night!"

And just like that, Ultimate Lucky Student #2 walked away like nothing happened.

The others followed suit, leaving the musical girls together on the beach.

The three of them proceeded to walk to the boarded area known as the Inky Lagoons.

"…Damn. They really boarded it up?!" Keade said dejected

"I'm afraid so… no worries. I think we can remedy this."

With that, Sayaka put her hands on the sides of her mouth and bit through the boarding. Said biting was flawless as it completely obliterated the blockage.

"Let's go, girls."

And thus, they followed her into the Lagoons, where they just laughed to themselves.

"'They're not real', they say."

And thus, Sayaka pulled at the sides of her lips, her face stretching as if it was a rubbery costume. As her mouth stretched more, her face distorted to look like a hood, revealing her true, scaly, wet, serpentine form.

As she fully emerged out of her suit, the body flawlessly flattened as if it was just a piece of cloth and nothing more.

The other two quickly followed suit as they emerged from their human skins, Kaede looking like a cephalopodian beast, Ibuki being a tentacled serpentine with illuminated anglers on her head.

Kaede hid the skins in a flower bush nearby so they wouldn't be so easily found. Finally, the three went into the lagoon itself, accepting the cold water that met them.

"Ah, feels so good to be here again!"

"Agreed!"

"Did you see their faces as he told about us? Imagine how they'll look when they see the boards destroyed and a body turn up here!"

Ibuki laughed "They'd probably start running around like little fishies, screaming their heads off!"

"Indeed! Now, I wonder how this'll start… would we have to do the whole luring schtick or would anyone really be stupid to turn up here first?"

"Hmmm…There's one girl in my class who has the iq of seaweed."

"Ooooh!"

"Aoi, by the way. That "idiot swimmer girl"?"

"Oh, yes! Her!"

"I wouldn't be surprised if she disregards or forgets the monsters and just waltzes up here."

"Hah, yeah, what a moron!"

"Although, I think we *might* be able to use some of her parts for…our "luring" if we so desire."

"Oooh?"

Sayaka thought about it

"I mean…I did want a bigger rack on my human suit." She said with no irony.

"Okay but I've been feeling the same with mine. But who should I use?"

"*giggle* We'll see which one of the girls falls into our lure…"

"Hehehehehehehe… this sounds way too damn good… this is gonna be glorious."

"Oooh! Oooh! What about that evil bitch Enoshima?! We'll lure her in with a despair-filled song and she'll drown in ecstasy!"

"YES! LET'S GET HER ASS."

The girls laughed at their plans for tonight, including about their other ways they would lure people into their trap.

For the three, this week will be a week to remember.

As well as for the students...but not for the right reasons…

That following morning, Hina was wandering through the island for a place to swim. The sand felt nice, and there were so many decisions.

She then noticed something off with a particular place… but she couldn't tell what about it exactly…

"Uh… guys? Were the boards guarding the lagoon always broken or…?"

Everyone's. Heart. STOPPED.

Not only the humans because this could DEFINITELY mean something bad, but also the monsters among them, for their cover could very well be blown.

"Last I checked, they were still up last night!" Hajime squeaked.

"Relax, one of us could just be off vandalizin'" Mondo shrugged.

Technically he was right but not in the way he thought.

"THE MONSTERS COULD BE VANDALIZING!" Kazuichi screamed.

"Look, I'm pretty sure the monsters are just a myth…" Makoto tried to assure.

Nagito just stared. "Anything can happen, dude…"

For all half of the students knew, one of them just broke the boards last night to give a good scare.

For the other half, the monsters were definitely out there.

"N-Nagito was the one who told the story, right? F-for all we know, he could be trying to scare us." Toko suggested.

"I definitely WOULD have done that… and I wish I did… but I regret to inform that that's not the case."

"Hmmm. He sounds legit on that… I think..." Chiaki noted.

"Real or not, I'll… I'll give those possibly-real-or-possibly-not monsters the what-for!" Hina tried to put others at ease.

Sayaka could only think to herself "Oh, I'd like to see you TRY."

Eventually, just about everybody, consciously or not, let the whole thing out of their heads as the sky darkened, and day became night.

Hina had stepped into the lagoon.

"This looks like one of the perfect places to swim! I'll do my best to give any monster a piece of their mind."

The Ultimate Professional Swimmer took off her clothes and dived into the water.

She failed to notice the empty bloodless skins of Sayaka, Ibuki, and Kaede.

The aforementioned three, among many others, watched Hina from below. Their hunger-laden grins widened and widened as she got closer to their hiding spots.

Hina was a generally oblivious student. You can only guess how well that turned out.

She wanted to hit first, but in the end, the beasts outnumbered her and gave the first and finishing blow.

Everybody heard the high-pitched scream the following morning.

"OH SWEET JESUS!"

The first one to see a bloodied skeleton wash up out of the Inky Lagoons had to be none other than Kazuichi Souda.

"HEY EVERYONE! GATHER AROUND SO I CAN FIND OUT WHO DIED!"

Those who heard went around to tell others who did not.

Eventually, just about everybody was there... except…

"Where's Hina?"

They all looked at the skeleton.

The first to realize it was the Ultimate Martial Artist, who lost every single bit of her cool.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

Tears stained the strong woman's scarred (in both ways) face. Nobody had seen her like this, and honestly, even those that feared her size and strength just couldn't help but feel sorry for her.

"...Soon, I shall find the one responsible."

Kyoko looked at the body.

"Hmmm…"

Makoto looked at her.

"There is no way a human could skin someone alive this perfectly."

When Kyoko said that, you KNEW the monsters were real.

Kaede sneered as the musical girls all went into their cabin room.

"SHIT. She's definitely one of our sooner victims."

"Hardcore agree. With someone like her out of the way, we WILL be unstoppable."

Sayaka however had other plans.

"You two can go on ahead, I promised a date to Leon. My last one."

Usually, saying that would break one's own heart, but Sayaka had the evilest grin on her face.

"Whatever floats your boat!" Ibuki winked.

Night fell once more.

"Hey, babe!"

"Leon! So glad you could come!"

"Pleasure to be here! I hope I'm not too late!"

"Oh, I just said tonight, I didn't exactly have a specific time in mind."

"Fine by me!"

Leon wanted to point out Sayaka's noticeable larger bust but decided to put it off of his mind. All he could think about was his time with her.

"So how to we start this?"

"Next to me on the bed?"

"Oooh… we goin there now?"

"Maaaaybeeee"

Leon decided to rest on the bed next to Sayaka. It was nice and comfy.

"Are you suuuure you're ready for the fun? It's gonna be reaaaaaallly wild."

"Ooooh yes."

"Good…"

"So what next?"

"Now close your eyes."

"Oooh boy, a surprise! Will do!"

The ultimate baseball star did just that, being met with darkness. He could've sworn he heard a couple wet squelching noises and the sound of something sliding against wet scales, but whatever it was he only hoped for the best.

"So when's the best part?"

"Right now."

Leon then felt his entire head surrounded by very warm and humid air and a rather off stench. Before he could say anything about it, however, he was then met with a sharp pain surrounding his neck, as if a fuckton of knives went into it. He also felt his face being smothered with something among the lines of a wet, fleshy pillow.

Then he felt nothing.

He never did again.

Meanwhile, Kyoko ventured into the location where the lagoon was.

"Sayaka… Ibuki... Kaede… I know what you are. I know you're there."

The Ultimate Detective then smelled the faint scent of sea life. She also took note of the bubbling in the lagoon, signifying one of them was definitely staying there. When she caught the scent, she went back into her cabin, albeit not in fear. As she walked, the scent followed her.

Just as she planned.

It took a while, but she finally went back into her cabin, locking the door behind her. She turned to see the purple kraken-like monstrosity behind her, unfazed.

"I still can't believe I managed to successfully lure you. I never expected you to be that gullible."

Kaede said nothing.

"Why pick your classmates, of all things? There's plenty of wildlife here."

"Isn't it obvious? To us, you're a delicacy."

"Hmm. But why did Ibuki stay in the lagoon even when she smelled me?"

"Not for fish, that's for sure."

Kyoko's eyes widened as she heard creaking from underneath her floorboard. The next thing she heard and felt was the sound of smashing wood and a sharp pain around her torso.

"I've never seen anything like this."

Discovered at Kyoko's cabin was a massive hole on the floor. Around it was bright pink bloodstains, still fresh from last night.

"Guess it just proves that nowhere is safe, huh?" Mondo stared solemnly.

It was no coincidence, either. The destruction at Kyoko's wasn't the only sign of the monster attacks, as Leon Kuwata's cabin only had his bloodied clothing now.

"So much bloodshed… so much despair…" Junko grinned.

"Enoshima, this is no time to be in a frenzy! People died!" Kiyotaka snapped.

"EVEN BETTER!"

"Sick bitch…" Mondo muttered.

"Now with Kyoko gone… who could find out the monsters now?" Makoto said in tears.

Not even Shuichi could step into Kyoko's game.

What made things even better was that Sayaka told nobody else about her date with Leon. Only the other two. So nobody could suspect her.

"So what exactly is this party for? Haven't our classmates been killed the last couple days?"

Makoto could only have morbid curiosity as he conversed with Sayaka.

"This is to help students be less scared. So that we're stronger together! Also, with our music combined, we can scare the monsters away!"

"Oh, yeah! That actually sounds plausible! You sure it will work?"

"It has to."

Eventually, the two finished their conversation with smiling faces, Makoto unaware and Sayaka totally proud.

"Did he actually fall for it?" Ibuki wondered.

"OH YEA HE DID!" Sayaka beamed

"AWESOME! We are SO gonna eat like queens."

"Indeed! Y'all have your things ready?"

"Yep yep!"

"Absolutely!"

Sayaka smiled as they all went on the stage. Everybody had gathered as they played. Dancing to the rhythm, enjoying themselves with snacks and activities, and so much more!

So much, in fact, the only one who noticed the band eventually shedding their human skin and becoming aquatic beasts right in front of his eyes was Makoto.

"Wait what?!"

Before he could warn everyone else, it was too late.

Sayaka Maizono, Ibuki Mioda, and Kaede Akamatsu had lunged at as much students as they could, several other sea creatures coming out of nowhere and following suit.

Laughs and cheers became screams and wails as blood had now soaked onto the sand, painting it pink forever more.

"THIS ONE'S MIIINE!" Ibuki cackled as she managed to devour the Ultimate Imposter, in their Togami guise no less.

"So glad I managed to render you unable to continue what Kyoko started!" Kaede declared as she enjoyed herself to a sobbing Shuichi.

"Oh, the pain! Oh, the despair!" Junko grinned as Sayaka reluctantly ate her like a kid would to broccoli.

"It'll be over soon…" Sayaka thought to herself.

And it quickly was, as just as Junko could climax, her neck had snapped. And in her final moments, she could no longer feel the despair she wanted.

"FINALLY SHE SHUT UP." Sayaka smiled.

It took a long while for all three to finish Hifumi up because. Well. ya know.

Before Gundham took Sonia's hand and ran with her for an escape, he pushed Kazuichi right into a drooling Ibuki. His screams were music to her fin-ears.

Not every student was vulnerable, however.

Gundham had managed to successfully retreat into his cabin with Sonia.

Sakura took down over ten monsters, but not before everyone heard her battle cry "FOR HINA!"

As Nagito, Hajime, and Chiaki aided each other using the closest props to fight them off, Nagito realized something.

"MAKOTO! THE TORCHES ON THE STAGE! THE SKINS!"

Makoto was able to decipher what the Crazy Ultimate Lucky Student said and ran for the stage. There were in fact, torches as a decoration. He kicked one down where it touched the pile of skins, burning them up. Thankfully, Makoto jumped back down before the flames consumed the entire damn stage and eventually other objects, catching up to the monsters.

This pained them bad enough to distract them. They immediately fled back to the lagoon.

"ANYONE WHO HAS SURVIVED COME WITH ME."

They all took Makoto's word and headed to their cabins, packing anything they could before the monsters could catch up to them.

Eventually, the survivors managed to head back to the ship.

"Everyone's here?" Kiyotaka asked desperately.

Makoto, Byakuya, Mondo, Chihiro, Kiyotaka, Nagito, Hajime, Chiaki, Mikan, Sonia, Gundham, Ryoma, Rantaro, K1B0, and Maki all nodded.

With all the right things, the ship managed to take off.

"What a night, huh? Three of our classmates turn out to be mean-eating fish and half of us have paid for it." Mondo watched on solemnly.

"I still can't believe this could all happen." Chihiro sobbed.

"It's honestly something out of a nightmare," Ryoma noted.

"Indeed. But in spite of the nightmares, there's still hope out there with our survival." Nagito looked at the sky.

"I… can't believe I agree with you on that." Hajime watched.

"I think so too." Makoto looked at the island.

In spite of the survival, Makoto still couldn't shake off the massacre.

In all honesty though who wouldn't.

The monsters were now back in their lagoons. Somehow they sensed their would-be final victims escaped before they could be finished off.

"Well that coulda gone better" Ibuki snarked.

"Have to agree with that." Kaede remarked.

"And our skins got ruined too! It'll take months to repair!"

"I mean… at least we still got a fill, right girls?" Sayaka noted.

"Oh yeah, I can't say it WASN'T worth it, because it definitely was!" Ibuki perked back up.

"Oh, you bet!" Kaede grinned.

"That being said, we might still wanna settle a score and find a way to. How about it?"

"Absolutely."

"Yep yep!"

All three looked up at the surface.

With fanged smiles on their face.
