It didn't take the others to realize the greenest person in the room was missing, "Did anyone see him leave?" Dick asked
"No but I'll check cameras," Cyborg said.
Once the camera was searched, they verified that he had left when they weren't paying attention, "He flew off that way, the only thing I could think of that goes that was in the forest."
Before anyone could volunteer to tag after him she spoke up, " I'll go, you guys look around the city just in case, I'll go to the forest."
Dick was slightly worried, wasn't sure he wanted her to go, "Alone?"
"I'll be fine, what would he do to me?"
They all spread out, Raven going towards the forest alone and the others all over the city. If they found him, the others would call them ending the search. Raven landed softly on the grass, the forest was dark, the tall tree blocking the sunlight we're at fault. It was in the middle of the afternoon imagine what it looked like at night. She sighed, she wasn't going to call out his name because knowing that may piss him off or make him run and hide. She made sure to take a quiet step's
Why the hell would he be out here, Raven thought
'For a feed.', Knowledge said. For what–She flinched and silenced her thoughts when she heard a loud howling. The noise surrounded her so she couldn't pinpoint the direction of the source.
Yep, that's him. Then she heard a crunch behind her, she turned slowly and saw something run by the tree further into the forest. She began to run after what she assumed to be Beast Boy. She ran but stopped when she realized that wasn't Beast Boy, she stood still as the large creature turned around growling at her. The wolf unveiled its teeth at her when it caught her scent behind it. Raven may be a demon but she wasn't about hurting animals especially once who follow their god-given instincts. She steps up slowly away from the predator but that only angers the wolf and she ran towards her.
She reacts quickly put something to respond sooner than she could do herself. She saw the quick blur pounce on the large animal, Raven could hear the creature break the bones of the wolf and she cringed as she heard the whimper and the infringements. It was silent once again, "Beast Boy?"
She knew it was him, it had to be, she felt his familiar energy. His emotions were so unstable she couldn't verify what the man was feeling. She flinched as she saw the glowing red eyes look towards her. "Oh, Azar."
She began to run the opposite way and we gulp as she hears him right behind her, she was tackled to the ground. She laid there, still, she could hear his growing and she could feel his presence looming over her body. She was glad she couldn't see his face, that probably would have frightened her, "Go Home. Don't ever come looking for me in the forest, you are just asking for me to..."
Garfield growled at the end not finishing his sentence and Raven was relieved he didn't, "And for the last time, stop being noisy, stay out of this, it's not your time."
He stood up and grabbed her forearm, bringing her up to her feet, Raven looked back at him and his eyes were still red and as they had changed, his eyelids were heavy but not in a weary manner. She flew away, toward the tower.
"He's a fine guy, head towards the tower."
The League and the other Titans continue their training, they hoped Beast Boy would return during that time but he didn't. That was over four hours ago and the green one was still out and about. The other questioned Raven asking was okay, as she gave the same answer.
'He's fine, I promise.'
But four hours turned into eight and then, it was now seven at night, the sun was bleak and the moon was elevated in all its circle greatness(lol). Dick was the one who would stay up a little later than the others to see if Garfield will come back, "When do you think he will return?"
"I don't know, Star." Victor signed, he placed the video game controller on the floor, it wasn't the same as playing video games on your own without your best friend.
On the other hand, Dick was angry, "He'd better get here quickly."
As those words came out of his mouth a. static Garfield came walking out of the door. He didn't even glance at them, he started to make his way towards his room.
Dick didn't allow that, "Where the hell has you been!" Richard would become more and. more pissed and the Garfield as time would go on and this was only the beginning of their arguments.
"Out."
"You can't just bail, we are a team, and if there was an attack thing could have gone south without you there." Dick annoyingly pokes Garfield's chest with his fingers. The more the Leader talked and touched the Titan, the more hateful and irritated he became. Garfield's pupils shrunk and he growled. Dick was taken back by the harsh noise, he even looked offended.
"Don't Touch Me." He mumbled with his gritted teeth. He stomped with his heavy feet to the back of the tower leaving the ready stunned. They all looked at each other with large gazes. Nothing was said.
But everyone but Dick and Victor noticed the physical state of Garfield. He was sweaty and his hair was roughed up, he smelled of sex and cheap perfume, that small bruise on his collar bone didn't go unnoticed either. As the two watched him walk away they could a glimpse of a scratch mark on his back that was mostly hidden by his skintight t-shirt. Raven looked down and her cloak turns grey. Kory sighed as she saw Ravens changed and put her hand on her shoulder giving her reassurance. They all went to bed after that hoping and believing that, that was the last quarrel that would happen when it came to Beast Boy and his novelty.
Raven places her cloak in her closet, she switches into comfortable pajamas. She crouches in the Lotus position in the middle of her bed. The darkroom helped her drift minor the Nevermore. Her body lifted limited inches off of the mattress.
"She's back, wake up, Lazy!" Happiness gleamed, tho Raven did notice her tiredness. Her other five emoticlones appear when they hear the call of Happiness. Raven looked around at them all and noticed the well being of Timid. She was glowing but her typical mood had worsened like expected, unfortunately, that was a good thing. It let Raven know everything was okay and that nothing was out of balance even if the well being of her mind hurt the emotions themselves. Timid wasn't only uneasy, she was sad, and looked very... pessimistic. Emotions like, Passion, Happiness, and Bravery was the weakest of the rest. Happiness being number one.
" What's it for tonight, a meeting, or just a deep cleansing mediation?" Knowledge raised a question.
"Meditation, I think that what we all need..."
They all stood and closed their eyes floated into the Lotus position, all of the clones began to assemble with Raven creating 'Perfect Balance'. The white cloak hung on the bed, the darkest shadows in her room were lit up by her power, Raven had opened her eyes and it was 2:45. Her white cloak was now gone and she was in her indigo pajamas, she softly landed in the bed and signed, her emotions now neutralize, and at an equal plane, she could close her eyes and dream of better days.
It five in the morning and Dick usually was the first one up. He walked out of his room and cringed at the faint light down the hallway that leads to the training room. He closed his door and quickly changed into his training attire. He walked towards the light and the fain noose became more clear.
As he got closer he saw Garfield on the bench press, " Morning Gar, didn't expect you to be up."
"Morning, I couldn't sleep at all last night, so I've been out around the city and just got back an hour ago." He puts the weight back in its proper place.
Dick titled his head, "So you haven't gotten any sleep in the last 12 hours?" He shaped his head confirming.
"Well, Luckily the League has a mission and we won't be seeing them until next week." As Dick finished his sentence Garfield's phone began to ring. He excuses himself and left the room.
Dick made sure to let the sleeping Titans that practice wasn't until next Monday. Starfire was the first to waken and to fix breakfast. Cyborg had wakened up when Kory was halfway don't with cooking, he went to the garage to mess with the T Car.
And Raven was the last, others didn't know how hard it was to escape her dreams. Yes, she was free if her father but left an unhealable wound behind that would affect her for the rest of her life. She opens her eyes slowly. Her feet quickly make contact with the ground, she always keeps her curtains closed. She did her normal routine and she was now dressed in casual house wear.
She walked out of her gloomy room and towards the common room, "Hey Raven, Can you–"
"No." She interrupted Dick, she knew what he was going to ask the moment she realized the changeling wasn't in the room.
"Please, Raven!" He yelled, She stared at him will a static look before she turned, walking back to where she came from. For the fourth time, she stood in front of his room. She put her ear on the door to see if he was awake. She heard nothing, then she touched the door with her palm to pick up his energy. Nothing.
Maybe he was more relaxed than he was before, she could open the door this time. She walked in and step towards their bed.
"He isn't here." She simply said.
"What do you mean he isn't here, he was here this morning?" Dick exclaimed.
Rage cursed to in Raven's mind, "I checked the entire building, he left."
Dick palms his forehead but then the door opened, everyone looked towards the door and there was Garfield and...
Raven frowned and glared, "Why...
