Hi people! It's Cham again! Last time in Is it wrong to be a pirate in a dungeon? Luffy asked Hestia a really important question, it's now time for a little conversation between our favorite pirate and the Hestia familia.

A PIRATE THAT CAN THINK…A LITTLE

"WHA-WHA-WHAT ARE YOU ASKING TO A GODDESS? DON'T YOU HAVE ANY SHAME?!"

"Lu-Luffy-san! You can't ask something like that to a girl, even more to a goddess."

After the one-million-dollar-question asked by Luffy, the goddess Hestia and the rabbit boy immediately became an embarrassed and furiously blushing mess. What sort of person had the galls to ask a question like that to a deity? Apparently...Luffy.

Lily was face-palming, she was surprised when the pirate asked but in the really short time they spent with him, she quickly learned that this man was a master in terms of stupidity and lack of common sense…

And Welf?

"O-oh m-my Hestia thi-this is priceless HAHAhahaha that guy is just priceless! I'm so happy that I lived long enough to see that! Can we take him in the familia right now please hahahaha!" Welf was clutching his belly with one hand and trying to wipe his tears with the other while laughing his head off. That Luffy was a gift from Tenkai seriously, whoever or whatever had brought him in front of Orario was a pure genius!

Coughing lightly in her hand to calm her nerves from the shocking question, Hestia decided that it was best to change the subject before she'll lose even more of her dignity. The scene with Bell witnessed by someone outside of the familia was embarrassing enough and now this Luffy was trying to destroy the little bit she still had!

"So can someone tell me why you three brought Luffy-kun here?"

"But you didn't answer my question…"

"AND NEVER I WILL!"

"Shishishi sorry sorry!"

Trying to stop the conversation from stirring in an embarrassing direction again, Bell answered in Luffy's place. "K-Kami-sama, we found Luffy-san sleeping in front of Orario on our way back and he hadn't any idea about how he ended up here or about anything like Orario, gods or even familias, so I proposed to help him a little." Bell explained while scratching his cheek, looking to the side to avoid his goddess's accusing look.

After releasing yet another long sigh, the goddess turned to the pirate and asked the man herself to make sure."I see, so Luffy-kun, you really have no idea about how you came to Orario and how the things work here?"

"Absolutely no idea!"

She looked at him for a few seconds. "Well, since my Bell wants to help you and you don't seem to be lying, I guess you can come with 'll talk more inside, now come my children."

Hestia brought the little group in, they crossed the front door and a lobby before arriving in a spacious living room filled with different seats and sofas. In one of the seats was sitting a young woman, she had black hair tied in a ponytail, purple eyes, and was wearing a purple kimono with a red sash and thigh-high red boots.

She saw them enter, stood up and walked to greet them."Welcome back Bell-dono, Welf-dono and Lily-dono" She gave a light bow to each before turning to Luffy and observing him."And this is…?" Bell took upon himself to make the presentation.

"Mikoto-san, this Monkey D Luffy. Luffy-san this Yamato Mikoto, like

I said before she too is a member of our familia, her name is Mikoto but like you she put her family name first when announcing her name."

She turned to Luffy again and gave a light bow."I see...well it's a pleasure to meet you Luffy-dono."

"Yeah nice to meet ya Mikoto!"

Now that the presentations were done, the goddess seated herself and told the other to do the same with the members of her familia around her and Luffy in front of her.

"So Luffy-kun, now let me resume what I understood. You were woken by my children near Orario but had no idea where you were or how you came here, so my Bell proposed to help you and escorted you to Orario and finally here after entering the city. Did I summarize the situation correctly?" Secretly the goddess liked those settings… Her, the benevolent and dignified goddess, surrounded by her beloved familia, reaching out a helping hand to a poor lost soul. A shame that the lost soul was eagerly picking his nose and half listening to what she was saying….

"Hmmm yeah that's it, when I got to sleep I was on rusukaina then the next thing I knew I was looking at Bell. I've never heard of that Orario place or those familias things until today. I got hungry so Welf said that he knew where there was food so I followed them. But I'm still hungry, you got food here?"

"But you ate a sandwich like ten minutes ago man!" Welf said while looking at Luffy, the pirate was so slim...where did he put what he ate huh?

"But it was so smaaall...there's no way that'll be enough for me!" Luffy..helpfully supplied.

"Sorry Luffy-kun but I prefer to address the matter at hand now so the food will have to wait…"

A pout...

"P-please don't make that face! We'll give you some food after we talk, so don't worry!" Seriously, what was that! How did he go from picking his nose to giving Bell's cuteness a run for its money in the span of three seconds?! Coughing in her hand, the goddess continued. "A-anyway, I know my Bell said that he wanted to help you but I never heard of Rusukaina. Where is that place?"

Luffy scratched the back of his head.."Well I don't really know where it is other than it's in the Calm Belt."

""The Calm Belt"...where is that?"

"Near the Grand Line."

"The "Grand Line", the "Calm Belt"...?" Hestia looked around to see if one of her children had heard about it but they all shook their heads indicating that no, they never heard of those places..

"Sorry Luffy-kun, but we don't know of those "Grand Line", "Calm Belt" or "Rusukaina" places you are talking about. Can you tell us more about it?"

Luffy put his right hand on his shin, scratching it a little to help him formulate an answer without getting a fever from thinking too much..

"Hmmm the Grand Line is a sea that goes ALL around the world, and pirates try to cross it all the way to find the One piece and become the king."

"Pirates? Are you a pirate yourself? And what is this "One piece"?"

"Yeah I'm a pirate, but we're not bad pirates! we're pirates who go on adventures!"

"I see..and what's this "One piece"?"

At this, the young pirate's eyes gained a shine that never saw before."The One piece, is the treasure that Gold Roger, the late pirate king, left on the Grand Line for others to find. The one who finds it will become the next pirate king. A long time ago I made a promise to a great man…. I'll gather a strong crew, go explore the Grand Line to find the One piece and become the pirate king! He looked directly into the goddess's eyes, his own burning with so much intensity that Hestia felt herself being shaken to the core, incapable of tearing her gaze from the pirate's bewitching black orbs...She was a goddess for heaven's sake! It should be him who would be bewitched, not the other way around dammit!

And the others were not faring much better…

Mikoto was duly impressed, whoever that man was, he exuded so much determination that you could almost taste it! She didn't understand entirely the concept of what he was talking about but just from hearing those few sentences, she could almost see it.

Welf and Lily themselves, were wondering where the stupid but funny guy was. The one in front of them was like a different person, his appearance was the same but the air around him, the way he talked or the way he held himself changed dramatically in the span of a few seconds.

And Bell...

Bell was shaking, like, literally shaking. For him the word "adventure" along with "hero" was something sacred, something that he wished for more than anything, and the pirate's words and determination were hitting him hard! A whole sea with new places to discover all around the world, pirates and deadly foes all sailing with the goal of finding a legendary treasure..THIS gave a new meaning to the word "adventure", sure he already has his own adventure in the dungeon but...his and Luffy's adventure were totally different! Even If he wasn't a hero, Luffy's adventure seemed so much larger, so much grander that felt overwhelmed just by thinking of it...what would he be feeling if he lived it!

And the rabbit boy was again reminded of the impression he had when walking with Luffy just an hour ago. The way the pirate walked right into the unknown without anxiety or fear, just with..

Easiness..

Confidence..

Determination..

Eagerness..

If the sword princess, Aiz Wallenstein, was his goal in terms of physical strength. Then he decided that even if he hadn't the power of an adventurer, Monkey D Luffy would become his goal in strength of the mind.

If only he knew….

"Hey, you ok there guys?" Tilting his head to the side, the pirate brought them out of their thoughts.

"A-ah yes sorry Luffy-kun we were just thinking, you were saying?"

"Well hmmm ah yes, Calm Belt is a sea where there is no wind and the biggest sea kings you can find! One day when we entered that sea with my friends, we were almost eaten. It was so fun!"

"I don't know if almost being eaten is fun but what is a sea king?"

"Enoooormous monsters of the sea!"

"...And you said Rusukaina was situated in this Calm Belt sea...seems like a dangerous place...so you were born there?

"No, I grew up on dawn island in East blue."

"...I see...Luffy-kun, please excuse us for a moment. I need to talk with my familia."

"No problem Hestia!"

"Thank you" The goddess stood up and signaled to her children to follow her in the kitchen. Upon entering she released a long sign, massaged her temples and addressed the group.

"Honestly I don't know what is crazier..the things he said or the fact that he hadn't lied a single time. So,what do you all think? Supporter-kun?"

"Lily doesn't really know what to think. Even if he isn't lying, none of the things he talked about actually exist! But there is a possibility..Monkey-san "think" these things exist so he's not really lying." The pallum answered.

"Welf-kun?"

The red haired man put a hand on his chin."I don't agree with lil'Lily...everything he said sounded pretty crazy yeah but, I don't think he imagined all of he's a little strange and often say stupid things but he doesn't seem crazy himself, he may come from a really faraway place for all we know."

"Mikoto-chan? Luffy-kun says he comes from "East" blue and his way to announce his name is apparently similar to you, did something he said seemed familiar?"

"No Hestia-sama, nothing he said was similar to what I know about our country."

"I see...and Bell-kun?"

"..."

"Bell-kun? You're okay?"

"A-ah yes, sorry, you were saying?" The rabbit boy who looked deep in his thoughts looked up to see the other looking at him expectantly.

"You're sure? I was asking what everyone thought about what Luffy-kun said."

"Well I don't know, what he said seemed like a great adventure but, for me it sounded like a completely different world…"

"Yeah you're right it certainly sounded like that. Anyway it's late and we're all tired so we should sleep on it, maybe tomorrow things will be clearer."

Munch..munch..munch

""""heh?""""

The five people in the room all looked to the other side of the room to see that, in fact, a sixth person was present in the kitchen with them. The very person that they were talking about was looking at them while eating….was that a bone?

"Hmmm Luffy-kun?"

The young man swallowed the bone and answered "Yeah?"

The goddess's eye twitched."Didn't I tell you that I wanted to talk to my children alone? And why are you eating our food without asking?"

The pirate gave her a blank stare."You didn't say you wanted to be alone, and you said you'll give me food once we talked."

The goddess released a sigh...how many times did she sighed today? That young pirate was such a mystery, he could be stupid, cute , irritating and captivating, all these things in the span of an hour…

"Okay I DID say that we'll give you some, so I guess you can take a little from our stock. It's late and we really need some sleep so eat your fill before we all go to boys will prepare you a room for tonight."

"Thanks!"

The next ten minutes will never be forgotten by the goddess and her familia...The sound of crushing, munching, swallowing and the sight of a human-looking monster devouring everything in the kitchen with a mouth big enough to eat a whole human head will forever be integrated in their mind.

As the Hestia familia members were trying to find some rest and forget the terrible images of a few minutes ago, a young pirate found himself on the heath manor's rooftop looking at Orario and….thinking?

"This city is really big huh…."

Mirroring the sky, hundreds of lights illuminated the city's night like stars. There were so many of them that the immense gray tower standing in the middle of the city was just as visible as it was in the day.

But even as he contemplated this beautiful scenery, Luffy's thoughts were not of exploration or food. For once he was trying to understand the situation he found himself in. Why did he find himself in this place? The last time he found himself in an unknown place like that, it was when the bear guy sent him to Amazon lily? Did this guy came while he was sleeping and send him flying again? When Rayleigh joined him on Amazon lily after the war, Luffy thought he heard him say to the nyon granny that the bear guy had sent him and his friends flying to help them so why would he do it again? or Maybe it was not him? All these questions were starting to make his head hurt...He still had a few months until the reunion on Sabaody, but he needed to find a way to come back to Rusukaina or even the Grand line before that.

Most people who knew Luffy would think that he would immediately launch himself with a good old gum-gum rocket when he arrived in the city, screaming about adventures all the way. But those people weren't with him on Sabaody or in the war of the best, when Luffy really understood how small and weak he was compared to the big players of the world. This was why he accepted Rayleigh's proposition of training for two years before throwing himself into the race again with his friends. He had to become faster, stronger and train his haki so that he would never lose someone in front of him again like what happened with Ace! And he did, he was way stronger now, but even he could understand that strength, even if it helped, was not always enough to overcome the trials presented to him. HIs crew were there to help him before but now they were not, he was alone….well, almost alone.

At least he had the luck to be found by good people, the half human half rabbit name Bell and his "familia" were good, he could feel it, they were trying to understand and help him, he hoped that they would succeed soon. He missed his friends and there was no way that he'll miss the promised time of his reunion with them.

Speaking of feeling...the surprise of finding himself in this place and all the new things he heard and saw distracted him from a very important thing.

From the moment he was woken by Bell, he didn't feel the people or the animals around him even for a second. Maybe their voices were different or so weak that he couldn't find them?

So he tried to reach with his observation haki consciously and as strongly as he could….

"What the hell?"

Aaaand done! Last time it was Luffy who learned a little about Orario now its time for the Hestia familia to learn about Luffy.
