AN: Alright and here we go! Welcome to part 1 of 2 for the final chapters of Ronin. Stick around to the end to find out what happens to our favorite claw wielding hero. So without further adieu let's just jump into it!

It's Over

This was it, Izuku was going to kill the doctor once and for all. He wanted to do it with the adamantium bullet but he didn't know where that was right now. His claws would have to do.

Running down the halls of the compound Izuku reminisced on the time he spent locked up. These were memories he wished that never happened, but unfortunately, they did.

Bursting through one door Izuku noticed that it was a large room. In the middle, with a single light shining down stood the doctor. Out of breath the doctor turned, "Even without your powers your stamina is incredible."

Winded Izuku took a step towards the doctor, "Well, you made me to be the best."

"And you are." Said the doctor as Izuku took another step. "My greatest creation, in more ways than one."

Izuku stopped, "What do you mean by that?"

The doctor chuckled, "Well, it's not like it matters now. You never asked my name, did you? Would you like to know?"

"I don't care about your fucken name. All I care about is killing you." Said Izuku as he began to walk towards the doctor.

"Shame really. I thought if I used you then we would be together again like we used to. But I suppose that dream was simply that, a dream." Said the doctor.

"Enough talk, once I kill you this will all be over. I can finally start living a normal life." said Izuku.

The doctor laughed, "A normal life? Did you forget, you are dying, you may kill me first but the adamantium inside you will kill you. Unless, you take this." Holding up the vial he had earlier the doctor showed it in his metal hand. "I told you right, this has everything that makes you special. Including your impressive healing factor. If you take this then you can be you again, the real you."

Izuku narrowed his eyes, "Intriguing isn't it. You can go back to UA, be with your mother, live a life with the girl of your dreams, there's nothing better." said the doctor. "However I need this in order to perfect the clones, and this is only a one time shot. But seeing as this whole operation is starting to go downhill, I need to make sure you never become you again." The doctor then began to squeeze the vial. Soon cracks began to appear on the glass.

Izuku panicked, "Stop!" he yelled out.

The doctor stopped and smirked, "What's wrong? Do you want this? Or do you want to kill me?"

But before Izuku could choose, the whole compound began to shake. Both the doctor and Izuku fell to the floor as the roof began to break. "What the hell is going on!?" Yelled Izuku as pieces of the roof began to rip off.

"It must be my master. His powers are growing stronger by the second." Said the doctor.

That's when a black smoke filled the halls, it was so thick that you couldn't see two feet in front of you. Seeing an opportunity, the doctor began to run. Hearing his footsteps Izuku went after him, "Get over here!"

With Ochaco

The class were currently standing back to back in a large circle. The black smoke had made it to where they were and obstructed their view of the clones. "Where did this smoke come from!?" Asked Mina.

Ochaco shielded her eyes, "I don't know, can anyone see the clones!?"

But as she asked, a pair of claws came out of the smoke. Ochaco's eyes widened as she jumped back in an effort to dodge, but it wouldn't do her any good. The claws were aimed right at her stomach, Bakugo who was standing beside her tried to move his arm to blast the clone away but wouldn't make it in time.

But just as the metal was about to pierce her stomach something came crashing down on top of the clone. That's when Momo was done creating a giant paper fan and with one powerful swing she managed to blow the smoke away.

The clones were still around them but the one that almost got Ochaco now had a pair of claws going through their neck. Looking up Eri smirked, "Looks like I made it here in time."

"Eri!" Yelled Ochaco.

"No time, get ready, they aren't stopping." Said Eri as more clones rushed them from all angles. She then turned towards Todoroki, "Hey half and half, give my claws some heat."

Nodding Todoroki reached out and grabbed Eri's claws and began to channel his fire, super heating the claws. Soon the once silver colored claws turned into a red hot color. Swiping her claws to her side the air sizzled, "Now I can really take these guys down."

Jumping into the fray Eri began to cut down the clones, legs were sliced, arms were severed, and blood splattered the ground as Eri went into her killer mode.

After killing several of them Eri turned to Ochaco, "Hey mom! Where's dad!?"

Throwing pieces of debris, Ochaco looked at Eri, "He went after the doctor!"

"He'll need back up, go, I'll take care of these guys." Said Eri as she stabbed into the gut of a clone.

"Hey kid, your dad is going to need you too." Said Bakugo as he blasted the clone in the face. "Go with her and we'll take care of things here."

Eri turned to Bakugo, "You can't take on all of them."

"Is that what you think? We may not have super healing like you but we sure as hell can punch. We'll be fine, now go, both of you." Ordered Bakugo.

Looking at each other Eri and Ochaco nodded, "Fine, but you all better be in one piece when we come back." Said Ochaco.

"Just make sure to get Midoriya back." Said Kirishima.

"Count on it. Let's go mom." With that Eri and Ochaco ran toward where they saw Izuku and the doctor leave.

With Izuku

After running for several minutes and down several corridors Izuku made it to a massive room. The entrance led onto a walkway that was suspended over several large open top containers of Adamantium.

Izuku leaned over the railing and watched as the melted metal boiled. "He wasn't kidding, they have more adamantium than they need."

"And all for my projects." Izuku looked up to see the doctor swinging something. Whatever it was, it managed to hit across Izuku's face with a loud metal clunk.

The blow managed to knock Izuku to the ground, grabbing his head Izuku was in a daze. Looking up, he noticed that his vision was blurry. But he could see the outline of the doctor as another blow was struck.

Over and over the doctor hit Izuku with what appeared to be a metal beam. "You were everything to me!" Thunk another strike to Izuku's head. "I created you to be the ultimate weapon!" Thunk "But you left! My life's work, gone!"

Laying on the ground bleeding from his lip, Izuku went into a fetal position. "And to make things worse, you went and enrolled into a hero school!" Thunk

"I could have made you perfect! But in the end all you wanted to do was kill me. You ungrateful fuck!" Throwing down the beam the doctor reached into his pocket and pulled out a knife. Bringing it down the doctor stabbed into Izuku's back.

Izuku screamed out in pain as the doctor twisted the blade before pulling it out. Over and over the doctor stabbed into various places around Izuku's body. Soon blood dripped down the platform they were on.

Now covered in blood the doctor looked at his hand and then looked at Izuku. His breathing was heavy and his injuries bled, "I-Is that all you got?" Taunted Izuku.

Feeling a wave of calm wash over him the doctor took a deep breath and relaxed. "No, this is." This time reaching behind his back the doctor pulled out a revolver. The same one Izuku had, the one that had the adamantium bullet.

One of his eyes was swollen to the point that Izuku couldn't see out of it, but his other eye saw it. The doctor saw the look in Izuku's face, "You know what it is then. Good, at least you'll know what killed you."

Pulling the hammer back the doctor pointed it right at Izuku's head, "Goodbye, my son."

Izuku smiled at the doctor, "I'll see you in hell."

The doctor then began to squeeze the trigger, but just as the hammer was about to launch forward a yell was heard. "NO!"

Appearing from out of nowhere Eri swiped down with her claws. The metal sliced through the doctor's other hand right before he could fire. Landing on the ground, Eri quickly jumped towards Izuku and picked him up, getting him out of the way. By the time the doctor saw his hand hit the railing he looked up to see a cement pillar come at him.

The pillar slammed against the doctor causing him to smash up against the wall. Izuku could barely see but as he looked up he saw Eri, and standing right behind her was Ochaco. "Izuku! Oh thank god you're still alive."

"Eri... Ochaco….how?" Asked Izuku.

"I followed your scent, the clones give off a similar smell but there's only one of you." Said Eri.

Spitting out blood, Izuku tried to force himself up, "The doctor, where's the doctor?"

"Down, but not out. But forget about him, we need to get you out." Explained Ochaco. But Izuku refused.

"N-No, have to kill. Have to get the vial…" that's when Eri stepped in.

"No! It's over dad, you can't win like this. You're bleeding out and bruised, at this rate you'll die." Said Eri, as panic began to set in.

But still Izuku tried to force himself up, "Have to kill him, once and for all."

"She's right son! You can't win! No one can kill me now!" Izuku's eyes widened when he saw the doctor crack open the vial and drink it.

"Eri! Kill him now!" Yelled Izuku.

Still not fully understanding what was going on Eri reacted. Leaving Izuku, she quickly ran at the doctor with her claws at the ready.

Finishing up the last of the serum the doctor looked forward to see Eri in front of him. Swinging her claws Eri sliced the doctor's neck, then following it up with a flip she jabbed her two toe claws into his chest.

While still attached to him Eri lifted the doctor off the ground and flipped him around. Dropping him on his head a loud cracking sound was heard as the doctor broke his neck.

Eri retracted her claws as she stood up straight, "It's done." Turning her back on the doctor, Eri began to walk towards Izuku and Ochaco.

However, as she did her enhanced hearing heard the sound of bones shifting. Stopping, Eri was turning around when out of nowhere bone claws slashed her neck.

Grunting in pain Eri jumped back as another pair of claws slashed her side, cutting her. Sliding to a stop in front of her parents, Eri quickly healed. "What the hell? I thought I killed him."

Izuku, who was being held up by Ochaco, saw the doctor, who had a broken neck, several stab wounds, and a severed hand stand at the end of the railing fully healed. "I guess the old saying is true, if you want something done right, you'll have to do it yourself."

"Shit, he drank it all. The doctor now has all of my powers. That serum was meant for the clones but it seems he changed his mind." Said Izuku.

Ochaco couldn't believe it, "T-That's impossible…"

"Oh you best believe it's possible. You're looking at the truth. Now that I have the serum myself I can use myself as a petri dish and replicate the serum." The doctor then smiled, as bone claws appeared from his hands. "But first I have to get rid of the three of you." With his new powers now unlocked the doctor ran at the three.

Eri stood firm as she popped her claws, "Careful Eri, you can't hold back against him. He's like me back when I had my powers." Warned Izuku.

"Guess I'll just have to kill him first. Besides, I was made to kill you, time to see if Overhaul actually made something worthwhile." Running in to meet the doctor the two pulled their claws back.

But as they met Eri, with her superior claws shattered the bone claws. The doctor winced in pain, seeing a chance Eri spun around as she tried to kick the doctor in the head. But as her foot headed towards it's target, three claw marks stabbed into her foot. "I heal from everything now, even my new bone claws. Now, let's get rid of this sad excuse of an imitation of my work." With his claws healing instantly the doctor stabbed into Eri's gut.

Holding her up with his claws, blood began to drip down the doctor's claws as he pushed them deeper. "Eri!" Yelled Ochaco.

"She'll heal, but she also needs help. I have to go." Said Izuku. "You won't be able to get close enough."

Ochaco turned to Izuku, "No, you're staying here. You're in no condition to fight."

"Ochaco please." Begged Izuku as he grabbed her arm. "I have to do this."

"No, I wont let you kill yourself over this. We can find another way…" but as she spoke Izuku shook his head.

Izuku took Ochaco's hand, "There is no other way. I'm the only one who can do this. Look at me, I'm already knocking on death's door. At least let me make sure the rest of you live a life without him."

Turning to look at Eri, Ochaco noticed that she was being pushed back. Ochaco knew what she had to do but wasn't sure she had the heart to do it, "I don't want to…"

Izuku smiled, "I'll be alright...trust me one more time."

With Eri, when it came down to speed Eri had the doctor beat. For strength, it went to the doctor. But with technique, it came down to experience. Eri had trained with Izuku and gained mastery over her powers. But the doctor was studying Izuku's every movement from the beginning. Every move he ever made the doctor remembered, every slice of his claws, and every drop of blood shead, he remembered.

As they fought the doctor smiled at the sight of seeing Eri struggling. "What's wrong child, feeling pressured? Am I too much for you? This is what happens when others try to replicate my work without my help. Overhaul was a damn fool if he thought you were good enough!"

Eri gritted her teeth, "Shut up!" Grabbing both his arms Eri used them as support as she jumped up and kneed the doctor under the chin.

The doctor staggered back, seeing a chance Eri jumped into the air as she aimed her claws at his neck. But before her claws could reach him, the doctor moved forward so fast that even Eri had a hard time tracking him. Appearing in front of her the doctor caused Eri to flinch, "This ends right now."

Eri didn't even see it coming, but she felt it, as the claws pierced her chest and stabbed into her heart. With the heart still attached to his claws, the doctor pulled her hand back. This caused Eri's heart to rip out of her chest.

With it still beating the doctor held it up, retracting his claws the heart fell into his hands. Hitting the floor hard Eri could see the blood landing into the boiling adamantium below. She would heal but it would take some time.

Crawling her way towards the doctor she managed to grab his ankle. "I-I'll kill you."

Crouching down the doctor put the heart in front of her face. "Just like your father."

Squeezing the heart the doctor caused it to explode. "Heartless." Blood splattered across the railing as Eri tried to move. "Now stay there while I deal with your father."

But as the doctor looked up an animalistic roar was heard echoing throughout the compound. Even the heroes outside felt a shiver down their spines, Aizawa turned and looked at the compound, "Midoriya…"

Inside the doctor looked up at the other end of the railing, pure terror filled his face. The bruising on Izuku's face healed within seconds, the wounds he had over his body as well. But the thing that caught his eye was the blood on Izuku's lip, the doctor then looked behind Izuku to find Ochaco holding her hand as it dripped blood. "What did you do!?"

Ochaco raised her hand and showed the doctor the cut, "Gave us a fighting chance." The doctor's eyes widened when the cut suddenly healed.

"I-Impossible! You have a healing power!?" Ochaco smirked at the doctor. "HOW!?"

"A while ago I basically died, the only reason I'm alive right now is because Izuku gave me some of his blood. Turns out that my body adapted to his blood and gave me a small healing factor. We figured if Izuku healed me with his, maybe I can do the same with mine." Ochaco then looked at Izuku, his breathing was heavy but soon it stabilized. "You good Izuku?"

Izuku wiped the blood from his lip, "Oh yeah, I'm good. But I get the feeling this power won't last long. Guess I'll just have to kill him before it runs out."

The doctor was furious, "Y-YOU, you bastard!"

Running towards Izuku the doctor pulled his claws back, at the same time Izuku rushed him. The both of them threw their fists forward, both piercing each other's chest. Spitting out blood the two looked at each other before pulling their claws free and slashing at each other.

Ochaco rushed in to get Eri out, looking back at the two fight her eyes widened. With blood splattering in every direction Izuku, in the middle of the fight, was smiling. It was on rare occasions Izuku was allowed to let loose, this was one of those times. But at that time Izuku was just fighting to survive, no, he already knew he was going to die. This time he was fighting so the ones behind him could live, to grow and become who they wanted to be.

But that was a luxury Izuku couldn't afford. Since his birth, to his discovery that he had no quirk, Izuku was destined for a life of suffering. The moment he was abducted and turned into a weapon, only furthered that point. When Izuku left UA he had nothing to live for, he already gave up, that is until she came into the picture.

Ochaco Uraraka, the girl who gave him a chance, the girl who saw him for who he truly was, the girl who loved him. She became his top priority, but in that aspect, he failed. His fight with AFO showed him how powerless he truly was when facing a real threat.

Seeing Ochaco's lifeless body in his arms changed him, if only the two of them never met, maybe she wouldn't have suffered. But as fate would have it, it wasn't her time.

And now, with the same blood Izuku used to save Ochaco, she was giving him one final chance. He needed to end this, once and for all. There would be no more chances, no more redos, and no more mercy.

Growling Izuku swiped his claws up, cutting the doctor from waist to chest. Giving him no chance to heal, Izuku jumped up and jabbed his claws into the doctor's neck.

Choking on his own blood the doctor fell to one knee. But with Izuku's claws still in his neck the doctor reached out and grabbed his wrists. "Come now, is that the best you got for me? We both know this can only end one way. Either you die or I do. But now I'm the better version of you, my claws are stronger, my strength greater! My speed, greater! But most importantly…" pulling on Izuku's wrists the doctor pulled out the claws. Once out the wounds healed instantly. "My healing powers, stronger. I doubt even if you cut off my head I would die."

Izuku groaned in pain as he was forced to his knees, "Let's test that shall we?"

Kicking the doctor away, Izuku landed on the railing. That's when Izuku got an idea, swiping his claws from end to end Izuku cut right through the railing. This caused the walkway they were on to collapse under their weight.

Crashing to the floor below Izuku was now surrounded by the containers of Adamantium. Looking at one of them he noticed that they were being siphoned via tubes that led to an unknown place. "That was a mistake Izuku. You've given me just the thing I need to finish you off for good." Said the doctor as he appeared from the steam.

Raising his claws Izuku's eyes widened, "Shit…"

The doctor had dipped his bone claws in the boiling metal and coated them with adamantium. "Now where were we?"

Rushing in, the doctor tried to take Izuku by surprise by jumping at him. Unfortunately Izuku dodged, the doctor stabbed into one of the containers causing adamantium to flow out of it as he pulled out his claws. "Running now? I didn't make you to be a coward Izuku."

Izuku slid to a stop, "I'm not running, I'm surviving."

The doctor laughed, "Yes that's all you do right? Regardless, you won't be able to survive much longer."

Looking down at his cut on his arm Izuku noticed that the rate of healing had slowed down drastically. "The blood, it's wearing off. That just means I'll have to kill you faster now!"

Rushing in Izuku pulled his claws back, the doctor tried to stab downward but Izuku used his claws to block. Pushing him back Izuku then slid under the doctor's legs and cut his Achilles tendons. Falling, the doctor's claws hit the ground, "YOU punk! I'll kill you!" With one hand the doctor then swiped his claws at Izuku. Turning around Izuku stopped it with his own claws but as he did some of the still not hardened adamantium splashed onto his arm, burning him.

Izuku winced in pain as the metal burned and hardened, 'Damn it, I need to be more careful. But I need to find a way to finish off the doctor,...the real question is how?'

As Izuku was pondering that question Eri, who had healed by now, looked down to see them fight. "I have to help dad." Popping her claws Eri was just about ready to jump down when Ochaco stopped her.

Ochaco was looking down and pointing towards one of the containers full of Adamantium, "Wait! Look…"

Eri narrowed her eyes, "Is that…it is! That's how dad will end this." Using her claws to slide down the concrete wall, Eri jumped and landed right next to the gun the doctor had. Seeing if it was still loaded Eri found the one adamantium bullet. "Perfect, destroy his brain and the doctor is no more. Only thing is, we need a clear shot."

Back with Izuku, his arms ached as he was being pushed back. Soon Izuku found himself pressed up against the wall. "Not good…"

Lunging towards him, the doctor kneed Izuku in the stomach. Hunching over in pain Izuku spit out blood, however that's when something stabbed into his gut.

Letting out a gasp for air Izuku looked down to find three claws digging into him. "Sorry, does that hurt?" Asked the doctor. Izuku grunted in pain, "No answer? Then maybe this will get you talking."

All of a sudden the doctor raised his hand, lifting Izuku off the ground. Izuku screamed out in pain as he was now being held up by nothing but the claws.

Blood dripped down onto the floor, Ochaco watched in horror as it unfolded. "Izuku!"

"Now, you die!" The doctor was going to stab Izuku again with his other claws when he sensed something behind him. Turning his head he was surprised to see Eri.

Stabbing into his shoulders, Eri forced the doctor to drop Izuku. Then, using her small size Eri managed to get in front of the doctor and stab his eyes, effectively blinding him temporarily.

Izuku fell to the floor holding his stomach, "Dad!" Yelled Eri as she rushed to his side. That's when she noticed the pool of blood. "N-No…"

"I'll be fine kid, but you need to get out of here and protect your mom. Can you do that for me?" Asked Izuku.

Eri nodded, "I can, and I will. But first you have some unfinished business with the doc." That's when Eri handed over the gun.

Izuku grabbed it, "I'll need a clear shot."

"I have that covered, just don't miss alright? Said Eri.

"Like hell I'll miss." Said Izuku as he was helped to his feet. "Alright kid, show me what you got."

"Watch and learn old man!" Eri then jumped into the fight. The doctor had just finished regenerating his eyes when he looked down to find Eri.

Jumping up, Eri slashed the doctor in his abdomen, completely disemboweling him. The doctor staggered back but soon recovered and swiped at Eri. The doctor's claws managed to stab into Eri's chest, "HA! Got you! Now let's see if I can rip out your heart again." But that's what Eri wanted.

With a smile Eri wrapped her arms and legs around the doctor, locking him in place. "Now you've got nowhere to go. Got a shot dad?"

"I got one clear as day." Said Izuku pointing the gun at the doctor's head.

The doctor's eyes widened when he saw the gun, "Noooooo!"

Izuku was about to squeeze the trigger, when the compound shook violently. Eri and the doctor were thrown to the ground, Izuku stumbled to his feet as the walls began to crumble. "What the hell is going on now!?" asked Izuku as he heard a scream.

Looking up Izuku found that the railing that Ochaco was standing on had fallen to the ground below. Now trapped under the metal railing Ochaco struggled to free herself, that's when the doctor saw an opportunity. Forcing himself up and with Eri still on his back he managed to free one of his arms by using Eri's claws to tear through the muscle.

Eri's eyes widened when she saw that but before she could lock him back in place the doctor healed and elbowed her in the nose, breaking it. Feeling her claws loosen on his back the doctor whiplashed his body causing Eri to fly towards a wall.

Now free and unrestrained the doctor reached out and grabbed one of the metal containers that was holding the molten adamantium. Tightening his grip the doctor caused the metal to bend, "You may have been the perfect killing machine with no weaknesses. But now it seems like you have one crucial weakness. See if you can take care of that weakness!"

With all the strength the doctor had he threw the container towards Ochaco. Izuku's eyes widened as he watched the liquid metal fall out of the container and towards Ochaco. Without even thinking about it Izuku dropped the gun and ran towards her.

Time seemed to slow down around Izuku as he inched closer to her, but that's when he noticed that he wouldn't make it. There wasn't enough time to get her out of the way before the metal poured over her. 'No! I won't fail her again! Get there Izuku! Get there!'

Ochaco was getting the metal railing off of her piece by piece when she noticed that one of the bars had actually stabbed into her side. "D-Damn it…" Grabbing the metal bar Ochaco pulled it out causing blood to spurt out. But thanks to her healing factor it would heal in a bit, however, that's when Ochaco heard the creaking of metal.

Looking up Ochaco's eyes widened as she too saw the metal begin to spill from its container. Panicking, Ochaco began to grab the entire railing but as she did her the backlash of her quirk hit, causing her the feeling to puke. 'N-No, not now!'

With nothing else to do but accept what was going to happen Ochaco sighed, but just as the metal could fall on her. She felt her body being pushed from the side, the push was strong enough to throw her into the nearby wall.

Hitting her head Ochaco winced in pain, looking up she noticed the area she was at was now covered in molten adamantium. "H-How did I get over here?" she asked herself.

But her question was answered when three claws appeared from the molten mess. Instantly she knew who it was, "Izuku!"

Rising up from the adamantium was Izuku, covered from head to toe with the boiling hot metal. From his eyes small holes appeared where the metal hadn't seeped in yet, but it was closing.

Taking a step forward Izuku left a small puddle of liquid adamantium. The metal burned into his skin attaching itself to every fiber of his being. Soon it would cool and harden, never to be broken.

But even now Izuku knew that. So, Izuku still had one more thing to do before it was over. One final kill, to finally put his mind at rest.

The doctor watched in sheer terror as Izuku, now drenched in adamantium, began to walk towards him. "Y-You monster! Stay back!" He yelled out, but Izuku wouldn't stop.

Seeing that Izuku's movement's were now slow the doctor decided to run for it. Running towards a wall the doctor destroyed it, which led to the outside.

Once outside the doctor looked around to find the entire mountain and surrounding forest destroyed. Just as he was going to take off and run a loud bang was heard from inside the compound.

Groaning in pain the doctor looked back to find Ochaco with a smoking gun, she had just fired the adamantium bullet.

Feeling something warm run down his leg the doctor looked down to find his entire right midsection gone. Blood and guts hit the floor sending the doctor to his knees.

Standing in the hole the doctor made in the wall, Izuku turned around, he then looked at Ochaco and nodded. But in that moment another strong shockwave hit the compound, this one was strong enough to collapse the roof. Ochaco looked up to find large chunks of concrete falling but before they could hit her Eri came in and destroyed the slabs.

While still protecting Ochaco, Eri called out to her father. "Go! I'll take care of mom! Finish it!"

That was exactly what Izuku was planning on doing. Still dripping with adamantium Izuku began to walk towards the doctor.

With his body still regenerating the doctor stumbled into the forest, with Izuku giving chase. But as she went deeper the doctor began to notice something was off. The wound, it was closing up but at a much slower rate. "T-The serum, it's fading? No that should be impossible, I made it to last forever, why now!?" That's when he remembered, "The girl…her blood must be mixed in with the serum making it impure!"

Coughing out blood the doctor stumbled, that's when he heard heavy footsteps approaching. Like a beast stalking its prey, Izuku appeared, half of his face now covered.

Every step Izuku now took required a lot more effort. The metal around Izuku was now hardening, making movement difficult. But Izuku kept going.

Making it to the edge of a cliff the doctor couldn't go on. The wound given to him by Ochaco wasn't healing properly, it had healed but the doctor still had a hole right through him that was bleeding profusely.

Falling to his knees at the edge of the cliff the doctor looked on at the mountain range. Still hearing Izuku's steps, it wasn't long before they were right behind him. "I spent my entire life in the pursuit of making something incredible. Countless nights studying, reading, and researching." The doctor laughed. "I guess in some ways, I succeeded. What I'm saying is, all my life I've created. What have you done with yours except be useless and kill?"

Izuku towered over the doctor as the other half of his face had adamantium oozing over it. Letting out a smile that was seen through the adamantium Izuku spoke. "You know what doc, after everything I'm grateful for what happened to me. Yeah it hurt like hell, but without that pain I would have never met everyone at UA. It was thanks to them that I learned so much, and for that I will always be grateful. Especially to Ochaco, she helped me realize that I was much more than just a broken weapon. She taught me what it was like to be human again, to love not only myself, but others as well. You asked me what have I done with my life? Easy, I lived."

Throwing his claws forward Izuku stabbed into the back of the doctor, killing him once and for all. Pulling his claws free the doctor fell forward and off the cliff.

With the adamantium now fully covering his face Izuku fell to his knees. Slowly exhaling Izuku felt his entire body go stiff as the metal finally hardened. "Well, I guess this is it. It's been fun everyone, thank you for everything you've done for me. I just hope you become great heroes one day, but I'm sure you'll be able to. Mom, Eri, and especially Ochaco, I love you. Goodbye…."

With his claws out and his hands on his thighs Izuku's eyes softened as he closed his eyes for the final time. His final thoughts were that of his friends, his family, Ochaco when they first met, the first time they kissed. Then came the memories of fighting and meeting Eri for the first time. He regretted the fact that he wouldn't see her grow up. And yes, he even thought back to the time he was tortured, they weren't happy memories but they helped him become what he was now, a hero. There shining on that mountain cliff was Izuku, wrapped in a coffin of adamantium.

Following the trail of adamantium, Eri ran through the forest. After saving Ochaco, she took off to find Izuku. Clearing the tree line Eri stopped when she saw the cliff. Her eyes began to water as she approached the ledge. Her lips trembled as she now stood in front of the encased Izuku. "Fuck….I didn't make it…."

"Eri! Is Izuku over here!? Is he alright?" Asked Ochaco, appearing from the tree line, along with the rest of class 1A.

That's when Ochaco noticed what Eri was standing next to. "N-No, please…"

Walking over in silence Ochaco went in front to get a closer look. Covering her mouth with her hand, Ochaco began to cry as she saw Izuku's face. "Oh God, please no, not him. Please not him…."

Ochaco then began to punch at the adamantium, "Come on break! Break God damn it!" For several seconds Ochaco punched the adamantium in an effort to break Izuku out. But not even Eri's claws could break the now hardened metal.

With bloody fists and tears running down her face Eri reached out and grabbed Ochaco's hand. "M-Mom, please. He's gone…"

Sobbing, Ochaco put her head against Izuku's chest and began to cry. Her cries echoed throughout the mountain range as she mourned the loss of the person she loved the most.

The day was won, All For One was defeated. But why didn't it feel like they truly won?

AN: Dun Dun Dun! And thus ends the life of Izuku. Born without powers, forced to become a weapon, and in his final moments became a true hero.
