Reyna's plan was to have sex with Jason and then leave his house. She didn't plan to cuddle with him after they were done. She also didn't plan to fall asleep in his arms. And to wake up the next morning still in his bed? Not happening.

Yet, that was where Reyna found herself. Her eyes drifted open and focused on the wall opposite of her. She could feel Jason's arm wrapped securely around her, and his face rested against her back and hair. Reyna closed her eyes again and felt more relaxed than she had the past few months.

Sex had been... amazing. Reyna couldn't remember the last time she had sex like that. Hell, she never did. Jason had been slow and gentle at first, only increasing the pace when she was comfortable. By the end of it, they had been going hard enough to shake the walls, and the neighbors probably hated them.

Reyna never had someone treat her like Jason did. She told him that she wouldn't get feelings for him, and she wouldn't. But, she really enjoyed having sex with him. Reyna knew that Jason enjoyed it too, especially when she took charge.

Offering to have sex with Jason hadn't been her original intent. It was just something about what he said. About wanting to be comfortable with the person he slept with. Reyna never had the opportunity for that, and when she saw a chance, she took it. She was glad it went better than she hoped.

It was also nice to do things on her own terms. To have the choice. To show that what happened in the past didn't have to control her future because she would not let it. Deciding to have sex with Jason was therapeutic in a way.

The two of them had been exhausted afterward, but that wasn't the reason Reyna didn't go home. She just felt comfortable with him. Jason shifted and started to move his arm. Then, he allowed it to relax.

"Jason?" Reyna asked softly.

"Morning," Jason mumbled tiredly. Reyna turned in his grasp and looked at him. He smiled at her. "You were amazing last night."

"You're not so bad yourself," Reyna commented. Her ear twitched, and she heard the front door open.

"Jason! I brought breakfast!" Thalia called.

"Shit!" Jason whispered sharply as he quickly sat up. "Um, one second, Thalia!"

Reyna tensed and saw Jason stand from the bed. He quickly moved to his door as it was opened. Jason caught the door, "I did say one second!"

"I'm impatient," Thalia complained. "Whose bra is that?"

Reyna stayed frozen in bed. She saw Jason tense as well. Thalia laughed, "Oh, you are so showing me your date. I'll be waiting."

Jason sighed and closed the door, "Sorry. She's not going to let us sneak out the window."

"It's okay," Reyna said as she stood. She hadn't planned on telling anyone that she slept with Jason, but she supposed that it would have gotten out to everyone sooner or later.

"Here. Let me get you some clothes," Jason offered as he moved towards his closet. "I don't want you to wear your dirty ones."

"Thanks," Reyna began. Jason dug through his closet and pulled out two shirts and two pairs of shorts.

"I only have boxers," Jason began as he grabbed a couple of pairs. Reyna nodded, and the clothes were handed off to her. She slowly changed into Jason's clothes. His shirt was a little too large for her, but the shorts fit well enough that they wouldn't fall off easily.

"Thanks for last night," Jason said as he looked at Reyna. "You were right in saying that I had been holding back. It felt great to finally let it all out. Are you sure I didn't hurt you?"

"You didn't," Reyna promised. Jason smiled and walked out of the room. Reyna carefully followed behind him. The two of them walked into the living room. Reyna was a little nervous to see Thalia sitting on the couch, eating a hashbrown.

And Reyna was not expecting Annabeth and Piper to be sitting next to Thalia.

Reyna froze and stared at the three across from her. Jason stopped walking as well, "If I knew you all were coming over, I would have been awake early."

And Reyna would have gotten the fuck out of there.

That thought did little to comfort Reyna as she saw Piper's intensifying glare directed at herself. Annabeth had an inquisitive look, and Thalia was just scanning her up and down.

No one said a word. Not until Thalia held up a bag of food, "You two can split it."

"Thanks," Jason muttered as he walked towards Thalia. He took the bag and then looked at Reyna. There was a blush on his face. Reyna wasn't so much embarrassed as she was worried about Piper trying to attack her.

Jason offered her the bag. Reyna slowly spoke, "I'm going to go to the bathroom first."

"I'll save you half," Jason promised. Reyna nodded and took a step back. She moved back into the hallway and closed the door.

"So, you two have fun? "Thalia asked. Reyna's ear twitched as she listened to the conversation. Someone stood from the couch, and they walked away. Another pair of footsteps followed not long after. "Piper doesn't look happy."

"I don't know why," Jason muttered. "We agreed to stop sleeping together."

"You and Reyna?" Thalia began. "Do tell me everything."

"Ew!"

"Not like that, idiot."

Reyna closed her eyes and tried to tune Jason and Thalia out. She focused on the words a little further away as Annabeth spoke, "I don't know why you're mad."

"How can he and Reyna just sleep together?" Piper demanded.

"It's not like you and Jason are dating. Isn't this what you wanted?" Annabeth asked. Piped huffed. "You were the one who said that you don't want to sleep with Jason unless you two are dating. He said no, and you both agreed it was for the best. Now, you're mad he slept with someone else?"

"I know that is what he agreed on, but it hurts that he immediately found someone else to do it with," Piper explained. "I bet they were fucking before Jason and I were done."

"You and Jason didn't have anything to be done with, Piper. You can't be mad about this," Annabeth reprimanded. It sounded like she was trying to be gentle but firm. "And, do you really think Jason would sleep with more than one person at a time? I wasn't expecting him to find anyone so soon either, but it happens."

"Whatever," Piper grumbled.

"Piper, you need to be mature about this," Annabeth warned. Reyna tuned out the conversation and opened her eyes. She stepped out of the bathroom. Part of her regretted sleeping with Jason because it was only going to cause more drama with Piper. Then again, the woman seemed to hate her for no good reason and couldn't let go of what happened with Lycaon, so why did Reyna give a shit?

Reyna stepped out of the bathroom and walked toward the living room. She glanced at Jason, "I should go."

"Are you sure?" Jason asked. Reyna nodded and made her way towards the front door. "Hey, Reyna. Wait."

Reyna ignored him as she stepped out of the house. She heard Jason hurry behind her and sighed as they both made it outside.

"I didn't realize Thalia would bring anyone over. I'm sorry. Let me give you a ride home, though," Jason began.

"Alright," Reyna relented. She shifted before Jason led her to his car. He remained silent, but there was poorly concealed guilt in his features. "It's okay, Jason. I don't blame you."

"And about Piper," Jason began as he got in his car.

"She can be mad. I don't care," Reyna dismissed as she sat in the passenger's seat. She stared down at her lap. "Are we okay, well, are you okay to do it again?"

"I am," Jason confirmed. He glanced at her. "Are you?"

"Yes," Reyna answered. She forced herself to relax. And, she was going to have plenty of fun that night with all the looks she would get after everyone at the bar learned she slept with Jason.

Hylla focused out the window of her car. She had spent the last few days trailing Thalia Grace. The lieutenant should not have ignored her when she called to warn about the beast that was in her city. Especially when there was a massacre not long after.

This damn place was a cesspool. Hylla's investigations revealed nothing, and she had Otrera breathing down her neck, demanding for an update that Hylla didn't have. She had not found her father's killer yet, but she would soon.

That was why she tailed Thalia. The woman had been investigating her crime, and hopefully, she would lead Hylla to some kind of clue. Instead, Thalia led her to the promised land.

Hylla gawked as she watched the two people walk out of the house. One was a blonde boy with glasses. He said something to his companion before walking to his car. His companion followed, and Hylla kept her gaze on that person. On her sister.

"Reyna," Hylla whispered. She felt rage boiling in her chest, and her hands gripped her steering wheel tightly. Reyna sat in the car with Jason, and the two drove off. A cruel smile came to Hylla's face, and she slowly followed after them, careful to keep a safe distance.

Hylla had not seen her sister in a very long time, and they were long overdue for a reunion.
