Author's Notes: Well, well, my first fic under my new penname (I was formerly Iniko). More of a drabble, actually. It takes place just after Lina defeats Shabranigdo, and may be just a little sappy. Reviews aren't necessary, but they do make me happy. Nevertheless, I hope it is enjoyable.
Disclaimer: I do not own Slayers or the characters, eh?

Gourry trudged along with Lina on his back as Zelgadis strode silently beside them. Some of Lina's white hair drifted over his shoulder and he glanced at it.
"We there yet?" her voice mumbled. It sounded like she was dozing off, so he didn't answer. He had some mild fatigue of his own, but Lina could hardly stand after the feat she pulled off.
Somewhere in the back of his mind, he hoped that she wouldn't start to drool on his shoulder. Still, he didn't mind carrying her. He really would not have minded carrying her in his arms, either.
