"How much longer?" "Just a few minutes, Luz," Camila assured her daughter as the two were waiting to simply exchange a paycheck from her work while Luz read a newspaper.

"Stocks, stocks, free cats!?" "No." Luz simply gave her mother a stern look as the doors opened followed by the sound of a violin playing and then a loud shockwave shattering glass and windows as everyone quickly dropped to the floor. "Alright you all know the drill just stay down and you'll be alright."

A person said holding a violin told them as they played it again as a strange energy source came from it as the musician then played the last note sending another shockwave which then knocked down the large vault door as the alarm rang off as they quickly started shoving cash inside two duffle bags which they carried as they walked out to the middle.

"Thank you for your patience and appreciation for this performance!" They said as the violin was being played again only for a want to be a hero to tackle them sending the playing bow into the air as another shockwave then shattered the ceiling cracking it and causing a chandelier to break off as started falling towards a civilian who one second was in the way and the next wasn't as the violinist then swung the bow as blood-stained it before they quickly ran outside before the authorities arrived.

Luz looked around as her mother then hugged her sobbing as she saw a deep cut in her arm. "Mom what just..." "I'm just glad you're ok."

Back home after getting her arm stitched Camila then went to the bathroom as she pulled off her sweater and shirt showing a few scars, a third-degree burn, two types of frostbite, and a large slash on her torso as Luz walked in.

"Mom what happened to..." "Luz tell me what's the only club let you join every year at school?" "Yearbook that's what you make me do every time." "But do you know why?"

"No." The 14-year-old said as Camila then lead Luz to her bedroom as she sat down. "You love superheroes right?" "Yeah, they are so amazing." "You know the classics?" "Everyone does."

She then handed Luz a yearbook from her school years as she flipped to the science fair page showing her and two others next to a small device and a description reading Camila Noceda, Raine Whispers, and Lilith Clawthorne with their particle accelerator.

"Ok, so you were a nerd?" "I mostly came up with the idea, Raine promoted it and Lilith built it." "But what does that have to do with..."

Luz then saw her mother was gone as she then felt a gust of wind as she was back with a pile of old newspapers most of them talking about an accident.

"We were all ready, Raine wanted to practice their speech and Lilith needed to make a few adjustments so we broke in the night before the fair, I can't remember what happened after only that we all suffered from high energy exposure and the next few weeks strange things happened to us." "Like?"

Camila then sighed before handing Luz a ring. "Go on open it." Luz did as she was then covered with a purple and white suit with goggles. "Wait no way are you saying that your..." "Bingo."

Luz then squealed in joy before taking a step as she then ran straight into a wall as Camila lifted her. "Yeah, you're going to need some practice with your ability." "Well this is clearly not the PG-style origin I've wanted but it's a start!"

Raine burst into a warehouse tired and exhausted as they then tossed five duffle bags of cash onto a table ruining a card game. "There that's about three and a half million hopefully." The card players Lenord and Lisa Snart, Mick Rory, and George "Digger" Harkness then took a bag each and examined it. "Newbie just had good old luck." "Let's see how lucky they are while running on third-degree b..."

Riane then simply let out another sonic wave with their violin sending them flying into the air. "Never threaten me, ever," Riane said as they grunted as their veins were bright red as they played more music sending out more sonic blasts. "Damn this pain, doesn't matter because tonight we raid S.T.A.R labs for a certain someone."

Raine then poured a glass and raised it. "To the Rouges!" "The Rouges!" The rest of them shouted as Raine then snatched Rory's heat gun using it to burn an old photo. "You are going to pay for what you did to me Clawthone." They said as the photo then finally burned around a young Lilith.
