Welcome back, it's almost spooky season soon, hopefully, this series will get you in the mood, Like, follow, and review.
"Well, here it is, your good old Bonesborough storage thingy," Boscha said as Luz looked at the building which was closed and locked.
"And how are we getting in there?" The human asked as Boscha then pulled out a Grudgby ball as she lit it on fire before tossing it at the metal shutter door as it exploded making a large hole in it. The group walked in to see the whole place was dark as Luz used her flashlight mode on her phone while the rest used torches.
"Alright everyone stays together as we check every aisle one by one," Boscha ordered as the recruits of three illusionists (Randall, Zach, and Luz's friend Gus) two oracles (Ryan, and Clara), and a bard (Jim) then agreed as they went on to the first aisle of grains and cereal.
"Ok try to find anything that might look good," Luz said as she put a bag of bread in her bag while the rest started doing the same thing while Skara, Jim, and Zach checked the pharmacy counter to find the door locked although the counter was open. "Ok, who's going first?" Skara asked as Jim then crawled over the counter as Zach and Skara kept a lookout.
"Isn't it better and faster to split up?" Ryan asked Boscha who gave him and Clara a cold look. "Alright but stay close, hey human we're going to find fresh cold meat keep an eye on your team!" The triclops told Luz who quickly nodded as she lead Randall and Gus to the clothing section.
Skara was worried as Jim was gone for ten minutes as she called his name. "Jim hurry up will ya!"
"Hey don't shout I'm fine," Jim said as he showed up with a bag of pills and vitamins. "Wow, I'm surprised," Skara told him as Zach started taking snacks from the front checkout and stuffing it in his pockets.
"Nothing like a bag of Hex-mix to brighten the..." He stopped as a piece of glass drywall fell from the ceiling next to him followed by blood as a thin Revenant fell from the store roof as its organs got caught in the lighting as it dangled in the air. "Guys... we have company."
"So Eda's gone?" "Gus asked Luz who was trying her best to change the subject. "What? tell me how does this look?" Luz asked him as she pulled out a sweater from a rack while Randall started stuffing his bag with clothing. "Would be nice not to wear these uniforms for a change."
"Yeah, your right," Luz told him as she pulled out a T-shirt that read Over 30 and flirty causing her to quickly put it back. "Hey what's up with her?" Randall asked Gus. "It's complicated for her right now," Gus told him as Randall took the shirt and stuffed it in his bag.
"Raw, smelly, and spoiled!" Boscha said as she started tossing away open and eaten packets of meat while Ryan and Clara started looking at cheese. "Hey careful with that the human is lactose intolerance, she fought a glass of milk during grom night."
The two oracles then laughed before Boscha gave them a cold look.
"Wait your serious?" Ryan asked her. "Yes, I am." She told him while stuffing Swiss cheese and rice milk in her bag when Clara screamed as a revenant in the deli aisle grabbed her as she quickly shoved it away before grabbing it and shoving its head into a meat slicer as Boscha then heard pounding from the freezer aisle as the door broke off as several frozen revenants slowly walked slower than the average revenant as Ryan then took a sign and swung it at them smashing a few bones before stomping their heads in. "See easy as..." Ryan then screamed when a hidden revenant grabbed his neck and bit his arm as Clara and Boscha then quickly disposed of it as Boscha then grabbed a cleaver. "We're going to have to..." Boscha stopped as she saw a deep scratch on Ryan's neck. "Oh, shit..."
Skara and Jim heard Zach scream as they followed his voice to see several revenants falling from the ceiling as Zach quickly climbed a self only for his weight to cause it to fall over him while crushing a few revenants. "We're coming Zach!" Skara told him as she then fired her crossbow at the dead while Jim took a shovel and swung at them as a Revenant then grabbed and lunged at him before he pushed it away and drove the shovel into its head as Zach crawled out as a Revenant then fell on him and tore open his neck as blood gushed out. "ZACH!"
Luz, Gus, and Randall then heard screams from both directions. "We need to get the cart now!" Luz told the guys as the sounds of moaning came from the front entrance as Revnants started walking inside. "Gus you get Skara, I'll get Boscha, and Randall finds a way out of here." "Got it." The two said as they split and ran as Randall went to get a ladder.
Luz ran up to Boscha, Clara, and Ryan who was bleeding from the bite. "Fuck, fuck fuck!" Boscha swore as Clara was in a state of losing her mind. "What happened?" Luz asked as Boscha told her everything. "Damn it if we take him he's a danger of turning and..." Clara then screamed as she snatched the cleaver from Boscha and quickly swung it deep into Ryan's head.
Gus quickly found Skara and Jim as Zach was on the floor bleeding as a Revenant ate his corpse.
"Oh, my titan." "Gus stop standing there and help us!" Jim yelled as he continued swinging his shovel at the revenants as Skara shook her crossbow. "It's jammed shit!"
Skara then simply took the bolt out of her crossbow and stabbed a revenant with it as Randall showed up with a ladder. "There's a back door and a small building next to here all we got to do is just climb and then jump from there," Randall said as they followed him.
"What the fucking hell Clara?" Luz screamed at her as Clara still held the bloody cleaver in her hands. "There was no other way..."
Boscha was now full of rage as she simply said "Leave." "What?" Luz asked Boscha as Clara was shaking in fear. "Leave and never come back if you step foot at Hexside I'll fucking kill you!"
"Calm down, we'll deal with her in a nonviolent way," Luz told Boscha as Clara looked at the cleaver before saying. "Your right... I don't deserve to be in this realm..." "Wait what are you..." Luz then stopped as Clara then simply swung the cleaver deep into her abdomen as Luz screamed while Boscha turned white.
"Please just leave me like this..." Clara spoke her final words before succumbing to her-self injury as Luz and Boscha simply left her on the floor before finding the rest of the remaining group.
Now back together the group followed Randall's plan as they uses a ladder to climb on top of another building with a secure roof as the cart was about a few inches away as Luz whistled causing the griffon to stop near a fence.
"OK should be an easy jump from here," Boscha said as she and Skara then leaped and landed on the wooden floor of the cart as Skara took the reins while the rest tossed their supplies at them before jumping on as Randall was the last one as he backed up and ran only to slip and fall onto the fence as he screamed. "Shit." Luz and Boscha then got off and saw Randall dangling from the fence as his leg was impaled by the sharp points.
"It hurts..." "Randall by quiet will you," Boscha asked him as Luz then pulled out a knife causing Randall to start hyperventilating. "OK this is going to hurt but I'm going to... cut into him to make it easier to pull him out."
Randall then screamed as Luz drove the knife into his wound tearing a bit of bone and muscle as Boscha began to pull his leg off the fence as revenants slowly came closer. "Can't you hurry up?!" "Boscha it's a slow process that takes time to..."
"We don't have time!" Boscha told her as the revenants were now near them as Boscha then grabbed Luz and started to pull her back.
"Don't leave me please!" Randall yelled as Boscha stopped and sighed. "Luz hold his mouth will you?" Luz did as Randall's screams were muffled a bit as Boscha counted "One, two, three!"
She then pulled Randall off the fence as it then tore off a bit of his calf muscle causing him to yell in pain as Luz then hauled him into the cart while Boscha started wrapping gauze and bandages on the torn leg as they rode off while Jim held his side in pain. "You alright?" Gus asked. "I'm fine just a sore that's all." He told him as he turned around and lifted his shirt seeing a small bite mark on his side as they rode back to the school.
