The Village Of Hardecenne
Part 1 of 3
SUMMARY: One Prophecy. One romance. Two enemies. What to do? Read on, stranger.
Chapter 1: The Prophecy
Hannah awoke, having had the same dream over and over. This, however, was no ordinary dream. You see, Hannah was a prophet, thus, they were visions. She quickly got a quill and parchment, and began writing.
Parcynthios looked out the window of his large bedroom chamber. He, the prince, had no one to talk to, no one to speak to. Therefore, when he left the castle for his hourly walk, he went to Hardecenne Lake, holding a package containing a small scroll, a quill, and the original bottle and cork. He sat and began writing:
To whomever may find this,
You may have never heard of this place, but I am a prince in the land of Hardecenne. It is always warm, and the view is amazing. I cannot tell you my name, for whoever you are, you may use it against me. Please return a response when the wind is blowing north to south.
Yours,
P.D.C.M.
Hermione Granger was talented in many ways: she was smart, funny, and…a witch. She walked to the Dead Ocean (which led to Hardecenne) every morning, which would explain her beauty that was not only in her face: She had caramel colored hair, eyes of a coca colour, and a beautiful slim body. She began her day by getting a snack bar and walking to the beach (Or apparating, but she liked seeing the view.) Today was no different. Once she got to the lake, she saw a dirty bottle on the ground. "People these days and loitering!" But as she picked it up, she saw a piece of parchment. "What have we here?" she asked herself. It reminded her of Harry's story of his latest adventure, being saved from a man – eating squid. She opened the bottle and read. 'Oh my god!' She thought. She just then realized the wind was blowing north to south. Not wanting to waste time, she grabbed a quill and some spare parchment out of her handbag and began to write:
P.D.C.M.,
It's a pleasure to meet you. I withhold my name as well, to make it fair. You can call me H.J.G. or H. Did you write because you're lonely? I am as well, during the summer. But when I'm at Hogwarts (it's a school, have you heard of it?), my friends are always there, like bodyguards protecting a princess. Is Hardecenne nice? Please respond!
♥H.J.G.♥
And she set it afloat in the water, where it was washed away by the tide and out of sight.
