Tecteun has always been running.

She ran when she found that little girl on the wormhole, she formed Division for the sole purpose of running to different planets when the new society she formed called Time Lords becomes too stiff and restricting. And in those cases, her similarities to her purported child are more than she'd like to admit.

The Doctor. Always running, always saving, always being so irritatingly good and persistent.

Tecteun feels sympathy for her—for the Doctor is a female in this incarnation that she calls Thirteen (but Tecteun knows that there's hundreds more behind that that she doesn't know about).

But the Doctor is weak. She's millions of years old, even if she doesn't remember some of those years, and Tecteun was centuries younger than that when she realized that it was pointless to continue saving in the fashion that the Doctor does.

Tecteun does not get attached—which is how she now stands, hands clasped, dispassionately watching her universe—her old universe—slowly crumbling.

The Doctor hates her for it, which isn't surprising. The Doctor has hated Tecteun for ages now, but Tecteun still wishes that she could get the Doctor to understand the right perspective.

The universe needs this, Tecteun needs this, and the Doctor needs this—even if she hasn't figured it out yet.

A/N: So, I haven't loved seasons 11-13. Not because of Jodie Whittaker-I have nothing against her, and I think that's she's doing a fantastic job as the first female doctor. I wish that she had gotten a better showrunner than Chibnall, but I'm hoping against hope that she'll get a good bow out this season. I also did not love the Timeless Child storyline, but at least it's finally getting closed up. (Does anyone know if Thirteen will be regenerating on the last Flux episode? I'm confused at exactly when the reported specials will be coming out)

Anyway. Tell me what you've though of this season so far!
