This Could Be The Start Of Something New (Cindy's POV)
I looked up at him. He was so cute, sitting there taking notes on such a boring subject. How does he do it? Maybe I should ask him. Yeah, that's it. Afterschool-today, I guess. I can do this-I can do this. It's as simple as that. And maybe I could even ask him to become friend with me-like a peace offering...THAT'S IT!
Living in my own world
Didn't understand
That anything can happen
When you take a chance
RING
Afterschool already? Oh yeah, my plan. Okay, I have one chance at this. There he is.
Me: Hey, Jimmy. Can I meet you behind the school?
Jimmy: Uh, sure Cindy, but it has to be quick because I sorta gotta go somewhere.
Cindy: Oh, it will be quick.
Okay, this is it. Just ask him 2 questions and I'm gone. I know I can do this.
I never believed in
What I couldn't see
I never opened my heart
To all the possibilities
Behind the school
Me: So umm Jimmy, I wanted to ask you...how do you do it?
Jimmy: Do what?
Me: You know...pay attention through Ms Fowls boring subjects.
Jimmy: Oh, I sorta take notes, on how to do problems-well sometimes. Or I just day dream.
Me: Okay, and one more question.
I know that something has changed
Never felt this way
We're right here tonight
This could be the start
Of something new
It feels so right
To be here with you
Ohhh
And now looking in your eyes
I feel in my heart
Feel in my heart
The start of something new
Jimmy: What?
Me: You think we could be friends?
Jimmy: Maybe but-
I kissed Jimmy before he could say another word.
Jimmy: Ugh, why'd you kiss me-
Me: Maybe I like you...
I started to blush. I got really nervous because I never kissed a boy-on the lips. I ran-but Jimmy grabbed my arm and I started to blush.
Jimmy: Why are you still blushing?
Me: You're holding my hand.
Then, he kissed me back. And for that afternoon, he forgotten about his IMPORTANT meeting woth Carl and Sheen. I don't care, all afternoon I spent with Jimmy's lips-as you can guess.
Short, I know thats why its Oneshot. Anyways, no flames! I hope you enjoyed it.
