The ventilation grille broke off and a chase with zuma in your paws, hit the desk, then fell to the sides.
If the grille hadn't slowed them down a bit, Chase would have had a broken spine.
- Are you okay?
- It's ok . And you? You hit the desk.
- My back hurts a bit, but I will survive.
Now as they looked around, they noticed that they were not in the basement as expected.
They were in what felt like a lab.
The medical and research equipment was all around and it looked broken, and there were blood stains, but no bodies.
They started walking down the dark corridor.
- What is this place? Zuma asked
- I can only guess. Chase said
They entered what looked like offices, on one of the rusty plates they saw the word "Chief Scientist" and the rest was unreadable.
They went in there and looked around for maybe something to explain what happened here.
There were several papers in the folders which prevented the papers from being damaged.
Chase began reading aloud
- March 2, 1969
- We begin a trial of the hallucinatory remedy.
- According to research, it should give hallucinations strong enough that exposed people should die of fear.
- A small amount, however, should only check for minor hallucinations.
- That clears up many things. Zuma said
Chase knew she probably saw something similar to him, but preferred not to ask.
Already his hallucinations will return in nightmares.
- February 14, 1970
- We are starting a new project called "BANE"
