Part of the "Spring Cleaning 2019" Event

Hey there guys, welcome to another one of my plotbunnies. This was heavily inspired by the story "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" by kathryn518 (id: 11157943), which I highly recommend reading if you're interested in a damn good Star Wars and HP crossover. Seriously, it's that good. Every chapter is at least 10k words long prior to notes and replies or whatever else she does.

Anyhow, what should you expect from this fic? Well while this story will be taking place in the Star Wars universe primarily there will be strong overtones of Halo based technologies and some references to Mass Effect as well, primarily the species though that exist in it; I also intend to use some ship designs from the Stargate series. There will also be some references to other things like Ghost in the Shell and other video games and anime; however, the primary focus will be, as it is shown above, of Harry Potter and Star Wars. Before we get into the story, I got some content flags for you, yay.

MoD!Borderline Immortal!Force user!Harry - Alright, so this is how this is going to work for Harry. When he collected the Hallows, he was made the Master of Death, which makes him borderline immortal, as lopping off his head will surely kill him. I have also decided that Harry will be able to use the Force as well and that magic is a localized application of the Force that he can use. There might be times where magic is compared to Sith sorcery as there are some parallels between the two.

Displaced!Liselle T'Loak - Who I'd this person, you may be asking. Well in Mass Effect there's a character named Aria T'Loak, this character is her daughter. This character was briefly introduced in one of the companion books for Mass Effect before she was killed off by Cerberus in between ME2 and ME3 prior to Aria being kicked off of Omega by Cerberus landing her in that bar on the Citadel. While Liselle was killed off on Omega, the Force willed her to meet up with Harry.

Extended Universe not dismissed - What does this mean? I'm completely disregarding and throwing out Disney's decision to throw away the Extended Universe that was being built over the course of the last twenty plus years. I, and many others grew up with that universe. I mean Disney has shaved the Star Wars saga down to primarily the movies, two TV shows, and a few books; it's depressing how much lore they threw out.

Pairings: As of right now I am undecided whether I will make this a multi or a single pairing as this, for the time being, is a pilot plotbunny.

Warning: I am not completely up to date on my Star Wars tech, but I will do as much research as I can to keep some sort of authenticity.

Disclaimer: I own nothing except my desktop and my copy of MS Word. Star Wars belongs to Disney regretfully. Harry Potter belongs to JK Rowling, Scholastic Books, and the Warner Brothers. The asari of Mass Effect belongs to EA and Bioware. Any tech referenced of Halo belongs to 343i and Microsoft. See the foreword for the full disclaimer.

"Gather around everyone!" a man called out. The man, sitting around a fire pit holding a stringed instrument, strumming it as he turned it, at a spaceport was quite odd. However, this was one of the spacers that traveled through Mos Espa that ran weapons and spice for the Hutt cartels by the name of Marcus, no known surname. Whenever he came through town to offload or stock back up he would tell the slave children, and other adults who would listen, to his tales. "Yes, yes gather 'round Marcus," he said letting loose a hearty laugh that would brighten any child's day, slave or not.

"Are you going to tell us about the Angels of Iego?" a sandy-blonde human boy asked.

"No, no. Something far more mysterious: The Legend of the Eternal Wanderer." Marcus began to strum a haunting melody on his instrument. "There is a legend about a human male. A man who looks no older than a man of twenty-five yet is more cunning and wise than any Jedi Grandmaster and is so much older. It is said that this man has appeared all throughout known galactic history giving off an aura of power seen only in the most powerful of Sith and Jedi masters. It is said he travels in a starship of a design and technology level no one has seen before and wears armor made from the same metal like the Mandalorians have in their armor, but instead of a T-visor, he has a reflective, silver visor.

"He occasionally takes on a companion who he disappears with for years at a time. He also hums and whistles tunes no one recognizes and occasionally says, 'I'm the type of guy that likes to roam around,' along with 'I'm a wanderer, yeah a wanderer. Around, around, around.' If rumors are to be believed he met and fought with Revan and several other Sith and Jedi over the years. He is said to disappear in the blink of an eye, like a mirage or other optical illusion. One minute you're walking past him, you turn around and it was though he was never there to begin with. Those who have had actual interactions with him say that once he finishes what he came to do he leaves with a wink, a quip, and a wry grin."

A jet-black ship, roughly the size of a YT-1300 class freighter, drifted past a large moon as it sailed against the backdrop of a star-studded emptiness of space. The ship was angular and fierce looking, yet elegant in its appearance. Once one person noted that it resembled a bird of prey. The pilot once stated that the design was similar to atmospheric fighters used by the, currently undiscovered by the Republic, civilization on Adumar. The purpose of this vessel? To spy on enemies. However, this was not what the vessel was being used for at the moment. Who would need such a vessel?

Inside the ship, inside the captain's quarters lay a lithe female, naked as the day she was born, who was sleeping comfortably underneath the covers of the bed; she seemed to be between her upper twenties to lower thirties in appearance. She woke up when she tried to reach out for the warmth of her partner but failed. She sleepily sat up and yawned as she stretched. As she did the covers fell away revealing her perky c-cup, if she remembered her breast sizes by human standards right, breasts. Said female had an angelic face, a slim waist, a round and firm butt, and toned legs. She was the envy of every female humanoid as they wanted to be her and every male wanted to make her theirs. As she stood up one thing specific was quite unique about her, it was that she was blue. No, not blue as in depressed but blue as in her skin was blue. Now that wasn't entirely what made her extremely unique, it was the fact she was a species that the rest of the galaxy had never heard or seen before. Sure there was the twi'lek race that also occasionally had blue or teal skin, though they primarily were green or yellow, she was not of that race, she was an Asari as she lacked lekku, or brain tails as they did.

Now how does an Asari get from her home on Omega onto a stealth ship used as a freighter? That's something that both her and her 'owner', at least that's what her partner was in the Outer Rim, still tried to figure out well over fifty years later. He had just said eventually after much discussion that it was the Will of the Force that brought her to him, for whatever reason. He had rescued, bought her, from slavers that found her on their ship when the Force just compelled him to do so. Ever since then she worked for her new 'master' as his second in command on his prototype Sahara-class Prowler.

She swung her legs out from under the covers and walked over to the refresher, her feet warmed by the ship's AI as it sensed pressure on the floor. "Babe? Where'd you go?" she asked as she saw the refresher was empty. There were few places he could really go on a Prowler: the captain's quarters, the cockpit, and the cargo bay. Where there were crew quarters as well, the duo was the only two running the ship at the moment. She grabbed a spandex-like shirt and a pair of sweatpants, deciding to go with a lack of undergarments for the time being, and walked out of their shared quarters.

She walked onto the bridge of the Prowler and saw the two occupants at their stations unmoving, one in the helmsman's station and the other at the weapons controls; but then again, they were Shells for the two AIs currently in the ship's computers.

"Cat? Johnson?" she asked. At once on the captain's command chair, two holograms appeared one olive green male and cobalt blue female. The female one looked to be in her mid-twenties, slim, had long hair, wore a scientist's lab coat, and had cat ears and tail, hence her name Cat. She had a tendency to be snarky and sarcastic at times the male looked to be older. He was wearing armor similar to what her 'master' wore except for one key difference, instead of a polarized visored helmet he wore a military cap. Some other defining features he had been what looked like a mustache and a military-style haircut that you could only see when he removed his hat; he also occasionally smoked a cigar that he always had on hand and he kept a 'slug-thrower' pistol on his thigh.

"Miss Liselle, how can we assist you today?" Cat asked politely.

"Does it involve blowing up something?" Johnson asked hopefully.

The Asari shook her head, "No, I'm looking for the captain."

The cat-eared AI paused for a split second. "He's in the cargo bay preparing a swoop for departure," she replied.

"Wait, I thought we were in transit to Nar Shadaa?"

"We are ahead of schedule and are making a stop, captain's orders," the AI replied.

She felt the ship rumble slightly before stopping. "We have arrived."

There were times where times where she was genuinely surprised, like the fact that the ship always had a smooth reentry every time, unlike many craft from her home that always had a slight rumble that you could feel through the floor, but then again the shields that this ship has been superior to any of the ship's back home.

"What is he up to?" Liselle asked.

"Something personal, he said he'd be back in two galactic standard hours," Cat replied as the cargo ramp lowered abs the sound of a repulsor engine left with a whine.

The wind whipped around the black armored being as he traveled at high speeds towards parts unknown to anyone but him. After about twenty minutes of traveling at the swoop's top speed, he stopped at what looked to be an ancient graveyard.

He dismounted the advanced machine and walked slowly towards the solve arch that marked the entrance of the graveyard. The grass and other plants had grown since the last time he came here. His armored footfalls were muffled by the grass and the breeze that blew through the graveyard. The armored man walks towards a row he knew all too well. He stopped in front of a series of headstones that, while they looked neat and orderly, looked as though they hadn't been touched in years. The man reached up and twisted his helmet so it broke the atmospheric seal that made his armor vacuum rated with a hiss. He removed the helmet and placed it under his arm.

If one was viewing this scene they writings have seen a human male who looked to be in his late twenties to early thirties, had a head of thick black hair that was styled in a way that women would consider handsome, a slightly tanned skin tone, a set of piercing emerald green eyes that looked as though they'd seen so much, and a well-faded lightning bolt shaped scar.

"I'm sorry it's taken me this long to visit again," he said before waving his hand, calling upon the powers given to him by his parents, at once the tall grass shrunk to a cleaner look and the headstones became clean and less damaged. The flowers that had been on some of the graves became less wilted and more alive. "I've been pretty busy lately." He conjured a chair out of thin air and sat down, setting the helmet in his lap. "Let's see... I met this warrior race and helped them overthrow their former political and religious leaders once they learned that their so-called Prophets had been lying to them and they are now honor-bound to fight at my side should I call upon them. I destroyed another slaver ring. I met and saved this blue alien girl that is part of a species that the Republic hasn't found yet, she's now part of my crew as my second in command. Sure, she's still my 'slave' in the Outer Rim, but it's an act," he chuckled. He sat for a while before speaking again. "Something's coming, I can feel it, something bad. Change that, several bad things, but one just gives me the chills and as you guys know that hasn't happened since Tommy boy died. For once, I don't know what to do exactly. I guess I'll just let the Force just guide me and see where I end up." He stood up, banishing the chair. "I know I can talk to you guys through the Stone, but you know that depresses me more than just visiting the place where your bodies used to rest." It was that moment the device on his right wrist started to beep. "I have to go now, but I'll try and visit again sometime sooner than fifty or so years."

The man replaced his helmet, which sealed with a hiss and walked back to his Swoop bike. The repulsor engine whined once more a moment before he sped off back towards his ship. If one's view lingered where the man was, they would see the names etched into the granite headstones. James Potter, Lily Potter, Hermione Granger, Luna Lovegood, Nymphadora Tonks, Neville Longbottom, Susan Longbottom nee Bones, Gabrielle Delacour, Theodore Lupin, and Victorie Lupin nee Weasley. All of them had a similar epitaph written by the man himself the last time he was here, "Gone, but not forgotten."

XxXxXxX

When the man slowed his Swoop down where the Asari was standing on a lowered lift that would take them back into the cargo bay. He stopped right next to her and cut the engine. "Liselle," the man stated. "I thought you of all people would be up in the cockpit."

"Cat kicked me out, apparently I was annoying her asking where you went off to. Speaking of which, are you done, Harry?"

"Yeah, though I should come to visit more often," Harry replied as he removed his helmet as the lift carried them into the ship, to which the heavy metal door sealed below them once they were inside.

"You know that this planet out of the way and we can't travel here with conventional hyperdrive engines without someone discovering and exploiting this world's riches," Liselle stated as Harry locked his Swoop in place in the hold. "This Earth is so different from the one I remember," she commented as they walked onto the bridge.

"Indeed, it is, you should have seen it in its heyday. Towers reaching to the heavens, spacecraft capable of traveling at speeds of faster than light travel that makes hyperdrives of today look inferior, artificial intelligence that was steps away from being human, and most diseases that were considered lethal were easily treated as a cold or flu is. It was truly humanity's golden age. But that was a long time ago," Harry sighed.

"Sounds like a great place."

"It was." He pushed the button on his remote and the cargo elevator started to rise up. "But we got things to do, people to see and all that."

To be continued…?

Alright, so this was another one of those ideas that I had sitting on my hard drive for years. And I'm not joking about that. Metadata timestamp says that it was created in 2015. You're looking at some really early work that I attempted. And it's also the reason why it seems so incomplete. From my opening notes, all I really know about this idea was that it was supposed to follow the same kind of themes presented by "I still haven't found what I'm looking for" as mentioned at the top. That being, a person that lives forever has to find a way to find purpose in life other than a metaphorical 9-5 workday. As for the timeframe that it was supposed to happen, if I recall correctly it was supposed to happen shortly before Phantom Menace. A lot of my notes on this one was stored on my old laptop which this cloud copy was rescued from, but the actual note file that I had was lost when it died, so no real recovery will happen there.

There were a few references there if you noticed. The first was, of course, Marcus from the Borderlands series. Of course, there was Mass Effect and Halo as referenced, but not really much else. I believe that there was supposed to be more, but again with those lost notes, I have no idea what I had intended to do with this one.

But what did you guys think? I still think that this is well worth coming back to and addressing again one day once I have some semblance of an idea on what it was supposed to be. As previously mentioned, the reason why this one is coming hot on the tail of the other uploads is that I'm doing a bit of spring cleaning and this was mostly done, I just completed out the pilot. See you guys next time.
