This is going to be a fairly odd idea; I'm going to admit this outright. This does require some backstory to this idea. So, a few years ago I watched a series called "Kore wa zombie desu ka?" where the main character is resurrected after he's murdered by a necromancer in special European-looking armor. The way that the magic system works is that the necromancer's word is the law, that being that if they speak then whatever they speak happens. For example, they could command someone to "die" and they would drop dead, the same would apply if they said "live" to a dead person. However, this has an effect on them, they feel the pain that their resurrected companion experienced as well as the pain of death that they inflict on others. This causes them to be voluntarily mute as to A) not cause needless death, or B) not to expose anyone to their powers.
And so, I started to think about how I could work with this idea. And so, I came to our favorite boy-wizard, Harry Potter. I then started to look at the anime itself once again since it had been some time since I had viewed it last. The core concepts of this anime are situational and body humor. The constants are a person that met a necromancer is brought back to life to take care of the necromancer and they happen to have a borderline unhealthy obsession with them. The person that's brought back as a zombie is turned into a magical girl despite being a guy and the magical girl has an ax to grind with the said zombie. There's a vampire who is engaged to the zombie because of a plot contrivance and how their society works. So, I decided to take only a few of these ideas since not all of them would work with the idea presented.
Summary: Harry Potter is a necromancer and a powerful one at that. With the death and resurrection of his mother, he's hidden away from society until his eleventh birthday. Can a necromancer who can't speak else others suffer survive in an environment like Hogwarts?
Rating: T for now.
Disclaimer: I own nothing except my copy of MS Word and my desktop. Harry Potter belongs to JK Rowling and Kore wa Zombie desu ka? belongs to Shinichi Kimura. I only own this odd idea's concept.

Harry was not the most... 'normal' child in the magical world. What is meant by 'normal'? Well when he was born, he did not cry nor fuss at all, leading the doctors to initially believe that he had been stillborn. Fortunately for everyone, this was not the case. Though he was considered healthy and his vocal cords were also considered healthy by every medical standard and test the witches and wizards at the hospital used as a baseline, he did not fuss nor cry leading the parents and doctors to believe that young Harry had been born as a mute. However, this would be proven wrong when he first cried out to get his parents' attention when they nodded off one night when their ears were blown out and all of their windows broken. It was decided that he should be kept pacified to avoid this.
Several months passed before Albus Dumbledore approached Lilly and James, warning them of the prophecy that had been foretold to him by an anonymous seer. This forced the couple and child to hide in James's family's old property in Godric's Hollow under the Fidelius charm executed by Dumbledore and the secret held by Sirius; or, that's how it was publicly. This role was carried on by Peter Pettigrew. On October 31st, 1981, Voldemort invaded the property. James and Lily fought valiantly against him but were futile as they were unable to defeat him.
Voldemort looked over the small infant/toddler (depending on personal definition) and pointed his wand at him. "A shame such a long and illustrious line should end tonight. Your bloodline would be instrumental in legitimizing my role, should you have been raised by the right people. But your sacrifice shall be remembered this night, perhaps a small memorial?" He shook his head, clearing his thoughts. As he started to focus the needed hatred needed to create a powerful killing curse, the pacifier fell out of Harry's mouth and his eyes watered at the still body of his mother. "Avada-," he started.
"Die," the young toddler commanded. At that moment, Voldemort's form seized up and his body started to shake violently. Before he knew what was happening, his body exploded in gore and viscera, painting the entire room in the former dark lord's internal organs, grey matter, and blood. It was like someone planted a bomb inside his body and let it explode. He climbed out of his crib, silently sobbing, and toddled over his way to his currently dead mother. He then muttered another word over her, "Live."
She also started to seize up and then was still. Her glassy eyes had life returned to them and she gasped like she had just had CPR performed on her and started to cough. She looked around and saw that the entire room was covered in blood and body parts, as well as a particularly disturbing scrap of face skin that looked more akin to a mask made by Ed Geene of Voldemort's face. She searched around to see that her son was lying on her body out like a light. She had decided to leave the home with her son, not knowing where her husband was, feeling that it would be better to disappear.
A decade passed and Lily found herself in a small home in the suburbs of London living with her son. She walked into her living room to find her son sitting on the couch watching a gameshow drinking tea. He was wearing what looked like knight's armor at least in terms of the helmet he always had on, the clothing was also very odd-looking to most. This had been forged and designed by Lily to help suppress Harry's necromantic powers.
Oh, she could remember the day she made it for him. "Oh, thank you, mama! I love it!" she remembered with an aloof grin.
"[Stop imagining me saying things]," Harry wrote down on a large whiteboard.
"I wasn't."
"[Yes, you were. You always look like that when you start thinking things like that.]"
She started to tear up. "Why must my cute son always act like this!?" she cried out melodramatically.
"[Because you always act like this.]"
Before Lily could say anything more, there was a knock at the door. She opened it to see a letter on the ground, a letter that she knew all too well. On it, in green metallic ink was written 'Harry Potter' and on the back was a wax seal; the seal of Hogwarts. Her heart sank, with this letter Hogwarts would know (and Dumbledore by proxy) would know about her son's status of not being missing and being alive. And her status of being alive. Most of all, she lamented that she would be separated from her beloved son. He would be surrounded by harlots that would dare try and seduce him because of him being titled the 'boy-who-lived'. Only she could be allowed to dote on her beloved son.
She was hit by a can and looked over to see, "[Stop thinking weird thoughts again.]"
To be continued…?

And that's all for this idea. You may be wondering why it is so short, and part of it is because of the fact that the idea for this was written back in 2015 when this file was first saved. The only thing that I remembered from this idea was: Harry = necromancer, Lily = funny but creepy obsession with her son, some HP girl that normally gets shipped with Harry = vampire, and maybe a crossing of necromancers with the Korezom characters. A lack of guidance on this sort of prevents me from doing a more in-depth pilot outside of an idea that I had once years ago. But yeah, this is one of those ideas that if someone took and ran with it, I would totally like to see where it goes since I don't know where to go with it.
That's all I have for this one, see you in whatever I do next.
