I don't know what it is lately, but I've been getting more and more into Kuroinu crossovers. Kuroinu, for the uninitiated, is a hentai visual novel in which bad things happen to all the girls. Like, on some resources some consider the game a "horror" title, and I can see where they're coming from with that considering I have played through all routes of the VN for better or for worse. But anyway, Kuroinu is a hentai game with plenty of "bad ends" for each of the female characters. Many people on this site have written fics about this series about either some kind of revenge route where after the events of the VN someone frees all involved and eventually kills Vault/Vault or a pre-event fic where the writer's character actively prevents the events from happening to an extent because some parts of inevitable. One that comes up as one of the former types of fics is "RWBY Kuroinu: A Knights Tale" by Baelparagon (id: 13081423). When the RWBY series is taken into consideration I've always been on the fence about Jaune Arc. On one hand, he's the "everyman" but on the other, he's also been softly confirmed to be a self-insert as well; but this story actually does the character quite well.

Moving on, you've probably seen the other entity added, that being Cyberpunk 2077. I've played through the game and I like the preferred ending where Johnny crosses over the Blackwall and V doesn't, feeling like he still has unfinished work. For the sake of ease, the appearance of V in this story will be the same male character seen in the marketing material. So, what am I thinking in regards to how this story could go? I like the concept of a character being approached by a goddess during V's return back to his body and offered a job. He's going to have a fair chunk of all of his cyberware and a couple of weapons, but that's all; not like having a hacking suite is going to help him though in a pre-tech world. But Mantis Blades and the Gorilla Knuckles? Very useful. A katana or thermal katana and pistol? Also, useful. I know that this pilot is going to sound like a lot like the aforementioned fic in the setup and premise; specifically, in how the character gets there and what they have to ultimately do. This is intentional and I wanted to explore the premise using another property altogether.

Summary: As V is on his way back to his body after not following Johnny and Alt across the Blackwall, he's approached by an entity who wishes to hire him on credit to save her kingdom from a turncoat invasion. It's going to be him versus an entire nation, but having the odds against him never stopped him from going on a borderline suicidal mission. Time to rescue a kingdom, I guess.

Rating: M to M+ depending on if this goes anywhere.

Pairing(s): male V with all-female route characters. This is a couple of years after Kuroinu "wins" in the VN, Claudia's husband would have moved on seeing that she's been lost and the rest will be lost in lust. The only change from the VN's endings will be Primm won't be joining Kuroinu nor will Olga be braindead in personality like her route ends though it will be retconned. The only question is whether they'll all be long-term or short-term flings with one true pairing at the end.

V crawled towards the red, glowing tower in the center of the room. It was appropriately colored considering that red was considered a 'danger' color, something to stay away from. If it wasn't for the Relic killing him, he'd agree with that gut instinct. But this 'danger' would also be his salvation. Fucking with Corpos, befriending fellow Nomads, losing a good friend; this was all done in two weeks that could have only happened in Night City. He leaned up against the tower terminal and pulled out the cable and plugged it right into his wetware; slowly he made his way into the pool of liquid and red errors and diagnostics starting popping up.

"See you on the other side," Johnny said.

His vision darkened and he found himself in an elevator. There's no way he was in an elevator, right? It was taking him to the roof of some building. The doors opened to show the dingy hallway of one of many of Night City's apartment blocks. You could tell from the grime and smell. The odd thing was there were a lot of cats, an extreme oddity. As he stepped out onto the roof, he found that it was raining and the neon lights of the city made it feel… picturesque if you wanted to call it that. Near one of the ledges sat something that he picked up out of the corner of his eye. It was right next to a pair of lawn chairs, the tacky plastic-type that somehow was always comfortable. He walked over and found the necklace that was made for him by Misty, the bullet that was put in his head by Dexter DeShaun that booted this whole suicide mission off, to begin with. As he picked it up and analyzed it, the world fell away and was replaced by another.

V recognized it was the digital world, the deep cyberspace netrunning that he had experienced when he had gone under with the Voodoo Boys, right before they were all fried to a crisp. He was standing on a walkway floating over a black abyss with a pyramid glowing green in the distance, a gold pillar beyond it.

"Let us go, you and I," Alt recited in her digitized voice. He started to walk towards the pyramid, considering there was nowhere else to go but forward. "When the evening is spread out against the sky. Like a patient etherized upon a table. Let us go, through certain half-deserted streets. The muttering retreats. Of restless nights in one-night cheap hotels, and sawdust restaurants and oyster shells. Streets that follow like a tedious argument of insidious intent. To lead you to an overwhelming question. Oh, do not ask 'what is it?' Let us go and make our visit."

Alt was then silent as he reached the stairs and started to climb the pyramid. At the top, just beyond was the golden pillar of light. The top of the pyramid was a plateau of which only had one way off of it, that happened to lead toward the pillar of light. Just barely noticeable against the golden glow was the red projection of Johnny Silverhand. V approached him and called out as he was right behind him, "You're here!" He placed his hand on the projection's shoulder and asked, "Who was right, you cranky bastard?"

"Ha! You were right, V. You were," the long-deceased rockerboy admitted.

"And who just ate their words?"

"Oh, fuck off." He then started to walk towards a projected booth which he sat down in. V followed suit.

"So, when do we start?" V asked the question of the hour.

"Haven't caught on yet, have ya?"

"What, whaddya mean?"

Johnny placed his feet up on the holographic table. "Alt's already split us. Once you jacked into Mikoshi, she lit you up with Soulkiller."

"Your output don't fuck around."

"I am not his girlfriend," the aforementioned Alt appeared and rebutted.

"Hey, Alt. So, seeing as we seem to have the whole soul-splittin' out of the way, what's next?" V asked the incredibly advanced AI.

"I am currently verifying the checksum and eliminating engram copy errors in the process."

It then hit V like a ton of bricks, what Mikoshi and Soulkiller really did, despite being told what it did. "Wait, you mean… I… Am I a construct?"

"She means you followed in my footsteps," Johnny translated. "Next step's to copy you into the gonk's brain."

"So that's really it. We're done. You kept your word," V felt relieved.

That relief was immediately shattered by the next words uttered. "There is one aspect I failed to take into account," Alt interrupted.

"Alt, what?" Johnny asked for both of them.

"The body is a key factor in this transaction." That was stating the obvious. "The DNA reconfiguration by the Relic has progressed too far. Added to aggressive, invasive medications, the body's immune system attacking its own neurons…"

"Christ, will you skip to the end?!" V interrupted. This was bad, really bad if what she was saying was true.

"After I transfer your construct into your body, you will die. It is inevitable. It is imminent," Alt said with finality.

V was immediately enraged, and rightfully so. He had been played. "You had this planned all along, didn't ya?" V waved accusatorily towards Johnny and Alt in the same motion. "Never had any intention of keepin' me alive."

"Is that a fuckin' joke?" Johnny asked as if what was just said was the punchline to a dad joke.

"You backstabbin' motherfucker! You just fuckin' kicked back, dumbass grin on your face, and waited for me to realize you had me fucked from the start."

"Gonna pretend I didn't hear that."

V turned to Alt. "Alt, question. Will the body reject Johnny's construct?"

Johnny could only shake his head. "No, they are compatible. The body is his."

"That's enough, Alt. V and I need a minute," Johnny interrupted this time.

V started to stand up. "I ca- I can't believe it. Everything." He found himself leaning against a backward-facing chair. "All that we did – it was pointless." He sighed in both annoyance and exhaustion. "I've had enough of this. Of everything. You, most of all," he directed towards Johnny in particular as he too sat in a backward-facing chair of his own.

"Perfect, 'cause we're stickin' to the plan. I'm goin' with Alt, fuck knows where, and you're keepin' your body."

"Where's she even gonna take you?"

"Beyond the Blackwall, to become part of her. Whatever the hell that means."

"Is there really no other way?" V asked with desperation. There just had to be another way.

Alt decided at that time to interrupt them. "As I said, Johnny can retain the body, remain there, while you come with me," Alt could only seem to say with a shrug.

"Guess I meant, I dunno… a happier ending… for everyone involved."

"Here, for folks like us? Wrong city, wrong people," Johnny replied. What he said was the truth. Night City was the stopping point for many, and it was never a happy one no matter how little of an impact in the grand scheme of things he had on it.

"Yet the right to make a choice you have earned, through will and endeavor," Alt added. "This bridge leads deeper into cyberspace. Cross it and permanently sever the connection with your body." Alt seemed to multiply which went on for eternity in whichever direction he looked. "The path to your body passes through that mortal well."

V thought for a short time to consider his options. Is it better to give up on life for some kind of 'immortality' or to live life to its fullest? He came to his decision, as much as he may regret it later. "I told you… I said I wanted you to have my body. But… but I can't do it… I'm sorry," V said to Johnny.

"Don't apologize. We knew all along this is how it would play out," Johnny replied. V stood up and turned to see what looked like a netrunner cradle. Alt floating over it and Johnny warping over to the side of it.

"Don't… don't fuck with me right now."

"Only if you cut your pathetic 'I'm sorry' bullshit." V looked and to the right, in the corner of his eye he could see the bridge to cyberspace. If he really wanted to, he could just… run to it, Johnny wouldn't be able to stop him. No, he had made his decision. He continued to walk towards the well.

"I mean, Jesus, I'm about to shred a comrade and a chunk of my own soul in one fuckin' go. You got no idea what that shit feels like," V said as he sat down on the well's edge. Without waiting for some kind of witty remark from the deceased rockerboy, he swung his legs over the ledge and laid down inside of it.

Johnny placed a hand on his shoulder and pushed him down. "Goodbye, V. And never stop fightin'," Johnny's final words to the merc were short and to the point. He started to fall backward, blocks of data streaming past him as he felt like he was in freefall. This seemed to go on forever until he blacked out. However, that didn't last for long as his vision was turned completely white.

"Well. This is different," V stated the obvious. Suddenly he fell to the 'ground', which was more just a white plane where he couldn't tell whether or not it was a floor. He looked around and was dumbfounded. "This doesn't look like any part of the Net I've ever seen."

"And it wouldn't be," a melodic, female voice interrupted from behind.

V turned around so fast that if he wasn't augmented his neck would have snapped. Which was odd considering he never turned this fast. The female in question definitely raised some eyebrows. She had golden hair that reached all the way down to her ankles (Rapunzel comes to mind), had wide hips but slender legs, a very large bust that to most would seem uncomfortable, and piercing green eyes. The most interesting physical thing about her? The pointed ears. She wore what looked like glorified drapes. They covered her breasts but left the cleavage completely exposed. It linked back up to a collar-like piece of cloth that held it from falling. Additional strips of white cloth draped downward but it didn't appear to be linked in any way to any lower body piece of clothing. The only thing that could remotely be called as such was a black loincloth weighed down with an hourglass-shaped decorative piece of gold with an emerald in the lower 'triangle' of the hourglass. The choice in clothing didn't really bother V all that much; after all, in Night City the human form was constantly on display whether it be from advertisements for getting Midnight Lady Accessories where all sorts of strange breast replacement cyberware were always on display (which suddenly brought back memories of a previous ex V had before this whole Relic fiasco where she kept getting a new cyberware replacement every few months and every time she got a new one she wanted to try it out and it was… interesting to say the least. Grace, the Quadruplets, and Mutsu were definitely the more interesting ones), the Joy Toys always available for a one-night stand or the various strip joints. He was more than comfortable with the nude feminine form. Or borderline nude in this case.

"Not to gawk or anything, but who are you?" V asked. "And, where am I?"

She bowed, "I do apologize, but the time I have is rather limited." She rose again to full height. "I am the reincarnation of the goddess Eos: Celestine Lucross."

"Riiight," V replied not believing a word she said, outside of the name of Celestine, that is. "And I'm-."

"Vincent Martinez," she interrupted. "Mercenary for hire."

"That's V to you. Only those I really know get to call me by my real name."

"My apologies," she apologized. "I will call you V from now on. Again, time is short and the time I have to speak with you is limited."

"Ok, well you can start with this white room."

"This is a mental projection allowing us to speak. And before you ask, no it is not the Net or a private Netrunner channel. As I previously stated, I am Celestine Lucross, the reborn goddess Eos. And I come to you in a great time of need. I need your help."

"It sounds like you should get checked for cyberpsychosis. Claiming to be a spiritual entity is usually the first sign of the mind slipping away." V paused for a moment, seeing the vulnerability she was putting out in saying who and what she was. "But I'm willing to hear you out."

"Thank you!" She seemed to be ecstatic while clasping her hands together. "I come to you seeking your help in freeing my friends and rescuing my kingdom from an evil scourge that, if not stopped, will consume the entire world."

"So… what are we talking about? Scavvers? Corpos? Some random gang?" If V was going to help her, he was going to need information.

She waved her hand and a tapestry appeared between them on a table. Well, there wasn't a table, but it sat as if it was on one. A map of a continent that he had never seen before appeared on it. On the lowest most area of the map (closest to him) sat a dot that was labeled 'Dark Citadel' and in the northernmost were seven cities that were marked with different names. "Three years ago, I commissioned a mercenary force to defeat an old foe who ruled out of the Dark Citadel south of Eostia. Once they conquered this old foe, they betrayed the contract they had agreed to and then sought to conquer Eostia. The name of this mercenary band? Kuroinu."

V's translation software immediately translated the name into English. "The Black Dogs?" She nodded. "Ok, so you hire them to take out some gonk and then turn on you. I mean, you were going to pay them, right?" She nodded once more. "So, what did they get out of invading their employer? I may not be the most educated man in the world (in the formal sense), but burning your employer doesn't make much business sense."

"I would agree. However, they wished to overthrow my chosen Princess Knights and me and install their own government. One where women are subservient to men by law and are forced to take all of their lustful desires wherever and whenever they want." The map started to shift, the image of a black dog approaching each city and when it did, it crossed them out with a red x. "City by city, the laid siege to each of the fortress cities and once captured the looted, pillaged, and raped all who stood before them. Those that were killed got off easy. They defiled each of my appointed Princess Knights, my precious friends," she said with a tear rolling down her cheek. "As well as myself."

"You had armies, yes?" V asked and she nodded in the affirmative. "Then how did these fortress cities fall?"

"There were traitors in each city that silently allied with the leader of Kuroinu: Vault. When his armies approached the cities and laid siege, they would then strike and handed over the fortress cities to Vault."

"And they wanted a piece of the pie." Celestine nodded as a list of names appeared on the map's ledger.

The map changed, a black dog now in the center of the map, marking the borders. "It has been three years since Kuroinu overtook Eostia and renamed the country in their image: Kuroinu. Since then, every woman is property of the state and can be used whenever and wherever the soldiers roam."

Something didn't seem to sit right. "So, if you're captured and all of your allies are captured… how are you here?"

"The seal that was put in place to contain my godly powers has temporarily weakened, allowing me to project myself here and make you an offer. The one who placed it is temporarily distracted, but once they are not, I will be under their control again."

"Well, I suppose that makes sense." He still wasn't buying it though. "Listen, you're asking for a tall order to be fulfilled." He held up a finger for each point. "First, you're asking me to rescue your friends. On paper, by itself, not bad. Not my first rodeo. Second, these individuals are captured in the hands of an enemy with an army, and said individuals are VIP prisoners; likely considered prizes. Third, I'm only one man. Sure, I may have some advanced tech and decent cyberware but I'm still human and I only have so many bullets. Fourth, what am I even getting out of this? I may have a soft spot, but I'm still a merc, and my time is limited." He tapped the side of his head. "Got what is the biological version of a ticking time bomb. I got maybe six months left before I die for good."

She was silent for a moment before speaking up. "I can provide you a boon."

"A boon?"

"A down payment, if you will. Should you agree to my terms – which again are to rescue me, my Princess Knights, and defeat Vault – I will use my powers to halt the current progression of your medical condition. Upon completion of your contract, I will eradicate it and you will live a normal life span, and you will be sent back to your Night City or stay here. Should you stay the rewards are limitless. Land, a lordship, and gold or more."

V looked at her skeptically. "You can do that? Reverse a terminal condition," he snapped his fingers, "just like that?"

"While there would be a ritual that would need to be performed and specific actions taken. Yes, just like that," she snapped her fingers in return.

V thought over her conditions. They were extremely vague. Rescue seven girls with no descriptions of what they looked like, their names, or their ages (eight if you included her). Taking on an entire army which if he thought of medieval armies meant thousands or tens of thousands of men. A hostile country where pretty much anything went except instead of a Corpo's paradise of endless consumers it was an autocratic one. And he was only one man. But if what this woman said was true, that she could reverse this terminal condition, it may be worth it. Worst comes to worst? He dies or wastes a couple of days that could be better spent elsewhere because it is all a hoax or scam. The best-case scenario was living a normal length life, or at least a longer life considering the life of an Edgerunner.

"I accept," V answered after what felt like a lifetime. "So, uh, how am I supposed to get there? Head over to the nearest AV and charter a flight to Eostia?"

"That won't be possible. Outside of providing you your down payment, I will be using the last of the power I can muster for now to send you there," Celestine replied. She walked over and placed her hands on both sides of his head. She started to chant in a language that sounded like Latin but was way too melodic. There was a white flash and V felt like he had a headache once more like when the Relic would act up. "I do apologize, it will pass."

V looked down to see that on the inside of his right wrist was what looked like a tattoo of an hourglass with a dot in one of the triangles. The same emblem that she wore on her person. "What's this?" V asked as he itched at it.

"That is my sigil. My mark of choosing you as my chosen hero."

"You know, for a rescue mission that requires stealth and subterfuge, leaving a marked person isn't the best way to do it," V snarked lightheartedly.

"It is also what is keeping your condition in a form of stasis."

"In that case, I stand corrected."

"This sigil will be key in freeing my Princess Knights from their mental prisons."

V had to take a mental double-take on that. "I'm sorry, mental prisons?"

She appeared to want to say more, but her head snapped immediately to her right. "I wish we could discuss more, but my time here has come to an end." She placed her hand on his cheeks and kissed his forehead. "Fare thee well, Sir V. Save my kingdom."

"Hey!" V called out as she disappeared and the light grew to blinding levels. He felt himself falling once more and landed with a thud. He sat himself up and looked around to find a grassy field. "Well, that's just great." Looking between his legs he found a shard of all things. It was sitting on a piece of paper that just said 'read me'. He looked at the shard itself and nothing appeared off about it by itself. Taking the risk, he inserted it into the shard port in his cyberware. A text document appeared.

'If you are reading this then it means I had the power to create a shard for you with some final points I wish we had time to discuss. Magic and their wielders are a threat here. My sigil will allow you to cast your Quick Hacks and have them manifest as spells.'

"Well, that will make things a bit easier," V muttered aloud before he kept reading.

'I saw your innate skill with mechanical things. An artisan, in some ways. Seeing as many of the components you would need to have access to do not exist here and may not for many centuries (and that amount of time doesn't exist for either of us while Eostia is in this current state). There is a new "Quick Hack" added to your repertoire called "Transmutation". With this "spell" you can transmute objects into other objects. Those of the same material will use less of your "RAM" than transmuting it into a complex object or into another material altogether which will cost significantly more.'

"Well, at least I won't run out of any ammo anytime soon," V commented. Ammunition was easy. Just lead jacketed in copper with a brass casing. He had loaded his own munitions before. The only ones that would be a pain would be smart munitions due to the intricate internals in comparison to your standard FMJ round. As for powder? Simple chemistry. Primers? Similar concept. Making guns or gun parts? Pretty easy as well. The training he put himself through in making some of the more complex guns on the market will definitely help with that.

'The last gift I present you with is a map of Eostia with landmarks highlighted as well as a list of names and images of the Princess Knights and the associates of Vault to be wary of. Please take note that while the names of these places are the same, my information about them is three years out of date, and considering the rapidness that this empire of sex rose up, I wouldn't be surprised if many things have changed. Best of luck and Godspeed. – Celestine.'

V clicked on the first attachment, that being the map of the nation. In terms of borders and cities, it was the same as the one in the white room that he was in with her. Each was marked with the city name and the Princess Knight who ruled over it previously. If selected it would show a headshot image of the aforementioned Princess Knight. Feoh by Alicia, a youngish woman of maybe her late teens or very early twenties who had long blonde hair and borderline purple (indigo?) eyes. Ur by Prim, a very young woman who looked like she was just getting into her older teens who had longish pink hair and bright blue eyes. Thorn by Kaguya, a young woman with short black hair and brown eyes; what made her different from the others thus far is that she had Asiatic features rather than the European ones of the others. Ansur by Claudette, hers was the only one without an image which V found to be odd; either she and Celestine had never met or it was handed down to her. Rad by Maia, a rough-looking young woman with a boyish cut of red hair and brown eyes. Geofu by Luu-Luu, a young-looking girl with orange hair where the bangs were styled like drills and had magenta eyes; it had a special note that she was a halfling and would have the appearance and stature of a child despite adult secondary sex characteristics being present. The last city mentioned was the city of Ken – the capital of Eostia – which was co-ruled by Celestine (who V already knew looked like) on a country level and Claudia, a woman either in her late twenties or very early thirties with short, brown hair was in a bun; of all of the Princess Knights – outside of Celestine herself – had the most mature look, she was probably the only full-blown adult.

At the bottom of the map was one last marker: Dark Citadel. Hovering over it, it stated that it was previously ruled by Olga Discordia. She had dark skin to the shade of toasted almonds, long black hair, and purple eyes. The blurb said that she was a dark elf and one of the last pureblooded ones at that. The blurb also said that she was the former friend of Celestine. The other image that was right below it was that of a half-blooded dark elf named Chloe and her blurb listed her as Olga lieutenant and second in command; she had long, platinum blonde hair styled in a ponytail and had a dark skin tone but it was like if you made chocolate milk and added more normal milk in to dilute it. If V were to put an age on her, she looked like she was in her early twenties at the oldest.

V closed the map – as there was no global positioning in this world (as he got "No Signal") he'd have to figure out where he was – and opened the other file attachment, a new file installed in his Quick Hack directory named 'Transmute'. He found a nearby rock and used Transmute on it, turning it into an arrowhead. His RAM display only decreased by a third. "So, changing shape costs little. Good to know," he commented aloud. There was a third file he had left to look at, it was a hitlist of the traitors that betrayed the Seven Shields Alliance and the then ruling Princess Knights. Each was assigned to a different city the previous Princess Knight ruled inside of.

V proceeded to take inventory of his person and found that he had the Satori – the blade that he klepped from the recently deceased Saburo Arasaka and took meticulous care of – and the Malorian Arms 3516 – Johnny's custom pistol – the .55 caliber (or 14mm) firing heavy pistol which kicked like a mule. He didn't have any other weapons despite having several when he waltzed right into Arasaka Tower such as that really nice Prototype Shingen Mark V or the Breakthrough sniper rifle. His hand immediately shot to the back of his waist where he pulled out Jackie's gun, La Chingona Dorada. "Still got it, Jack," he said as he placed it back in its holster. At least he had a back-up gun.

Picking himself up and dusting himself off, V took a look at his surroundings. Out in the distance, he could see a quaint village. Seeing that the map that he had gave him no point of reference to where he was (as there was no GPS in this pre-advanced tech world), he figured that this would be the best way to gather valuable intelligence on the region.

The walk took the better part of two hours and he walked unimpeded into the small village. Seeing the sign for a beer stein, the stereotypical road sign for a tavern or bar. Local watering holes were always the best place to gather information about anywhere. It did seem a bit odd in the twenty-some building village that no one was in the streets. He could clearly hear voices but couldn't see anyone. He walked inside of the bar which had its door open to the outside and saw that it was pretty much packed. No one looked at him twice, or his 'strange' attire. He sat down at the bar and flagged down the 'bar wench' for a pint. She was a blonde with a decent body shape, well at least in V's eyes. She was dressed quite conservatively in a long 'working' dress (one meant for working in rather than looking good in).

"Hey there good lookin'," V greeted the bar wench as she placed an ale in front of him. "As you may be able to tell, I'm not from around here and I'm not familiar with the area. I didn't see a sign outside, but what's the name of this town?" he asked as he took a drink.

"Frost," she answered.

"Thank you for your time, miss." She turned away and V activated his HUD map. He located the village on the map. It was in to the east of the fortress city of Thorn. There was one thing he noticed, it was that it was a border town, and he was over the border in a neighboring country. "Well, this will be interesting," he muttered aloud.

Before he could think of anything else, someone barged into the tavern; which wasn't all that impressive considering the door was open. If V was to describe it, it was more akin to two apes stomping in and pounding a fist against a shield. "Listen here, you peasants!" the gruffer of the two called out. "This town is now under new management!"

"Indeed," the second one added, a more weaselly man. "As of tonight, this town is under the control of the Kuroinu Sex Empire!"

The gruff one marched over to the bar a few feet away from V and demanded, "Slut, bring us ale and strip."

"Yeah, show us them titties," the weasel-sounding one added. The girl clearly looked distressed and the two men in question made the demand like it was routine for them.

"What a way to ruin an evening," V interrupted the two as he took another drink.

"What did you say?" the gruff one asked.

"Yeah, you looking to get cut?" the weasel added, pulling out a knife and pointing it towards him.

"Nah, but I'm warning you. Leave and never come back," V said while adjusting his sleeve ever so slightly.

"Or else what?" the weasel asked.

"Or else you and your choom there ain't going to be looking too pretty." V prepped a Quick Hack and aimed at the gruff one. He was one brute of a man. While V could take him easily, he wanted to hedge his bets.

"Do you know what? I'm going to gut you as an example." He lunged at V, but V was prepared. He dodged backward, his Kerenzikov kicking in and time slowing to a slow-motion state. He activated the quick hack: Synapse Burnout. There was no 'upload' time as the man's eyes immediately dilated and his hands started to move towards his head. He focused on the weasel and gripped his hand in a very painful grip forcing him to drop the knife mid-lunge as he cried out in slow-motion pain. Three seconds had passed and the time dilation had worn off. The gruff man's cries of pain sounded quite pathetic if V was being honest. "W-what are you?" the weasel asked, crying out in pain as his arm was wrenched out of its socket; being augmented with cyberware made it all too easy.

"Me?" V asked. "I'm just an Edgerunner. A gun for hire. A Merc."

"You're a mercenary? Lord Vault will pay handsomely for your services," the weasel cried out. Clearly, he was just trying to save his own skin.

V leaned in, getting right in the weasel's face. "Really now?"

"Yes!" he nodded furiously. "You'd be paid in gold and women!"

V paused for a moment, allowing the man to stew in pain and the potential of freedom and continuing his miserable existence. "You know, there's a certain… whaddya call it? Jene se quois in seducing a woman." V turned to wink at the bar wench to which she blushed a little. "Sort of takes the fun out of it having them given to you as slaves." The expression on the weasel turned from hopeful to terrified in an instant with those words muttered. "You know, back where I come from, if someone tries to shank you, you kill him dead." The weasel started quivering in fear. "You should have listened to my warning, gonk-brain." V activated his Mantis blades and the entire tavern watched in horror as his arms opened up to reveal two giant blades attached to his arms glowing red with distorted air barely able to be seen.

Seeing as this would be his final stand, the weasel grabbed the fallen knife in his off-hand and tried to slash at V. V barely dodged and lifted one of his blades, slashing at the man's arm. It flew off in a spray of blood. He grabbed attempted to grab at the stump, which was futile due to the aforementioned dislocation of the other arm. Without wasting another moment, V plunged one blade directly into the weasel's heart. His eyes immediately shot open and then stopped breathing. He was medically dead and without the support of the Mantis blade keeping him up, he fell to the ground in an undignified heap.

V looked over to the other man, he was just getting up from what would have been the most debilitating migraine in his life. Somehow the hack didn't kill him outright, he must be slipping in his Netrunner abilities. The absolute unit of a man stood up unsteadily, but before he could raise his sword to attack V, V had already put away his Mantis blades and pulled out the Malorian and fired once, hitting dead center between the eyes. The deafening explosion caused everyone to duck for cover. But once they could hear again the brute had fallen to the ground with most of his grey matter painting the wall behind him.

V proceeded to dig through their clothing and found a medallion containing the image of a hound and bags of gold, the former of which he pocketed as it could be useful in the future. He took one of the bags and placed it on the bar. "Sorry about the mess," he said apologetically before walking once more into the night.

"W-who are you?" the wench asked.

V stopped in the middle of the door's threshold and turned his head so that he could see her, "The name's V." And with that, he left. The bodies of the men from Kuroinu were burned and later the nearest military outpost would be summoned to defeat an attempted incursion. But the barmaid never forgot the name of their savior that night: V, the mercenary.

Usually, I don't like breaking up chapters and the like, especially with time jumps. However, since this is a pilot, I will make an exception. I really want to show V getting into his trademark shenanigans with Night City style while recovering a valuable VIP with some light help.

Two months later…

"Are we clear?" V asked.

"I see no movement on your planned route," another male voice answered.

"Let's hope for an easy extraction, then." V activated his Mantis blades and plunged them into the solid rock face and started to slowly make his way up the sheer plane. "You have to admit, this was completely unexpected."

"The fact that Vault let any of the 'VIPs', as you call them, out of his direct control is astounding in and of itself."

He climbed further up and started to get close to a window. "In all fairness, considering how many of these gonks I keep killing you'd think that he'd keep his cards closer to his chest."

"Vault is many things, a brilliant tactician for one. But he's always had a massive ego and said ego is his fatal flaw."

"Good to know."

"Stop!" the man on the other side of his radio called out. "Guard watching through the window above you. There's no way to hide the body, let him pass." V waited for an uncomfortable amount of time. "He's gone, proceed with caution." V proceeded to continue once more.

"But it is good to see that the sigil I ripped from those gonks months ago finally came in handy."

"Yes, it did allow you access to the fortress city without questions."

"Have the proper attire and look like you belong and you can get into pretty much anywhere, espionage 101."

"I'll be sure to keep that in mind. One more floor, not a single guard in sight."

"Copy that, choomba."

"I will never get your bizarre slang."

"And I'll never get your bizarre society." V paused as he reached the window, he needed to infiltrate the fortress through. "Clear?"

"All clear. Remember, once you go in, I can't provide any support on enemy movements."

V lifted himself into the window and waved outward where he knew his watcher was. "Wouldn't be the first time. Just get into position for extraction." V retracted his Mantis blades but kept them 'engaged', in other words, they were ready to be used at a moment's thought. He moved quickly and quietly down a stone hallway that had a carpet running down the middle of it. Considering the shine of the chrome on his Mantis blades, he would extend it just enough to create a mirror to see around corners. Seeing no one, he advanced down the hall to the location that a very invasive interrogation with a Kuroinu soldier that involved a hot iron, a baseball bat, and providing a 'Tonya Harding' treatment had provided. He approached the heavy, wood double door and heard a woman's muffled, pleasured squeals and the sound of men grunting in reply. Peeking through the keyhole, an orgy on the other side confirmed what he had heard. V activated his Ping hack after targeting one of the men and it replied with a total of eight total people, the one on the ground obviously being the VIP.

V proceeded to open the door slowly, though all involved were focused on the 'star' of the show. The star being the semen-stained, drool-covered, sex-fluid drenched short-haired redhead currently taking a gonk's trouser snake in each usable hole while the others waited in line jacking themselves off. So far the gonks, being so overtaken with lust, didn't even see him enter the room.

"Afternoon gents. Mind if I cut in?" V asked. Two that currently had their hands on their meat turned to look at him, to which V reached out to punch both at the same time, but both were immediately surprised to find finely honed blades shooting right into the center of their foreheads which immediately killed them from the shock alone the moment the blades came in contact with the brain and brainstem. The two naked men falling dead (the two of which immediately voiding their bowels and blowing one last load) immediately got the attention of those around the woman. "Bad joke? I can never tell with you Kuroinu gonks." The men that were currently using the woman's holes as a glorified auto-stroker pulled out, to which the woman mewled very suggestively that they do not do that, and eyed their weapons. V immediately put those thoughts to rest as he hacked and slashed away at them.

The first to V's immediate right caught a backhand which decapitated the man, his head landing in a fruit bowl of all things. The second to V's left getting a blade stabbed into his side which sliced right through the ribcage and shredded the lung and exploded the heart. One tried to rush V, which only got him killed faster; a disembowelment treatment with the cut going from sternum to gonads in one clean sweep. Two attempted to run away towards their weapons or to seek help. That, of course, just won't do. V 'dodged' forward to catch up with them quicker and slashed horizontally which sliced right through the knees making the two men become instant dwarves and this newfound lack of balance made the both of them very close acquaintances with the floor below them.

"Really? Leaving the party already. Now that's just rude," V taunted, sounding more like a disappointed father for some reason. "Then again you never properly invited me in."

The two men turned themselves over to see a blood-covered man with two scythe-like blades connected at his arms. "W-who are you?" the older of the two asked. He was a wrinkly old bastard probably in his sixties if V was to make an educated guess.

V proceeded to give a rabbit punch to the younger of the two (who was clearly stronger). Well, less punch, more like Mantis blade into a skull. "Me? I'm just a Merc who has one godly employer who's paying good eddies for my services." The fact that he was a merc made the man's eyes widen with hope. "Sorry to smash your dreams right out of the gate, but I can't be paid off. You know, Merc's honor and all that jazz. Hard to get work if it goes around that you're just as willin' to stab employer A in the back when employer B tries to up the ante."

"I'll give you anything you want! Do you want the redhead? Take her!" his eyes trailed to the girl in question.

V picked him up by the throat after putting away his Mantis blades. Tight enough that he got a good grip, but loose enough that he wasn't going to strangle the man. "Ya see, I was goin' to be walking out of here with her regardless of your life status." V reached behind his back and pulled out a nasty little surprise and stuffed it where the man's nose was, immediately smashing it. Small needles jabbed into the flesh holding its place. "Mind holdin' on to that for me? Got that from a fuckin' clown one time. Funny story, that nose of yours is a grenade and it's going to blow up in about ten seconds."

"What!?"

V walked over to the window and opened it. "Make sure to play nice and share with your gonk buddies," V said as he threw the man out of the window and as he did, he pulled the pin on the grenade. The man screamed as he fell the seven stories to his impending death. "Well, that was fun." This particular area of the fortress was on the completely opposite side of the entrance. "Ozob's Nose should draw quite the crowd away."

He walked over to the woman who was rolling around in the spent fluids and now the lifeblood of the men who were raping her just a few moments ago. She locked eyes with him and sat up on her knees, her tongue licking her lips clean. "Please sir, fuck me to your heart's content," she pleaded, overcome by lust and reprogramming if V's intel was correct about her.

"Sorry about this in advance, missy," V apologized as he activated his System Reset hack which immediately knocked the woman out which would last for several hours. It was adequately timed as Ozob's Nose exploded sending incendiary white phosphorus in all directions, which happened to land on a few of the Kuroinu soldiers stationed at this fortress that was investigating the local lord's apparent suicide. V grabbed a lavish blanket clean from any bodily filth and placed the woman inside of it, wrapping her up. He proceeded to throw her over his shoulder in a fireman carry, holding her in place with his right arm. In his opposite hand, he drew Jackie's gun (currently fitted with a suppressor) and walked through the already open door. "VIP secured, prepare for exfil," V reported to his man on the outside.

"Eos! Did you have to be so loud!? I thought this was supposed to be a stealth mission!" the man on the radio responded.

"It still sort of is, the explosion is a distraction. Did you really think they were going to let me waltz out with one of the Princess Knights slung over my shoulder?" A Kuroinu soldier barely clad in leathers popped out and was plugged with a whisper-silent .45 ACP exited Jackie's signature gun. "I mean, I could try but I don't think I'll get very far." Another soldier popped out and V popped him as well.

V continued firing at multiple Kuroinu soldiers as he made his way slowly to the ground floor and the main gate that led outside. He opened the door to see that many soldiers were rushing to put out the unquenchable fire behind the fortress. Seeing as one passed by, V activated the Contagion hack and timed it so this soldier would be around an entire crowd of other soldiers by the time it kicked in. Contagion was a nasty little beast. While non-lethal and wouldn't kill someone, it would force someone to puke up their lunch and immediately defecate themselves. It wasn't pleasant to see experienced, nor smell, but these were the types that totally deserved it. He knew it kicked in when a bunch of voices vomiting was heard. V took that moment to leave the darkened doorway.

V utilized his situational awareness to avoid every Kuroinu soldier as he left the fortress and entered the town that surrounded it. No one looked at him twice as it wouldn't be an uncommon sight to see a woman draped over a man's shoulder as he carried her off after a slave auction. He approached the main gate which had two guards standing at their posts. "Mind giving me a hand old buddy, old pal?" V asked into his radio. He was immediately answered by the two guards falling in a heap and puddle of their own blood. "Many thanks, choomba."

Outside of the walls were two horses. V untied one of them and draped the unconscious woman over the horse's saddle, him taking a seat behind her. With his two months of exposure to this car-less society, he learned quite quickly how to ride a horse. It was like a motorbike, just less fast, ate grass, and shat. He made haste and putting as much distance between the fortress town and himself and his new charge. He met up at the rendezvous point where he saw his partner in crime wearing a ghillie suit (see: just his normal clothing covered in moss and leaves).

"Took you long enough," he grumbled, setting the rifle that V had provided him in the makeshift holster on his own horse. "I was starting to think you got captured."

"Shut it, you know you would have heard the hand cannon going off if it was that bad. But it wasn't," V replied, bantering as he did once with Jackie.

"And our charge?"

"Sleeping like a princess, no pun intended. Though I'd prefer to get her cleaned up first."

"Yes, the stench is quite appalling."

"Back to the safe house we go, señor Klaus," V said as he pulled his horse into a trot. The trip was completely uneventful, the blanket covered, yet still very nude, Princess Knight snoozing the day away. The first thing that V did upon arriving at the safehouse was clean off the various bodily fluids off the woman, get her a set of sleep clothes (which were basically soft cotton pants and shirt), and set her on the couch in the main dining area, easy to keep an eye on her until she awoke.

"So, how is she?" Klaus asked as he continued cleaning his disassembled rifle.

"I'm no doctor, but physically she'll live. The only thing I'm worried about is the rumors that we heard from our contacts," V replied as he started the expresso machine. The safehouse was a technological marvel in a desert of mechanical illiteracy. It had taken many weeks to transmute and build each thing manually which included the hydroelectric power source disguised as a waterwheel on a larger stream. Not enough power for anything high-powered, but enough for a few small appliances, a refrigerator/freezer, lighting, and air conditioning/heat. Of course, there was also a water purifier and running water provided from the aforementioned stream and a well that he had dug. In terms of survival, and being a former Nomad, it was the essentials of living. The furniture was made by some local guy that he had purchased for a half-way decent price. Though he did transmute the straw and other biological stuffing to more artificial ones that wouldn't rot in two weeks.

"You speak of the mind control."

"Yeah," V nodded as the steam started to roll off of the coffee mug. "Found a dog that said that Vault had presented a mirror to her which broke her mind and made her into the, and I quote, 'slut she is now'."

"What are you thinking?"

V took a seat and started to sip at the brew that was borderline knock-off coffee, but it worked. "If she's been brainwashed, then the moment she wakes up there will be no change in behavior which won't get us anywhere." He left the cup on the counter and walked over to the redheaded Princess Knight. He looked down at his wrist, thinking about how Celestine said that the rune etched into his skin would allow him to use his technological abilities as magical ones. "Well, time to do what I know best."

"And what's that?"

"Being a Netrunner," V replied as he initiated a Breach on the sleeping girl. There wasn't any security to bypass because whatever Vault had done had stripped that all away. He felt his conscious pulled into a space that he was all too familiar with. Looking around in 'cyberspace', he saw a gem in the middle of the room surrounded by wireframe entities. "Feels like home," V commented. He started to approach the gem but as he got closer his vision and hearing were filled with all kinds of lewd female moaning and flashes of a female, the Princess Knight in question, being taken in every way. He dismissed it and continued forward. A few steps away slender hands drape themselves around him, trying to pull him back.

"Come to bed with me," she sultrily requested in his ear. "I'll do anything you want." She rubbed his chest with feather-light touches. "I'll let you fuck me in all my holes and let you cover me in your hot, sticky seed or fill me up with it in all my holes."

She reached down and started to grab at his dick and fondled his balls. He grabbed her wrist and pushed it away. "While that sounds like a good time, unfortunately, business needs to be conducted," V replied firmly. He pushed her off and placed his hand on the gem. It exploded in soft red light and the same naked redhead laid on the floor in the fetal position. V knelt next to her and shook her shoulder. "Maia, I'm going to need you to listen carefully. You need to wake up."

"I am awake," she muttered, almost drone-like. "I'm exactly what Vault wants me to be."

"Yes, but what Vault wants you to be isn't who you are. You aren't the kind of slut that would let Vault's men use you like a ten Eurocent Joy Toy. From every tale I've heard of you you're a mean mercenary commander who doesn't take shit from anybody. Sure, you might fuck someone, but it's always on your terms."

She didn't respond but the sultry voice of the Maia clone wrapped her arms around him again. "You're still trying to get the boring me back?" she asked sounding disappointed. "Why don't you throw me on your bed, tie me up, gag me, and fill my horny pussy with your seed." She leaned in close to his ear to the range many would consider 'ASMR range', "Why don't you invite your friend and tag-team me? Take my pussy and ass at the same time or put both of your large dicks inside my pussy at the same time?" She proceeded to nibble on his ear. "And then we can see who gets me pregnant first."

V continued to ignore this sultry seductress projection. Normally he'd take her up on her offer, but there were other important things at the moment. "Maia, while what has happened to you was horrible and I wouldn't wish it upon anyone but my worst of enemies, you need to pull through this hypnotic trance that Vault put you in. You're the type of person to get revenge and I'm offering you that." She didn't move and the lusty version of her was getting grabby again. Seeing no other option, he'd have to shock her out of it. "Wake the fuck up samurai! We've got mercenaries to burn," V said as he pulled her to her feet and forced her to look at him. He was forcefully thrown out of her mind, in fact, when he returned to his physical body it felt like he had been thrown back into his seat.

He looked at Maia who stirred slowly. "Where? Where am I?" she asked sounding sleepy like she had just woken up from a trance.

"You're in a safe house," V answered.

"A safe house?" she asked as she started to sit up on the couch. "And what am I wearing?"

"Yeah, a place far away from Vault, and you're wearing pajamas, couldn't leave you in the nude."

She was immediately defensive. "Who are you?" she demanded.

"I get why you're defensive, I would be too." He pointed to himself, "I'm V. Gun for hire and currently employed by Celestine."

"A mercenary!" she tried to grab for a weapon but could only grab the bowl that had been left there a few days ago. "This is a trap! You're working with Vault!"

"What would I have to gain in rescuing you if I was working with Vault?" he asked. "Your body? You were pretty much throwing yourself at me a few hours ago in the fortress. What would I gain from getting out of that trance? If I were being honest I would have more to lose in getting you out of it if all I was into was breaking a woman or getting them to throw themselves at me."

"What do you want?" she demanded.

"Your help," Klaus said from behind the couch.

"Who is-?" she asked. Looking behind her she saw someone she truly didn't expect to see. "Sir Klaus! What are you doing here?" she asked in legitimate surprise. "Is Lady Claudia here?"

His mood instantly soured. "No, she is not."

"The main reason for that is because you're more important from an intelligence perspective," V continued.

"Intelligence?" Maia asked.

"Yes. Unlike Claudia, while she is a powerful warrior and she will be needed in the days to come, you have something that she doesn't have: you know Vault."

"But many other people know Vault."

"No, you know Vault. You were in the same mercenary company for years under the same banner. You know who is his. His mannerisms. His habits. His poisons. How he'll react to various stimuli. You know his direct seconds Hicks and Kin as well by proxy," V explained. "Here's the reality of the situation. Claudia is an excellent soldier and we'll need her. But to get her we need information. We're outgunned and outmanned in every regard. If we can plan how Vault will react to each of our rescue attempts on each of the Princess Knights, we can win this."

"Win this? How the hell can we win?"

V pulled out his Malorian Arms and set it on the coffee table in front of the couch. "This is a gun. The Great Equalizer. With it, I can easily kill ten men in rapid succession." He pointed to an Ajax leaning against the wall. "That's a rifle that has thirty rounds in it that can fire in rapid succession."

She waved in a 'whoop-de-do' motion. "That's fantastic, how will that help us defeat Vault?"

V sat and laced his fingers together. "Where I'm from, we're no strangers to war. In fact, in the entirety of our recorded history of two thousand plus years, we've had only a few years of peace in between different international conflicts. In it, war evolved from force A and force B fighting each other in straight lines to small forces fighting a much larger force with technology, traps, and the element of surprise. War has advanced much further than that, but guerilla warfare is what I want to focus on. Almost every man who has a wife and daughter hates Vault and what he stands for." He pointed to the Ajax. "You get one of those into every husband's or father's hands, give them training, and point them in the direction of Vault's army? It's borderline impossible to quell them. The more the word gets out, the more that join. It will be a continuous cascade."

"Great, you have revolutionaries."

"While this would be great, there's one small issue. Guns and their ammunition require manufacturing, something that we don't have. I mean, I know how to electroplate bullets, but on a large scale for what this job would require, we need a factory setting and the materials to do it."

"Luu-Luu could help with that," Maia commented. "She's a mechanical genius."

"Indeed, and we'll need a figurehead for this revolutionary army to gather behind. Someone such as Princess Primm."

"You plan on freeing them too?"

"Everyone Vault has taken from the Princess Knights will be. But once freed, what's to stop them from taking you back? The rest of the plan is to rally the entire kingdom behind our stance ridding Vault and his buddies once and for all. But the very first, and most important part is you and the knowledge you hold." V leaned in. "So, what do you know about Vault?"

Several days later in Ken…

The sound of a woman slobbering over and suckling on a man's dick was heard as a lowly grunt made his report to his superior. "My Lord, former Princess Knight-," he started to report.

"Princess Slut," the superior corrected.

"-Princess Slut Maia is missing from the fortress city of Rad. Her retainer, Lord Burkhard was found dead after falling out of his quarter's windows in an apparent suicide before spontaneously combusting," the messenger continued reporting.

"Is that so?" the Lord asked while almost ignoring the busty, naked woman currently blowing him. "She isn't to be found anywhere?"

"No, sir."

"Hmm." In the uncomfortable silence, the only thing that could be heard was the woman moaning sultrily as she went about her duties. "And search parties are already dispatched?"

"Yes, sir."

"Then redouble your efforts. Provide… incentives for them."

"Incentives, sir?"

"Yes. Should they succeed, they shall be the first one allowed to fuck Princess Slut Maia after she's brought before me. And should they fail…" His right hand lightly traced over his sword hilt. "Well, you get the point."

"Yes sir, I'll get right on it!" the messenger called out as he exited the throne room in a hurry.

Vault looked down on the blonde elf currently fellating him with submissive determination. His left hand grabbed her by the root of her hair and slammed her face hilt-deep into his groin as he let loose a monstrous amount of spunk down her willing gullet. When done he pulled her away just enough so she could look up at him. "Did you hear that? One of your slut sheep has gone astray. I guess we'll have to… shepherd her back into her slut fold, now won't we, Slut Queen Celestine?"

Vault laughed as the 'Slut Queen' lapped at his rehardening member. But when he looked into her eyes, something seemed different about them but he just couldn't put his finger on it. As for Celestine, she knew deep in the back of her mind that this was the action of her chosen hero. The one who would rescue them from this dire situation. Soon her, her Princess Knights, Olga, and Chloe would be free to do as they chose. And maybe, just maybe, they could all find a happily ever after.

To be continued…?

And with that, I draw to a close one of the longest pilots I've written in a while. This entry also makes this an important entry too for any further Cyberpunk 2077 stories that utilize the Solo ending of the game as I can just copy and paste that part specifically for any openings. I spent a lot of time transcribing that specifically and I do not want it to go to waste just being used once. So, if I use that specific closing of Cyberpunk 2077, don't be surprised if that is copy and pasted in. I do want to cover the basic plotline that I want to try and explore if continued.

The first is Wolverines-style revolution. Those that have seen this movie know what I mean. For those who don't, think Vietnam guerilla warfare. This is a new tactic that Vault and his mercenary band have never seen before. What V would need to do is build a power base and a proper base of operations where recruits would be trained in this specific kind of warfare and firearms before being sent back to where they came from to wreak havoc. The same place would need to be a place in which metals can be easily obtained and forged, and of course, held if discovered. Before any of that can happen, V would need the ingenuity of Luu-Luu to pull it off, so she'd likely be the second person recovered. Since she wasn't that focused on in the VN from my recollection, she'd likely be an easy recovery like Maia was (maybe even more so).

This is how I see each of the roles of each of the Princess Knights in this revolution:
Maia: Chief Intelligence Officer
Luu-Luu: Chief Engineer of Dakka
Primm: Figurehead to rally behind
Claudia: Chief trainer of the rebel army
Alicia: Unknown, maybe secondary trainer?
Celestine: Faith figurehead
Kaguya: Unknown
Claudette: Unknown

As you can see, at least 3 of the Princess Knights of the Seven Shields have no role. I'd like to have that figured out before I go any further as each of their recoveries equals one more stone in the building of some kind of analogy that I can't think of. Was it a house? Maybe it was a house. The order of them listed isn't their recovery order outside of Maia. Of course, Olga and Chloe would be recovered as well and I have no idea what I want to do with them. The only one is Olga and she'd be Chief of Magic or something involving magic as pretty much all of the Princess Knights are traditional warriors outside of Kaguya, Celestine, and Primm. Hell, I could utilize Claudette's complete identity as being an unknown and bring in her as some kind of arcane fighter if we use the D&D archetype. Actually, that sounds like an interesting idea. I'll sit on that one. I mentioned in the beginning that the girls would all be up for grabs for V. In that second section I think I'm going to reneg on that, specifically on Claudia. Klaus will still get his wife back. All the other girls are up for grabs though.

But anyway, this is all I have for this idea for now. As you can sort of tell, I have an idea brewing for this one and it will likely become a thing. As for when no idea. Now for IRL things. Just got my hands on Subverse and yaboi is in the credits. So far, I have been enjoying it and they didn't go with any deep backstory on the humans in the galaxy, only the basic of the first humans were from a prison ship that got lost in a wormhole. Still leaves some interesting ideas on the table, but the writers were more focused on the now more than the past in terms of humanity. When I finish the game, I'll let you guys know what I thought of it. I just some new manga recently, one of which is a book called "Marginal Operation". If I like where it's going, I may do something involving that universe too, but we'll have to see. I have also been playing Persona 5: The Strikers too, so that may get something too, again we'll have to see. That's all I have for this installment of media that I'm consuming at the moment.

I'll see you guys in whatever I come up with next.
